스마트 폰의 사용이 증가하고, 광고, 개인정보를 QRCode에 삽입하여 제공하는 서비스 기술이 이슈가 되면서 프라이버시 침해의 위험 발생이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 개인정보 공개등급에 따른 서비스 제공을 위한 스마트폰 환경에서의 규칙기반 컨텍스트 모델링을 제안한다. 제안하는 모델은 스마트 폰 상에서 QRCode 스캔 시, 정보 주체자의 공개등급을 고려하여 등급별 서비스를 제공한다. 사용자는 스마트폰을 통해 QRCode를 스캔한 사용자이다. 공개등급은 개인정보를 사용자에게 보여주는 것에 대한 접근 권한이다. 컨텍스트 모델은 데이터로부터 컨텍스트를 추상화하고, 규칙을 정의하여 QRCode 사용자의 프로파일 정보를 토대로 특정인의 프라이버시 정보를 사용자의 등급에 따라 제공한다. 제안하는 방법은 오프라인 상에서의 학회 정보 서비스 도메인에 적용하여 본 시스템의 정확성을 증명한다.

As issues on light pollution is being raised recently, movements to prevent light pollution is being implemented by each local government, such as by enforcing the Light Pollution Act from February 2013, in order to require compliance with the light-emitting permission level of existing lighting facilities. However, despite the regulations, no specific measures on products are being prepared. Thus, this Research has designed a light shield as a measure to minimize the burden of the effectiveness and time required for development and the burden of the cost necessary to re-install existing light facilities in its entirety and reviewed the effect of the measure through the BUG ratings.

Traditional voice traffic over mobile communication has been changed into data and media contents traffic, which makes traffic amount increases and speedy data transfer required. In the near future ubiquitous mobile terminal environment will be common so that security issues will arise due to many heterogeneous equipments and connections. In this paper, many previous methods used for terminal authentication are examined. And we propose new system model which uses our novel user authentication protocol based on strong one-time password (OTP) and short message service (SMS). We verify our system model and protocol by implementation.

This paper deals with internal and outernal factors of Maritime High School in Korea, and suggests the followings. The fist, superintendent authority of schools should be transferred to ministry of education from ministry of marine. The second, education system should be upgraded to junior college or 5 years education course. The third, the door of maritime university permission should be opened for maritime high school graduates. The fourth, training ship should be built for effective training course required form STCW 95. The fifth, if the graduates form maritime high school engage board, all of them should be exempted from military service responsibility. The sixth, the on board-training system for teachers and instructors should be programmed in order to help them keep and utilize the on board experience in actural education situation. The seventh, the school location should be placed in order to increase the efficiency of the education.

역할기반 접근제어(RBAC)는 역할(Role)과 역할계층(Role hierarchy)을 통해 사용자 및 접근권한 관리를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 해준다. 그러나 시스템에 수많은 사용자, 역할, 권한이 존재하는 경우 한사람의 보안 관리자가 이들을 모두 관리하는 컷은 불가능하므로 역할을 관리하는 관리역할을 두어 시스템을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 방법(ARBAC)이 제안되었다. ARBAC는 URA(User Role Assignment), PRA(Permission Role Assignment), RRA(Role Role Assignment)로 구성되어있다. 본 논문에서는 URA99 모델을 기반으로 사용자-역할 관리를 위하여 관리도구를 구현한다. 구현된 관리도구는 오라클의 저장 프로시저를 사용하고 자바를 기반으로 한 EJB 컴포넌트로 구현한다.

Machinima is a new medium of artistic expression that allows creators to produce faster and cheaper 3D animated works than ever before. However, the software owner controls all rights in the game. The principle of fair use allows for limited use of works without permission of the copyright owner for certain purposes. The application of the principle of fair use to any particular machinima will depend on the specific circumstances. In conclusion, in order to maintain the balance between the copyright owner and the user, the reasonable role of the court in Korea seems to be more important in interpreting the fair use clause.

The dispersed generation is recently increased introduction for the energy supply rationalization and effective management of power system. But the dispersed generation causes to the various trouble that isn't occurred in the past, for example, the two way systems have an effect on the mistake action of protection equipment and the power quality. In this paper, we research the influence on the harmonic when the dispersed generation is interconnected with distribution system. To achievement, we construct the interconnecting dispersed generation and distribution system which is applied to the permission of harmonic emission. After that, we simulate about the harmonic of distribution system interconnection dispersed generation by the PSCAD/EMTDC analyzing transient state of the power system.

Interaction Scale between Teachers and Infants for childcare Teachers(ISTI) was constructed based on the research data completed by the Bradley, Caldwell & Corwyn's IT-CC-Home and kinds of Interaction Scales with a participation Infants childcare teachers and Child Studies professor, Child Studuies doctoral course students. The results of this study were; First, the study found that the 29 items of the ISTI were categorized into four factors by 205 Infants for childcare teachers: Involvement, Variety, Responsivity, Permission. Second, these factors exhibited a high correlation interactively. Third, the ISTI showed a high correlation with teachers' performance scale. Further ISTI is a vaild and reliable scale for the measurement of Interaction Scale between Teachers and Infants for childcare Teachers.

In this paper, we proposed service security model and remote management service on OSGi computing environment. The model is used to make access control decisions like permission-based security inside the java2 platform. In model, policies are defined using a flat text file and include bundles. It method granted flexibility and extendability of access control of bundles and services. Also, we proposed service architecture efficiently for remote management service.

The quantities of chrome, lead, iron, copper and manganese in the formula feed were determined by A.A.S. and the results were summarized as follows 1. The content of chromium in the leather and meat meals(SN-2) were 13-66 times as much as the level of permission. 2. In the meantime, lead content in the meat meal (SN-1) was about 20 times as much as permitted level. 3. The iron which is essential constituent of the formula feed was contained in the meat and leather meals and these values were 2-10 times as much as feeding regulations, on the contrary copper and manganese content in the shaving and flesh were below the feeding regulations.
