The purpose of this study is to propose reasonable standards related to securing the number of parking lots of university hospital in Korea. High proportion of visitors use their cars in order to receive consultation and treatment from doctors and feel the shortage of parking capacity of hospital, resulting to the low satisfaction level in using hospital. Of course, every hospital meets the parking regulation of the government. Therefore it is necessary to consider another parking demand factors besides the parking regulation of the government in order to secure proper number of parking lots in hospital. This study proposes number of hospital beds, vicinity of public transportation, number of doctors and staffs of hospital, and peak time parking demand as the parking demand factors.

본 연구는 국도변에 설치되는 화물차휴게소의 이용수요를 예측하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 연구의 진행은 기존의 수요예측 방법론을 검토하여 이를 보완할 사항들을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 수요예측 과정에서 우선 할 사항은 휴게소를 이용할 화물차를 단기주차차량과 장기주차차량으로 구분하는 것이었다. 또한 단기와 장기 등 주차시간에 따라 소요주차면수 산정에 적용되는 이용률과 혼잡률 및 회전율에 차이가 발생하므로 이들 영향요소를 달리 적용할 것이 요구되었다. 그리고 화물차휴게소에 입주하는 업체와 편의시설의 활성화에 따라 서도 이용수요에 영향을 미치므로 이의 반영 필요성도 나타났다. 이로부터 국도변에 설치되는 거점형 화물차휴게소는 고속도로변에 설치되는 화물차전용 휴게소보다 수요예측 과정에 주의를 기울여야 되며, 또한 다양한 영향요소들을 감안할 필요성이 제기되었다.

공항개발 사업을 계획하는 데 있어서 가장 기본이 되는 요소는 항공수요 중에서도 첨두시의 수요이다. 통상 첨두시 수요를 근거로 공항시설의 소요규모를 정하는 것이 일반적이며 시설용량의 포화 정도를 가늠할 때도 첨두시 수요를 기준으로 한다. 첨두운항의 형태는 해당 공항을 이용하는 항공 노선의 특성, 공항의 지리적 위치, 공항을 이용하는 여객 및 화물의 특성 등에 따라서 다르게 나타나며, 첨두수요는 첨두시간계수에 의해 산출된다. 지금까지 국내의 공항건설계획에서 채택해온 첨두특성과 첨두시간계수는 외국의 연구결과에 따른 것이었다. 그러나 이들 기존의 연구결과가 제시하는 다양한 첨ㄷ특성이나 첨두시간계수가 국내 실정에 적합한 지의 여부는 아직 공식적으로 확인된 적이 없다. 본 논문에서는 최근 10년간의 국내 공항별 항공운송 실적통계와 5년간의 공항별 운항스케줄을 이용하여 시간대별 운항패턴과 첨두특성을 분석하였다. 그리고 공항별 첨두시간계수를 산출하고 기존의 연구결과와 비교분석하였으며, 국내공항의 사업계획을 위한 연간운항회수별 첨두시간계수를 제시하였다. 또한 공항별로 시간대별 주기장 소요를 분석함으로써 운항특성에 따라 주기장 소요가 어떤 양상을 보이는지 연구하였다.

As a demand for underground structure is increasing with more parking and retail spaces required. Various construction methods are reviewed and selected for each specific site for economical and fast construction. In this study, factors for selecting construction methods were categorized for substructure construction. Construction processes of substructure are consisted of methods for excavation, earth retaining systems, and placement of slabs. Factors for the selection of substructure construction method are the condition of surrounding, geotechnical, information and constraint by comfortness for others nearby. After survey for the construction data of 5 different sites, analysis about reliable substructure construction selection method was suggested.

The purpose of this study is to gather baseline data on perceived priority of residential choice and housing satisfaction rates among consumers with the aim of using this information for future planning. Self-administered questionnaires were provided to 196 studio-type multi-family housing dwellers in the City of Gwangju from 2009 Apri 5th to 29th. The collected data was used to conduct comparative and descriptive statistical analysis: factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis. The main findings obtained are as follows: Firstly, in relation to perceived priority of residential choice, dwellers identified seven factors as important. Secondly, in terms of housing satisfaction about a unit room, the respondents identified five factors as important. This study confirmed that there existed passive correlation between priority of residential choice and housing satisfaction among residents in studio-type multi-family housings in Gwangju. It is very necessary to project a studio-type multi-family housing close to transportation for easy access, avoiding commercial districts. Delicate interior and design will attract more female residents as well as fully-equipped parking lots for people who drive to their workplace. According to research on a degree of housing satisfaction, all respondents expressed dissatisfaction with "noise". Therefore, in dealing with construction plans of studio apartment units, from now on, sound proofing facilities are required to reduce the acoustic invasion of privacy, especially, for units with more than two people. In order to satisfy all the demand of residents in studio apartment units, we have to pursue systematic and succeeding research about a studio-type multi-family housing well-fitted for the actual circumstances of local area and suitable for longer stay. To sum up, more research and development will be required for high-class studio-type multiplex housing for sale in dealing with households with financial stability such as two-paycheck couples, so-called DINK, or a professional single person, in the future.
