최저비행고도와 UAS 운영제한고도 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Minimum Safe Altitude and UAS Operating Limitations)

  • UTM is an air traffic management ecosystem under development for autonomously controlled operations of UAS by the FAA, NASA, other federal partner agencies, and industry. They are collaboratively exploring concepts of operation, data exchange requirements, and a supporting framework to enable multiple UAS operations beyond visual line-of-sight at altitudes under AGL 500ft in airspace where air traffic services are not provided. Minimum Safe Altitude is a generic expression, used in various cases to denote an altitude below which it is unsafe to fly owing to presence of terrain or obstacles. The European drone regulation mentions that the UAS is maintained within 120 metres from the closest point of the surface of the earth during flight, except when overflying an obstacle. This study attempted to develop a minimum flight altitude database system. Based on domestic and international rules and regulations on setting the minimum flight altitude it is expected that it can be applied to the operation of aircraft and unmanned aerial system in UTM environments for specific area in Korea.

AHP를 이용한 외식프랜차이즈 가맹본부의 지원서비스의 중요도 및 경쟁력 분석 (Analysis on the Importance and Competitiveness of Support Services of the Food Service Franchise Headquarters AHP Technique)

  • Purpose: This study identifies the relative importance of the sub - factors of initial services and continuous services using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and calculates the competitive index for the detailed factors. The purpose of this paper is to propose the establishment of long - term and short - term management strategy for expansion of business of food service franchise, franchisors, long - term and win - win relationship with franchisees, and rationalization of operating system. Research design, data, and methodology: The population for the survey is 92 franchisees in 46 foreign brands and 46 domestic brands in the Seoul metropolitan area (Seoul / Gyeonggi / Incheon). The survey was conducted from July 1 to August 31, 2018 through the survey agency with a telephone interview and a surveyor's direct visit. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected, but a total of 92 parts were used for analysis except 8 parts that were considered to contain false information. Using the AHP method, relative importance and competitiveness index were calculated for the details of initial services and continuous services. Results: The results shows continuous services were significantly higher for both foreign brand franchises, domestic brand franchises, and overall than initial services, This suggests that the continuous services of the affiliated franchisors has a higher relative importance than the initial services. Among the continuous services, brand reinforcement and promotion were significantly higher for both foreign brand merchants and domestic brand franchises. This can be regarded as the most important factor in brand reinforcement and promotion when selecting a food service franchisors. Conclusions: In the Standard Terms and Conditions governed by the Fair Trade Commission, the franchisors should increase the fairness by creating manuals for supporting services, especially after opening, and regularly checking whether the supporting services have been carried out like manuals since the establishment of franchisees. In addition, the Brand Strengthening and Public Relations Committee (tentative name) jointly participated by the franchisors and franchisees for the purpose of strengthening and promoting the brand, suggesting a system for transparent and efficient execution of the brand reinforcement and promotion budget and monitoring afterwards.

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 기업재난관리표준에 규정하고 있는 위험평가 절차에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법: 기업재난관리표준에 정하고 있는 위험평가 단계별 요구사항을 파악하고, 'A'기관과 협력사의 적용사례를 검토하였으며 요구사항에 맞는 위험평가 절차를 도출하였다. 연구결과:기업재난관리표준의 요구사항인 위험 시나리오 도출 방법과 절차에 대하여 명확히 정의하고, 위험 시나리오 도출을 위한 표준화된 절차 도입이 필요한 것으로 검토되었다. 결론:발전 연료수급업무에 대하여 시스템 이론에 기반한 STPA 기법을 적용하여 위험 시나리오를 도출하는 방법을 구현하였으며, 모든분야의 핵심업무에 대한 위험 시나리오 도출에 적용할 수 있도록, STPA 기법을 재해경감활동계획 수립을 위한 위험 시나리오 도출 기법으로 기업재난관리표준에 반영할 것을 제시하였다.

전략방향과 경쟁적 환경이 비즈니스 통합정책 결정요인 구성에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Effect of Business Strategies and Competitive Environments on the Configuration of e-Biz Integration Policy Determinants)

  • These days, firms are focusing on the improvement of relationships with business partners. The supply chain integrations are taking critical role in improving the relationships with business partners. In accordance with the development of the IT technology, it became possible for firms not only to integrate inner parts of the organization, but also to integrate the company with other organizations in the supply chain, which is open system. Therefore, in e-Biz environments, it is imperative for firms to strengthen the core capacity through the supply chain integration, and to precisely determine the components of the determinants of e-Business integration which impact the firm performance. This study analyzed determinants that have impacts on business integration in IT capacity perspectives in competetive environments. We analyzed 163 domestic companies to find out many significant suggestive points. First, IT management capacity, process innovation capacity are adopted as determinants of differentiation and competetive edges against competing firms. Second, it is analyzed that the more the companies are in intensified competetive environment, the more likley that the innovation capacity and partner management capacity become the determinants of the business integration of the companies and that they pursue new market development strategy. Third, it is analyzed that the more the companies are in high demand fluctuation, the more likley that the innovation capacity becomes the determinants of the business integration of the companies, and that they pursue new market development strategy and operation efficiency strategy. Last, it is analyzed that the more the companies are Technology dependent, the more likely that IT management capacity and process innovation capacity become the determinants of business integration, and that they pursue new market development strategy and operation efficiency strategy. These results provide us the foundation that the determinants that we have analyzed can impact the supply chain integration strategies which take into account the competetive environments.

결혼이민여성의 초기 적응 성공요인에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Facilitating Factors in Early Successful Adjustment of Married Female Immigrants)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the factors that facilitate married female immigrants' early adjustment in Korea. For this purpose, 14 immigrated female participants living in Daegu were interviewed in-depth by using an open-ended questionnaire. The major findings are as follows: Through content analysis of participants' responses, three major factors were found to influence successful adjustment of married female immigrants personal factors, familial support and the social support system. Among the personal factors, having a conservative marital attitude, optimism and liking the partner rather than economic concern for the reason of marital decision making are contributing factors to the successful marital adjustment. Above all, familial support, a husband's good personality, care, and active support are the important factors in a foreign wife's adjustment and life satisfaction. Parent-in-law's help and tolerance playa role in a foreign daughter-in-law's successful adjustment. In the social support system, joined activities and the support of mends from the homeland make a contribution to decreasing the sense of isolation and to giving mental well-being for married female immigrants. The center for support of multicultural family gives them the opportunity to meet people from their homelands and to expand the social network.

한국 중소기업 CSR 경영 실태 분석과 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Practical Approaches for CSR in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 중소기업의 지속가능성 정책 제안에 관련된 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업 사회적 책임경영 확대방안에 영향을 미칠 주제를 도출하는데 주안점을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 2017년 중소기업실태조사결과 내용 중 사회적 책임경영 조사자료를 기초로 우리나라 중소기업 CSR 경영 실태 분석과 사례 분석을 시도하였고, CSR 경영 확산을 위해 다음과 같은 세 가지 개선 사항을 도출하였다. 첫째, 기업의 CSR 경영 도입을 유인할 수 있도록 일정 규모 이상 법인사업자의 국가종합전자조달시스템 입찰 자격등록 규정을 개정하여 독립적인 제3자 전문가가 검증한 지속가능성보고서 제출이나 환경관리나 지속가능경영 관련 인증서(예: ISO 14001, ISO 26000) 제출을 의무화하는 것을 제안하였다. 둘째, 중소기업 경영진을 대상으로 한 실질적인 교육과 참여 연계가 이루어 질 수 있는 환경 마련과 제도 도입이다. 이를 위해 CSR 경영을 주제로 한 지역 기업 경영자 사이의 정기적인 제휴 활동을 제안하였다. 셋째, 중소기업 경영진의 CSR 경영활동에 대한 관심과 인지도를 제고하기 위해서 지방자치단체 및 지역 내 대기업과의 연계성 추진을 제안하였다.

광학문자인식 기반 보안문서 이미지 파일 관리 시스템 (Optical Character Recognition based Security Document Image File Management System)

  • 정보통신 기술의 발전으로 우리는 사무실에서 개인용 컴퓨터를 이용한 방식의 회사업무처리에서 벗어나 스마트 기기를 이용하여 언제 어디서나 편리하게 업무를 처리하는 스마트워크 환경을 경험하고 있다. 오피스 프로그램을 이용하여 작성한 문서를 이메일 서비스를 이용하여 주고받던 것을 스마트 기기를 이용하여 사진을 찍고 모바일 메신저로 전송하는 것으로 대신할 수 있다. 제조현장에서는 보안문서인 작업지시서를 스마트 기기를 이용하여 사진을 찍고 공유하는 것을 쉽게 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제조현장에서 근로자의 스마트 기기에 남겨지는 보안문서 이미지 파일을 찾아내고 삭제 처리하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 광학문자인식 기술을 이용하여 이미지의 글씨를 인식한 후 키워드화 시켜 일치하는 비율을 통해 보안문서 이미지 파일을 검색해내고 삭제 처리한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템을 이용할 경우 중소기업에서도 효율성 높은 시스템을 구축하여 보안인식이 낮은 제조현장의 작업자들도 편리하게 보안문서 파일을 관리할 수 있다.

공급사슬기반의 육상물류중개시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (Inland Logistics Forwarding System based on Supply Chain Management : ILOF)

  • 오늘날 날로 증가하는 물류비는 개별 기업은 물론 국가 전체의 수출 경쟁력을 약화시키는 주요 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 그러나 특히 육상물류의 경우 그 비중이 전체 화물 운송의 60% 이상을 차지함에도 불구하고 심각한 교통체증 및 물류기반 시설의 미비, 효율적인 정보시스템의 미비 등으로 인하여 물류비가 계속 증가하는 양상을 보여 왔다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리나라 육상물류산업이 안고 있는 문제점의 해결을 위한 방안들 중의 하나로 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management) 개념을 운송산업에 적용한 e-logistics 시스템 개발 프로젝트의 길과를 소개하고 있다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 육상물류중개시스템은 공급사슬개념을 운송산업에 적용하여 화주, 물류중개회사 및 운송사 사이의 업무처리 프로세스 및 데이터 베이스를 공유하면서 차량의 흐름과 정보흐름을 원활하게 하여, 고객에 대한 서비스를 제고하는 한편 인건비, 통신비, 차량유지비 등을 절감할 수 있게 한다. 특히 육상물류중개시스템은 화물의 운송과 관련하여 발생하는 다양한 정보들을 데이터베이스에 저장하여 두었다가 세관 및 터미널에 대한 각종 신고업무에 이용할 수 있으며, 이밖에도 교통정보 및 화물 위치정보 등 다양한 서비스를 제공해 주고 있다. 육상물류중개시스템은 현재 개발중인 항만물류통합데이터베이스를 기반으로 한 항만물류원스톱서비스 시스템과 연계되어 차후에는 물류원스톱시스템으로 발전할 수 있을 것이다.

Pioneering the Distribution Industry in Korea: Dynamic Capability at Lotte Shopping

  • Purpose - This case study reviews the development history of Lotte Shopping, which has played a key role in modernizing Korea's retail industry. Research design, data, and methodology - Lotte Shopping's expansion to various channel types has been reviewed from the perspective of the resource-based view of strategy. The opening of Lotte Department Store in 1979 signaled the beginning of the modernized distribution system in Korea. Lotte Shopping expanded its business domains to various types of retail channels, such as discount stores, online shopping malls, TV home shopping, convenience stores, supermarkets, home appliances specialty stores and health & beauty stores. Results - Lotte Shopping has been able to maintain high level of customer satisfaction with leading merchandising skills. It has developed mutually beneficial relationship with the partner firms. It has also been a leading firm in implementing corporate social responsibility activities and environment-friendly management. Lotte Shopping has applied advanced information and communication technology to provide customized goods/services. Conclusions - This study summarizes the business environment and new challenges Lotte Shopping faces currently. Lotte Shopping is trying to reinforce the omni-channel strategy, which can create synergy among various distribution channels based on its core competences.

EDI 구축 성공에 영향을 미치는 파트너십과 EDI 수용태도 (Partnership and EDI Adoption Attitude affecting on EDI Implementation Success)

  • The fact that EDI is the IT system between partners implies the importance of studying the affecting factors associated with partnership in EDI. But there are few researches about the inter-organizational factors related to the relationship between partner firms, so called partnerships, influencing the implementation of EDI. Therefore our research is to investigate the relationship between partnership and EDI implementation with inter-organizational perspective. Additionally, we investigate the moderating role of EDI adoption attitude when the companies are divided into two groups, proactive attitude and reactive attitude. As a result, first, we found the positive relationships between the partnership factors about partnerships among trading partners and the degree of EDI implementation. Second, we expected that proactive firms have stronger significant relationships than reactive firms, but only the relationships between interdependence and integration, interdependence and utilization and trust and integration were proved to be signigicant among ten relationships. Third, we found positive relationships between EDI adoption attitude and EDI implementation.
