The objectives of this study were to establish of resource cycling agricultural system focused on farmer's organization. Case is selected as the farming corporation for the regional agriculture considering the amount of sowing by-products and livestock by-products generated. As a result, generation of fertilizer ingredient depend on feces and urine of Korean native cattle is estimated nitrogen 7.7 ton, phosphoric acid 2.9 ton, and potassium 4.9 ton. On the other hand, generation of fertilizer ingredient demand in cultivated acreage is estimated nitrogen 42.4 ton, phosphoric acid 14.3 ton, and potassium 17.0 ton. Therefore, optimum livestock numbers is estimated 1,867 cattle and it means 1,468 cattle can be raise additionally. In order to complete the resource cycling agricultural system, it should be establish nutrient management system at all of organization level and achieve improvements in regional resource supply. Both economic value of organic fertilizer and the resource cycling system linked market system is considered to develop resource cycling level.
This study was inducted to investigate the effects of microbial fertilizers on the fields of young radish(Raphanus sativus L.), chemical components of plant and soil, and the microbial floras. Six microbial fertilizers, MPK+Husk+Palma, Husk+Palma, MPK+Compost, Compost, BIO Livestock Clean System(BLCS) cattle dropping, and Tomi were used. The yields of young radish were increased in six microbial fertilizer treatments. The fresh matter weight, the number of leaves, and the dry matter weight of young radish in BLCS cattle dropping treatment, the leaf length in MPK+Husk+Palma treatment, the sugar content in Husk+Palma treatment, arid the leaf width in Tomi treatment showed the highest amount, respectively. The effects of microbial fertilizers on chemical characteristics of young radish and soil were examined. Phosphoric acid amount of young radish in Tomi treatment was much higher than other treatments. Potassium amount of young radish showed high significance in all microbial fertilizer treatments compared with control, and shoved the highest in Compost treatment . Two components, phosphoric acid find potassium, in soil inoculated by microbial fertilizers showed significant. Phosphoric acid in the Tomi treatment and Potassium in Husk+Palma treatment were increased. The microorganic populations in soil inoculated with microbial fertilizers were examined. While the number of Bacillus in ceil was increased in MPK+Husk+Palma treatment, the numbers of total bacteria, actinomycetes, and fungi were increased in Tomi treatment.

Prunus serrulata var. serrulata f. spontanea (E. H. Wilson) C. S. Chang was treated with dried swine excrement at various concentration levels, and their growth reactions and the contents of total kjeldahl nitrogen and total phosphoric acid were analyzed. The result is as follows; 1. When the plants were treated with 0.25% of dried swine excrement, the seed germination rate of Prunus serrulata var. serrulata f. spontanea was higher than that of the control. However, it showed a tendency to decrease when the treatment concentration got higher than 0.25%. 2. The growth rate of species was highest when they were treated with 0.25% of dried swine excrement. It tended to decrease with higher treatment concentration than 0.25%. Significant difference was clear between the control and the experimental plants of Prunus serrulata var. serrulata f. spontanea. 3. The contents of nitrogen and phosphoric acid in Prunus serrulata var. serrulata f. spontanea also got higher as the concentration of dried swine excrement increased. However, the content of total kjeldahl nitrogen was highest in the leaves, and followed by the roots and stems. In contrast, the content of total phosphoric acid were highest in the roots, and followed by the leaves and stems. Therefore, stems had the lowest contents of both nitrogen and phosphoric acid. 4. The contents of total kjeldahl nitrogen and total phosphoric acid in the soil were measured before and after the growth experiment of Prunus serrulata var. serrulata f. spontanea treated with dried swine excrement. The contents of nitrogen and phosphoric acid significantly decreased after the experiment. In conclusion, the contents of total kjeldahl nitrogen and total phosphoric acid accumulated in the plants increased as the concentration level of dried swine excrement got higher. The seed germination and plant growth rates were best at 0.25% treatment of dried swine excrement. The treatment of dried swine excrement may bring high effects on increasing the plant growth rate but could damage the plants with higher concentration than they need. Different optimal concentration levels of dried swine excrement for different plants should be found before it is used as fertilizer.
This study was conducted to investigate the bacterial capability to accumulate phosphorus during liquid composting process of pig slurry. Storage liquid compost and pig slurry were analyzed by using MALDI-TOF technique, which showed the colonies of Acinetobacter towneri and Bacillus licheniformis. In addition, bacterial colonies were isolated under high phosphoric acid conditions using X-phosphate MOPS medium with the addition of 2 mM $K_2HPO_4$. Microbial growth was observed in high and low phosphoric conditions due to the growth of bacterial diversities in the liquid fertilizer and slurry. The colonies isolated in the high phosphoric acid medium were uncultured bacterium clone and Acinetobacter sp. were identified by analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences. Uncultured bacterium showed higher growth rate and excellent phosphorus ability then Acinetobacter sp.. In addition to Paenibacillus sp. AEY-1 isolated from pig slurry performed excellent phosphorus utilizing capability.

This research was conducted to improve availability of agricultural by-products, national natural resources that could be used as fertilizer source, by estimating the amount of production and collecting main contents of fertilizer substances from previous studies and data, in order to be used as basic data to investigate national resources that could be used as alternatives for imported oil-cakes in the future. Conversion factor was used to estimate annual production of agricultural by-products for main 34 crop types in 2018. For total agricultural by-products, rice straws accounted at 50.3% for the highest proportion, followed by 8.7% of rice husks, showing that by-products from rice harvest accounted at 59.0% for all by-products. Further, there were listed the contents of fertilizer substances (nitrogen, phosphoric acid, potash) in 40 types of by-products from agricultural areas. The average contents of nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and potash in agricultural by-products were 1.43%, 0.59%, and 1.90%, respectively. As a result of estimating the annual nitrogen supply amount from 26 agricultural by-products in 2018, it was found that it could supply 44,911 tons of nitrogen. The investigated by-products contained fertilizer substances such as nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and potash, but the contents were lower compared to castor oil-cake used as main component of organic fertilizer. Therefore, resource management plan needs to be established for efficient use of by-products because time, location, and nutrient content of agricultural by-product production were extremely different. Research on fertilizer and manure using agricultural by-products need to be conducted to develop and distribute alternatives for imported oil-cakes.

Phosphoric acid used for the production of phosphate fertilizers is synthesized by the reaction of phosphate rock and sulfuric acid. As the reaction is exothermic, yield of phosphoric acid is poor at elevated temperature. Therefore, enhancement in its yield requires the process temperature be maintained by releasing the vapor ($80^{\circ}C$) containing HF and SiF4 through a vacuum cooler. However, these valuable resources; Fand Si, which can be utilized for the manufacture of refrigerant and polysilicon, respectively, are being wasted in the treatment process. We performed lab-scale experiments to estimate the amount of recoverable H2SiF6, a by-product of phosphoric acid manufacturing process. The experimental results showed a decrease of fluorine concentration by 0.12wt% in the liquid phase. Preliminary estimation showed a possible recovery of 5,509 ton/yr of fluorine considering the scale of the fertilizer manufacturing plant. Furthermore, field-scale experiment showed that H2SiF6 could be enriched in liquid phase from 0.35wt% to 7.33wt% and the vapor flow-rate from vacuum cooler was estimated at $51,000m^3/hr$. Anew, the efficiency of fluorine recovery in the pilot-scale experiment was found to be 76.74% and the production of H2SiF6 was estimated at 5,340 ton/yr.
A column test was conducted to find out the effect of application of slaked lime, calcium sulfate, calcium superphosphate, and phosphoric acid on the solubility of lead in soil. The soil was adjusted to 310.8 ppm concentration of Pb and applied with amounts of calcium equivalent to 600, 1000, 2000 ppm as slaked lime; sulfate 144, 288, 432 ppm as calcium sulfate; phosphate 95, 190, 285 ppm as calcium superphosphate and phosphoric acid, respectively. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The increasing application of improvement agents reduced the amounts of water soluble Pb in soil. Phosphoric acid was the most effect among to the treatments. 2. The slaked lime treatment has the highest pH of soil and the lowest at the phosphoric acid one. The soil Eh has a reverse tendency the soil pH. 3. Water soluble Ca, $PO_4$ and $SO_4$ contents increased with increasing application amounts of improvement agents in soil. 4. $1N-NH_4$ OAC soluble Pb content in soil was a decreasing tendency in the order of calcium superphosphate, phosphoric acid, slaked lime, calcium sulfate and control after experiment.
This study analyze the economic effect of chemical fertilizer. We used the input and output data, and the analysis variables include production output nitrogen, phosphoric acid, potassium, seeds, and labor. The main results are as follows. First, for spring potatoes, potassium increases to a certain level of output, but over a certain stage, the output decreases as the input increases. Optimal use of potassium in the calculation of spring potatoes can achieve the effect of reducing input costs and increasing output simultaneously. Second, radish In autumn, nitrogen increases to a certain level, but over a certain stage it represents a reverse U-shaped relationship in which output decreases as input increases. This means that reducing the amount of fertilizer input increases the output. This means that soil-related agricultural big data can contribute to the management of nutrients and greenhouse gas reduction in agricultural land.

When 7 kg·10a-1, which is less than the nitrogen standard application amount of 9 kg·10a-1, is applied, the protein content is lowered and the palatibility is improved. In order to examine the applicability of nitrogen fertilization of 7 kg·10a-1 nationwide, soil samples were collected from 240 paddy fields in 8 provinces in 2021, and the organic matter content, effective phosphoric acid, and effective silicic acid were analyzed for each sample. As a result of one-way ANOVA analysis between samples collected for each province, there was no significant difference in the content of organic matter, effective phosphoric acid, and effective silicic acid except for some provinces. The contents of organic matter was higher than the appropriate level(25 ~ 30 g·kg-1) except for Gyeongsangbuk-do, the effective phosphoric acid was higher than the appropriate level(80~120 mg·kg-1) in all provinces, and the effective silicic acid was lower than the appropriate level(157 ~ 180 mg·kg-1) except for Gyeonggi-do, Jeollanam-do and Gyeongsangnam-do. As a result of analyzing the recommended fertilization amount based on the nitrogen application amount of 7 kg·10a-1, 68.3% ofthe 240 samples were able to give nitrogen fertilizer less than 7.5 kg·10a-1, and the rest had to be given more than that to satisfy the standard fertilization amount. As a result of this study, 68.3% of rice paddies nationwide can be cultivated with a standard fertilization amount of 7 kg·10a-1, however it was thought that continuous nutrient management would be required for other paddies.
Establishment of a new concept of environmental friendly livestock manure management is required based on the facts. But now liquid fertilizer quality in korea shows a large difference among regions and the regulations are uncertain. Focusing on precedent study on main level-grading factors of liquid fertilizer quality certification, the study collected laws and standards related to liquid fertilizer of livestock manure at home and abroad and produced evaluation standards. Liquid fertilizer was divided into four factors (fertilizing value, harmfulness, stability and uniformity). According to each item, scores were awarded based on 16 details: fertilizing value (Nitrogen concentration, the whole concentration of Nitrogen, Phosphoric acid and Kalium), harmfulness (heavy metals, pathogenic microorganism and antibiotics), stability (maturity degree and odour), uniformity (EC, BOD, SS, moisture content and salt). The grade of liquid fertilizer, A (42~48), B (34~41), C (26~33) were rated using total scores.
