생체 전기 임피던스 분석의 한의학적 적용을 위한 연구동향 (Review on Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis in Traditional East Asian Medicine)

  • Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) is a non-invasive and low-cost technique that estimates body composition based on the distribution of water and electrolytes in the body by analyzing body's electrical responses to source voltages. In this work, we carried out a systematic literature review on BIA researches in traditional East Asian medicine (TEAM). For comparison, firstly we introduced the concept and principle of BIA, and offered a general overview of research trends in western medical perspectives. We searched through the databases of Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System and DataBase Periodical Information Academic for the articles published between 1994 and 2013, with keywords such as 'BIA', 'bioelectrical impedance' and 'impedance'. Among the rough-searched 274 articles, we finally selected 21 articles appropriate to the intended research field. The selected articles were categorized into diagnosis in Sasang medicine, impedance analysis in meridian system, and change of body composition after taking herbal medicine. We found that most of BIA researches in TEAM were preliminary and remained in the peripheral levels which is far behind the western medical research activities. Therefore, more efforts are needed to study BIA in association with major subjects such as pattern identification or physiological/pathological phenomena. In addition, methodological breakthrough of BIA is possible by applying the diagnostic concepts of the TEAM in relation to the balance of Qi and Blood.

  • 신경심장학의 발전으로 중추신경 활성이 심장의 전기적 활동도에 미치는 영향이 밝혀지고 있고, 심박동수변이(Heart rate variability, HRV)가 정신적 스트레스와 심혈관질환의 기계적 연관성을 나타내는 중요한 지표로 제기되고 있다. HRV란 자율신경계의 정상적 상호작용에 의해 나타나는 생리적인 심박수 변동을 타나내며, 자율신경 기능을 정량화하여 측정할 수 있는 방법론이다. 분석 방법은 시간 영역 분석과 주파수 영역 분석으로 나눌 수 있으며, 측정 시간대에 따라 단기간 측정과 24시간 측정 등의 방법이 확립되어 있다. 임상적으로는 변이 정도, 교감신경과 부교감신경의 활성과 균형도를 파악하여 다양한 질환과 스트레스 등의 진단과 치료 및 예후 판정에 활용되고 있다. HRV를 이용한 바이오피드백도 최근 자율신경 관련 질환의 치료에 활용되고 있다. 향후 다양한 프로토콜의 개발과 임상적 적용이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

  • 최근 NoD(News-on-Demand)에 대한 사용자의 요구가 증가함에 따라, 이러한 요구를 충족시키기 위한 많은 연구가 진행중에 있다. 그러니 뉴스 비디오 데디터는 짧은 생명주기, 앵커를 중시미으로 한 주기적 변화로인해 기존의 비디오 저장방식을 그대로 용하기가 어렵다. 이릉 위해, 본 논문에서는 NoD서비스용 멀티미디어 데이터의 효율적인 저장 및 검색을 위한 하부저장 관리자를 설계 및 구현하다. 하부 저장 관리자는 멀티미디어 객체 지체의 비디오 스트림 데이터와 색인 정보를 효율적으로 저장하고 관리하며, 텍스트 기반 검색을 위해 역화일 기법과 고차훤 특징 벡터의 색인을 위해 X-트리 구조를 제공한다. 아울러 하부 저장 관리자는 계층적인 뉴스 비디오 객체로부터 추출된 부가적인 정보들은 효율적으로 저장할 수 있는 저장 API(Application Program Interpace)와 커서를 통한 사용자의 편리한 검색을 지원하는 검색API를 제공한다. 마지막으로 하부 저장 관리자는 SHORE(Scalable Heterogeneous Object REpository) 저장 시스템을 이용하여 UNLX 운영체제 하엣 표준 C++언어를 사용하여 구현하였다. 구현하였다.

안면형상연구의 인간과학적 기초 연구 - 정기신혈(精氣神血)의 유체역학적(流體力學的) 해석을 중심으로 - (Fundamental Studies on Human Sciences by Facial Form Analysis - Based on Unit Fluid Model of Essence, Qi energy, Emotion, Blood -)

  • For the purpose of investigating the reasonable logics contained in physiognomy of east and old western medicine. hypothetical researches based on hydromechanics theory were performed concerning facial types of form and pathologic features, especially 4 types of Dr. Jisan-Essence, Qi energy. Emotional Activity and Blood(EQAB). In order to infer the functional relation between facial type forming and EQAB factors, EQAB were supposed as fluid grounded on their continual flowing or periodical change and pressure effect from its congestion. and a premise that there's a linear corresponding relationship between the appearance of organ and its physical conditions of its inner vessels is formed too. Through this work, the unit fluid model(UFM) of Essence can be assumed as circle shape formed by the high viscosity and surface tension, the UFM model of Qi energy as quadrangular shape by the scattering features to outer four directions, and the UFM of emotional activity as inverted triangular shape by the flippant and uprising features, and the UFM of blood as ellipsoid triangle by the heavy and descending features in spite of circulation. The shapes made from each UFM are reproduced in the process of human development and manifest respective facial shape through the self-reproduction method like fractal theory in the last. Conclusively. it is said that the facial form analysis method like EQAB type theory can be the useful methodology to understand the human pathological and physiological features in view of hydromechanics.

훈민정음의 제자배경과 역학적 원리 (Study on Creation Background and Divinational Principle of the Hun-Min-Jeong-Eum)

  • The Hun-Min-Jeong-Eum(訓民正音) has been created under the political purpose that is to unite politics and cultures through a philosophical harmony of the confucianism as well as the Buddhism under the periodical circumstance that includes the change of a dynasty and a revolution in culture. The creating work has been greatly affected by the theoretical divination, that is the confucian ideas of North-Song dynasty which has been highly elaborated in those days. The shape of the characters of the Hun-Min-Jeong-Eum(訓民正音) has been influenced by the ancient letters existing at the time (especially Ga-Rim-To 加臨多), it has been throughly readjusted and recreated based on the philosophy. The consonant uses the Three-Pillars(三才)(ㅇ, ㅁ, △) in the style of the five elements and each velar-lingual-labial-dental-guttural sounds (牙舌脣齒喉音) is applicable to five elements also a 'ㅇ' is equivalent to the heaven, a 'ㅁ' to the earth. a '△' to the man. The vowel uses the five elements of ㅗ(water). ㅏ(wood), ㅜ(fire), ㅓ(metal), ㆍ(five-soil), ─(ten-soil) in the style of the Three-Pillars(三才) of ㆍ, ㅡ, ㅣ and the first created letters(初出字), and the secondary created letters(再出字) each can be attached to the eight trigrams(八卦). The consonant has 17 letters and the vowel has 11 letters, therefore the total number of the letters is 28. and those are equivalent to the 28 constellation(二十八宿) of the astronomy. Contrary to the underlying principle that has been applied during the time of the creation of the letters, when the consonant and the vowel are used, the consonant refers to the heaven (天), and the vowel refers to the earth(地). a consonant take a part in making a point on the starting place of the pronounce, a vowel take a part in the keeping the energy to the end.

강원도에 집단 도래하는 천연기념물 겨울철새의 생태조사 및 질병발생 가능성에 관한 연구 (Study of ecological investigation and disease occuring possibility natural monument wintering-birds in Gangwon-do)

  • This report studied the individual number, their favorite habitat, and change pattern of family and group number in Cheolwon Basin, starting in the early Oct. 2004 until late March. 2005 to investigate the ecological features of the Red-crowned Crane and the White-naped Crane. The Cranes arrived Cheolwon Basin in mid-October until next mid-March, and passed the winter in mid-November until next late-February The most visiting number amounted to 550 individuals and, that period was the most frosting mid-January to mid-February. The White-naped Crane visited Cheolwon Basin in autumn, the early winter and spring. Approximately, the wintering-number is 550 individuals, also, the mid-March was the peak-period of arrival and, the number amounted to 2,162 individuals. The cranes chose the farming area around mountains as their wintering habitat and were less likely to choose the farming area around lake as habitat. The Red-crowned Crane and the White-naped Crane showed the different periodical pattern in familial and group numbers. In case of the crane, the familial pattern was stable, but varied in grouping number, and this pattern was similar to the variation of overall individual number. And, also, the most grouping number was shown in the most freezing period of wintering period. The White-naped Crane showed the similar pattern of the Red-crowned Crane that is, stable family number and varying group number, this pattern affected the total number of entire individuals. Grouping number increased in migration period. Parasite infection rate is G japonensis 35.0%, G vipio 38.7%.

근대 초 조선민족성과 조선미의식 담론의 논리화 방식 : 안확(安廓)과 야나기 무네요시(柳宗悅)를 중심으로 (A Study on the discourse about Chosǒn national character and Chosǒn aesthetic consciousness : focusing on the An Hwak and Yanagi Muneyoshi's discourse)

  • The purpose of this study is examining a circulation and conflict of concepts and logics of the $Chos{\check{o}}n$-ness by analysing the $Chos{\check{o}}n$ national character and $Chos{\check{o}}n$ aesthetic consciousness. As entering the modern period, we understood the nations as a unit of the artistic awareness. So, national art is defined as a national character expression from this period. The $Chos{\check{o}}n$ aesthetic consciousness by raising in this period, which is connected with the discourse of national character, carry out a discussional practice defining the Korean originality. However, there is a circulation and conflict of concepts and logics about the $Chos{\check{o}}n$ aesthetic consciousness in the process of a discussion. For the most representative examples are 'the white-clad folk' and 'the beauty of sorrow'. An Hwak and Yanagi Muneyoshi are representative debaters who try to establish the $Chos{\check{o}}n$-ness and their discussion supports these facts. As An Hwak regressing of the respect for high antiquity, he demolished the historical character from the $Chos{\check{o}}n$-ness and overlooked aesthetic differences by a periodical change. Yanagi Muneyoshi totally separates arts from politics and disposes of Korean arts in an abstract timeless-space. The function of such an early-modern period's discourse about $Chos{\check{o}}n$ aesthetic consciousness is that $Chos{\check{o}}n$ national character makes the dehistoricization and depoliticization.

수학교육에 대한 우리나라 수학교사의 인식조사 연구 (A research on mathematics teachers' perceptions of mathematics education)

  • 4차 산업혁명의 시대를 맞이하여 시대적 변화와 사회적 요구를 반영한 새로운 수학교육 계획 및 정책 수립을 위해서는 학교 현장의 수학교육 실태와 수학교사들의 인식조사가 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전국의 초 중 고등학교 교사를 대상으로 수학교육 전반에 대한 인식 및 현황 조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하여 수학교육에 대한 정책적 제언을 제시하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 수학교사들의 수학교육에 대한 전반적인 인식과 학교 안 수학교육 현황에 대한 기본 정보와 함께, 교사의 수학수업 개선과 평가 전문성 신장을 위한 교육 및 환경 지원, ICT 및 공학도구 활용 관련 재교육 실시, 학교 관리자 대상 수학교육 인식 전환 교육 지원, 다양한 교수 학습 방법과 적극적인 교구 활용 방안 마련, 수학학습에 어려움을 겪는 학생 지원 방안 마련 등의 정책적 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다.

연속 주조기의 주형 진동 진단 시스템의 개발 (Development of Diagnosis System of Mold Oscillation in a Continuous Slab Casting Machine)

  • In order to prevent shell sticking by providing sufficient lubrication between the strand and the mold, the mold oscillation has been used. Now it is well known that the shape of the oscillation curve has a decisive effect on the surface quality of the cast product. Besides, oscillation parameters such as stroke and frequency are also very important. In order to guarantee that parameters which have been found to be optimal for a certain grade of steel do not change with time, periodical checks of the physical condition of the whole equipment are necessary. The portable mold oscillation analyzer with integrated computer, developed by POSCO, records the movement of the mold in every spatial direction. The system uses the gap sensors to measure the mold movement (displacement ) in the two horizontal directions according to the mold narrow and broad faces and the vertical strokes in the four corners of mold. The gap sensor is a non-contacting minute displacement measuring device using the principle of high frequency eddy current loss. The mold oscillation diagnosis system integrates the gap sensors, their converters and the industrial portable computer with plug-in data acquisition boards. The all programs, such as the fast Fourier transformation module (amplitude and phase spectrums) and harmonic analysis module, was coded by LabVIEW$^{TM}$ software as the graphical language. In an own 'expert module' which is included in the diagnosis program, one can obtain much information about the mold oscillation equipment.

'홍이슬' 포도의 눈괴사 특성 (Bud Necrosis Characteristics of 'Hongisul' Grape)

  • '홍이슬' 포도는 눈의 발아가 불량하고 특히 꽃송이가 출현하지 않는 신초의 발생이 많아 충분한 양의 결실 확보가 어려운 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 신초의 발아 및 개화가 불량한 원인을 파악하고자 눈의 시기적 변화와 눈의 괴사를 형태적으로 관찰하고 괴사원인을 조사하였다. 6월 이후에는 눈의 크기에 큰 변화가 없었으며 이후 외형적으로 관찰했을 때에는 퇴화나 고사가 나타나지 않았다. 반면에 현미경 검경 결과 '홍이슬' 포도의 눈 및 주아 괴사율은 8월 이후에 계속 증가하였으며, 특히 주아 괴사율은 10월까지 계속 증가하였다. 신초 내 눈의 크기는 기부로부터 1-3번째 마디의 눈의 크기가 작았으며 4-10번째 마디의 눈의 크기는 상대적으로 큰 것으로 조사되었다. 1번째 눈과 2번째 눈에서 눈 괴사율이 가장 높게 발생하여 기부의 눈이 가지의 끝에 있는 눈에 비해 불량하였다. 또한, 신초의 생육이 활발해 가지가 굵으면 눈의 발달이 저해되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 '홍이슬' 포도는 장초전정을 실시하는 것이 상대적으로 발달이 양호한 눈을 이용할 수 있어 꽃송이 출현에 유리할 것으로 생각되었다.
