빠르게 변화하는 인터넷 환경과 미디의 변화는 온라인상에서 소통이라는 새로운 커뮤니케이션 방식을 만들고 있다. 누리꾼들은 온라인상에서 이전보다 더 많은 서비스를 제공받고, 이런 서비스를 통해 서로가 어려움 없이 소통할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 이런 변화를 통해 얻어진 소통의 자유 확대는 이전보다 더 많은 개인 정보의 노출과 더 쉬운 개인 정보의 유출로 이어지고 있다. 더 큰 문제는 지금의 상황에서 개인 정보 유출을 통제하는 것이 과거보다 더 어렵게 되었다는 것이다. 우리 정부는 지속적으로 발생하는 개인정보 유출 사건을 해결하고 예방하기 위해서 개인정보 보호와 관련된 여러 정책들을 개발하고 시행하고 있다. 이 연구는 이렇게 시행되고 있는 개인정보 보호제도의 문제점을 찾아내고 대안을 모색하고자 한다.

유비쿼터스 네트워크 환경에서 개인정보의 유출은 다양한 사이버 범죄를 야기하며 개인정보의 상품화로 프라이버시의 침해가 증가하므로 개인정보의 유출을 탐지하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 네트워크의 트래픽 특성을 기반으로 한 개인정보 유출 탐지 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 실제 대학망에서 정상 상태의 트래픽을 수집하여 트래픽의 특성을 분석함으로써 네트워크 트래픽이 자기유사성을 지님을 확인하였다. 개인정보의 유출을 시도하는 악성코드의 사전정보수집단계를 모사한 비정상적인 트래픽에 대하여 정상 트래픽에서의 자기유사성과의 변화를 살펴봄으로써 이상을 조기 감지할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate clothing attitude according to the self-esteem, body-cathexis and personal-relationship in multicultural families. 198 questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS program(version 18.0). Self-esteem, body-cathexis, personal-relationship, clothing attitude were examined through 5-point likert scale. 3 factors including clothing interest, social approval and clothing conformity were used as clothing attitude. The results of this study is as follows: First, there were differences in self-esteem, body-cathexis, personal-relationships, clothing attitude in multi-cultural families. Second, self-esteem had positive influences on body-cathexis and personal-relationships in multicultural families. Third, the Chinese were that body-cathexis had positive influences on social approval. The Filipinos were that personal-relationships had positive influences on clothing interest and social approval. The Vietnamese were that personal-relationships had positive influences on clothing interests.

개인건강관리를 위해 PHD(Personal Health Device)로 부터 제공되는 개인 생체정보는 사생활 보호 측면에서 볼 때 개인의 생체와 관련한 매우 민감한 정보이며 환자를 가정할 때, 이것이 제 3자에게 노출되는 경우는 더욱 심각하다. 그러나 이번에 ISO에서 제정된 표준 프로토콜[1]의 경우, 개채 상호간에 생체 정보 교환을 위한 전송 부분만을 고려한 규격일 뿐 보안에 대한 요소는 전혀 고려되고 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 u-헬스 환경에서 개인건강관리를 위한 각종 보안 위협과 보안 요구사항에 대해 새롭게 제안하고자 한다.

Purpose- This study examines the multi-mediation effect of personal self-congruity and social self-congruity to perceived value and brand attitude on aircraft customers in China. Research design, data and methodology- Survey was conducted on Chinese citizens who had flown via Chinese airlines and lived mainly in the Yangtze River delta. 727 cases were analyzed. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used to analyze the data. Results - First, perceived economic value has a positive impact on personal self-congruity and social self-congruity but has no effect on brand attitude. Second, perceived functional value has a positive impact on personal self-congruity, social self-congruity, and brand attitude. Third, based on this, perceived economic value is not directly related to brand attitude. However, there is a relationship between perceived functional value and brand attitude, with personal self-congruity and social self-congruity having mediation effects. Conclusions - The Results show that perceived economic and functional value such as competitive airfare, mileage membership, check-in processes, diversified vouchers and coupons, and also basic services such as flight security and flight attendant service having an effect on personal self-congruity. To improve consumer brand attitude, airlines should take into consideration personal self-congruity factors such as their values and lifestyles, and their social self-congruity factors such as their social status and social security.

By development of a robot technology, personal robot is being developed very actively. Various infra-technologies are accumulated in hardware and software how by internal a lot of research and development efforts, and it is circumstance that actual commodity is announced. But, personal robot is applied to be acting near human, and takes charge of safety and connected directly a lot of works of home security, gas-leakage, fire-warning facilities, or/and etc. So personal robot must do safe and stable action even if any unexpected accidents are happened, important functions are always operated. In this paper, we are wished to show design structures for supporting fault-tolerant operation from our real-time robot middleware viewpoint. Personal robot, in being developed, was designed by module structure to do to interconnect and to interoperate among each module that is mutually implemented by each research facilities or company. Also, each modules can use appreciate network system that is fit for handling and communicating its data. To guarantee this, we have being developed a real-time network middleware, for especially personal robot. Recent our working is to add and to adjust some functions like connection management, distributed routing mechanism, remote object management, and making platform independent robot application execution environment with self-moving of robot application, for fault-tolerant personal robot.

Purpose: A national long-term care system for elderly and the disabled has its unique evolution in each country. Japan, Germany and the United States may be the typical examples of respective social insurance system. This paper reviews the counterpart examples of Japan, Germany and the United States and looks at their accumulated long-term care system experiences and personal care system under workers' compensation. Methods: Literature review and website searching were conducted. Key words as 'workers' compensation insurance', 'personal care benefit' and 'long term care' were used in searching the related literatures. Results: Though the personal care benefit under current Workers'Compensation in Korea is very similar to Japan's, the long-term care system of Korea is not as well established. Germany and the United States have the provision of personal care benefit for injured workers within long term care system. Conclusions: We recommend some key issues to take into account for improving personal care benefit system in workers' compensation in Korea as follows: providing a comprehensive coverage through the linkage of long term care, introducing an assessment & evaluation system for the appropriate benefits, establishing insurer's role for quality management of personal care service, and developing a policy for family caregivers.

Due to development of IT, various Internet services via the non-face-to-face are increasing rapidly. In the past, the resident registration numbers (RRN) was used a mean of personal identification, but the use of RRN is prohibited by the relevant laws, and the personal identification services using alternative means are activated. According to the prohibition policy of RRN, i-PIN service appeared as an alternative means to identify a person. However, the user's knowledge-based i-PIN service continues to cause fraudulent issuance, account hijacking, and fraud attempts due to hacking accidents. Due to these problems, the usage rate of i-PIN service which performs a nationwide free personal identification service, is rapidly decreasing. Therefore, this paper proposes a technical safety enhancement method for security enhancement in the i-PIN-based personal identification service. In order to strengthen the security of i-PIN, this paper analyzes the encryption key exposure, key exchange and i-PIN authentication model problems of i-PIN and suggests countermeasures. Through the proposed paper, the i-PIN can be expected to be used more effectively as a substitution of RRN by suggesting measures to enhance the safety of personal identification information. Secured personal identification services will enable safer online non-face-to-face transactions. By securing the technical, institutional, and administrative safety of the i-PIN service, the usage rate will gradually increase.

Currently, online means of replacing resident registration numbers(RRN) include I-Pin, mobile phone, credit card, MyPin, and general-purpose certificate. In order to issue alternative means based on the RRN, it must be designated through the designation review by the Korea Communications Commission(KCC) through a designation review by personal proofing agency and be subject to annual management. However, the criteria for designation and follow-up of the designation of the personal proofing agency carried out by KCC have been used in 2010 without revision, and there are problems that do not conform to the evaluation standards of various alternative means. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method for improving the designation criteria and management system of the personal proofing service agency. The proposed method analyzes the characteristics of the alternative identification-based personal proofing service and proposes a follow-up management standard that can appropriately evaluate the analyzed characteristics and improves the designation criteria according to the emergence of new alternatives. Through the proposed method, it can be seen that it is possible to strengthen the safety of the personal proofing service based on the alternative means of RRN provided online and face-to-face and to protect the user's personal information.

기존 연구에 따르면 컴퓨터 게임에서 플레이어에게 주어진 목표를 성취해 가는 과정을 Personal Interaction으로 정의하고 있다. 또한 Personal Interaction이 효율적으로 이루어졌을 때 사람들은 게임 플레이 과정이 즐거웠다는 몰입의 경험을 하게 된다고 한다. 본 연구에서는 Personal Interaction이 효율적으로 이루어졌다는 판단 근거가 되는 내적 보상인 인지적 성과와 외적 보상인 보상 분배의 형평성이 몰입에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과에 따르면 플레이어는 목표 성취과정에서 주어지는 외적 보상이 형평성에 맞게 제공되었을 때, 자신이 수행한 목표 성취 과정이 잘 이루어졌다는 인지적 성과가 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 더불어 인지적 성과가 높았을 때 플레이어는 목표 성취 과정이 최적의 경험이라고 평가한다는 점을 발견하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 게임 디자인 과정에서 목표 성취와 관련한 외적 보상 분배를 어떻게 했을 때 플레이어에게 몰입의 경험을 높게 할 수 있도록 유도하는가에 대한 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.
