부산지역 중소병원 임상영양사의 직무 중요성 인식도, 수행도 및 난이도 조사 (Comparison Study on Perception of Job Importance, Job Performance, and Job Difficulty in Clinical Dietitians at Small and Medium Hospitals in Busan)

  • This study aimed to compare perception of job importance, job performance, and job difficulty between clinical dietitians working at small and medium hospitals in Busan. The survey was conducted from July 15 to August 31, 2014, and data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The mean scores for perception of job importance, job performance, and job difficulty of clinical dietitian's task elements were 3.88, 2.87, and 3.18 out of 5.0, respectively. Perception of job importance had a positive relationship with job performance. However, job performance showed a negative relationship with job difficulty. There were strong positive relationships among nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention, nutrition monitoring & evaluation, nutrition research in perception of job importance (P<0.05, P<0.01). Nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention, and nutrition research showed positive relationships with job performance (P<0.05, P<0.01). There was also a positive relationship among clinical dietitian's task with job difficulty (P<0.05, P<0.01). These results suggest that it would be effective to adopt training programs for appropriate nutrition service and to provide continuous education programs for professional development.

  • In this article, We propose research propositions about correlates of job interest, job difficulty, job effort, and job performance as well as job performance and emotions while working. The purpose of this study is to review existing research on emotions and job performance, particularly emotions at work. The purpose of this article is to review existing research on job performance and emotions, particularly at the job relevant cognitions level. In this study, We propose research propositions about correlates of job performance and emotions while working. The purpose of this article is to develop and propose research propositions about potential correlates of perceived performance at the job relevant level. Correlates include those that should function mainly as antecedents of performance, such as job difficulty, job interest, and job effort in the study are emotions experienced concurrently with job performance. Therefore, We suggest the predictive direction and bivariate relationship of the set of among variables in explaining job performance and emotions.

  • 본 연구는 수학적 모델링의 과제공간을 설정하고 이를 기반으로 모델링 과제의 복잡성을 나타내는 평가척도(rating scheme)를 설계하여 예비 수학교사를 대상으로 두 가지의 실험연구 결과를 얻었다. 첫째는 종전의 문제구조를 표현한 문제공간을 발전시켜 모델링 과제에 맞는 과제공간을 설정하고, 모델링 과제의 복잡성을 수치로 나타내는 계량적인 평가척도를 설계하여 의미 있는 타당도를 확인하였다. 둘째는 모델링의 과제 복잡성에 대한 평가척도, 학생 성취수준, 과제 특수 발견 전략의 개수 사이의 일관된 패턴이 있음을 발견하였다.

Three-dimensional Teleoperation Performance Measures: Their correlations and effects of task difficulty

  • Present study was performed to compare different types of teleoperation performance measures. A modified Cooper-Harper rating scale and a distance measure were newly introduced and compared to two traditional measures, the error rate and time-to-completion. Participants performed a simulated telerobotic task with varying visual display interfaces. The results of correlation analyses revealed that the modified Cooper-Harper ratings had a close association with the error rate measure. The distance measure also appeared to be a consistent performance measure, which accounted for both the error rate and time-to-completion. A further analysis, however, showed that the effectiveness of each performance measure varied with the level of task difficulty. The results imply that the choice of performance measure should be made based on the task difficulty as well as the particular task being studied. The results revealed here also have implication for performance measures of various display and control systems including aircraft navigation displays and tactical displays.

영상 품질 기반의 지문 데이터베이스의 난이도 정량화 (Measuring Level of Difficulty of Fingerprint Database based on Sample Quality)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지문인식 평가용 데이터베이스의 난이도(Level of Difficulty)를 지문영상 품질 평가를 통하여 정량화 하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 지문 데이터베이스의 난이도 정량화 방법으로 품질 분포도 분석 방법과 품질 차이 분석 방법을 제안한다. 품질 분포도 분석 방법은 지문 영상의 품진 등급별 빈도수를 기반으로 데이터베이스 전체의 난이도를 표현한 방법이고, 품질 차이 분석 방법은 데이터베이스를 구성하는 동일 지문의 영상들 간의 각 품질 차이별 빈도수를 동시발생 매트릭스(Co-occurrence Matrices)를 이용하여 난이도로 나타낸 방법이다. 두 방법론에 의한 실험 결과 지문영상 품질 기반의 데이터베이스의 난이도는 인식 성능과 상관관계를 가지며, 품질 분포도 기반의 난이도보다 품질 차이 기반의 난이도가 더 높은 상관관계를 보임을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 MPQ(Matching Pairwise Qualities) 동시발생 매트릭스의 OQ(Opposite Qualities) Block 기반의 난이도 정량화 방법이 인식 성능과 가장 높은 상관관계를 나타내는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 지문영상 품질 기반의 지문 데이터베이스의 난이도를 정량화할 수 있었고, 난이도와 인식성능이 높은 상관관계를 가짐을 알 수 있다.

유아의 다중과제 수행과 심리적 불응기: PRP 패러다임 과제를 중심으로 (Multiple Task Performance and Psychological Refractory Period in Children: Focusing on PRP Paradigm Tasks)

  • Objective: This study aimed to identify children's cognitive processing and performance characteristics while multiple task performance. It confirmed whether their multiple task performance and psychological refractory period (PRP) varied by task condition (stimulus onset asynchrony [SOA] and task difficulty) and stimulus modality. Methods: Seventy 5-year-olds were recruited. Multi-task tools were developed using the E-prime software. The children were required to respond to two stimuli (visual or auditory) presented with microscopic time difference and their response times (RTs) were recorded. Results: As the SOA increased, the RTs in the first task increased, while the RTs in the second task and PRP decreased. The RTs of the first and second tasks, and the PRP for difficult tasks, were significantly longer than those for easy tasks were. Additionally, there was an interaction effect between the SOA and task difficulty. Although there was no main effect of stimulus modality, task difficulty moderated the modality effect. In the high difficulty condition, the RTs of the first and second tasks and PRP for the visual-visual task were significantly longer than those for auditory-auditory task were. Conclusion: These results inform theoretical discussions on children's multi-task mechanism, and the loss of multiple task performance. Additionally, they provide practical implications and information on the composition of multi-tasks suitable for children in educational environments.

부모-아동 상호작용이 아동의 학업수행에 미치는 영향: 아동의 집행기능 곤란의 매개효과 (An Effect of Parent-Child Interactions on Children's Academic Performance: the Mediating Effect of Children's Executive Function Difficulty)

  • 본 연구는 부모-아동 상호작용이 아동의 집행기능 곤란을 통해 아동의 학업수행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 한국아동패널 자료 중 8차년도(2015년, 초1), 9차년도(2016년, 초2), 10차년도(2017년, 초3) 자료를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 분석대상은 부모-아동 상호작용, 아동의 집행기능 곤란, 아동의 학업수행 변인에 모두 응답한 559명의 아동과 가정이다. 자료는 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니-아동 상호작용과 아버지-아동 상호작용은 아동의 학업수행에 유의한 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 어머니-아동 상호작용은 아동의 집행기능 곤란을 통해 아동의 학업수행에 유의하게 정적인 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과는 아동의 학업수행에 어머니-아동 상호작용과 아동의 집행기능 곤란이 중요함을 밝혔다.

DACUM 기법을 이용한 영양사의 직무분석 - 중요도, 수행도 및 난이도 분석 - (Job Analysis of Dietitian Using DACUM Technique - Importance, Performance, and Difficulty Analysis -)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized job description for dietitians using the DACUM technique. To examine the validity of job description through DACUM, dietitians were surveyed relative to importance, performance, and difficulty. The survey was conducted April 1-30, 2014. A total of 217 questionnaires were used in the analysis. The final developed job description for dietitians included six duties, 38 tasks, and 210 task elements. DACUM's findings include six duties: nutrition management, food service operation management, hygiene safety management, community food and nutrition program management, organization management, and professionalism strengthening. There were 5.1 points regarding importance, 4.1 points regarding performance, 4.9 points regarding difficulty, and statistically significant differences (p<0.001). Dietitians responded that 'nutrition management' and 'hygiene safety management' were the most important. 'Hygiene and safety management' showed the highest performance, and 'community food and nutrition program management' and 'professionalism strengthening'' showed the highest difficulty. Thus, it is considered that the job analysis results can be used to evaluate and improve the subjects' training program. Dietitians' jobs are subject to various environmental changes, such as demographic changes, health care system changes, and the development of the food industry, and thus, should be reviewed and analyzed periodically.

건설 프로젝트 특성과 프로젝트 성과 난이도 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study of Project Characteristics and Project Performance Level of difficulty)

  • 건설 프로젝트의 대형화, 복잡화에 따라 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 비효율성을 제거하고 합리적인 관리전략 수립을 위한 프로젝트 성과측정의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 프로젝트의 성공에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 진행되었으나 이러한 성공요인은 프로젝트 시공자가 성과 증진을 위하여 실행하는 관리방법과 개선할 수 없이 받아 들어야 하는 프로젝트 고유의 특성이 혼재되어 있어 측정된 성과 자료를 벤치마킹하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 프로젝트의 성과에는 영향을 미치지만 시공자가 개선할 수 없는 요인을 프로젝트 특성으로 정의, 분류하였으며, 특성에 따른 성과증진에 어려움 정도를 프로젝트 관리 실무자 조사를 통하여 정량적으로 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 도출한 프로젝트 성과 난이도 지수로 프로젝트 초기단계의 프로젝트 특성 정보를 활용한 프로젝트 수행의 어려움 정도를 예측할 수 있으며, 프로젝트 시공자의 효율적인 프로젝트 관리를 가능하게 할 것이다.

Selecting Optimum Management Practicesin Pre-construction Phase Considering Project Characteristics

  • The importance of project performance management as an alternative for solving problems is rising, which are followed by the hardships of managing construction project in the construction industry. This research classifies and applies the improvements made by the operator's work, in order to apply factors of success on the construction project, as performance management factors. In addition, in order to predict the results reflecting the project characteristic of performance management factor un-improvable by the operator in the initial stage of construction, the effect of project characteristic to the performance was drawn by performance difficulty. Also, in order to improve the predicted performance, researches on setting valid best practices according to the performance territory through a correlation analysis between the best practices improvable through the operator's work, and the performance was made.
