식미에 미치는 색의 영향 -제 2보. 4원미 인지에 미치는 색의 작용- (Effects of Color on Taste of Foods -II. Effect of Color on 4 Basic Tastes Perception (Sweetness, Saltiness, Sourness and Bitterness)-)

  • The effect of color, as measured on the spectrometer, on the 4 basic tastes(sweet, salty, sour & bitter) perception of a series of colored and no-flavored solutions was quantified by 16 taste panel using magnitude estimation without modulus. The regression lines for each colored series were found to differ indicating that color had a significant effect on sweetness, sourness and bitterness. A sucrose level of 4.0%, a citric acid level of 0.05%, and a nicotinamide level of 0.08% maximized the effect of color on taste's perception and its acceptability. Although color tended to confuse the perception of saltiness, this effect was not significant except for yellow solutions.

공단 지역주민과 근로자의 환경위해도 인식과 인지된 편익 (Environmental Risk Perception and Perceived Benefit Among Residents and Workers in Industrial Area)

  • This study is to estimate differences, relationships and related factors of environmental risk perception and perceived benefit among residents and workers. A self-administered questionnaire survey using a structured instrument was carried out to residents and workers in industrial area during April, 2002. Total number of participants were 657 including 329 residents and 328 workers. Participants assessed environmental risk perception, self- assessed knowledge, trust in authorities and perceived benefit associated with 10 products manufactured in industrial area. There were difference in environmental risk perception, knowledge and trust in authorities and perceived benefit among residents and workers. Especially, trust in authorities and perceived benefit were statistically significant difference among residents and workers. Inverse relationships between environmental risk perception and perceived benefit have been observed for different products. In other words, the greater the perceived benefit, the lower the perceived risk, and vice versa. Factors mostly associated with participant's characteristics of environmental risk perception were age. marriage status (workers), education level (workers). There was statistically significant difference. Perceived benefit was statistically significant difference with sex, marriage status, residence duration, education level (workers). Related factors of environmental risk perception among residents and workers were age, trust in authorities. And factors affecting the perceived benefit were sex, age, education level (workers), and trust in authorities (workers). According to the results, people having high trust in the authorities perceived less risks than people having low in the authorities. To improve the communication of risk information, further study focus on assessment of experts, government and stakeholder in industrial area. Methodologies of this study can be used as the basis for investigating the structure of public perception of environmental products risks and benefit, designing a public information and risk communication program, and developing policy actions to improve acceptance.

2019개정 누리과정의 놀이지원에 대한 보육교사의 인식 (Childcare teachers' perception of play support in the 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum)

  • 본 연구에서는 보육교사를 대상으로 놀이 및 2019개정 누리과정의 놀이지원에 대한 그들의 인식을 살펴보기 위해, 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 임의표집된 K시와 J도에 재직중인 보육교사 259명이 최종 연구대상으로 선정되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 활용하여 기술통계와 ANOVA분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 보육교사의 놀이에 대한 인식은 높았으며, 방임적놀이와 놀이허용의 차이를 구분에 대한 인식에서 가장 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 2019개정 누리과정의 놀이운영에 대해 보육교사의 인식도 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 놀이인식수준에 따라 놀이운영에 대한 인식수준에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 보육교사의 놀이인식수준이 높을수록 놀이운영에 대한 인식수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 2019개정 누리과정이 성공적인 현장 안착에 밑거름이 되는 교사교육의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

서비스의 준거가격광고가 소비자 지각에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Reference Price Advertisements of Service on Consumers' Perception)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업이 준거가격 광고의 단서에 대한 이론을 적용하여 소비자들에게 어떻게 효과적으로 커뮤니케이션 해야 할 것인지에 초점을 두고 있다. 여러 서비스산업 중 여행상품을 대상으로 정보유형을 조절변수로 하여, 가격단서(외적 준거가격)와 지식수준의 독립변수가 소비자지각의 종속변수에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 살펴보았으며, 이러한 변수들의 관계를 이용하여 외적 준거가격의 제시여부와 지식수준의 높고 낮음, 긍정적 정보와 부정적 정보제공을 통한 8개 집단간의 요인실험설계(factorial design)를 실시하였다. 연구결과 서비스의 준거가격 광고에서 가격단서(외적준거가격)를 제시받은 소비자들이 미제시한 소비자들보다 가격-품질지각이 높아지고, 서비스에 대한 지각가치를 높게 지각한다는 사실이 발견되었다. 또한, 긍정적인 정보보다는 부정적인 정보에 노출되었을 때, 지식수준이 낮은 소비자는 지식수준이 높은 소비자보다 가격-품질지각이 높게 나타나는 것을 확인활 수 있었다.

수술실의료진의 환자안전문화 인식수준 및 관련요인 (Perceived Level and Associated Factors of Patient Safety Culture among Health Care Providers in an Operating Room)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to compare the level of perception and to identify factors associated with perception on patient safety culture among health care providers working in an operating room(OR). Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. Data were collected conveniently from 154 RNs and 116 physicians working in a tertiary hospital in Seoul. Patient safety culture was measured using "The Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture" developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Spearman rank correlation coefficients were used for statistical analysis with the SPSS version 17.0. Results: The perception level of nurses and physicians on patient safety culture was "moderate" (3.14). Compared to physicians, nurses showed a significantly lower perception on the items of "teamwork within units" (t=-6.904, p<.001) and "overall perception of patient safety" (t=-4.327, p<.001), but had a higher perception about "frequency of events reported" (t=2.769, p=.006). The physicians' professional positions, years of working experience, age, and working hour per week were identified as factors associated with patient safety culture. Conclusion: Level of perception on patient safety culture may vary among health care providers working in the OR. The study finding suggests that a tailored education and training strategies should be considered to develop an effective safety culture for healthcare professionals working in OR.

간호사와 간호조무사가 지각하는 방사선사 인식도 (Perception Level of Nurses and Auxiliary Nurses for Radiological technologist)

  • 본 연구는 부산광역시 소재 대학병원에 근무하는 간호사와 간호조무사 321명을 대상으로 방사선사의 인식도를 조사하여 방사선사의 위상과 전문적 이미지를 향상시키기 위한 기초 자료를 제공 하고자 연구를 실시한 결과 인식도는 $3.02{\pm}0.42$점이며 영역별로는 직업적 이미지가 높았고 업무적 이미지가 낮았다. 문항별로는 '전문직이다'가 높았고 '환자의 문제를 잘 파악하고 있다'가 가장 낮았다. 교육과정, 시험주관기관을 정확히 알고 있고 의료법상 의료인, 의료기사라고 응답한 대상자들의 인식도가 높았고 호칭을 기사로 사용하는 대상자의 인식도가 낮았다. 방사선사 직업 선택을 찬성하고 의료기관내 위치가 높다는 대상자의 인식도가 높았다. 인식도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 환자에 대한 적극적인 관심과 친절한 태도로 부정적인 이미지를 개선하고 호칭을 정립하기 위한 개인과 협회차원의 홍보와 대책이 필요하며 과거 전문대학의 이미지에서 탈피하기 위한 노력과 학술대회와 보수교육 활성화, 전문방사선사제도의 법령 제정으로 방사선사의 자질과 위상을 높이고 대중매체를 통한 홍보와 모니터링으로 전문직업인으로서의 이미지 향상을 위한 개인과 협회의 노력이 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

제7차 교육과정 실행에 관한 교사의 인식 분석 (A Study on Teachers' Perception of the 7th Curriculum Implementation)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the teachers' perception of the 7th curriculum implementation. The subjects were 540 elementary school teachers. Investigation was conducted with questionaires which have 40 questions in 4 domains about the 7th curriculum. The results of the study were as follows: First, teachers' perception level of curriculum implementation was mechanical use(level 3). Second, in the comparison of level by implementing domains, the domains of the essential, ideology, educational objectives and evaluation were lower than the domains of educational contents, teaching methods and materials. Third, in the comparison of teachers' personal characterristics, there was no difference between male and female in all domains. But, by teaching career, experienced teachers were higher level in all domains. Also by length of in-service training with the 7th curriculum, when they have longer in-service training, they showed a higher level of curriculum implementation.

가격민감도와 번들할인 유형, 남성화장품의 가격수준이 품질지각에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Price Sensitivity, Bundle Discount Type and Price Level of Male Cosmetics on Quality Perception)

  • This study was intended to investigate the influences that consumer's price sensitivity, bundle discount type, and price level of the male cosmetics have on consumer attitude. The design of this research was comprised of $2{\times}2{\times}2$ mixed design studies. The first element was high price sensitivity vs. low sensitivity, the second element was the bundle discount type (mixed leader vs. mixed-joint), and the third element was the price level of male cosmetics (high-price brand vs. low-price brand). The results of this study showed that price sensitivity, bundle discount type and price level of male cosmetic had a statistically significant interaction effect on the consumer's quality perception. The quality perception of low-cost brands for high price sensitivity/mixed-joint bundle group was low. The quality perception of low-cost brands for mixed-leader bundled groups did not change significantly even when the price sensitivity became higher. However, it can be seen as the same result that the overall value is higher when suggested the price information in Mixed-leader bundle than Mixed-joint bundle. In particular, this study suggests that price information should be presented in mixed-leader bundles for high price sensitivity and low cast brands.

중ㆍ고등학생의 제 7차 기술ㆍ가정 교과 내용에 대한 인식

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the recognition of middle and high school students on the 7th technology home economics curriculum. This study was carried out to understand the difference in the level of needs. interesting on the 7th technologyㆍhome economics curriculum and application on the life to maximize the effect of technologyㆍhome economics education by the socio-demographic factors. For this purpose, survey was conducted 437 students in the middle school and high school in the Gwangju city and Jeonnam province. The survey was consists of items related with socio-demographic factors in 9 questions. The curriculum of technologyㆍhomes economic consist in the level of application and general tendency and level of needs in 47 different unites. The major findings of this study are as follows. 1. The understanding of internet application. me and family relation, nutrition of youth were showed high perception in order in the level of needs on the technology home economics curriculum. 2. The internet application, home life practice and me and family relation showed high perception in order in the level of interesting. 3. The internet application, home life practice and me and family relation showed also high perception in order that helps living life. And the understanding of architectural principles and industry and characteristics of materials showed low perception.

사회공포증 수준의 증가에 따라 나타난 정서지각 편향성과 시공간 주의배분능력 저하 간의 관련성 연구 (Research on the Association Between Emotional Perception Bias and Deteriorated Visuospatial Attention Allocation Ability in Increasing the Level of Social Phobia)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사회공포증 수준에 따른 정서지각 편향성의 변화와 이 변화에 기여하는 시공간 주의배분능력에 대해 탐구하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 사회공포증 수준을 측정하기 위해 한국형 자기보고식 설문 검사인 사회공포증 검사(Korean version of social avoidance and distress, K-SAD)를 사용하였으며, 정서지각 편향성과 시공간 주의배분능력을 측정하기 위해 정서지각 과제(emotional perception task)와 UFOV 과제(useful field of view task)를 사용하였다. 본 연구에는 118명의 연구참가자가 참여하였고 응답을 성실하게 하지 않은 연구참가자들을 제외하여 107명(남: 94명, 여: 13명)의 자료가 분석되었다. 연구참가자들은 K-SAD 점수에 따라 세 집단으로 나뉘어졌다. 연구 결과, 정서지각과제에서 긍정적 정서지각 편향성은 사회공포증 수준이 높을수록 더 크게 나타났으며 UFOV 과제에서는 사회공포증 수준이 높을수록 저하된 시공간 주의배분능력이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 사회공포증 수준의 증가에 따라 나타나는 저하된 시공간 주의배분능력이 긍정적 정서지각 편향성에 부분적으로 기여할 가능성이 있다는 것을 시사한다.
