신형 알루미늄관의 열전달 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental study on the characteristics of heat transfer for new type aluminum tube)

  • This study investigated heat transfer characteristics of refrigeration system using new type aluminium heat transfer tube for evaporator of refrigeration and air-conditioning comparing with bare tube. From the result of heat transfer experiment form one phase flow using cooled and hot water, about 20% heat transfer performance is superior in case of same quantity of flow and about 4% heat transfer performance if superior in case of same velocity comparing with bare tube. Casing of two phase flow, heat transfer performance of new type aluminum heat transfer tube shows about 50% superior heat transfer performance comparing with bare tube in the same evaporating pressure when using heat transfer tube as evaporator and shows about 47% increase when expressing performance coefficient as the rate of refrigerating capacity and compressing work. However, it can be known that pressure drop in the heat transfer tube is taken higher value of about 18% in case of new type aluminum heat transfer tube. From the above result, new type aluminum heat transfer tube is excellent comparing with bare heat transfer tube using the existing heat exchanger for refrigerator.

고층 아파트에서 응축기 적층문제 분석 (Analysis of the Condenser Stack Effect in a High-Rise Apartment Building)

  • The stack effect of a new type condenser installed in a high-rise apartment building was studied numerically A sirocco fan is introduced to the new type condenser instead of an axial flow In. The new type condenser intakes the cold air through the lower inlet and exhausts the hot air through the upper outlet. The effects of the building height and frontal wind on the performance of an air-conditioner were analyzed. The performance of an air-conditioner was evaluated by using COP (coefficient of performance) and CGPI (condenser group performance indicator). the hot air was exhausted by the new type condenser at an angle of 50$^{\circ}$ from the outer wall of the building. If there was no draft, the new type condenser installed in the high-rise apartment building had a good performance and its performance on each floor is not influenced by the stack effect. It is shown that the efficiency of the air-conditioner installed in several floors below the top floor decreased when the frontal wind velocity was greater than 8 m/s.

알칼리 프리계 급결제를 사용한 강섬유 보강 숏크리트의 성능 평가 (Performance of Steel Fiber Reinforced Shotcrete using Alkali Free Based Accelerator)

  • Modern underground and tunnel works that the wet type shotcrete is getting widely designed and applied in a large scale project. Further to its applications, the needs of improving the performance of the shotcrete, such as new and developed additives and accelerators fur increasing the performance of shotcrete, become the most important issue in the field. The main objective of this study evaluated to performance of steel fiber reinforced shotcrete using alkali free based accelerator for the durability and high quality of shotcrete. The major test variables are accelerator type and its dosage. One type silicate based accelerator and one type aluminate based accelerator and one type alkali free based accelerator were used. The dosage of accelerators is determined by the manufactures and laboratory test condition. Compressive strength test results showed that the dosage of silicate and aluminate based accelerators caused reduction of mechanical properties of shotcrete. Compressive strength of alkali free based accelerator is more stable than of silicate and aluminate based accelerators. Also, according to the compressive strength and flexural test results, it was found that steel fiber reinforced shotcrete used alkali free based accelerator could attain significant improvement in the mechanical and flexural performance.

이중관형 지중열교환기 구성에 따른 현장 열성능 평가 (Evaluation on in-situ Thermal Performance of Coaxial-type Ground Heat Exchanger with Different Configurations)

  • In order to design coaxial-type Ground Heat Exchangers (GHEXs) efficiently, the effect of components (i.e, heat exchange pipe and grouting material) on the thermal performance of coaxial-type GHEXs should be identified in advance. In this paper, three coaxial-type GHEXs with different configurations were constructed in a test bed. Then, the effect of heat exchange pipes and grouting materials on the thermal performance of coaxial-type GHEXs was investigated by performing in-situ thermal response tests (TRTs) and thermal performance tests (TPTs). In the TRTs, the effective thermal conductivities of the coaxial-type GHEXs with concrete grouting and STS pipes were improved by 6.15 and 22.7%, respectively compared to those of bentonite grouting and HDPE pipes. Additionally, in the TPTs, the use of concrete grouting and STS pipes in the coaxial-type GHEXs enhanced the in-situ thermal performance by 15 and 33.8%, respectively.

관객유형에 따른 공연관람 구매의사 요인에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Factors of Purchase Intention to Viewing Performance by Audience Type)

  • 본 연구를 통해 관객이 공연관람을 하기 위하여 구매 의사에 미치는 요인에 대해서 조명해보고자 한다. 설문을 통해 수집된 표본에 대해 군집 분석을 사용하여 관객유형을 나눈 후 관객유형에 따라 공연관람을 하기 위한 요인이 구매 의사에 어떻게 다른 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하였다. 관객유형을 구분하기 위한 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 다양한 연령층과 공연예술 관람 경험 유무와는 상관없이 표본을 구성하여 평가하였다. 관객유형에 따른 구매의사의 영향 요인을 분석하기 위해 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 관객유형이 조절변수로 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하였다. 분석결과 연구자가 제시한 관람동기와 공연작품 품질이 구매의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 관객유형이 각 영향요인에 조절효과를 가지고 있었다. 따라서 공연예술 단체들이 마케팅 전략을 세울 때 관객유형을 파악하여 유형에 맞는 적절한 전략을 세울 수 있도록 이바지하고자 한다.

뒷판이 있는 소형 프로펠러 팬의 성능 및 유동특성 (The performance and flow characteristics of a small propeller fan with a back-plate)

  • Unstable performance deterioration was found on the performance curve of a small propeller fan with a back plate. To investigate this phenomenon and the effects of the back-plate on the performance of the fan, performance tests and flow measurement using 3-hole pitot tube were carried out. Measurements showed that when the flow rate is small, the radial flow dominates, and when the flow rate is large, the axial flow dominates. Performance characteristic of the propeller fan changes from radial to axial type as the flow rate increases. Unstable performance changes are the result of type change of the flow through the fan.

  • The purpose of this study is (1) to investigate how children's peer interaction type and joint problem-solving performance differ, depending on a partner's age, in such a situation as they are asked to solve problems with their peer and (2) to investigate relationship between children's peer interaction type and joint problem-solving performance. Results reveal that children's problem-solving performance receives more benefit in the interactions with older peers, rather than those with younger ones. It can also be improved by higher level of collaborative interactions such as abstract collaborative explanations in joint activities. It is influenced positively by collaborative interactions, expecially when the children are in the same age groups. Results here were discussed in terns Piagetian and Vygotskian theories.

  • One of the main objective of manufacturing industries is to assess the capability performance of different processes. In this paper, we use the lifetime performance index $C_L$ as a criterion to measure larger-the-better type quality characteristic for evaluating the product performance. The lifetimes of products are assumed to follow a general class of inverted exponentiated distributions. We use maximum likelihood estimator to estimate the lifetime performance index under the assumption that data are progressive type I interval censored. We also obtain asymptotic distribution of this estimator. Based on this estimator, a new hypothesis testing procedure is developed with respect to a given lower specification limit. Finally, two numerical examples are discussed in support of the proposed testing procedure.

  • Fin-tube type(Fin-type) heat exchanger has been tested in order to replace the heat exchanger of parallel flow type(P.F -type) which is now widly used in automobile air conditioning system The following conclusions are drawn by the comparison of the characteristics of the heat exchangers. Evaporator and condenser capacities and COP(Coefficience of performance) were varied as with the compressor speed, outdoor air temperature and air flow rate changed, which much influenced on the characteristics of the air conditioning system Evaporator and condenser capacities were increased with increasing compressor speed and outdoor air temperature. Evaporator and condenser pressures of Fin-type were decreased by 7% and 5% respectively compared with those of P.F-type. The COP of Fin-type was decreased with increasing outdoor air temperature and compressor speed. The COP of P.F-type was decreased by 14% compared with that of Fin-type.

아침형과 저녁형 사람에서 야간의 졸리움, 수행 및 체온의 비교 (A Comparison of Nighttime Sleepiness, Performance, and Body Temperature between Morning-Type and Evening-Type Persons)

  • 본 연구는 야간에 아침형과 저녁형사이에 졸리움의 정도, 수행능력, 체온변화의 차이를 객관적으로 검증하고자 하였다. Horne과 $\ddot{O}stberg's$의 아침형-저녁형 설문지(8)의 한국어 번안 설문지에 대 한 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증한 후, 극단적인 아침형과 저녁형 각 8 명을 선발하여 야간에 수면잠복 검사, 다양한 수행검사, 체온 측정을 일정 간격으로 실시하였다. 결과는 전야간에 걸쳐서 아침형군이 저녁형군보다 졸리움이 훨씬 심하였고, 수행검사의 성적도 더 낮았다. 체온은 새벽의 최저점에 이를 때까지 아침형군이 저녁형군보다 더 낮은 상태를 유지하였다. 이러한 결과는 야간에 졸리움, 수행, 체온 사이에 시간적인 관련성이 있음을 가리키며 저녁형이 야간근무에 더 적합할 수 있다는 가정을 지지한다.
