뷰티숍의 마케팅 믹스가 인지된 가치, 평판, 그리고 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of a Beauty Shop's Marketing Mix(7Ps) on Perceived Value, Reputation, and Revisit Intention.)

  • Purpose: The beauty market is growing rapidly and becoming more competitive as new shops enter the market and offer similar products and services. The way for industries such as beauty shops to succeed in market competition is to understand customer needs and provide a marketing mix appropriate for those needs. Research design, data, and methodology: The survey was conducted for a total of 4 days from October 4 to October 7, 2023, and a total of 2,431 copies were distributed and 463 copies were returned. Excluding 2 copies with insincere responses, 461 copies were used for analysis. The data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 and SamrtPLS 4.0. Result: Product, price, promotion, people, and physical evidence influence perceived value, but place and process didn't. Product, process, and physical evidence influence reputation, but price, location, promotion, and people didn't. Perceived value influences revisit intention but did not reputation. Reputation influences revisit intention. Conclusions: First, beauty shops must develop beauty services that can satisfy customers' needs. Second, beauty shops must continue to invest in external facilities and interior design. Third, intangible service processes can help the beauty shop's reputation. Fourth, beauty shops need to maintain a balance between price and perceived value so that customers can be satisfied with the service experience.

Indoor and Outdoor Concentrations of Air Pollutants in Beauty Shops at Kwangju Area

  • The work of hairdressers includes washing, coloring, bleaching, permanent waving, conditioning, and cutting hair. Hairdressers are subjected to a number of physical and toxicological hazards. The toxicological hazards are those resulting from exposure to a wide range of chemicals and from chemicals are usually classified active processes. In this study, twenty beauty shops were selected to assess the exposure to indoor air pollutants such as VOCS and particulate matter($PM_{10}$) during one month from September 1 to September 30, 2003. Indoor air quality of beauty shops might be worse by vehicle emissions because the beauty shops were generally located near roadways. Personal exposures to VOCs and PM lo were related to indoor concentrations of beauty shops. According to the questionnaire, hairdressers complained of sore throat, eye irritation, and nervousness as physical symptoms. Conclusively, customers as well as workers in the beauty shops might be highly exposed to air pollutants from indoor sources and outdoor sources. Therefore, proper management methods should be taken to improve the indoor air quality in beauty shops.

  • Nowadays, this Ayurveda is coming to be accommodated and executed partially in various fields, with the name 'an alterative medicine', not only in the medical treatment territory but also in the beauty care territory. In this way, under the basic rules of the harmony with nature, we have investigated several documents with a view to grasp Ayurveda's principles which are being applied to skin beauty care and to indicate the accurate grounds and directions. However, there were not many data which have been verified scientifically yet, so we had many difficulties researching it. From now, It is thought that we need much research about more objective data and clinical aspects. As the result of this research, according to Ayurveda, it is the principles of Ayurveda that we all are governed by three kinds of Dosha which are called Vata, Pitta, Kapha and when their balance is broken up. we get diseases physically or mentally. That is, we need the aquisition following each physical constitution, in order for this principle to approach to the field of skin beauty care. Futhermore, it is expected that we will be able to improve much more effects by managing so as to follow each own's physical constitution.

뷰티케어 전문 샵의 물리적환경과 재방문의 의도요인에 대한 IPA 분석 (An Importance-Performance Analysis of Beauty shop's physical evidences and Revisit Factors)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 뷰티샵의 서비스 물리적 환경과 고객만족 그리고 재방문 태도에 대한 연구이다. 이러한 상관관계를 연구하기 위하여 구조화된 설문방식과 인터뷰를 실시하였으며 IPA 방법으로 분석하였다. 뷰티샵에서의 서비스 물리적 환경은 고객들에게 감성적인 부분을 자극할 수 있는 환경조성이 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 뷰티샵의 정체성을 나타낼 수 있는 분위기 조성, 감성적 분위기 및 부대시설의 설치 등에 대한 부분이 물리적 환경에 중요한 요인으로 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 고객만족은 직원에 대한 만족도 등과 같은 직원의 태도들이 만족도를 높이는 것으로 조사되었다. 고객의 재방문태도는 고객만족을 통해 자신의 경험을 전달하고 공유하려하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이처럼 뷰티샵을 찾는 고객들의 재방문에 대한 내용은 매장의 물리적 환경의 조성을 통해 고객들의 감성적 욕구를 충족시키고 이를 기반으로 고객들의 정서적 만족도를 높이는 것이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 뷰티샵에서의 고객유치에 대한 전략적 시사점은 기존고객에 대한 만족도를 증가시키는 것은 기존 고객뿐만 아니라 예비 고객들에 대한 확보차원에서 중요한 전략임을 제시하고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is followings. First, We analyze the times from initial works to present ones. Second, Detail element of Modificational process of Hanbok design with a expession element of clothes. Third, We intend to liquidate characteristics of External beauty and internal values for Lee Young Hee' s works, besides we expect that Hanbok is harmonized with modern times, is globalized, and is universalized. It is research method and region that we observe characteristics of korean beauty with theoretical background and we examinate formalism and contents of korean style of dresses through analysis of data. So, we insinuate a standard for analysis of beauty. Analysis data is her possession and slide from 1980 to ‘2000 A/W’ and ninety collection magazine data. We analyze beautiful characteristics along the expression elements of dresses and every year. So, We can find beautiful characteristics of works for expression elements of dresses, every year, and physical beauty and internal value of dresses. As a result, initial works have succession and development of tradition. But through second & third period, inclined physical beauty have duplicated aspects with closing and opening characteristics. So, She has expressed internal beauty.

미용실 유형에 따른 미용실 직원의 직무 만족과 고객 만족에 관한 연구 (Job Satisfaction and Consumer Satisfaction of Beauty Shops - Compasing with Franchised and Non-franchised Beauty Shops -)

  • The purposes of this study are to investigate the job satisfaction, customer satisfaction and revisiting intention to beauty shops, and to examine the difference of the job satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and revisiting intention between franchised and non-franchised beauty shops. Data were obtained via questionnaire, which developed by results of pretest and previous studies, from workers and consumers of beauty shops in Busan. They were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test and regression. The results were as follows; First, the job satisfaction of beauty shops workers was composed of Adaptation, Operation and Instruction. For both of franchised and non-franchised beauty shops, the operation of beauty shops greaty influenced the job satisfaction of workers, and job satisfaction is not significantly different. Second, consumer satisfaction related to services of beauty shops is composed of three factors: Policy, Personal service, and Physical environment. Regardless of shop types, the policy of shop influenced the consumer satisfaction. Consumers' revisiting intentions to beauty shops are influenced by consumer satisfaction. Third, consumers in franchised beauty shops is less likely to be satisfied and to have the intentions to revisit than those of non-franchised beauty shops. Resulted provide some insights to develop strategies for franchised and non-franchised beauty shops. Limitations and future research directions have been discussed.

인체의 추상형/사실형 개념에 따른 인체와 복식에 대한 미의식 연구 (A Study on the Aesthetic Consciousness of Body and Dress Based on the concept of the Abstract/ the Realistic of Body)

  • This study aims to show how tradition and modernity has interacted to produce the aesthetic consciousness of body and dress in contemporary Korea. For this purpose, documentary studies were proceeded. And photos of the modern Korean dress from 1980 to 1997 were analyzed. The results are as follows: First, the body form was studied in terms of exposure and concealment of the physical body parts and the perception of body was classified into two categories, the abstract and the realistic. And the dress form was studied in silhouette and the perception of dress was assorted as body priority and clothes priority. Second, the aesthetic values of body were categorized to divinity, humanity and sexuality. And the aesthetic values of dress were defined in relation to the aesthetic values of body as ascetic beauty, pure beauty, natural beauty and erotic beauty. Third, while the traditional Korean costume (Hanbok) pursues the aesthetic values of divinity and humanity of human body and ascetic beauty, pure beauty and natural beauty on the aesthetic values of humanity of human body and the pure beauty and natural beauty of dress. The contemporary Korean fashion expresses the aesthetic values of divinity, humanity and sexuality of human body and the aesthetic values of ascetic beauty, pure beauty, natural beauty and erotic beauty of dress. In conclusion, the emphasis of sexuality of body and erotic beauty of dress in the modern Korean dress can be interpreted as the change of the aesthetic consciousness of body and dress in contemporary Korean by the influence of the western modernity.

Exploring the Structural Relationship among Beauty Influencers' Attractiveness and Homophily, Emotional Attachment, and Live Commerce Stickiness

  • This study aims to understand how an influencer's social and physical attractiveness, background and value homophily influences consumer's emotional attachment, which in turn causes user stickiness with regards the influencer's live commerce. We tested all proposed hypotheses among users of the online shopping platform "TaoBao". Ultimately, 297 questionnaires were collected by means of an online survey. The results revealed that social and physical attractiveness positively influence emotional attachment. Meanwhile only value homophily significantly affected emotional attachment, whereas background homophily did not significantly affect emotional attachment. Additionally, emotional attachment was found to significantly influence live commerce stickiness. We also investigated the moderation effect of perceived beauty trends of products sold on live commerce, where the results indicated that high beauty tends to have a higher effect on live commerce stickiness behavior. Lastly, theoretical and managerial implications have been offered.

Indoor and Outdoor Concentrations of Air Pollutants in Beauty Shops at kwangju Area

The toxicological hazards are those resulting from exposure to a wide range of chemicals that are usually classified active processes. In this study, twenty beauty shops were selected to assess the exposure to indoor air pollutants such as VOCs and particulate matter $(PM_{10})$ during one month from September 1 to September 30, 2003. Indoor air quality of beauty shops might be worse by vehicle emissions because the beauty shops were generally located near roadways. Personal exposures to VOCs and $PM_{10}$ were related to indoor concentrations of beauty shops. According to the questionnaire, hairdressers complained of sore throat, eye irritation, and nervousness as physical symptoms. The measured mean concentrations of respiratory particulates were $30.5ng/m^3$ in indoor, $30.5ng/m^3$ in outdoor and $44.0ng/m^3$ on personal levels. The personal concentration was found higher than indoor and outdoor concentrations. The heavy metals mean concentrations were shown as indoor (Na>Zn>Cr), outdoor (Cr>Zn>Pb), and personal (Na>Cr>Zn) levels. Conclusively, customers as well as workers in the beauty shops might be highly exposed to air pollutants from indoor and outdoor sources. Therefore, proper management should be taken to improve the indoor air quality in beauty shops.

미용전공 남학생의 특성비교 연구 (A Study on PAI Traits of Beauty Major Male Students)

  • 본 연구는 미용전공 남학생들의 사회심리적 특성을 파악하기 위해 경기도 및 충남북지역에 위치한 대학의 남학생 163명을 대상으로 PAI검사를 실시하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미용전공 남학생들과 일반전공 남학생들의 평균척도를 비교하였을 때 미용전공 남학생들은 일반전공 남학생에 비해 전체적으로 높은 프로파일 유형을 보였으며 타당도척도는 부정적인상(NIM)이, 임상척도에서는 신체적 호소(SOM), 우울(DEP)과 음주문제(ALC)에서 치료고려척도에서는 자살관념(SUI)의 척도에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, PAI검사에서 미용전공 남학생들을 유의미하게 예측해 줄 수 있는 척도를 탐색하기 위해 미용전공 남학생들과 일반전공 남학생들의 비교에서 유의미했던 15개 척도를 탐색요인으로 단계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 미용전공 남학생들을 예측해 줄 수 있는 변인으로서 신체적 호소(SOM)와 우울(DEP) 척도가 추출되었다. 따라서 미용전공 남학생들이 일반전공 남학생들보다 신체적 문제에 더 집착하는 감정 양식을 갖고 있는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 미용전공 남학생들을 선발하거나, 교육 및 상담에서 기초자료로서의 활용이 가능할 것이다.
