Walking is the most basic personal mobility and its importance and concern is ever increasing with the highlighting of a new paradigm, such as transit oriented development, sustainable development and revitalization of green transport. The existing analytical research on pedestrian network is using a pedestrian's moving distance to a destination and integration in space syntax theory as its representative accessibility factors. However, the uniplanar network moving distance fails to reflect topographic characteristics, so the moving distance could show a similar result value in case of the regions for analysis that have a similar network structure to each other. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to suggest a new analytical methodology on pedestrian network accessibility in consideration of the grade in pedestrian sections and a pedestrian's size. this study, in its analysis of a uniplanar pedestrian network moving distance, analyzed the pedestrian network moving distance in consideration of the grade in pedestrian sections, and even the pedestrian network moving distance in consideration of a pedestrian's size, and suggested the methodology on pedestrian network accessibility analysis in consideration of a more substantive pedestrian's characteristics. It is hoped that the methodology used by this study will be used as the methodology on pedestrian network analysis which can reflect topographic characteristics in the pedestrian network analysis, and take a more substantive pedestrian's movement into account.

This research obtained fundamental data for the development of grape foods by investigating the preference for grape foods, popularization and commercialization plan of grape foods and obtained knowledge required in order to develop grape foods. The study used 354 consumers in Seoul and GyeongGi Province. The distribution of sex on research subjects was as follows. Male was 52.0% (184 persons) and female was 48.0% (170 persons). Age distribution varied by twenties and less than twenties being 30.8%, thirties being 26.3%, forties being 24.6% and the fifties and over being 18.4%. According to the results, preference for grape foods of subjects was that rice wrapped in grape leaves ($2.14{\pm}0.7$) and sweet steamed rice($2.12{\pm}0.8$) were the highest among staple food; grape vinegar($2.38{\pm}0.7$) and grape taffy($2.25{\pm}0.7$) were the highest among spices; grape jelly ($2.53{\pm}0.6$) and grape pudding($2.45{\pm}0.7$) were the highest among snacks; grape juice ($2.70{\pm}0.5$) and grape yogurt($2.59{\pm}0.6$) were the highest among beverages. Subjects responded to the fruit group among food groups harmonized with grape foods(p<0.01). 50.7% of subjects responded to "have to be delicious" and 25.1% of subjects responded to "nutritional balance" as the most important aspects of the development of grape foods. In the popularization and commercialization plan of grape foods, Subjects chose with respected importance, personal preference($4.15{\pm}0.8$), price($4.05{\pm}0.8$) and promotional strategy($4.00{\pm}0.9$). In conclusion, the food development and revitalization plan should use grapes to find out food materials suitable for grape mixture and nutritional balance. We will expect an increase population and commercialization of grape foods if we develop grape foods and promote strategically in consideration of the preference of consumers and the price of produce.
This study was designed to identify degrees of self-esteem instrumental activities of daily living and life satisfaction in the elderly and to investigate the relationship between these factors thus contributing to effective nursing interventions to promote quality of life for both noninstitutionalized and institutionalized elderly. The subjects for this study included 130 noninstitutionalized and institutionalized elderly. The data were collected through personal interviews using a questionnaire, the time being from August 25 to September 7, 1997. The measurement tools were the Self-esteem Scale Developed by Rosenberg and translated by Jon, Byong Je (1974). the IADL scale develped by Lawton & Brody(1968). and the Life Satisfaction developed by Youn. Jin(1982).The data were analyzed by the S.P. S.S computer progam and included descriptive stasistics, t-test, One way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient. The conclusions of this study are summerized as follows ; 1. There was a significant difference in Self-Esteem(t=7.05, P=.000). IADL(t=4.36, P=.000). and Life Satisfaction(t=6.63, P=.000) between the noninstitutionalized elderly and the institutionalized elderly. 2. There was a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and IADL(${\gamma}$=.4028). self-esteem and life satisfaction(${\gamma}$=.6415). and IADL and life satisfaction(${\gamma}$=.3884) in the noninstitutionalized elderly(P<.001). and between self-esteem and life satisfaction(${\gamma}$=.3883, P<.001). IADL and life satisfation(${\gamma}$=.2501, P<.05) in the institutionalized elderly. 3. According to the general characteristics of the noninstitutionalized and institutionalized elderly : Self-Esteem of the noninstitutionalized elderly was significantly different. according to educational level(F=4.491, P=.031). job(F=2.53, P=.044). living expense load(F=2.861. P=.044). and self-esteem, and of the institutionalized elderly, it was significantly different according to educational level only (F=4.480, P=.006). IADL of the noninstitutionalized elderly was significantly different according to age(F=3.018, P=.021). living expense load(F=3.034. P=.033). pocket money(F=3.606. P=.010). and for the institutionalized elderly, it was significantly different according to age(F=2.899, P=.042), and religion(F=2.847, P=.044). Life Satisfaction of the noninstitutionaized elderly( F=2.718, P=.037) and instiutionalized elderly(F=3.165, P=.030) was significantly different according to pocket money.
Currently mobile messenger industry, based on mobile application, is growing. And it has aroused innovative change, offering services in various forms beyond the form simply sharing messengers. Also because messenger securities are becoming personalized and intelligent, the importance of more diverse mobile applications' securities is increasing. This study carries out the empirical study of the causal relationship that the factors of using application services influence on security recognition and security Intention of mobile securities, and consequentially impact upon protection of personal information of users. In order that, we present the research model which prime variables of SDT, which emphasized on natural immanent motivation of human, applied to. To verify the research model of this study empirically, we conducted a survey targeting the public and university students which have ever used mobile messenger applications. With this, we desire to contribute to emphasizing the significance of individual messenger security and playing a positive role to develop security guide for consumers. The path analysis results are as follows. First, perceived autonomy has a positive effect on both security awareness and security intention. Second, perceived competence has a positive effect on security intention. Third, perceived relatedness has a positive effect on both security awareness and security intention. Last, security awareness and security intention. have a positive effect on privacy protection behavior. Through emphasizing the importance of the security of the messenger of individuals and contribute to a positive role for development of the necessary security guidelines to consumers.
This study examined the impact of learning organization activities on burnout and the moderating effect of supervisor trust in a learning organization. The results of the study shows that among the activities of a learning organization, independent variables in this study, promoting inquiry and dialogue as well as encouraging collaboration and team learning affect burnout. In other words, the dedication of an organization to creating a culture in which various learning approaches are experimented through questioning and giving feedback as well as collaborative learning that can reinforce the effective use of team resources have an impact on reducing emotional exhaustion, which is considered to be at the core of burnout. Plus, these factors reduce impersonalization, which is activated to prevent further emotional exhaustion by dealing with customers, colleagues and jobs in a cold, negative and perfunctory way. In this study, the dimensions of promoting inquiry and dialogue as well as encouraging collaboration and team learning were found to reduce the decline in personal sense of achievement of an employee with a negative assessment of himself or herself derived from a lack of achievement in his or her job. Supervisor trust (integrity, benevolence and ability) had a moderating effect on the relationship between strategic learning leadership and impersonalization/emotional exhaustion. This suggests that the trust of supervisor helps mediate and moderate the emotional exhaustion and impersonalization of organizational members by encouraging leaders to drive change and take the organization to a new direction. The study has provided implications that communication plays an important role in reducing burnout in the learning context such as positive, appreciative inquiry and feedback analysis to identify strength, and that supervisor trust is critical in order to ensure strategic learning leadership exerts greater influence on the organization.

In this paper, we propose the moderating effects and mediation effects of social support on the relationship between art therapists' job stress and psychological burnout. Based on the previous studies, this study set up four types of variables: 1) independent variable, 2) moderating variable, 3) mediation variable, and 4) dependent variable. Job stress was identified as an independent variable, social support was identified as both a moderating variable and mediation variable, and psychological burnout was identified as a dependent variable. To empirically conduct this study, a total of 200 questionnaires were distributed to art therapists. Consequently, a total of 150 survey responses were collected. The survey results are as follows. First, there were not differences in job stress, psychological burnout, and social support due to personal environmental factors. This included career, employment type and working hours. Second, the result showed a high-level of correlation among job stress, psychological burnout, and social support. Third, social support was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between the art therapists' job stress and psychological burnout. Forth, social support was found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between the art therapists' job stress and psychological burnout.
Humanity has reached the age of service economy. A new economy requires new management. The chief executive of new management is the CEO. The results of management decision-making are reflected in the company's performance, and are the basis for future growth engines. This study empirically analyzed the effect of CEO competence, corporate orientation, and management performance of small and medium-sized mid-sized business managers on each other. In the study, a hypothesis was established between eight variables. In addition, the relationship between corporate orientation and CEO competency, which has not been studied, was also identified. Set personal effectiveness, willingness to innovate, opportunity recognition, information perception, relationship formation, business management, leadership, organizational culture, and human resource management as measures of CEO competency. After defining the operation in accordance with this study, the analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, corporate orientation did not produce a meaningful result in management performance. And CEO competency showed a positive (+) effect on management performance. It can be judged that the CEO variable, a management variable, had a positive effect on management performance. Also, there was a significant result in the relationship between corporate orientation and CEO competency. Innovativeness, initiative, and risk-taking have positive implications for CEO competency. Lastly, corporate orientation showed statistically significant results on management performance through the mediation of CEO competency. It is worth noting the results of this study in that the time of the study was the timing of the global pandemic (fendermic) of the COVID19 virus. In the future, in-depth research is needed on the relationship between CEO-related factors and management performance in a more changed economic environment.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship among verbal violence experience, verbal violence impact and burnout of operating room nurses. The data were collected by structured self-reporting questionnaires from 202 operating room nurses and were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression. The level of verbal violence experience and verbal violence impact was 1.96 and 1.67. The level of burnout was 3.08. Verbal violence impact and burnout have a significant positive association with verbal violence experience(r=.39, p<.001; r=.41, p<.001). Verbal violence impact was positively associated with burnout(r=.29, p<.001). Factors influencing burnout were verbal violence experience, verbal violence impact and position(staff nurse) which explained 30% of the variance(F=9.15, p<.001). These findings indicate that verbal violence experiences of operating room nurses have influence on stability and productivity in personal, social aspect and suggest developing the verbal violence prevention program in hospital.
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate 1) blood lead levels of workers at auto repair shops as Biological Exposure Indices (BEI) of toxic substances such as lead and toluene that are produced during automotive painting process, 2) the differences depending on personal characteristics of workers who have been exposed to toluene by using urine hippuric acid concentration as a marker and 3) the correlation between the concentration of hazardous chemicals in each workplace and the BEL. All subjects were male with a mean age of 36.2 years. In terms of age, most were in the 30 to 40 age group (13 persons, 48.1%). In relation to the length of work experience, the highest proportion had experience of 10 years of less (18 persons, 66.7%). Twenty three workers were cigarette smokers (85.2%) while 4 (14.8%) were non-smokers. In addition, more than 80% of the workers drank alcohol. Dust concentration and toluene exposure during automotive painting showed no significant difference with age, length of work experience, smoking and drinking while a significant difference (p<0.05) has been detected between lead concentration and smoking. The geometric mean of dust concentration, lead concentration and toluene concentration were $0.38mg/m^3,\;0.0021mg/m^3$ and 1.08ppm respectively. In addition, the geometric mean of blood lead levels and urine hippuric acid concentration were $1.70{\mu}g/dl$ and 0.25g/g respectively, which were lower than the standard levels suggested by the Ministry of Labor. To determine the influential factors on blood lead and urine hippuric acid concentrations, a correlation analysis has been conducted with variables of air, lead and toluene concentrations, age, length of work experience and amount of cigarette smoking. According to the analysis, a relatively high correlation (p<0.01) has been observed between air lead concentration and biological sample concentration.

Twitter, Facebook, and KakaoStory are the major SNS in Korea. Social knowledge production is being produced by those services from numerous collaboration and co-participation in those SNS. Wikipedia or Naver JishikIN service was regarded as the representative product of collective knowledge production during the wired internet era. However now at the wireless internet era centered with smart phones, various forms of collective knowledge production would be achieved by connecting to SNS in real-time. In this thesis, the survey data of collective knowledge production for users of three SNS have been compared and analyzed. The difference of the collective knowledge production mechanism among Twitter, Facebook and KakaoStory has been studied and compared through three variables: the motivation of collective knowledge production, the preference of collective knowledge production model, and collective knowledge production cultural perception. As a result of the analysis of the discriminant factors for three SNS user groups, it turns out that the diversity-toward usage motivation, personal contribution motivation, and collective knowledge production tendency perception are the most influential variables. This thesis is of significance in that it unites the value of social science such as social capital and collective knowledge production from the viewpoint of computer science and opens the new chapter of collective knowledge production with the real-time SNS of wireless internet from the wired internet.
