There are several ways to solve parking problem in the downtown One of them is to manage parking efficiently, that is, to raise use-efficiency of parking place and to help drivers to select easily. When we manage the parking place m the block efficiently, It can prevent disproportion that some parking space is over capacity and the other parking one is under. It causes not only the disproportion of economic efficiency but also the congestion of local road. The precondition to manage parking efficiently is to analyse the parking characteristics. In this study we found out the characteristics of parking vehicles by analyzing the turnover per parking mesh and occupancy rate And we build up total D/B by collecting every information about parking space. We developed the Parking Management System by using GIS with D/B and digital map. The efficient Parking Management System is for convenience of drivers and efficient usage of parking space. And this system is also the basic study to be developed as the total Parking Management System by upgrading every information.

The purpose of this study is to provide the characteristics of marketing strategy on the SPA(Specialty store retailor of Private label Apparel) brand. This research can be used as information for the domestic SPA brand to enhance its international competitiveness. The characteristics of marketing strategy on the SPA brand are as follows. 1. One company integrate vertically the process of planning, production, promotion and distribution. 2. As using the advanced information, productions, and logistics systems, they are carried out speedy management. 3. The production strategies are focused on providing new goods of fast cycle and very diverse styles in a season, developing products that accurately reflect the general market trend and consumer demands, extending the line of goods, outsourcing of the place to reduce production costs. For high-quality goods, they are collaborating with the famous designers and developing of new and green environment materials. 4. Generally, the SPA brand emphasizes the low price strategy against the quality. 5. The promotion strategies are focused on conducting various unique and high sensible VMDs, fashion shows, star marketing, campaigns, aggressive publicity, magazine & outdoor advertisement and various events through the internet website, etc. 6. The place (distribution) strategies of SPA brand are focused on launching into global, expanding number of stores, increasing large-sized stores and diversifying the forms of store and selling.
The purpose of this research is to improve exhibition effectiveness by implementing hands-on exhibition technique that best provides adults with cultural resting place and children with outdoor education which simply supports school curriculum. By completing this research, the museum of natural history will become defined innovative as a place that enables people actively develop creativity For this sake, some of domestic natural science museums were selected as the samples in this study, such as Seodaemun of Natural History, Incheon Standing Science Pavilion and Daejeon National Science Museum, Which all produce experience-based exhibition in relatively brisk manner. First of all, this study attempted to identify the traffic line and behavioral characteristics of spectators who used experience-oriented exhibition through follow-up and observational study Then it divided samples into adults and children group to compare and analyze the ratio of using exhibitions, the ratio of spectators and the sojourn time according to the type of experience-oriented exhibitions. In addition, this study attempted to collect available data about spectators who were in conversation with one another on the other hand, it also attempted to determine any effects on using experience-based exhibition by performing a questionnaire survey, so that it might set up an index for behavioral characteristics the spectators who visit such exhibition.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify characteristics associated with fractures in elderly people in order to provide basic data for fracture preventive programs for the elderly people. Method: The participants were 84 patients over age of 65, who were admitted to the orthopedic department in a hospital in Chungnam province. Data were collected from Sep. 1, 2002 to Aug, 30, 2003 through personal interviews using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSSPC program. Result: Physical characteristics before the fracture included weakness or paralysis in the extremities (29.8%), need of assistance or appliances (13.1%), difficulty on balance (28.6%), visual disturbances (26.2%), hearing impairment (17.9%), speech disturbances (2.4%), urinary dysfunction (21.4%), and sleep disturbances (54.8%). The fractures occurred most frequently in winter (32.1%), between 1 pm and 6 pm (48.8%), on weekends (41.6%), in the road (58.3%) while wearing snickers (27.4%) or shoes (27.4%). The region of fractures occurred most frequently was lower extremities (57.1%), and the causes of fractures were loss of balance (31.0%) and car accident (25.0 %). A significance difference was found for type of accident, footwear at the time of the accident, place of the accident according to gender and age. Also a significance difference was found for type of accident and place of accident according to season(p<.05). Conclusion: Therefore, these results should be considered when a fracture preventive program for elderly people is designed.

The study is to investigate which features are perceived by Social Network Service(SNS) users as the most required one to further boost the usage of service, and to examine the perception of these features of SNS sites varies according to their demographic and service usage characteristics. The study also is to suggest a few of research propositions on the relationships between required features of SNS sites and characteristics of SNS users, based on statistical analyses. To accomplish these research purposes, the study defined characteristics of SNS users including demographic(gender, age) and service usage one(start time of service usage, service usage place), and required features of SNS sites(system, service, information, emotion) based on the literature review of SNS. The results show, based on the statistical analyses using survey questionnaire on Korean and Chinese SNS users, that there are differences in perception of required features of SNS sites among the respondents grouped by age, start time of service usage, service usage place. Finally, the study proposed three research propositions, based on the analysis result, that could be used in SNS related researches in the future.
Purpose: This study was aimed to examine how subjects' characteristics and nursing service quality influence hospital revisiting intent, to compare perceptions of patients with those of nurses, Method: The questionnaire was developed and distributed to 300 patients and nurses at six general hospitals in a provincial city, Korea, For data analysis, the SPSS/PC program was used. Result: The nursing service quality's scores of patients is 3.61, that of nurses is 3.77, and there is a significant difference. The hospital revisiting intent's score of patients is 4.84, that of nurses is 4.61, and there are no significant differences. In subjects' characteristics, patients perceive that the hospital is the only different factor, and place hospital revisiting intent at $3.6\%$. Nurses perceive that education level and position are different factors, and place hospital revisiting intent at $3.3\%$. In nursing service quality, patients perceive that 2 attributes explain hospital revisiting intent at $17.8\%$ and 2 factors explain it at $16.5\%$; whereas, nurses perceive that 2 attributes explain hospital revisiting intent at $15.3\%$ and 3 factors explain it at $12.2\%$. Conclusion: There are perception gaps between consumers and providers. So nursing and hospital managers must recognize these facts and provide various marketing strategies to overcome them.

Seowons were first established during the Koryo Dynasty and contain primate shrines for the service of ancestors and ancient sages. Seowons were located in a scenic or rural place some distance from a residential area. The direct motive for building the Seowon came from the need for transcendental concealment and evasive retirement which developed as a result of oppression of scholars The indirect motivations were the development of loaming in an idyllic natural settings and the creation of a beautiful natural environment. he purpose of tai study is to investigate the characteristics and transformation process of the location of Seowon in the Chosen dynasty. The results of this research are summarized as fellows : 1. Seowons were in hilly areas with good geographical features including a nice view of the mountains and waters. Beowons were also built on the relation place of an ancient sage and of destroyed Buddist temples. 2. The location patterns of seowon in the Choson dynasty underwent three stages with the change of time Political and social phenomena influenced the transformation of the location patterns Research in this area is at an early stage. The present study was confined to an examination of 7he characteristics and transformation process of the location of seowons. However, it is hoped that this study will offer meaningful guide for further research.
The Carte do Cassini is the first accurate topographic map of an entire country and it influenced enormously in the development of cartography in other countries. The purpose of this paper is to examine the production process and characteristics of the Carte do Cassini, and to and the place of 'Carte de Cassini' in the development of cartography. For this, firstly, the background of French national topographic mapping is examined and scientific work of the Cassini family is resumed. Second, the map production process is considered; location and attribute data collection, copperplate printing, social and economic difficulties. Third, map characteristics such as map projection, sheet numbering system, positional accuracy, legend, typographies, and depiction of cartographic signs are explored. Finally, the influence of the Carte de Cassini on cartographic development and its historical meaning is discussed.

In this paper the characteristics of the script centers golden and/or silver letter center in Koryo Dynasty and a set of seven rolls of the script written in silver letter on blue paper prayed by Yearn Seong-Ik were studied with focusing on the referred records and an epilog of the script. This script was discovered from Namgewon's stone stupa, when it was transported from original site of Daekam Dong, Kaiseong city to Kyungbok Palace in 1919. This script prayed by Yeom Seong-Ik which was written in silver paste on blue papers is a set of seven rolls, the size is 31.1 cm (length) ${\times}$ 27.2 cm (width). The cover painting and Beonsangwha(Buddha's preaching picture) were painted out and in the roll cover. This script was written with 14 letters on a line whose characteristic with the style of cover painting and Beonsangwha is similar to the golden and silver scripts prayed by kings of Koryo Dynasty. The person who prayed this script was a powerful vassal of the king Chungyeol period, Yeom Seong-Ik. According to Koryosa(Koryo History) and Koryosa jeolyo(summarized Koryo History), it is described that Yeom Seong-Ik offered his own house which was built by a group of strangers as a 'Writing Place for the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras and the place of the script of the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras. Therefore, it is possible to consider that this script a set of seven rolls of the script of Saddharma Pundarika-Sutra was written to pray for himself as well as his families' fortune at the place of golden script of the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras, and enshrined it in the Namgaewon stone stupa when the stupa was repaired in 9th year of king ChungYeol. Above all the most important point should be centered on that he offered his house as a writing place for golden script of the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras as recorded in Koryosa Jeolyo. The writing place for golden script of the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras should be emphasized on the meaning of its site. It is an important key point to clear that Kumjawon(Golden letter center) would be different from Kumjadejangso(the writing place of golden script for complete collection of Budihist Sutras) with Kumkyungsa(Goldm script place). As considereing the point that this script showed the characteristics of golden and/or silver scripts which prayed by king Chungyeol in Koryo Dynasty as they were, even though this script was manufactured by individual praying, this script follwed in the style of Kumjawon(golden letter center) and/or Unjawon(siIver letter center) as they were, because this script was written in the place of the golden script for the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras. In this paper all of the points described above with focusing on the referred records and an epilog of this script were collectively considered to make clear the characteristics of the script centers, golden and/or silver letter.
The purpose of this study is to look for the basic formative elements of housekeeping space of our cultural life which are worthy to succeed and develop by revaluating in modern view and to reveal what we should maintain form the women's view of the housework in those days. In this study, out look on Chosun Dynasty housekeeping is based on the norm of the women in those days. The research on the housekeeping space for norm of the women in those days. the research on the housekeeping space for Chosun Dynasty upperclass is focused on the house built from early till late Chosun Dynasty, which is now a cultural asset. As a result, norm of Chosun Dynasty have created a social wide atmosphere for women to devote herselves to the housekeeping. Moreover the constructions of Chosun Dynasty's upperclass are affected by Korea's natural environment and socio-cultural environment. Primary factors for natural environment are building materials and the change of seasons. Because of changeable seasons, there were places for storing massive commodities. The other primary factors for socio-cultural environment affecting housekeeping space were social positions, and extended family system, worshipping the ancestors standard of living, the theory of“Poong Soo”(風水, a kind of geomancy) and thought of“Yin and Yang, Five Elements”(陰陽五行) and popular belief of that time. Affected by these two environments, the characteristics of housekeeping space for Chosun Dynasty are ; the main building of the house was used as a diverted area for women to work, and was reconstructed for household affairs. There were inefficient points in the housekeeping space of that time and the space remained stagnant because of the restricted sex and the social position of housekeeping doer. But you could find some points that are efficient and functional to adjust in those living conditions. The storehouse, storage barn, shed and soyjar terrace are the specialized storing place, according to the kinds and characteristics of the commodities. the kitchen, for example, is the combinations of many abilities.
