공동주택단지 주차공간의 정량적 계획특성과 이용자만족도에 관한 연구 - 1990년대 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Physical Quality Indicators and the Users' Satisfaction of Parking Space in Apartment Housing Estates, built in 1994-1998)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the planning characteristics based on the physical quality indicators and the users' satisfaction of parking space in apartment housing through the case study of 36 housing estate samples which were built in 1994-1998. The contents of this research consists of three main parts. The first part is to analyze the characteristics of residential environment based on the quality indicators of parking space in apartment housing. The second part is to analyze the correlation of quality indicators of parking space and development conditions in apartment housing. The third part is to analyze the correlation of users' satisfaction and physical quality indicators of parking space, and to propose the planning methods which increase the quality of residential environment of parking space in apartment housing.

주차환경개선지구의 주차장 이용의식 분석과 민영주차장 활성화에 관한 연구 (The Awareness of Usage of Parking Lot in the Parking Environment Improving Zone and Activation of Private Parking Lot)

  • 본 연구는 주차 수요 공급 상의 문제가 심각한 주차환경개선지구를 대상으로 주차실태를 파악하고 주차 공간 확보 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 주차환경개선지구의 주차장 확보율 등 기존 현황자료를 검토하고 거주민을 대상으로 주차장 이용의식 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 주차환경개선지구는 주차장 확보율이 낮고 불법주차율이 높아 주차 공간이 상당히 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 주차환경개선지구에 거주하는 주민들 중 주차장 이용에 불편을 경험했던 주민이 7할 이상으로 나타났으며, 주차 공간의 부족이 불법주차에 영향을 주는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 주차환경개선지구에 거주하는 주민들은 주차문제해결을 위해 주차공간을 확보하는 것이 가장 중요하다고 생각하고 있으며, 주차 공간 확보에 어려움을 느낄수록 신규 주차장 이용 의향이 높은 경향을 보였다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 주차환경개선지구의 주차문제 개선을 위해 민영주차장 설치를 검토하였으며 민영주차장 설치 지원의 범위가 현행보다 강화된다면 주거지역의 민영주차장 설치 활성화가 가능 할 것으로 보인다. 이러한 민영주차장 활성화대책이 구체적으로 시행된다면 주차환경개선지구의 주차환경은 점진적으로 개선되어 나가리라 판단한다.

  • 본 연구는 주거지역에 대해 주차환경의 정량적 평가지표를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 주차장법에 의한 주차환경개선지구 선정시 주차장확보율만이 평가지표로 활용되고 있다. 자치단체별로 주차환경개선 사업이 활발히 추진되고 있지만, 주차환경을 평가할 수 있는 분석지표가 없어 사업의 우선순위를 매기기 어렵고, 사업시행 이후 효과분석을 위한 모니터링이 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주거지역에 대한 주차환경 수준을 평가할 수 있는 가능한 지표를 검토한 후 전문가 집단에 의한 AHP 분석을 통해 실질적으로 자료수집이 용이한 평가지표(주차장확보율, 이용률, 불법주차율, 수요변화율)를 도출하고, 평가지표에 대한 가중치를 산출하였다. 이를 근거로 주차환경 평가도를 마련하였으며, 현장에서 수집된 주차실태조사 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 평가도가 주차환경 개선사업 수행시 사업의 우선순위 선정 및 모니터링에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

공동주택 지하주차장의 자연채광 실태 및 채광성능 평가 (Daylighting of Underground Parking Lots in Apartment Housings by Field Survey and Performance Evaluation)

  • Recently, underground spaces can be usually applied to the alternative of land use for parking. However, lack of window and natural light are among the most cited drawbacks associated with dark image of underground. If underground parking lots are designed to be positive and safe environment for people, openings for daylighting will play a significant role. The natural light and unobstructed view to outdoor are main elements to create optimal underground parking lots. This paper focuses on investigating the actual day lighting conditions and evaluating the day lighting performance of openings as potential lighting resources. For the study, the field measurements and Questionnaire surveys are conducted. And then, the day lighting performance of underground parking lots based on opening geometry and orientation are evaluated by scaled model experiments. As results, the feelings of safety and orientation of underground parking lots are improved by openings for day lighting regardless of the sizes. The required illuminances (daylight factor 0.5%) for underground parking lots can be satisfied in the skylight opening ratio of 4% or more.

공동주택 주차장의 축적먼지 중 미량원소성분 분석과 오염원 평가 (Trace element Analysis and Source Assessment of Apartment Parking Lot Dust in Daegu, Korea)

  • 공동주택 주차장의 먼지오염실태를 연구하기 위하여 2010년 3월말에서 6월초까지 대구지역 공동주택 36곳의 지상주차장(36지점)과 지하주차장(36지점)을 대상으로 채취한 총 72개의 시료를 $100{\mu}m$ 이하로 체거름하고 산추출한 후 ICP로 14개 원소를 분석하였다. 농축계수를 이용한 미량원소성분의 발생원 평가결과는 지상주차장과 지하주차장 모두 Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, V의 성분은 자연적인 발생원에 의한 영향을 받고 있는 반면에 Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn의 성분은 인위적인 발생원에 의한 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 Ca은 지상주차장의 경우에는 자연적인 발생원의 영향을 받았고, 지하주차장의 경우에는 인위적인 발생원의 영향을 받은 것으로 나타났다. 미량원소성분의 농도분석 결과는 자연적인 발생원과 관련된 성분이 인위적인 발생원과 관련된 성분보다 매우 높은 농도를 보였다. 인위적인 발생원성분의 기여도는 지하주차장이 지상주차장보다 높았으며, 미량원소성분의 평균농도 또한 지하주차장이 지상주차장보다 높았다. 오염지수를 이용한 중금속성분의 오염도를 평가한 결과는 지하주차장이 지상주차장보다 5.5배정도 높게 오염된 것으로 나타났다. 미량원소성분간의 상관성 분석결과는 지상주차장이 지하주차장에 비해 유의한 상관성을 나타내는 항목이 많았으며, 특히 자연적 발생원 성분간 유의한 상관성이 더욱 크게 나타났다. 또한 유해 중금속성분과 지하주차장의 영향인자간의 상관성을 분석한 결과는 주차대수(공간)가 적은 지점이 큰 지점보다, 환기장치를 가동하지 않은 지점이 가동한 지점보다, 그리고 최근 도색년도와 청소일이 오래된 지점이 상대적으로 유해 중금속을 많이 함유하고 있었다.

노외주차장 특성이 주차장 운영여부에 미치는 영향분석 : 택지사업지구를 중심으로 (The Study on Parking Lots Management according to Off-Street Parking Lots Characteristics : Focusing on Residential Development District)

  • Automobiles and parking lots have greatly been increased by the continuous development of new towns and residential districts. There were not enough parking lots; and although there were off-street parking lots available for sale, they were not easily sold. Through a parking regulation, local governments can require parking spaces for more than a certain rate in developing areas. Despite local governments should require parking spaces within the parking demand and regulation, they did not investigate parking demands. Off-street parking spaces are not easy to sell because they don't consider the parking demand. In this study, we analyzed the factors that affect the parking management in order to increase sales of the off-street parking. The factors were "the characteristics of the parking lots", "the accessibility of the off-street parking", and "the traffic environment around off-street parking." We have derived suggestions for these factors. In addition, this study has derived nine variables affecting the parking operation in these three factors, and suggested a logistic regression model and the influence of each factors. According to the analysis, "parking signs" were the most influential. Next were "land uses" and "lanes on road".

대도시 단독 주택지내의 주거환경 평가에 관한 연구 -교통환경을 중심으로 - (A Study of Living Environment of Old Single House District in Metropolitan Area - Focus of Transportation Conditions -)

  • The Primary Purpose of this study is to evaluate transportation conditions (including parking space shortage problem) of the old single house district and to derive some policy implications for living environment improvement policy. For these purposes, data were collected from field survey and questionaire survey. The main findings are follows. Residents are discontent about building structure, old house, high risk of traffic accident in the housing district and parking space shortage. The living environment of the old single house district is further degraded by mix of commercial and business functions in the residential area. Based on these findings, we suggest that the introduction of resident-first parking zones, restriction of use of facilities with more detail division of use than current zoning system for improvement of living environment.

임대주택단지 주차공간확충 방안 연구 (A Study on Expansion for the Parking Space of Rental Housing Complexes)

  • The purpose of this study is just for parking shall identify the status of the lack of rental apartments to relieve parking shortages. Next performed, and subsequent utilization of space just outside the parking space expansion plan is to present an alternative. Analysis of the study only 30 of the direction of the plan and set standards according to the nature of each complex. Planned urban planning aspects and architectural aspects of a parking space that can expand and classify the types of features will be discussed. Suggestions on how to take advantage of the parking space that can expand only in state owned lands in the urban planning aspects. The Architectural Planning of the side lot line change in the space and change the use of the Common Service Facilities or just to change the internal road system, by changing the way of parking, secure parking space. This way of working to improve the environment of the complex, at least. Actually just the space of improvement to be made with the opinion of the residents and the surrounding areas of the business association, must be preceded by a feasibility study.

A development of Intelligent Parking Control System Using Sensor-based on Arduino

  • In this paper, for efficient parking control, in an Arduino environment, an intelligent parking control prototype was implemented to provide parking control and parking guidance information using HC-SR2O4 and RC522. The main elements of intelligent parking control are vehicle recognition sensors, parking control facilities, and integrated operating software. Whether the vehicle is parked on the parking surface may be confirmed through sensor or intelligent camera image analysis. Parking control equipment products include parking guidance and parking available display devices, vehicle number recognition cameras, and intelligent parking assistance systems. This paper applies and implements ultrasonic sensors and RFID concepts based on Arduino, recognizes registered vehicles, and displays empty spaces. When a vehicle enters a parking space to handle this function, the automatic parking management system distinguishes the registered vehicle from the external vehicle through the RC522 sensor. In addition, after checking whether the parking slot is empty, the HC-SR204 sensor is displayed through the LED so that the driver can visually check it. RFID is designed to check the parking status of the server in real time and provide the driver with optimal route service to the parking slot.

POST-OCCUPANCY EVALUATION (POE) AFTER THE EXPANSION OF AN APARTMENT PARKING LOT

  • Despite the serious lack of parking lots, studies on parking lot expansion are insufficient; research on users' satisfaction following parking lot expansion is practically nonexistent. Therefore, this study sought to provide basic data for the parking lot expansion of old apartments by comparatively analyzing users' satisfaction before and after the parking lot expansion through a questionnaire survey that targeted residents benefiting from the expanded parking lot. Results revealed a low post-occupancy satisfaction with the parking lot expansion despite the parking lot expansion and improvement of the parking lot environment. This was because the parking lot was not expanded up to the second basement floor due to the lack of appropriate parking space. Other factors included the construction cost burden and lack of connectivity of the basement parking lot with elevators. The results actually raise the need for the establishment of an optimally suitable expansion plan and development of method and technology requiring lower cost and shorter construction period in the design and construction processes for parking lot expansion. Through post-occupancy evaluation (POE) after parking lot expansion, this study quantitatively identified the problems associated with the parking lots of old apartments and ensuing expansion effects. The findings in this study can be used as basic data to seek a suitable diagnosis and evaluation method for the parking lots of old apartments.
