  • 본 논문에서는 전자 개인 비서 시스템(PEAS)의 일부인 일정관리 시스템을 화자인식 기술을 적용하여 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 음성을 패스워드로 개인을 확인하여 각 개인의 일정을 관리해 주는 것으로 보안성과 함께 사용자에게 편의성을 제공한다. 사용자 등록을 자유롭게 하였으며 인식에서는 계산 시간 등을 고려하여 DTW 알고리즘에서 얻을 수 있는 경로정보를 이용해 하나의 참조패턴을 구성하도록 하였다. 또한 시간 흐름에 따라 인식율 저하를 방지하기 위해 실험결과에 따라 일정기간 뒤에 자동으로 참조패턴이 갱신되도록 하였다.

  • 위기관리의 목적은 각종 재해 ${\cdot}$ 재난으로 인한 비상사태 발생시 기업의 업무를 지속하고, 신속하게 피해 업무를 복구하는데 있다. 이러한 위기관리의 목적 자체는 언제 어디서나 변함이 없지만, 그 구성 내용과 운영 방안은 시대와 장소에 따라 업무 환경에 알맞도록 적절하게 구성되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한국 기업 환경에 적합한 Business Continuity를 위한 위기관리시스템 개발 모델을 DR. PEAS(Disaster Recovery Plan & Execution Automation System)의 사례를 통하여 제시하고자 한다.

Bioavailability of Phosphorus in Two Cultivars of Pea for Broiler Chicks

  • The aim was to determine the relative bioavailability of phosphorus (P) in peas for 21-day old broiler chickens using slope-ratio assay. One hundred and sixty eight male Ross 308 broiler chicks were divided into 42 groups 4 balanced for body weight and fed 7 diets in a completely randomized design (6 groups/diet) from day 1 to 21 of age. The diets were a corn-soybean meal basal diet, and the corn-soybean meal basal diet to which monosodium phosphate, brown- or yellow-seeded pea was added at the expense of cornstarch to supply 0.5% or 1% total phosphorus. Monosodium phosphate was included as a reference, and hence the estimated bioavailability of P in pea cultivars was relative to that in the monosodium phosphate. Birds and feed were weighed weekly and on d 21 they were killed to obtain tibia. The brown-seeded pea contained 23.4% crude protein, 0.47% P, whereas the yellow-seeded pea contained 24.3% crude protein and 0.38% P. Increasing dietary P supply improved (p<0.05) chick body weight gain and tibia ash and bone density. The estimated relative bioavailability of p values for brown- and yellow-seeded peas obtained using final body weight, average daily gain, tibia ash, and bone mineral density were 31.5% and 36.2%, 35.6% and 37.3%, 23.0% and 5.60%, and 40.3% and 30.3%, respectively. The estimated relative bioavailability of p values for brown- and yellow-seeded peas did not differ within each of the response criteria measured in this study. In conclusion, the relative bioavailability of P in pea did not differ depending on the cultivar (brown- vs yellow-seed). However, the relative bioavailability of P in pea may vary depending on the response criterion used to measure the bioavailability.

  • 완두의 트리아실글리세롤의 조성을 구명하기 위하여 TLC로 트리아실글리세롤을 분리 한 후 HPLC를 이용하여 PN별로 분획하고 GLC로 분석 하였다. 이들 결과를 종합하여 트리아실글리세롤의 조성을 추정한 결과 건조된 완두의 트리아실글리세롤은 33종류였으며 주요 트리아실글리세롤은 $C_{16:0}C_{18:2}C_{18:2}(13.4%),\;C_{18:1}C_{18:2}C_{18:3}(9.3%),\;C_{18:1}C_{18:2}C_{18:2}(9.2%),\;C_{18:2}C_{18:2}C_{18:2}(8.1%),\;C_{18:2}C_{18:2}C_{18:3}(6.4%)$$C_{18:0}C_{18:1}C_{18:2}(5.4%)$이었다.

Selective Removal of Al(III) from Rare Earth Solutions Using Peas-based Activated Carbon

  • Efficiently removing Al(III) from rare earth is very significant because even trace amount of Al(III) can cause serious harm to the rare earth materials. In this paper, a nitrogen-containing activated carbon, AC-P700, was synthesized using peas as raw materials. The AC-P700 was characterized by surface area analyzer, FT-IR, and XPS methods. The adsorption and recognition properties of AC-P700 towards Al(III) were investigated, and the recognition mechanism was also analyzed. The BET special surface area of AC-P700 was $1277.1m^2{\cdot}g^{-1}$, and the average pore diameter was 1.90 nm. The AC-P700 possesses strong adsorption affinity and excellent recognition selectivity towards Al(III). The adsorption capacity for Al(III) could reach to $0.53mmol{\cdot}g^{-1}$, and relative selectivity coefficients relative to La(III) and Ce(III) is 9.6 and 8.7, respectively. Besides, AC-P700 possesses better regeneration ability and reusability.

전라남도에서 유통중인 국내산 및 수입산 곡류 중의 카바메이트제 농약 잔류 실태 연구 (A Study on the Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Domestic and Imported Crops in Chonnam Province)

  • 10 carbamate pesticides were surveyed in domestic and imported green peas, beans, red beans from March 1999 through December 1999. Samples were collected from Gwangju, Mokpo, Suncheon and Yosoo grain markets. This study was performed by post-column ο-phthalaldehyde and 2-mercaptoethanol prior to HPCL fluorophore detection. Pesticides were found in 14 of 80 samples(17.5%). The kinds of pesticide detected in green peas were methomyl, MTMC, carbaryl, those in sesames were oxamyl, carbofuran, carbaryl, 1-naphthol, MIPC, those in beans were oxamyl, MTMC, carbaryl and those in red beans were MTMC, carbaryl. The range of residues detected in green peas, sesames, beans and red beans were 0.002∼0.025ppm, 0.001∼0.469ppm, 0.005∼0.356ppm and 0.017∼0.125ppm, respectively. The most frequently detected pesticides were MTMC(6 times) and carbaryl(5 times), while aldicarb, PHC and BPMC were no detected in all samples. Detection frequencies of carbamate pesticides in imported crops were higher than those in domestic ones except red beans. Only one result of oxamyl residues determined in imported bean was higher than the proposed maximum residue limits of Codex, which was 0.356ppm.

두류의 Quick Cooking방법 개발과 이것이 제품 품질에 미치는 영향 (Improved Cooking Methods for Dry Beans and their Effects on Quality of Cooked Products)

  • 건조 두류의 시료로 선정한 대두와 동부의 cooking time을 단축시킬 수 있는 방법을 개발하기 위하여 대두와 동부를 몇가지 선정된 soaking 및 cooking 방법으로 처리하여 cooking time을 비교하고, 이런 처리가 제품의 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. Soaking방법중 대두를 3%SBC 용액에, 동부를 $0.5{\sim}1%SBC$ 용액에 침지한 후 $95{\sim}100^{\circ}C$의 물에서 cooking했을 때 cooking time은 각각 40 분과 10분이였다 이는 control에 비하여 80%의 cooking time 단축에 해당한다. 2. 대두의 cooking방법중 $121^{\circ}C$에서 steam cooking 하는 것이 cooking time 단축에 가장 효과적 이었고 (15분), 동부의 cooking시간은 1%SBC 용액에서 6분, $121^{\circ}C$ steam에서 5분이었다. 3. 최적 텍스쳐에 도달한 각 시료의 품질을 평가한 결과 전체적인 선호도에서 $121^{\circ}C$에서 steam cooking 한 젓이 제일 좋았고, 염용액에서 침지한 시료는 control과 대등했으며, 염용액에서 cooking 한 것은 control 보다 좋지 않았다. 4. 위 결과를 종합해 볼 때 두류를 단 시간에 cooking할 수 있는 방법으로 대두는 가압 steam cooking $(121^{\circ}C)$ 또는 3%SBC 용액에서 침지하는 것이 효과적 이었으며, 동부의 경우 $0.5{\sim}1%SBC$ 용액에 침지 또는 가압 steam cooking$(121^{\circ}C)$ 하는 것이 효과적이다.

엘리트 선수의 도핑 사고성향 분석을 위한 한국형 PEAS의 타당도 검증: Rasch 모형 적용 (Study on the validity of PEAS for analyzing doping attitude and disposition of Korean elite player through Rasch model)

  • 이 연구는 Rasch 모형을 적용하여 우리나라 엘리트 선수의 도핑 사고성향 분석을 위한 PEAS의 타당도를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. PEAS (performance enhancement attitude scale)는 Petroczi (2006)이 제시한 선수들의 도핑 (doping)에 대한 사고방식과 성향을 측정하는 척도로 17문항 6점 척도로 구성되어 있다. 국가대표 엘리트 선수 438명을 대상으로 측정하였고, Rasch 모형을 적용하여 타당도를 분석하였다. 우선 Rasch 모형의 기본가정인 일차원성을 검증하기 위해 SPSS 프로그램을 적용하여 주성분분석을 실시하였다. 문항의 적합도 검증과 측정척도 범주의 타당도, 그리고 성별에 따른 차별기능문항을 추출하기 위해 Winsteps 프로그램을 이용하였다. 분석에 모든 유의수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 자료분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 총 17문항으로 구성된 PEAS는 일차원성을 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 응답범주 수의 타당도는 6점척도보다 5점척도가 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 문항의 적합도는 17문항 중 7문항 (문항1, 문항9, 문항10, 문항12, 문항13, 문항14, 문항17)이 통계적으로 적합하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성별에 따른 차별기능문항 분석 결과 3문항 (문항3, 문항12, 문항13)이 추출되었다. 따라서 이 연구에서 우리나라 엘리트 선수의 도핑 사고성향분석을 위한 PEAS는 9문항 5점척도가 타당한 것으로 구명되었다.

피부 미용 개선을 위한 맥주 효모 및 두류 첨가 수유부용 쿠키 개발 (Development of Cookies with Brewer's Yeast and Beans to Improve Skin Health of Lactating Women)

  • The purpose of this research was to provide basic information for cookies made with black soybeans, chick peas, lentils, oatmeal, and brewer's yeast and to establish the optimum formula for the development of low glycemic index (GI) cookies with high biotin content for lactating women. This study was performed to determine the optimal composite recipe of oatmeal cookies with two different concentrations levels of bean powder (black soybeans, chick peas, lentils) and brewer's yeast using a central composite design. In addition, the mixing conditions of oatmeal cookies were optimized using response surface methodology of sensory evaluation and mechanical and physicochemical analysis. As a result, mechanical and physicochemical analyses showed significant values for lightness, redness, yellowness, hardness, and water content (P<0.05), while sensory evaluation showed significant values for flavor, taste, crispness, and overall acceptability (P<0.05). The optimal sensory combination was suggested to be 3.73 g of bean powder and 1.59 g of brewer's yeast. Considering all outcomes obtained throughout the experiments, brewer's yeast, black soybeans, chick peas, lentils, and oatmeal are suitable ingredients for increasing functionality and consumer acceptability of cookies. In addition, these results are expected to be useful in producing cookies of optimal quality, contributing to the development of various nutritious foods, and improving the food industry for lactating women.

고단백질 함유 대두와 완두 중 Propineb 잔류분석을 위한 제단백 효과 (Improvement of Analytical Method for Propineb Residues in Glycine max (L.) Merrill and Pisum sativum L. using Deproteinization Process)

  • BACKGROUND: Dithiocarbamate fungicide propineb can be analyzed quantitatively by derivatization reaction followed by HPLC/UVD, which has high reproducibility and stability. However, the presence of high protein in soybeans and peas affects the derivatization process resulting in extremely low recoveries. Therefore, this study was conducted to improve the analytical method for analysis of propineb in soybeans and peas by applying a deproteinization process using chloroform-gel method. METHODS AND RESULTS: The deproteinization process was carried out up to 6 times for soybeans and 5 times for peas using 50 mL chloroform. After 4 times of deproteinization process followed by a derivatization reaction with methyl iodide, the recovery yields of propineb in both pulses were >90%. However, the recovery yield tended to decrease when the deproteinization process was performed more than 5 times. The method limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.04 mg/L. The recovery conducted in triplicate at 10 times and 50 times of the LOQ ranged from 87.2 to 95.0 % with a coefficient of variation <10%. CONCLUSION(S): This study confirmed that 4 times of deproteinization process using the chloroform-gel method was effective when derivatizing and analyzing dithiocarbamate fungicides in pulses with high protein content. However, depending on the initial protein content present in the pulses, there was a difference in the recovery: the lower the protein content, the higher the recovery rate of propineb. It is expected that the method proposed in this study could be applied to remove high content of protein as analytical interference substance from agricultural samples.
