스마트기기 이용실태 분석을 통한 제품 - 서비스 시스템의 설계요인 분석 (Design Factors Identification for a Product-Service Systems Through Utilization Analysis of Smart Devices)

  • 개인화된 제품이나 서비스에 대한 시장의 요구가 갈수록 커지면서, 기업들은 대량 고객화 시대에 제품(서비스)를 차별화 시키고 제품(서비스)의 가치를 증가시키기 위해 제품과 서비스를 통합해가도 있다. 이를 제품-서비스 시스템(Product-Service System: PSS)라고 한다. 기존연구에서는 PSS 모델링 방법을 중심으로 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 본 연구에서는 서로의 특성이 전혀 다른 유형의 제품과 무형의 서비스를 통합하는 PSS의 설계요인을 분석하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 스마트기기 사용자들을 대상으로 하여 실시된 설문조사 결과를 분석하고, 이를 설계요인 프레임워크에 의해 분석하는 실증적 탐색연구를 실시하였다. PSS에서 유형의 제품 기능은 무형의 서비스 기능을 이용하기 위한 보조적 역할을 하며, 서비스 기능이 주기능으로서 역할하는 것으로 나타났다.

Computer Aided Process Planning for 3D Printing

  • Computer aided process planning (CAPP) keeps an important role between the design and manufacturing engineering processes. A CAPP system is a digital link between a computer aided design (CAD) model and manufacturing instructions. CAPP have been researched and applied in manufacturing filed, however, one manufacturing area where CAPP has not been extensively researched is rapid prototyping (RP). RP is a technique for creating directly a three dimensional CAD data into a physical prototype. RP enables to build physical models automatically and to use to reduce the time for the product development cycle as well as to improve the final quality of the designed product. Three-dimensional (3D) printing is one kind of RP that creates three-dimensional objects from CAD models. The paper presents a computer aided process planning system for printing medical products. 3D printing has been used to solve complex medical problems such as surgical instruments, bioengineered products, medical implants, and surgical guides.

유기농산물 생산자 조직의 유통활동과 소비확대 방향 (Marketing Activities of Producers' Organization and Direction of Consumption Increase on Organic Farming Products)

  • This study analyzed marketing activities of producers' organization on organic farming products(O.F.Ps), and was inquired into direction of consumption increase by it. As a result, in order to raise marketing efficiency and to increase consumption of O.F.Ps, the present questions and issues which are to be solved is as follows: Consumer's confidence for O.F.Ps should be obtained broadly and formally. Particulary, the use of brand such as 'no pollution' or ' no pesticides' should be forbidden without institutional certification. Thus cosumers should be able to distinguish O.F.Ps from general farming products(G.F.Ps) by the brand. Also physical marketing is inefficient since many items are marketed in small amount, and marketing cost is spendedtoo much relatively. Physical marketing center to cut down this expenses should be constructed under government support largely. And the consumers' price of O.F.Ps tends to be fixed all the year round. Owing to this feature, the consumers' price of G.F.Ps have severely influece upon at once demand and supply of O.F.Ps. The associations of consumer and producer should allow O.F.Ps price to fluctuate in proportion to G.F.Ps price. Besides, both should vary marketing patterns. Finally, government should help both associations legally and institutionally to improve all economic activities.

옥수수가루, 탈지 콩가루 및 오징어를 이용한 스낵제품의 물리화학적 특성연구 (Physical and Chemical Properties of Cornmeal Extrudates by Addition of Defatted Soy Flour and Squid)

  • This study was conducted to investigate physicochemical properties of extrudates combining 4 levels of squid (0, 3, 5 and 7%) with 3 levels of defatted soy flour (0, 5, and 10%). Blends were adjusted to moisture content of 27% and then extruded in a single-screw laboratory extruder at 170rpm screw speed and 16$0^{\circ}C$ barrel temperature. The extruded materials were dried at 6$0^{\circ}C$ for 8hr to a moisture content of 3~4% and refrigerated at 4$^{\circ}C$ for 12 hour before examination for textural properties, expansion ratio, bulk density, shear force and Hunter color. Expansion ratio of extrudates decreased as squid content increased whereas bulk density and shear force increased. Expansion ratio of extrudates was not significantly different by defatted soyflour level. Bulk density of products decreased as defatted soyflour content increased but shear force of products increased as defatted soyflour content increased. In scores of sensory hedonic evaluation of snacks, appearance, flavor, texture and overall acceptability values had lowered as squid level increased. Therefore, according to materials contents on extrudates increased, nutritional contents of this products increased and also shear force and bulk density in physical properties increased whereas expansion ratio decreased.

닥 펄프 제조공정 자동화에 따른 단위공정 폐수의 특성 (Characteristics of wastewater from unit systems of automative process for manufacture of paper mulberry pulp fibers)

  • Paper mulberry fibers have been used as fibrous raw materials for manufacturing traditional handmade paper, hanji for a long time. Compared to wood pulp fibers, pulp fibers from mulberry bast tissue have some benefits in physical and chemical properties due to their high D.P (degree of polymerization), M.W (molecule weight) and long fiber length. Specially, Korean handmade hanji shows outstanding characteristics in mechanical tensile strength, folding endurance, flexibility and long sustainable conservation properties. Therefore, hanji is widely applied to daily supplies, hygienic goods, medical supplies, clothing industries and so on. Recently, the potential demand of mulberry pulp fibers is more and more increased on the strength of high application fields. This study was focused on the possibility of wastewater recycling in unit operation systems for the development of automated mass production line. The properties and environmental loads of wastewater from debarking, cooking, bleaching and screening process were analyzed by means of COD, conductivity, turbidity and solid materials. The wastewater from debarking and cooking process was comparatively high in pollution load, and would be treated by additional approaches of chemico-physical method.

폐 면직물 재활용 섬유를 이용한 라이너지의 강도개선 효과 (Effects on Mechanical Strength Improvement of Liner Paper using Recycled Fibres from Waste Cotton Clothes)

  • The physical and chemical properties of recycled fibers from mixed waste paper are more and more deteriorated because of unknown history of recycling times. In order to improve the mechanical properties of liner paper, the recycled fibers from wasted cotton clothes were used in papermaking process, and their applicabilities were evaluated in several points of fiber modification. Thus, two kinds of fiberizing methods from waste cotton clothes were considered by using rotary sandpaper and grinder mill. Finally, the rotary sandpaper method was relatively desirable in preserving longer fiber length and fibrillated fiber surface. The recycled cotton fibers by swelling treatment with NaOH and bleaching with reductive chemicals were mixed with OCC fibers, and the handsheets were prepared to basis weight of $80g/m^2$ and evaluated the mechanical properties of paper. The fibrous properties showed outstanding results in freeness and WRV improvements by alkali treatment and high brightness by reductive bleaching treatment. The physical and mechanical properties of sheet by mixing OCC fibers and recycled cotton fibers were also highly improved in tensile, burst strength and specially folding resistance.

NR, SBR, NBR 및 EPDM 발포(發泡)고무의 제조연구(製造硏究) (A Study on the Manufacturing of Cellular RubBer Products with NR, SBR, NBR EPDM EPDM)

  • The purpose of this dissertation is to study the physical properties of cellular rubber products for industrial use. Vulcanization characteristics were investigated by usingcure curve that had obtained by means of Rheometer. The results of physical properties, vulcanization characteristics and foaming states are as follows. 1. The test results for vulcanization characteristics of NR compounds indicated that in the recipe R-1. When accelerator D is used, the optimum conditions of vulcanizate are obtained, while formula R-2 and R-3 have shown higher torgue at curing time, $1{\sim}2$ minutes. Cellular rubber product test in terms of compression set and compression deflection has also met the requirements of SAE. 2. For SBR compounds, S-1 formula was the best in terns of vulcanization characteristics, and for the blowing structure of cellular rubber products, formula S-3 in which accelerator M is added was fair. All other test results, such as compression set and compression deflection properties met SAE requirements. 3. NBR compound (N-1) including accelerator TT was the best in terms of vulcanization characteristic and also blowing structure. All other properties listed above met requirements, particulary for oil resistance test. 4. In the test of EPDM compounds, when mixed accelerator, M and TT, is used(formula E-1) the best results were obtained. Since EPDM is hydrocarbon elastomer, oil resistance test failed. All other properties met the requirement specified in SAE.

  • Teenage girls under the influence of the physical changes due to the rapid physical development and appearance are interested. 200 parts were used for the statistical analysis of this research against the common excitation high school student positioned in Seoul. First, there was lots of the girl student managing the appearance due to the psychological satisfaction. And the girl student without the friend of the opposite sex managed the appearance at the psychological satisfaction. Because to be more important, thing including the studying, and etc. was the priority the girl student who doesn't the appearance management did not do the appearance management. Second, the factor found out over one month allowance 50,000 circle to be the very important factor through the beauty action high of the high beauty product concern degree and girl student action of the beauty product concern degree and girl student where there is the friend of the opposite sex. Third, the more the concern degree about the beauty product was high as the concern degree about the beauty was high, the girl student in high school could know that beauty action was high as the concern degree about the multi function beauty product was high.

Physical and Sensory Properties of Low Fat Sausage Amended with Hydrated Oatmeal and Various Meats

  • Low-fat sausages were prepared with various meats to investigate the effect of the addition of oatmeal at 10% as a fat substitute. The sausages were made with beef, pork and chicken after trimming the visible fat, and the physical and sensory properties of the sausages were evaluated. Beef sausage had the lowest cooking yield and the highest hardness, while chicken sausage showed the opposite properties. The addition of oatmeal resulted in sausage products with less cooking loss and softer texture for all types of meat sausages. Such changes were more pronounced for beef low-fat sausage than for the other types of sausages. The results of moisture absorption suggested that the difference in cooking yield and hardness among sausage products was due to the water-retention properties of different meats and the substitute in response to heat treatment. Sensory evaluation indicated that the greatest overall acceptability of the sausage products were obtained from 10% oatmeal-added pork sausage and that the addition of oatmeal led to better acceptability for all types meat sausages.

  • A method to determine an optimal temperature trajectory that guarantees polymer products having controlled molecular weight distribution and desired values of molecular weight is presented. The coordinate transformation method and the optimal control theory are applied to a batch PMMA polymerization system to calculate the optimal temperature trajectory. Coordinate transformation method converts the original fixed-end-point, free-end-time problem to a free-end-point, fixed-end-time problem. The idea is that by making the reactor temperature track the optimal temperature trajectory one may be able to produce polymer products having the prespecified physical property in a minimum time. The on-line control experiments with the PID control algorithm have been conducted to establish the validity of the scheme proposed in this study. The experimental results show that prespecified polymer product could be obtained with tracking the calculated optimal temperature trajectory.
