물리치료사의 관점에서 뇌성마비 아동과 청소년을 위한 ICF-Core Set을 기반으로 한 접근법의 효과: 단일 사례 연구 (An ICF-Core Sets for Children and Youth With Cerebral Palsy Based Approach From a Physical Therapist Perspective: A Single Case Study)

  • Background: The International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health-core set (ICF-core set) for children and youth (CY) with cerebral palsy (CP) provides a useful conceptual framework and a guide for health care planning and measuring the changes brought by interventions across a multitude of dimensions from body functions to personal activities, social participation, and environmental factors for them. Objects: This single case study was reported to illustrate the use of a goal directed approach in applying the ICF-core set for CY with CP from a physical therapist perspective. Methods: An eleven year old boy with spastic CP, Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) level V, and his mother participated in an evaluation of his functioning state. The intervention goal was set through an interview using the ICF-core set, Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) and Goal Attainment Scale (GAS). Physical therapy was carried out on an outpatient basis using a goal directed approach for 30 min, 1 time/week during 12 weeks and the boy's gross motor function was assessed using the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM)-66 version (item set 2) before and after the intervention. Results: As measured by the boy's mother, the COPM score showed a meaningful clinical change (performance=mean 3.5, satisfaction=mean 2.5) and the T-score of GAS changed 34.4 after the goal directed approach. The GMFM-66 (item set 2) score changed from 31.8 to 38.7 and evaluation using the ICF-core set displayed improvement in 6 items of activity level between before and after the intervention. Conclusion: The ICF-core set for CY with CP is useful for understanding the overall functioning of CY with this condition and provides an opportunity to share and integrate information and opinions from different disciplines. We consider it as a useful tool in the universal language for the therapy and education of CY with CP.

자폐스펙트럼 장애 아동에게 목표관리 훈련이 양측활동에 미치는 영향: 예비연구 (Effects of Goal Management Training According to Bilateral Activities of Autism Spectrum Disorders: Pilot Study)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 정상 발달아동과 자폐스펙트럼으로 진단받은 아동에게 목표관리 훈련을 실시하여 그 효과를 비교하였다. 방법: 연구대상자는 정상 발달아동 4명과 자폐스펙트럼으로 진단 받은 아동 4명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 모든 대상자에게 동일한 목표관리 훈련을 제공하였다. 아동 및 보호자가 원하는 목표활동을 선정하여 3가지 활동에 모두 목표 관리훈련을 실시하였다. 중재기간은 총 10회로 주 2회씩 5주 동안 진행되었으며, 두 그룹의 총 8명의 대상자에게 연구자가 1:1로 각 대상자에게 40분씩 목표 관리 훈련을 실시하였다. 통계방법으로는 기술통계와 빈도분석을 사용하였으며, 두 그룹의 차이를 비교하기 위해 비모수 통계분석인 Mann-Whitney 검정을 실시하였다. 통계학적 유의수준은 0.05로 설정하였다. 결과: 목표관리 훈련은 두 그룹에서 COPM의 수행도에서는 통계학적으로 유의하게 차이가 없었다(p>.05). 목표 관리훈련은 운동기능을 평가하는 BOT-2의 총점에서 자페스펙트럼 장애 그룹과 정상아동 그룹 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 또한 시지각 기능을 평가하는 DTVP에서도 양측 활동을 하는 눈손협응 하위검사에서 자폐스펙트럼 아동과 정상아동 그룹간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 결론: 본 연구는 정상아동과 비교하여 자페스펙트럼 아동에게 목표관리 훈련을 적용가능성을 확인하였으며, 그 효과성도 확인하였다.

CARTRI 로봇의 목표물 검출과 장애물 검출을 위한 RE-초음파 센서 시스템 개발 (Development of an RF-Ultrasonic Sensor System to Detect Goal and Obstacle for the CARTRI Robot)

  • In a park or street, we can see many people Jogging or walking with their dogs chasing their masters. In the previous study, an entertainment robot, CARTRI that imitates the dog's behavior was created. The robot's task was chasing a moving goal that was recognized as the master. The physical structure of the CARTRI robot was three-wheel type locomotion system. The sensor system which could detect the position of the master in the outdoor space, was consists of a signal transmitter which was held by the master and five ultrasonic receivers which were mounted on the robot. In the experiment, the robot could chase a human walking in outdoor space like a park. But it could not avoid obstacles and its behavior was only goal-chasing behavior because of the limit of the sensor system. In this study, an improved RF-ultrasonic sensor system which can detect both goal and obstacle is developed in order to enable the CARTRI robot to carry out various behavior. The sensor system has increased angle resolution by using eight ultrasonic receivers instead of five in the previous study. And it can detect obstacle by using reflective type ultrasonic sensors. The sensor system is designed so that detection of goal and obstacle could be conducted in one sampling period. The Performance of the developed sensor system is evaluated through experiments.

COVID-19로 인한 온라인 중심 교육에서 간호대학생의 핵심 기본 간호술 수행 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Confidence of Nursing Students in the On-line-Based Education by COVID-19)

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19로 인한 온라인 중심 교육에서 간호대학생의 핵심 기본 간호술 수행자신감 향상을 위한 교수법 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. C시에 소재한 N대학 간호학과 146명이 연구에 참여하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA 및 Duncan test를 활용한 차이 분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 핵심 기본 간호술 수행 자신감은 자기 주도 학습준비(r=.368, p<.001), 학습 동기의 하위영역인 내재적 동기(r=.232, p=.005), 외재적 동기(r=.344, p<.001), 과제 가치(r=.237, p=<.001), 학습통제신념(r=.262, p=<.001), 자기효능감(r=.443, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 핵심 기본 간호술 수행자신감 영향 요인으로는, 4학년(β=0.413, p<.001), 학습 동기의 하위 영역 중 외재적 동기(β=0.307, p<.001), 자기효능감(β=0.316, p=.005)이었으며, 설명력은 35.8%였다(F=8.354, p<.001). 본 연구결과를 토대로 핵심 기본 간호술 수행자신감 증진을 위해서 간호대학생의 외재적 동기, 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 다양한 교수법의 개발 및 적용이 필요하며, 이는 핵심 기본 간호술 수행자신감 향상을 위한 효율적인 온라인 중심의 간호교육 전략 마련에 기초자료가 될 것이다.

치위생과 학생들의 성취목표지향성과 자기효능감이 전공적응 및 만족에 미치는 영향 (The effects of dental-hygiene students' goal achievement orientation on their self-efficacy and major adaptation and satisfaction)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of the goal achievement orientation of the students in dental-hygiene practice classes on their self-efficacy and on their adaptation to and satisfaction with their major. Methods : A survey was conducted among the dental-hygiene students in schools located in the Daegu region on October 24-31, 2011. A total of 212 accomplished questionnaires were gathered as sources of final analytical data. Statistical analysis was conducted on the collected data, using the SPSS 19.0 program. Results : 1. The students who had good personal relationships(p=.000) and who chose their major and school based on their aptitude(p=.029) were found to have a higher degree of satisfaction than those who did not have good personal relationships and who did not choose their major and school based on their aptitude. 2. Self-confidence(p=.004), self-control efficacy(p=.000), mastery approach(p=.000), and performance approach(p=.003) were found to have positive correlations with major adaptation while task difficulty preference(p=.000) was found to have a negative correlation with the same. 3. Self-confidence(p=.004), self-control efficacy(p=.000), mastery approach(p=.000), and performance approach(p=.045) were also found to have a positive correlation with major satisfaction while task difficulty preference(p=.000) was found to have a negative correlation with the same. 4. Mastery approach(p=.000) in goal achievement orientation was found to have a positive effect on self-efficacy while mastery avoidance(p=.001) was found to have a negative effect on the same. Mastery avoidance showed the greatest effect on self-confidence(p=.000) while mastery approach showed the greatest effect on self-control efficacy(p=.000) and task difficulty preference(p=.000). 5. In goal achievement orientation, mastery approach(p=.000) was found to have a positive effect on major adaptation while mastery avoidance was found to have a negative effect on the same. Meanwhile, with regard to self-efficacy, self-control efficacy(p=.037) and task difficulty preference(p=.008) were found to have positive effects on major adaptation. 6. In the case of major satisfaction, mastery approach(p=.000) in goal achievement orientation was found to have a positive effect on it, and in self-efficacy, self-control efficacy(p=.038) and task difficulty preference(p=.002) were found to have positive effects on it. Conclusions : Accordingly, to raise the level of the dental-hygiene students' adaptation to and satisfaction with their major, the students should be given appropriate tasks so that they can raise their mastery goal, and they should be encouraged to raise their approach goal rather than their avoidance goal. In addition, the students should be provided assistance in setting self-expectations and in developing confidence in their capabilities.

대학 골프선수들의 운동능력믿음, 성취목표성향, 운동몰입 및 인지된 경기력의 관계 (The Relationships between Sports Ability Beliefs, Achievement Goal Orientation, Exercise Flow, and Perceived Performance in College Golf Athletes)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학 골프선수들을 대상으로 운동능력믿음, 성취목표성향, 운동몰입 및 인지된 경기력의 이론적 관계를 검증하는데 있다. SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 대학교에 재학 중인 211명의 골프선수들로부터 수집한 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 골프선수들이 갖고 있는 운동 능력에 대한 믿음의 하위요인에서 증가된 믿음은 과제성취성향에(C.R.=3.780, p<.001) 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 대학 골프선수들의 성취목표성향에서 과제성취성향(C.R.=4.082, p<.001)과 자아성취성향(C.R.=3.819, p<.001)은 골프에 대한 몰입감을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 골프선수들의 성취목표성향의 하위 요인에서는 과제성취성향(C.R.=3.020, p<.01)만이 인지된 경기력을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학 골프선수들의 운동몰입이 높을수록 인지된 경기력의 수준도 좋아지는 것으로 나타났다(C.R.=4.642, p<.001). 다른 하위요인들은 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 검증되지 못했다. 이러한 연구결과는 선수 자신의 운동능력에 대한 믿음에 따라 경기력이 변화될 수 있음을 알려주는 것으로서, 다양한 스포츠 분야에 적용이 가능할 것으로 보인다.

고등학교 지도자의 멘토링시스템을 활용한 성취목표성향, 스포츠 자신감 및 인지된 경기력의 구조적 관계 고찰 (A Study on the Structural Relationship of Achievement Goal Propensity, Sports Confidence, and Perceived Performance Using the Mentoring System of High School Leaders)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 지도자의 멘토링시스템을 활용한 성취목표성향, 스포츠 자신감 및 인지된 경기력의 구조적 관계를 분석하여 향후 한국 태권도의 발전과 교육의 질을 높이는 데 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2020년 대한태권도협회에 등록된 선수 중 제31회 문화체육관광부장관기 전국 남·여 태권도대회에 참가자 465명의 고등학생을 조사한 후 이용하였으며, 연구 목적에 따라서 통계 분석 SPSS, AMOS 24.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 지도자의 멘토링은 성취목표성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 지도자의 멘토링은 스포츠 자신감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도 지도자의 성취목표성향은 인지된 경기력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 스포츠 자신감은 인지된 경기력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 연구결과를 보면 태권도 지도자의 멘토링에 따른 성취목표성향, 스포츠 자신감 및 인지된 경기력에 중요한 역할과 경기력 향상에 기여한다 할 수 있으며 아울러, 태권도의 특성상 각 변인을 다양한 연구방법을 활용되어야 하고 질적 연구를 통한 심층적인 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다.

  • In reinforcement teaming, Q-learning converges quite slowly to a good policy. Its because searching for the goal state takes very long time in a large stochastic domain. So I propose the speedup method using the Q-value initialization for model-free reinforcement learning. In the speedup method, it learns a naive model of a domain and makes boundaries around the goal state. By using these boundaries, it assigns the initial Q-values to the state-action pairs and does Q-learning with the initial Q-values. The initial Q-values guide the agent to the goal state in the early states of learning, so that Q-teaming updates Q-values efficiently. Therefore it saves exploration time to search for the goal state and has better performance than Q-learning. 1 present Speedup Q-learning algorithm to implement the speedup method. This algorithm is evaluated. in a grid-world domain and compared to Q-teaming.

  • We define the mobile robot navigation problem as an optimization problem to minimize the cost function with the pose error between the goal position and the position of a mobile robot. Using Gauss-Newton method for the optimization, the optimal speeds of the left and right wheels can be found as the solution of the optimization problem. Especially, the rotational speed of wheels of a mobile robot can be directly related to the overall speed of a mobile robot using the Jacobian derived from the kinematic model. When the robot detects the obstacle using sensors, the sub-goal switching method is adopted for the efficient obstacle avoidance during the navigation. The performance was evaluated using the simulation and the simulation results show the validity of the proposed method.

수중함 자유항주모형 개발 및 기본 성능 분석 (Submarine Free Running Model Development and Basic Performance Analysis)

  • This paper describes the results of the development of the submarine Free Running Model (FRM). First, the goal of development was set based on the test conditions and the test environment, and the system was obtained accordingly. The target submarine, Joubert BB2 submarine, was selected with a scale of 18.35 in accordance with the development goal. In order to conduct a submarine FRM test underwater, where communication is impossible, the FRM must operate at least semi-autonomously. For this purpose, an Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) based underwater integrated navigation system and control system using a sailplane and an X-shaped sternplane were designed respectively. In addition, a ballast system was designed to enable the model to float to the water surface in case of an emergency. To verify its propulsion, navigation, and control performance, the FRM tests were conducted in both indoor and outdoor basins. As a result, the relationship between propeller RPM and vehicle speed was derived, and it was confirmed that the navigation and control performance met the target value.
