ALGORITHMS FOR GENERATING NONLINEAR COMBINERS WITH GIVEN CONDITIONS

  • A Boolean function generates a binary sequence which is frequently used in a stream cipher. There are number of critical concepts which a Boolean function, as a key stream generator in a stream cipher, satisfies. These are nonlinearity, correlation immunity, balancedness, SAC(strictly avalanche criterion), PC(propagation criterion) and so on. In this paper, we present the algorithms for generating random nonlinear combining functions satisfying given correlation immune order and nonlinearity. These constructions can be applied for designing the key stream generators. We use Microsoft Visual C++6.0 for our program.

  • 정보 통신 기술의 발달과 학습자의 다양한 요구에 따라 온라인을 통한 웹기반 학습에 이어 휴대인터넷 (WiBro)과 UMPC (Ultra Mobile PC)를 비롯한 모바일 환경에서의 학습 시대가 열리게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 학습자의 특성을 고려하여 자기 주도적 학습 형태인 모바일 학습에서 학습자의 학습동기를 유발, 지속시키기 위한 방안으로써 Keller의 동기 유발 이론에 기초하여 학생들이 흥미를 잃지 않고 스스로 학습할 수 있도록 모바일 학습에 적합한 새로운 동기 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 본 동기 모형의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들이 현장에서 이 모형을 바로 사용할 수 있도록 현실적이고 꼭 필요한 절차만 거치도록 하였다. 둘째, 다양한 평가 과정을 절차에 삽입함으로써 학습활동에 대한 보상과 강화를 학습중에 얻도록 하였다. 셋째, 개발된 콘텐츠를 수업안에 바로 적용시킴으로써 자연스러운 수업이 될 수 있도록 구성하였다. 넷째, 개별화에 중점을 두어 자기주도적인 학습이 가능하도록 하였다.

Detection of Cytosolic Phosphatidylethanolamine N -Methyltransferase in Rat Brain

  • Phosphatidylethanolamine N-methyltransferase (PEMT) is known to be a membrane-associated protein. However, cytosolic PEMT was detected when sufficient amounts of exogenous phospholipids were added in the incubation media. The methylation of phospholipids was measured by the incorporation of the $[^3H]-methyl$ group from S-adenosylmethionine and the methylated phospholipids were analyzed by thinlayer chromatography. The essence of the assay condition for the cytosolic enzyme was the inclusion of 200 ${\mu}g$ of each substrate, phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidyl N-monomethylethanolamine (PME) and phosphatidyl N,N-dimethylethanolamine (PDE), in the reaction mixture of 100 ${\mu}l$. The subcellular fractionation of brain PEMT activities revealed that approximately 38.1 % for PME, 39.5% for PDE, and 22.4% for PC formation was present in the cytosolic fraction. The general properties of cytosolic PEMT were characterized and compared with those of neuronal nuclei PEMT.

  • 최근 경제성의 경쟁력과 개발 연구 대상으로서의 가치를 충분히 지닌 풍력 발전 단지 조성이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 풍력 발전 단지는 많은 기술과 인력, 비용을 기반으로 구축되어지므로 이를 실시간으로 감시할 수 있는 원격 모니터링 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 인터넷 프로토콜을 지원하는 하드웨어 형태의 Serial to TCP/IP 통신 변환 모듈을 사용하여 풍력발전기기의 소스데이터를 sensing하는 프로세서로부터 RS232 통신을 통해 데이터를 입력받아 사용자의 PC까지 전송해주는 비교적 가벼운 디바이스를 활용하여 간략화된 모니터링 루틴을 갖는 시스템을 제안한다.

  • 현재 대용량의 태양광 발전에 사용되는 정격용량은 250kW급에 이르고 있는데, 단일 인버터로 구성되어 있지 않고 컨버터를 사용하여 구성하는 경우 단일용량으로 컨버터 250kW급을 구현하는 것은 현실적으로 정격 소자, 수동소자와 시스템의 효율 등의 문제로 인하여 그 구현에 현실적인 한계가 있다. 따라서 규격화 된 용량의 단일 전원장치를 병렬 운전함으로써 이와 같은 문제점을 해결할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 CAN 통신을 이용하여 250kW PV PCS에 적용한 DC/DC 컨버터 4대의 병렬운전 기법을 제안하고 실험을 통해 그 우수성을 검증한다.

  • Recently 'full browsing service' is growing rapidly throughout the world. This service allows mobile phone users to access websites using their mobile phone as they do using a PC. Despite the rapid expansion of the mobile phone market, however, criteria or scales for evaluating the new services are being developed slowly and far behind the current demand trends. Thus, this study proposed a customer satisfaction evaluation model for full browsing services through empirical research. The proposed model is expected to derive and suggest key factors that users consider important in full browsing services and those factors can be used in developing marketing strategies for maintaining existing customers and creating new customers.

  • This paper presents a high speed ethernet communication and depulication method of communication to prevent decrease of reliability that was generated by high speed communication. Thus communication reliability was improved and this paper was considered that if any physical breakdown of line of communication occurred, other line of communication could operate collect. This paper used Flash memory for setting storage of backup data at Electric Car that have an humidity and a temperature and an impact. also improved reliability and besides matching data format to windows data format realized to confirm application program at PC or note book computer.

  • The goal of this paper is to propose a virtual instrumentation system based on three dimensional current coordinates for monitoring power quality. A developed system with various experimental graphic screens and numerical results is made up 586-PC and DSP(digital signal processor) board, power quality analyzing and evaluating software for windows. Power parameters are analyzed using correlation signal processing techniques based on the correlation between voltage and current waveforms. Analysis results are visualized by 3-D current coordinates, and it is compared and evaluated with conventional time/frequency domain. To verify the validity of the proposed system, power and harmonic parameters of single phase induction motor drive system is analyzed and verified.

Lipidomic analysis of plasma lipids composition changes in septic mice

  • A lipidomic study on extensive plasma lipids in bacterial peritonitis (cecal ligation and puncture, CLP)-induced sepsis in mice was done at 24 h post-CLP. The effects of administration of lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) and lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), compounds known to have beneficial effects in CLP, on the sepsis-induced plasma lipid changes were also examined. Among the 147 plasma lipid species from 13 lipid subgroups (fatty acid [FA], LPA, LPC, lysophosphatidylethanolamine [LPE], phosphatidic acid [PA], phosphatidylcholine [PC], phosphatidylethanolamine [PE], phosphatidylinositol [PI], monoacylglyceride [MG], diacylglyceride [DG], triacylglyceride [TG], sphingomyelin [SM], and ceramide [Cer]) analyzed in this study, 40 and 70 species were increased, and decreased, respectively, in the CLP mice. Treatments with LPC and LPA affected 14 species from 7 subgroups, and 25 species from 9 subgroups, respectively. These results could contribute to finding the much needed reliable biomarkers of sepsis.

  • 난황으로부터 인지질을 회수하기 위하여 전처리, 표면반응분석기법을 실시한 결과 인지질 95%이상 PC함량 55%의 제품을 생산할 수 있는 공정을 확립하였다. 난황 인지질 분리조건(액난황 100g 기준)은 알코올 농도 91.38%, 알코올 첨가량 1: 7.3, 균질온도 $29.22^{\circ}C$, 균질시간 5분으로 한 후 원심분리한 다음 여과후 진공농축하고 아세톤 100ml로 1회 세척하고 나서 여과지로 여과하고 $100^{\circ}C$, 40분 건조하거나 $40^{\circ}C$ 진공건조기에서 overnight 정도 건조과정을 휘발시키는 것이 바람직한 것으로 생각된다.
