With the growing importance of information/information system, information security is emphasized, and the significance of information security audit as a tool for maintaining the proper security level is increasing as well. The objectives of the study are to identify the overall research trends and to propose future research areas by analyzing domestic and overseas research in the area. To achieve the objectives, 103 research papers were analyzed based on both general and subject-related criteria. The following are the major research results : In terms of research approach, more empirical studies are needed; For subject "Auditor," studies to develop a framework for related variables (e.g., capability) are needed; For subject "Audit Activities/Procedures," future research should focus on the process/results of detailed audit activities; Future domestic research for "Audit Areas" should look for the new technology/industry/security areas covered by foreign studies; For "Audit Objective/Impact," studies to define the variables (e.g., performance and quality) systematically and comprehensively are needed; For "Audit Standard/Guidelines," research on model/guideline needs to be continued.
Rural areas, which account for about 90% of the country's land area, are increasing in importance and value as a space that performs various public functions. However, facilities that adversely affect residents' lives, such as livestock facilities, factories, and solar panels, are being built indiscriminately near residential areas, damaging the rural environment and landscape and lowering the quality of residents' lives. In order to prevent disorderly development in rural areas and manage rural space in a planned manner, detection and monitoring of hazardous facilities in rural areas is necessary. Data can be acquired through satellite imagery, which can be acquired periodically and provide information on the entire region. Effective detection is possible by utilizing image-based deep learning techniques using convolutional neural networks. Therefore, U-Net model, which shows high performance in semantic segmentation, was used to classify potentially hazardous facilities in rural areas. In this study, KOMPSAT ortho-mosaic optical imagery provided by the Korea Aerospace Research Institute in 2020 with a spatial resolution of 0.7 meters was used, and AI training data for livestock facilities, factories, and solar panels were produced by hand for training and inference. After training with U-Net, pixel accuracy of 0.9739 and mean Intersection over Union (mIoU) of 0.7025 were achieved. The results of this study can be used for monitoring hazardous facilities in rural areas and are expected to be used as basis for rural planning.
Recently, as studies about Artificial Neural Network (ANN) are actively progressing, studies for predicting water quality of rivers using ANN are being conducted. However, it is difficult to analyze the operation process inside ANN, because ANN is form of Black-box. Although eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) is used to analyze the computational process of ANN, research using XAI technology in the field of water resources is insufficient. This study analyzed Multi Layer Perceptron (MLP) to predict Water Temperature (WT), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), hydrogen ion concentration (pH) and Chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) at the Dasan water quality observatory in the Nakdong river using Layer-wise Relevance Propagation (LRP) among XAI technologies. The MLP that learned water quality was analyzed using LRP to select the optimal input data to predict water quality, and the prediction results of the MLP learned using the optimal input data were analyzed. As a result of selecting the optimal input data using LRP, the prediction accuracy of MLP, which learned the input data except daily precipitation in the surrounding area, was the highest. Looking at the analysis of MLP's DO prediction results, it was analyzed that the pH and DO a had large influence at the highest point, and the effect of WT was large at the lowest point.

Recently, various positioning technologies are being researched based on signal-based positioning and image-based positioning to obtain accurate indoor location information. Among these, various studies are being conducted on image positioning technology that determines the location of a mobile terminal using images acquired through cameras and sensor data collected as needed. For video-based positioning, a method of determining indoor location is used by matching mobile terminal photos with virtual landmark images, and for this purpose, it is necessary to build indoor spatial information about various landmarks such as billboards, vending machines, and ATM machines. In order to construct indoor spatial information on various landmarks, a panoramic image in the form of a road view and accurate 3D survey results were obtained through c 13 buildings of the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute(ETRI). When comparing the 3D total station final result and the terrestrial lidar panoramic image coordinates, the coordinates and distance performance were obtained within about 0.10m, confirming that accurate landmark construction for use in indoor positioning was possible. By utilizing these terrestrial lidar achievements to perform 3D landmark modeling necessary for image positioning, it was possible to more quickly model landmark information that could not be constructed only through 3D modeling using existing as-built drawings.
As the development of drones and sensors accelerates, new services and values are created by fusing data acquired from various sensors mounted on drone. However, the construction of spatial information through data fusion is mainly constructed depending on the image, and the quality of data is determined according to the specification and performance of the hardware. In addition, it is difficult to utilize it in the actual field because expensive equipment is required to construct spatial information of high-quality. In this study, super-resolution was performed by applying deep learning to low-resolution images acquired through RGB and THM cameras mounted on a drone, and quantitative evaluation and feature point extraction were performed on the generated high-resolution images. As a result of the experiment, the high-resolution image generated by super-resolution was maintained the characteristics of the original image, and as the resolution was improved, more features could be extracted compared to the original image. Therefore, when generating a high-resolution image by applying a low-resolution image to an super-resolution deep learning model, it is judged to be a new method to construct spatial information of high-quality without being restricted by hardware.
Recently, there has been a significant interest in the development of autonomous driving simulation environment based on digital twin. In the development of such digital twin-based simulation environment, many researches has been conducted not only performance and functionality validation of autonomous driving, but also generation of virtual training data for deep learning. However, such digital twin-based autonomous driving simulation system has the problem of requiring a significant amount of time and cost for the system development and the data construction. Therefore, in this research, we aim to propose a method for rapidly designing and implementing a digital twin-based autonomous driving simulation system, using only the existing 3D models and high-definition map. Specifically, we propose a method for integrating 3D model of FBX and NGII HD Map for the Busan EDC area into CARLA, and a method for adding and modifying CARLA functions. The results of this research show that it is possible to rapidly design and implement the simulation system at a low cost by using the existing 3D models and NGII HD map. Also, the results show that our system can support various functions such as simulation scenario configuration, user-defined driving, and real-time simulation of traffic light states. We expect that usability of the system will be significantly improved when it is applied to broader geographical area in the future.
Credit Bureaus in Korea commonly use financial transaction information of the past and present time for calculating an individual's credit scores. Compared to other rating factors, the repayment history information accounts for a larger weights on credit scores. Accordingly, despite full redemption of overdue payments, late payment history is reflected negatively for the assessment of credit scores for certain period of the time. An individual with debt delinquency can be classified into two groups; (1) the individuals who have faithfully paid off theirs overdue debts(Normal Repayment), and (2) those who have not and as differences of creditworthiness between these two groups do exist, it needs to grant relatively higher credit scores to the former individuals with normal repayment. This study is designed to analyze the factors of normal repayment of Korean financial debt delinquents based on credit information of personal loan, overdue payments, redemption from Korea Credit Information Services. As a result of the analysis, the number of overdue and the type of personal loan and delinquency were identified as significant variables affecting normal repayment and among applied methodologies, neural network models suggested the highest classification accuracy. The findings of this study are expected to improve the performance of individual credit scoring model by identifying the factors affecting normal repayment of a financial debt delinquent.
Drug repositioning, one of the methods of developing new drugs, is a useful way to discover new indications by allowing drugs that have already been approved for use in people to be used for other purposes. Recently, with the development of machine learning technology, the case of analyzing vast amounts of biological information and using it to develop new drugs is increasing. The use of machine learning technology to drug repositioning will help quickly find effective treatments. Currently, the world is having a difficult time due to a new disease caused by coronavirus (COVID-19), a severe acute respiratory syndrome. Drug repositioning that repurposes drugsthat have already been clinically approved could be an alternative to therapeutics to treat COVID-19 patients. This study intends to examine research trends in the field of drug repositioning using machine learning techniques. In Pub Med, a total of 4,821 papers were collected with the keyword 'Drug Repositioning'using the web scraping technique. After data preprocessing, frequency analysis, LDA-based topic modeling, random forest classification analysis, and prediction performance evaluation were performed on 4,419 papers. Associated words were analyzed based on the Word2vec model, and after reducing the PCA dimension, K-Means clustered to generate labels, and then the structured organization of the literature was visualized using the t-SNE algorithm. Hierarchical clustering was applied to the LDA results and visualized as a heat map. This study identified the research topics related to drug repositioning, and presented a method to derive and visualize meaningful topics from a large amount of literature using a machine learning algorithm. It is expected that it will help to be used as basic data for establishing research or development strategies in the field of drug repositioning in the future.

Objective: To extract pulmonary and cardiovascular metrics from chest CTs of patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) using a fully automated deep learning-based approach and assess their potential to predict patient management. Materials and Methods: All initial chest CTs of patients who tested positive for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 at our emergency department between March 25 and April 25, 2020, were identified (n = 120). Three patient management groups were defined: group 1 (outpatient), group 2 (general ward), and group 3 (intensive care unit [ICU]). Multiple pulmonary and cardiovascular metrics were extracted from the chest CT images using deep learning. Additionally, six laboratory findings indicating inflammation and cellular damage were considered. Differences in CT metrics, laboratory findings, and demographics between the patient management groups were assessed. The potential of these parameters to predict patients' needs for intensive care (yes/no) was analyzed using logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic curves. Internal and external validity were assessed using 109 independent chest CT scans. Results: While demographic parameters alone (sex and age) were not sufficient to predict ICU management status, both CT metrics alone (including both pulmonary and cardiovascular metrics; area under the curve [AUC] = 0.88; 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.79-0.97) and laboratory findings alone (C-reactive protein, lactate dehydrogenase, white blood cell count, and albumin; AUC = 0.86; 95% CI = 0.77-0.94) were good classifiers. Excellent performance was achieved by a combination of demographic parameters, CT metrics, and laboratory findings (AUC = 0.91; 95% CI = 0.85-0.98). Application of a model that combined both pulmonary CT metrics and demographic parameters on a dataset from another hospital indicated its external validity (AUC = 0.77; 95% CI = 0.66-0.88). Conclusion: Chest CT of patients with COVID-19 contains valuable information that can be accessed using automated image analysis. These metrics are useful for the prediction of patient management.

Objectives: This study compares cases of Dalgubeol Health Care Project, 301 Network Project, and 3 for 1 Project based on program logic models to derive measures for promoting integrated healthcare and welfare services centered around medical institutions. Methods: From January to December 2021, information on the implementation systems and performance of each institution was collected. Data sources included prior academic research, project reports, operational guidelines, official press releases, media articles, and written surveys from project managers. A program logic model analysis framework was applied, structuring the information based on four elements: situation, input, activity, and output. Results: All three projects aimed to address the fragmentation of health and welfare services and medical blind spots. Despite similar multidisciplinary team compositions, differences existed in specific fields, recruitment scale, and employment types. Variations in funding sources led to differences in community collaboration, support methods, and future directions. There were discrepancies in the number of beneficiaries and medical treatments, with different results observed when comparing the actual number of people to input manpower and project cost per beneficiary. Conclusions: To design an integrated health and welfare service provision system centered on medical institutions, securing a stable funding mechanism and establishing an appropriate target population and service delivery system are crucial. Additionally, installing a dedicated department within the medical institution to link activities across various sectors, rather than outsourcing, is necessary. Ensuring appropriate recruitment and stable employment systems is needed. A comprehensive provision system offering services from mild to severe cases through public-private cooperation is suggested.
