의학전문대학원생의 학습동아리 참여 경험에 대한 성찰 에세이 분석 (Analysis of Reflective Essays on the Learning Community Experiences of Medical Students)

  • This study analyzed participation experiences in a voluntarily learning community using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Sixty freshmen and sophomore medical school students in 10 learning communities participated in the study. At the time of the survey, learning communities had been operating for 10 weeks and had weekly in-person meetings. Satisfaction questionnaires and reflective essays were given and analyzed. The results showed that learning community experiences were effective in promoting students' learning motivation, cooperative learning, responsibility, and communication skills. Three essential topics and nine subjects were analyzed in the reflective essays. Three essential topics were conflict with each other due to the difference, forming deep relationships, and sharing and learning together with an in-depth study. The results of this study will contribute to collaborative learning culture and the development of learning communities in medical schools.

  • The purposes of this study were to develop the empowerment education program, to describe the experiences of diabetes patient's empowerment process and to develop a theoretical model of the diabetes patient's empowerment process. Method 1. : The development of the empowerment program for the diabetes patients: The strategies of the empowerment education program were enhancement of problem - solving, decision making, self-efficacy, self-control. participation and mutual support. Method 2. : According to the grounded theory methodology of Strauss and Corbin, the qualitative data was collected with in depth interviews and participants observations until its saturation when the 25 consented subjects were participating and interacting with the other subjects in the empowerment education program. Results: With the analysis of the data, 29 categories were generated. The core category generated, which was a central phenomenon of the empowerment process, was named powerlessness. The intervening conditions facilitating or impeding the empowerment process were discovered as supportive systems through the participation of group meeting, problem solving dialogue, and the knowledge deficit of self-care. The action/interaction strategies were developed as the paricipating, dialoguing, questioning, supporting system, self-controlling, self efficacy, enhancing self-esteem. stress relaxing and instillation of hope.

당구 선수들의 참여 동기에 관한 연구 (Analysis on the Participation Motivation of Billiard Players)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 당구경기에 참여하는 당구선수들을 대상으로 참여 동기를 개방형 질문지를 통하여 심층적으로 규명하고, 연령과 경력에 따른 당구경기 참여 동기 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 이에 경기도 소재 당구선수 267명을 대상으로 개방형 질문지를 통하여 참여 동기에 대한 696개의 원자료를 획득하여 귀납적 분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 당구선수의 당구경기 참여 동기는 재미, 목표성취동기, 경쟁, 대인관계, 정신건강, 직업, 도박, 스포츠 유능감, 주요타자의 권유, 대학진학의 10가지 일반영역으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 연구대상의 연령에 따른 당구 경기 참여 동기는 모든 연령대에서 재미 영역이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 연구대상자의 경력에 따른 당구경기 참여 동기는 5년 미만은 재미영역에 대한 비율이 가장 높았으며, 5년 이상은 목표성취동기영역이 가장 높은 반응이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 당구선수들이 당구경기에 참여하는 관계를 이해하고 나아가 올바른 당구 경기 문화를 창달하는데 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

온라인 커뮤니티 내 공동창조 참여 동기가 임파워먼트를 매개로 지속적 참여 및 옹호 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Consumers' Motivations for Co-creation on Continuance Participation and Advocacy Behavior Mediated by Empowerment)

  • The motivation behind consumers' voluntary participation plays a key role in determining the successful out-come of co-creation activities. This study, in the context of online-community-based co-creation, investigates the effect of consumers' motivation on continuance participation and advocacy intention by mediating perceived empowerment. We focused on analyzing the co-creation process of new product developments for beauty-related firms and platforms. A web survey was conducted on active users of the online beauty community who have participated in co-creation projects. A total of 226 responses were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical programs. The findings illustrate that all motivations for participation (intrinsic, social, and financial) influenced perceived empowerment. This increased empowerment also positively affected continuance participation and advocacy intention for future co-creation projects. Furthermore, we explored the moderating role of the engagement period in the community regarding the relationship between participation motivation and empowerment. The results show, consumers with high intrinsic motivation greatly perceive empowerment when they have short-term engagement in the community; those with high social motivation strongly recognize empowerment when they have long-term engagement in the community. We provide valuable recommendations regarding how to make innovative co-creation experiences between beauty firms and consumers via an online-based community.

아버지의 원가족 경험이 양육태도와 양육참여에 미치는 영향 : 자녀가치의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Father's Family-of-Origin Experiences on Parenting Attitude and Parenting Participation: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Value of Children)

  • 본 연구는 자녀가치의 매개효과를 중심으로 아버지의 원가족 경험이 양육태도와 양육참여에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 만3-5세 자녀를 둔 아버지 247명을 대상으로 원가족 경험, 자녀가치, 양육태도, 양육참여 정도를 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21 program을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 회귀분석 및 Sobel Tast를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 원가족 경험과 자녀가치 중 정서적 자녀가치, 양육태도 및 양육참여는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 단계별로 회귀분석과 Sobel Test를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 아버지의 원가족 경험은 양육태도와 양육참여에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였고, 자녀가치 중 정서적 자녀가치가 이들 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 아버지의 긍정적 자녀가치 형성을 위한 다각적 고찰과 체계적인 지원이 필요하며 공동양육자로서의 아버지에 대한 후속연구의 방향을 제안하였다.

스포츠 참여 동기에 따른 고기능성 스포츠웨어의 요구 및 구매의도 (Consumers' needs and purchase intention of high functional sportswear according to sport participation motivations)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify consumers' needs and purchase intention of high-functional sportswear according to sports participation motivations. Internet survey was done for data collection and the subjects were 300 consumers in their 20-39's who participated in sport activities at least once a week. Factors of sport participation motivations were ostentation, social interaction, self development, mental health, and physical health. Consumers were segmented into the motivation retard group, the multi-purpose pursuit group, the health pursuit group, and the extrinsic motivation pursuit group. And factors of consumers' needs for high-functional sportswear were practicality and comfort function, body protection and physical function, and skin protection and health function. The multi-purpose pursuit group showed strong needs for active and comfort, body protection and physical function, and skin protection and health function but the motivation retard group showed the lowest needs for high functional sportswear. Purchase experiences of high-functional sportswear, accomplishment, and duration period of sport activity affected positively on the purchase intention of high-functional sportswear.

실시간 원격교육에서 학습자의 학습 참여 촉진을 위한 방안 모색 (A Study on way to Promote Learners' Participation in Real-Time Distance Education)

  • 코로나19로 인해 초중등학교 및 고등교육기관에서의 교수학습 방법의 급진적인 변화를 경험하였고, 교육부는 원격교육상황에서 교수학습의 질을 담보하고, 학습 참여를 촉진하기 위한 다양한 시도와 지원이 지속되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 포스트 코로나 시대 대비 교육부 지원 정책에 대해 살펴보고, 원격교육에 대한 교수자의 경험을 집중면담을 통해 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 학습자의 학습 참여 촉진을 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 실시간 원격교육에서 학습 참여를 지원하는 프로그램 활용방안으로, 첫째, 학습자의 적정 학습 집중 기간에 대한 고려, 둘째, 학습활동 중 예기치 못한 문제 상황 발생 대처 방안, 협업 도구로 소회의실 및 채팅 활용방안에 대해 제시하였다.

  • 뇌졸중 장애인을 대상으로 실시한 운동 프로그램은 주로 병원에서 실시한 물리치료 형태로 치료적 효과에만 집중되어 단조로운 경향이 있다. 그러나 본 연구에서 실시한 뉴스포츠 프로그램은 대상자별 운동능력을 고려하여 운동 강도, 난이도의 변형이 가능하고 특수재질로 만든 장비를 사용하여 안전하고 재미있게 참여할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 이에 본 연구는 뇌졸중 장애인의 뉴스포츠 프로그램 참여에 대한 의미와 인식, 프로그램 참여에 대한 경험을 심층적으로 이해하고 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 뉴스포츠 프로그램에 참여한 뇌졸중 장애인 11명을 연구참여자로 선정하였으며, 질적 연구 방법인 심층면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 4개의 하위범주(프로그램에 대한 기대, 프로그램 참여 경험, 프로그램 개선 방안)와 10개의 핵심 개념을 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 퇴원 이후 지역사회에 거주하고 있는 뇌졸중 장애인들을 대상으로 실시한 뉴스포츠 프로그램은 추후 뇌졸중 장애인의 특성을 고려한 지역사회 기반 운동 프로그램이 개발되는데 기초가 될 것으로 사료된다.

Exploratory Study to Develop Customers' Experience Measurement Scale of H&B Store

  • Purpose: Recently, Korean cosmetics distribution market has been reorganized with the H&B store. In the domestic cosmetics distribution market, existing brand road shops are decreasing, and multi-shops are leading the H & B stores, which have greatly improved their experience and content. In these environmental changes, the offline distribution channels are turning into the multi-editing shops that have introduced products of various brands and greatly enhanced experiences and contents. Nevertheless, most studies of factors and measurement items for measuring customer experience in the H&B store use Schmitt (1999)'s Strategic Experience Modules (SEMs). Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a measure that is practicable through consideration of the in-store customer experience components of the H&B store. Research design, data and methodology: Based on Schmitt's Strategic Experience Modules (SEMs), which are widely used in customer experience marketing, the metric pool was constructed through customer and literature research on H & B store managers. Since then, 101 preliminary surveys and 211 main surveys have been conducted in order to propose a dimension of customer experience and refine the metrics. Results: As a result of the research, H&B store's customer experience was derived from a measurement model consisting of 19 measurement items in total of five dimensions: environmental experience, intellectual experience, behavioral experience, tech experience, and relationship experience. This study analyzed that compared to the existing Schmitt's Strategic Experience Modules (SEMs), (1) emotional experience expanded to environmental experience, (2) Cognitive and relationship experiences are maintained (3) behavioral experience was subdivided into physical and technical experiences. In particular, the environmental experience has been proposed as a major component is an important point because the H&B store recently opened a large flagship store and is competitive in constructing a differentiated space. Conclusions: Related experience was seen as an important component of customer experience in the offline store, but in the process of refining the scale, interaction items with employees of the H&B store were removed, and rather, participation in the APP or SNS channel of the company, event Participation, interaction with other customers, etc. appear to be important, while suggesting the practical implications.

지식, 태도에 따른 치과의료소비자의 임플란트 유지관리 실태 (The practices of dental implant maintenance care in dental service consumers according to their knowledge and attitude)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to understand the practices of the dental implant maintenance care according to knowledge and attitude toward dental implant in the dental service consumers. Methods: T-test, ANOVA, and cross tabulation were carried out to understand the knowledge and attitude toward the dental implant, the experiences of the treatments, and the practices of their maintenance care depending on the general characteristics and the oral-health education experience. The collected data were analyzed using by SPSS Windows Program 23.0. Results: The actual state of the implant maintenance care was revealed to be high in the use of oral care products with 83.9% and in the professional maintenance care with 86.0%. In terms of the implant-related experiences, the participation and the participation frequency in the professional maintenance care were resulted to be higher especially in those with more cases of surgical procedures and in those with more failure experiences. Examining the practices of management according to knowledge and attitude toward dental implant, the higher in knowledge and attitude led to the higher uses of oral care products. The periodically professional maintenance care was indicated to be received even if being taken high management cost. Conclusions: Effective education methods and programs are necessary to be developed and executed so that information and knowledge can lead the correct practices in the dental service consumers.
