The effects of temperature on spore release, growth and photosynthetic efficiency of Lithophyllum yessoense and Hildenbrandia rubra were examined. L. yessoense was collected at Galnam and H. rubra was collected at Gyeokpo, Korea. The experimental temperatures were different for spore release (10, 15, $20^{\circ}C$), sporeling growth (10, 15, 20, 25, $30^{\circ}C$) and photosynthetic efficiency (10, 15, 20, $25^{\circ}C$). All other culture conditions were the same: 34 psu, 12:12 LD and $50{\mu}mol$ photon $m^{-2}s^{-1}$. Spore liberation was maximal at $10^{\circ}C$ for L. yessoense and at $20^{\circ}C$ for H. rubra. After 14 days, the surface area of L. yessoense was 0.031 $mm^2$ at $25^{\circ}C$ and for H. rubra was 0.032 $mm^2$ at $20^{\circ}C$. Sporelings of L. yessoense were a dark-red color and grew in a round shape. In contrast, H. rubra was bright pink and changed from a round shape in the early growth stage to later become flabelliform. Photosynthetic efficiency was highest between $20-25^{\circ}C$ in both species. In conclusion, L. yessoense and H. rubra display different physiological features based on the optimal temperatures for spore release and sporling growth.

Ceramic pigments were developed by using 4 kinds of Brass scraps. Each Brass scraps were mixed with same weight-ratio of Husk ash, and fine-ground by Rotate ring mill(RRG-120, Armstech industrial. co. Ltd, Korea) after firing at $900^{\circ}C$, $1000^{\circ}C$ and $1100^{\circ}C$. As a result, analysis of particle size of synthetic pigments by particle size analyser, they are $3{\mu}m$ as average. The resulting pigments were characterized by using XRD, FT-IR, SEM Structure of the crystals are Zn2SiO4,, and ZnO, Cu2O, CuO, and cristobalite are existed and particles' shape are plate or needle. As a result of analysis of chemical composition by XRF, synthetic pigments have high SiO2 and CuO content and have SnO2, ZnO and NiO, too. 1wt%, 3wt% and 5wt% pigments were added in each lime glaze, lime-barium glaze and lime-magnesia glaze, and fired at oxidation and reducing atmosphere to figure hue in glazes out. As a result of analysis of color, chroma and brightness by UV, colors of glazes fired at oxidation atmosphere turned into green from sky blue, and colors of glazes fired at reducing atmosphere turned into pink and red.

발효차로부터 분리 동정한 JY-1 효모는 18S rDNA 유전자 분석에서는 Rhodosporidium azoricum과의 유의성 99%, 생화학적 분석 VITEK system에서는 Rhodotorula glutinis/Rhodotorula mucilaginosa와 93%의 유의성을 나타내였다. 배양조건에서 최적의 온도는 $25-30^{\circ}C$, pH는 5.0이었으며 염의 농도는 2%, 최적의 에탄올 농도는 4%이었다. 일반적인 실험결과에서도 Rhodosporidium 속의 특이성과 비교하여 보았을 때 형태적, 생리적, 생화학적 유사성을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과에서 앞으로의 연구과제는 많이 음용되고 있는 발효차와 관련한 또 다른 미생물군을 분리 동정하여 우수한 균주를 확보하는데 있으며 이를 이용한 발효차 음료산업 개발에 목적을 두고 있다.

힐링 공간의 디자인은 인간에게 기와 여유로움, 정신적 해방감을 제공한다. 지친 몸을 회복시키며 삶의 건장함을 제공해 준다. 힐링이란 의미와 외국의 사례 등을 통하여 힐링의 중요성과 가치를 확립하여 보았다. 인간이 자연에서 왔다가 자연으로 돌아가는 것은 지극히 필연적이라 생각되며, 살아가는 동안 목표를 세워서 조금씩 완성하고 극복해 나가는 과정을 끊임없이 계속하면서 큰 목표점에 도달하게 된다. 자연에서 온 만큼 자연의 분위기를 만들어 그 속에서 생활함으로써 치유의 효과를 누릴 수 있는 것이다. 건축의 내부에 목재를 사용하는 것이 가장 편안한 힐링의 조건이 되며, 일본의 사례에서도 알 수 있듯이 건축물의 외부 전체를 목재로 완성한 써니힐스의 건물은 마치 까치의 집을 연상케 하기도 한다. 실내의 책상이나 책장도 목재로 하여 보다 따뜻한 분위기를 연출하고 관엽식물을 심으면 힐링의 효과는 더욱 커진다. 천장에는 구름의 그림이나 나무, 해 등의 그림을 그리고 벽의 색은 기분을 차분하게 하는 파란색 계통이나 부드러운 핑크색을 적용하면 힐링의 효과는 배가된다. 본 연구를 통하여 힐링의 기본인 자연과 접하고 자연의 소재를 활용하여 생활공간을 형성하는 것이 힐링의 효과를 가져 올 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

This study aims to analyze the design of current nurse uniforms, investigate the state of nurse uniforms, and uniform design preferences in order to ultimately develop functional nurse uniform, which satisfy their needs. First, observing photos of nurses' campaign on wearing a badge showed that opening of top uniform almost always incorporated buttons, and sleeves were mostly set-in half sleeves while collars tended to be mandarin collars. The colors were mostly white for both top and bottom, while the top showed a bit more variety in colors. White tops often incorporated hospital logos on them. Second, in terms of the nurse uniform distribution, each nurse is given one top and one bottom per year. In addition, either a cardigan or a jacket on top of the regular summer uniform constitutes the winter uniform, whereas the availability of cardigans differed by hospitals. Third, the main source of contamination of uniforms was blood, and the level of satisfaction was all low in terms of the design, function, and material of the uniform, calling for the enhancement and development of new uniforms. Design preferences were two-piece with pants, color preferences were blue and pink, and pattern preferences were hospital logo, stripes, and check patterns in the listed order of preference. Complaints were usually made on the contamination of front pocket of the top, lack of sufficient pockets for storage, and tightness of the sleeves. Some preferences on finishing were the princess seams, mandarin collar, set-in half sleeves, and button closing on top. The preferred belt was a mixed form of straight-lined belt and rubber belt, and straight lined hem and spandex blended fabrics were favored for the clothing.

본 연구에서는 RAPD 분석 기법과 자생지 분포와 개화특징을 이용한 유연관계를 분석하기 위하여 10종의 Lycoris 종을 선별하여 연구를 수행하였다. 10종의 상사화 종은 크게 두 군집으로 분류되었다. L. sprengeri와 L. incanata은 가장 높은 상동성을 보였으며, 같은 개화 시기와 분홍색의 화색을 가지고 있었다. 춘기출엽형은 L. squamigera, L. sanguinea, L. koreana, L. sprengeri 그리고 L. incanata이었으며, L. squamigera와 L. sanguinea는 같은 군집 안에서 높은 상동성을 보였다. 또한 L. koreana, L. sprengeri 그리고 L. sprengeri 그리고 L. incanata도 군집안에서 높은 상동성을 보였다. L. radiata, L. radiata var pumila, L. albiflora 그리고 L. traubii의 꽃은 spider형이며 이러한 종은 다른 종과의 유연관계가 매우 낮은 상동성을 보였다.

The importance of wild plant resources along with the development of high biotecyhnology is highlighted for exploitation of new materials which can make the added value. The goal of this study is providing fundamental data bases for developing new materials through the analyses of morphological characteristics, antibiotics and molecular cytogenetics in Baegseon (Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.). Baegseon has several characteristics; there are two types of flower color, pink and white, the seed germination starts about February 20th, the maximum flowering season is around May 17th in southern Korea, the growth period is about 60 days. The number of chromosomes are 2n=2x=36, the size of chromosomes in metaphase is $4.2{\sim}8.1{\mu}m$. The amount of 2C nuclear DNA is 1.93pg, and there is no variation of genome size amoung varieties. The extraction juice of baegseon young roots has the excellent antibiotic activity against the mold (Botrytis cinerea).

The purpose of this study is to help develop high quality brassieres with functionality and comfort, fitting adolescents' physical features during their growth period. This study conducts a comparative analysis of juvenile brassiere and adult brassiere to identify the problems of brassieres in the market. The raw data for this study was processed by SPSS 10.1. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The results of this survey show that the girls' satisfaction of their breasts has correlations between breast protrusion degree and volume. The girls think that if they have protrusive breasts their breast volume is big, and their breast satisfaction level shows high. 2. The results show that the objective of brassiere wearing is to prevent breasts sag and rupture, make good breast shape, balance their entire body shape, and make beautiful outer garment line. Brassiere functions are to prevent jiggle of breasts, make a good body line, and cover the nipples. For the grader school students, they are wearing brassiere to make a good balanced body and as their breasts developed, they are wearing brassiere for beautiful body shape not just to cover up their breasts. 3. In regard to brassiere cup size recognition, as students have higher grade at school, they have better recognition abouxt their cup size. As they are better aware of their cup size, they have better satisfaction with their cup size. Therefore, choosing the right size of brassiere for their bust is very important. 4. Girl students' brassiere preference shows that 317 students (56.9%) prefer white for brassiere colors, following pink and flesh color. Their most preferred brassiere material is cotton (354 people, 63.6%) because cotton is not sensitive even for weak skin. For brassiere style, 273 students (49%) prefer round style, following spots and mold. Their most preferred brassiere style is stake. In addition, brassiere should not press their breasts because their breasts are developing during puberty period.

The purpose of this study is to establish how main characters' mental states are expressed through costumes and makeup by understanding and analyzing the relationship between the costumes and the makeup in the movie "Anna Karenina" and to compare the 19th century Russian costumes. The study methods are a literature review and an empirical case study. The results are as follows. First, the costumes in "Anna Karenina" are a mixture of late crinoline and early bustle style in general. However, the costumes were altered after the actress's movements and acting were considered. Regarding colors, Anna wears a lavender robe as the virtuous wife, a wine-colored robe for love and death, and a white robe for innocence, thus reflecting her mental states; through the colors, her changes of mental state are expressed. Second, the costumes of Alexei Vronsky, are similar in style and colors to those of mid-late 19th century Russian military uniforms. White, blue and black costume colors are used to describe his situations and emotional changes. Third, Alexei Karenin wears 19th century costumes of dark and achromatic colors without decorations, representing his conservative, authoritative character. However, he showshis rage with a wine and red-colored costume at the end of the movie. Fourth, regarding the makeup in the movie, Anna wears makeup of a soft pink-gold color influenced by 19th century naturalism. Male characters express their characteristics with their beards and hair styles. Vronsky's Hollywood mustaches and wavy blonde hair show his charm, and Karenin's chin curtain beard and bald head reveal his conservative character. The costumes of the three main characters in the movie are not very different from 19th century style in general, but mental states and situations are expressed through accessories, and colors maximize all of the effects. Through this research, it is illustrated that the costumes and makeup in a movie can not only express characters' emotional changes but also show the relationships between the characters in different scenes.

경남농업기술원 화훼육종연구소에서 1997년부터 교배조합 육성을 위하여 국내의 재배농가와 종묘업체로부터 유전자원을 수집한 후, 2000년부터 2006년에 걸쳐 교배 및 계통선발육종을 하였다. 2006년부터 2008년까지 3회의 특성검정을 거쳐서 호접란 신품종 '옐로우 크림'을 개발하였다. '옐로우 크림'은 황색스트라이프 대륜계 꽃을 가진 품종으로 설판은 적색을 띤다. 꽃 크기가 10.3 cm 이상이 될 정도로 꽃이 큰 편이며 대비품종에 비해 화형은 둥글고 립이 붉으며 꽃잎의 모양이 반원형으로 아름다운 모양을 가지고 있다. 또한 꽃배열도 우수하며 꽃수도 많은 편이다. 엽색은 연한 녹색이며 생육속도도 빠르고 재배하기가 용이하다. 평균 꽃 수명 또한 55일 이상으로 길다. 소수의 품종만이 시장에 나와 있는 황색 스트라이프 계통의 신품종으로서 국내외 시장에서 기호도가 높을 것으로 판단된다.
