  • 본 논문에서는 3D 콘테츠와 이를 가공하기 위한 기술로, 한 물체에 여러 방향으로 빛이 주어진 사진들을 이용하여 해당 물체의 3D shape를 재현해 낼 수 있는 Photometric Stereo에 대해 구현 및 테스트해 보고, 1개의 카메라를 사용하여 3D 콘텐츠를 구현해 낼수 있는 방안들에 대하여 살펴 본다.

PHOTOMETRIC EVOLUTION OF OPEN CLUSTERS AND ASSOCIATIONS

  • The photometric evolution of cluster stars are examined for six synthetic clusters in the age range from $2.4\times10^6\;yr\;to\;7.6\times10^8yr$ by using the detailed evolutionary model calculation, and their results are compared with the observed integrated absolute magnitude and colors of 47 clusters. The reasonable agreements of the observed photometric parameters with the synthetic evolutionary sequences imply that there is a general form of time-dependent IMF including the noncoeval formation of stars and its detailed function is changed slightly with various environmental conditions of each primordial cloud.

Determination of barbiturates in plasma by gas chromatography-fralme photometric detector after N, N'-flame photometric detector after N, N'-dimethylthiomethyl derivatization

  • A specific and sensitive gas chromatographic (GC) procedure with the flame photometric detector (FPD) was developed for determination of barbiturates such as barbital, allobarbital, secobarbital, phenobarbital and thiopental in plasma. In order to evaluate the performance of the FPD, the results were campared with those of the flame ionization detector (FID). After extraction of barbiturates from plasma, the barbiturates were quantitatively N, N-dimethylthiometyl (MTM)-derivatized with methylthiomethyl chloride in 1, 8-diazabicyclo [5, 4, 0] undec-7-ene catalyst. The data indicate that the FPD is about 4 times more sensitive than the FID for barbiturates, although it is less reproducible. The FPD also produced chromatogram with less back ground for extracted plasma sample. The FPD also produced chromatogram with less background for extracted plasma sample. The minimum detectable amount of MTM-thiopental on 3% OV-225 column was 4, 4fmol and that of other MTM-barbiturate was about 10.0fmol.

광원 방향에 대한 제한조건을 이용한 Photometric Stereo Calibration (Photometric Stereo Calibration using Constraint on Light Source Directions)

  • This paper proposes one method on photometric stereo calibration using the constraint on light source directions in which the light sources have the unknown tilt and slant angles but the slant angles are the same. First, the constraint is analyzed based on the equation of linear ambiguity which leads to the conclusion that another constraint should be added to solve the calibration completely. Later, the combination of constraint on light source directions and the constraint that there exists at least six surface patches having known albedos is exploited to resolve the linear ambiguity up to an accurate and close-form solution. The effective performance of the proposed method is demonstrated through experiment results.

  • Photometric analysis is essential process to make design for 300W Electrodeless flood lighting fixture. But lighting source's unusual shape makes it difficult to fix in and so we supposed two kinds of installation method to solve this matter. One is to place lamp base down and second is to put lamp base side like normal HID lamps. In result, former photometric analysis came to reach a target for similar asymmetric photometric data meanwhile we can not escape work to design complicated reflector. Second analysis reached conclusion that it is more simplified reflector than former. On its lighting fixture's design, the former reflector is new and attractive breaking fixed idea but the latter is only staying in the range of existing HID lighting design.

  • The most important thing to be considered in designing stop lamps for automobiles is to satisfy the photometric requirement in various countries and achieve the equal image. To meet these requirements, parabolic reflector and fish-eye optics has been widely applied. The form of the embodied optic is most important in satisfying the photometric requirement and achieving the equal image because the impact of fish-eye optic is decisive. In this study, a series of researches has been performed to optimize of the fish-eye optic by analyzing beam pattern through the photometric simulation based on CATAI program. The optimized results have been shown to meet the various photometric requirements including non dazzling condition considering the following car. The methodology of this study is excepted to influence the development procedure of light system. The time and cost for the system development would be greatly saved by suing this simulaion technique.

Photometric Variability of Symbiotic Stars at All Time Scales - Magellanic Cloud Systems

  • Symbiotic stars are long-orbital-period interacting binaries characterized by extended emission over the whole electromagnetic range and by complex photometric and spectroscopic variability. In this contribution, I will present some high-cadence, long-term optical light curves of confirmed and candidate symbiotic stars in the Magellanic Clouds. By careful visual inspection and combined time series analysis techniques, we investigate for the first time in a systematic way the photometric properties of these astrophysical objects, trying in particular to distinguish the evolutionary status of the cool component, to provide its first-order pulsation ephemeris and to link all this information with the physical parameters of the binary system as a whole. Finally, I will discuss a new, promising photometric technique, potentially able to discover Symbiotic Stars in the Local Group of Galaxies without the recourse to costly spectroscopic follow-up.

  • We developed a real-time CCD photometric program for IBM PC compatibles. This program can perform several functions necessary for CCD photometry such as telescope control. filter rotation, CCD camera control and data acquisition, two-dimensional image processing, simple aperture photometry and automatic differential photometry. The image processing of a spiral galaxy M51 observed with the SNU 61cm reflector shows a well developed spiral structure. Simple aperture photometric results of 14 stars in open cluster NGC 6871 almost accorded with those from IRAF/APPHOT. And we could confirm the light variation of eclipsing binary EM Cep by simultaneous automatic differential photometry of 7stars in NGC 7160. Due to the excellence in the precision and efficiency of automatic differential photometry using CCD. this program is very useful for the study of small amplitude ${\delta}$ Sct type variables and of the photometric stability of B ${\sim}$ F type stars.

Performance Test of NYSC 1m Telescope by Photometric Observation of M35

  • NYSC 1m telescope is completely assembled now, and equipped with FLI PL-16803 4k CCD and Shelyak eShel spectrograph (R~10,000) on optical system of f/8. From 12th Jan 2016, optical system alignment and test observations have been performed. We present the result of M35 photometric observation for the performance test of the 1m telescope. The photometric observation was carried out for the central part of M35 with the field of view, ${\sim}15^{\prime}.8{\times}15^{\prime}.8$. Standard transformation to the UBVI system was done by the photometric data of M35 in Sung and Bessell(1999).

  • 감광트랜지스터 끝에 렌즈를 부착시켜 지향성을 충분히 좋게 한 것을 유리관 끝에 접착 밀봉하여 광도 검지기를 만들었다. 적정용액속에 이 감지기를 수직으로 담거 세우고, 밑에서 빛을 쪼여 올리면서 적정하는 방법을 발전시켜, 밝은 실험실에서 흡광광도 적정을 실시할 수 있게 하였다.
