가정안전에 대한 사회자본의 효과 분석: 1인가구와 한부모가구를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Social Capital on Family Safety of One-Person and Single-Parent Households in Korea)

  • Recently, concern about family safety is rising again as an important issue with the context of family healthiness and well-being in Korean society despite of the dramatic economic growth. The purpose of this study is to examine the status of family safety of singles and single-parent households and to investigate the effect of social capital on the level of their family safety. Data are from the 10th wave of Korea Welfare Panel Study analysing one-person households(N=2,017) and single-parent households(N=172). One-person households were categorized as three groups by age(the youths/middle-aged/the elderly) and single-parent households were also three by family types(mother-child/fahter-child/grandparent-child). The major results were as follows: First, the mean of family safety index was highest among middle-aged, while single youths had the fewest problems in terms of family safety. Second, social capital was found to vary by family structure. In the one-person households, all the levels of the social capital variables, including trust, bond, acceptance, and participation, differed significantly; only two variables, bond and embracement, differed in the single-parent households. Third, social capital differed between the low-income households and others significantly. Forth, the positive effects of social capital on overcoming family safety problems were investigated. In conclusion, social capital represents an alternative resource for overcoming economic hardship for low-income one-person/single-parent households, especially for middle-aged singles and father-child single-parent households. Based on these empirical results, theoretical implications were discussed with regard to family policy and programs.

  • In this study, $Al_2O_3/MgO$ bilayer was prepared with Electron-beam evaporation and the properties of the film was investigated in order to improve the property of MgO film, which is used for the protection layer in PDP(P1asma Display Panel). The thickness of $Al_2O_3/MgO$ bilayer was optimized by the Matrix Theory for the fabrication of antireflection structure for 5350A wavelength. The secondary electron emission yields of as-deposited film and annealed film were measured and compared, the bilayer was considered for the applicability as PDP. XRD showed the strong (200) primary peak of MgO. The intensity of (200) peak in the film annealed at 300C was decreased. As the result of SEM analysis for MgO films and Alz03 films, it is considered that the morphology of the films were improved of roughness and it were condensed by annealing.

The Effect of Dielectric Thickness and Barrier Rib Height on Addressing Time of Coplanar ac PDP

  • The addressing time should be reduced by modifying cell structure and/or driving method in order to replace the dual scan system by single scan and increase the luminance in large ac plasma display panel(PDP). In this paper, the effects of the dielectric layer thickness and the barrier rib height on the addressing time of ac PDP are investigated. It is found out that the addressing time was decreased with decreasing thickness of dielectric layer on the front glass and thickness of white dielectric layer on the rear glass. The decreasing rate were 160ns/10${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ and 270nsd/10${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, respectively. Also in case of decreasing the height of barrier rib, addressing time was decreased at the rate of 550ns/10${\mu}m$.

  • agnesium Oxide (MgO) with a NaCI structure is well known to exhibit high secondary electron emission, excellent high temperature chemical stability, high thermal conductance and electrical insulating properties. For these reason MgO films have been widely used for a buffer layer of high $T_c$ superconducting and a protective layer for AC-plasma display panels to improve discharge characteristics and panel lifetime. Up to now MgO films have been synthesized by lE-beam evaporation, Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) and Metalorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD), however there have been some limitations such as low film density and micro-cracks in films. Therefore magnetron sputtering process were emerged as predominant method to synthesis high density MgO films. In previous works, we designed and manufactured unbalanced magnetron source with high power density for the deposition of high quality MgO films. The magnetron discharges were sustained at the pressure of O.lmtorr with power density of $110W/\textrm{cm}^2$ and the maximum deposition rate was measured at $2.8\mu\textrm{m}/min$ for Cu films. In this study, the syntheses of MgO films were carried out by unbalanced magnetron sputtering with various $O_2$ partial pressure and specially target power densities, duty cycles and frequency using pulsed DC power supply. And also we investigated the plasma states with various $O_2$ partial pressure and pulsed DC conditions by Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES). In order to confirm the relationships between plasma states and film properties such as microstructure and secondary electron emission coefficient were analyzed by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD), Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM) and ${\gamma}-Focused$ Ion Beam (${\gamma}-FIB$).

  • 기존 PDP 전원 시스템은 일반적으로 두 개의 절연형 트랜스포머를 사용하여 서스테인 전원($V_S$)과 어드레스 전원($V_A$), Multi단 전원($V_M$)으로 구성된다. 이들 각 전력 변환 회로에 트랜스포머 및 제어 IC가 사용되므로, 효율 저감 및 원가 상승, 소자 스트레스 등의 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 절연형 트랜스포머 한 개로 PDP 전원시스템을 구동하는 방식에 대해 제안한다. 제안된 방식은 DC/DC 전력단의 고효율 동작 및 신뢰성 개선은 물론 부피, 크기를 줄여 원가 저감에 기여한다. 또한, 제안된 방식은 PDP 구동 방식의 하나인 Address Display-period Separation(ADS)에 적합하다. 기존 방식과 제안된 방식을 비교하고 이론적 분석과 실험을 통해 제안된 방식의 우수성을 확인하였다.

Research on Step-Type Chemical Liquid Deodorizer using Liquid Catalyst

  • The purpose of this study was to research and develop a step-type chemical liquid deodorizer including a liquid catalyst that can prevent civil complaints due to odor due to its excellent deodorizing performance. The main composition of chemical liquid deodorizer including liquid catalyst is cleaning deodorization, catalyst deodorization, chemical deodorization, water film plate, deodorization water circulation device, deodorization water injection device, catalyst management system, gas-liquid separation device, chemical supply device, deodorizer control panel, etc. It consists of a device. The air flow of the step-type liquid catalyst chemical liquid deodorizer is a technology that firstly removes basic odor substances, and the liquid catalyst installed in the subsequent process stably removes sulfur compounds, which are acidic odor substances, to discharge clean air. The efficiency of treating the complex odor of the prototype was 98.5% for the first and 99.6% for the second, achieving the target of 95%. The hydrogen sulfide treatment efficiency of the prototype was 100% for the first and 99.9% for the second, which achieved 95%, which was the target of the project. As a result, ammonia was removed by the reaction of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide.

미국 전력산업에서 기업의 소유권 형태에 따른 운영성과의 차이 분석 (Ownership Structure and Performances: An Analysis of Cooperatives and Investor-Owned Utilities in the U.S. Electric Power Industry)

  • 본 연구는 미국 전력산업에서 협동조합과 민영전기사업자간의 소유권 형태의 차이가 기업의 운영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 2001년부터 2014년까지의 패널데이타를 구축하여 비용함수, 이중차분법 등을 추정한 결과, 협동조합은 높은 이자비용과 제한된 자금조달 등 소유권 형태로 인해 자본이용에 제한이 있고 운영한계비용 또한 기업 규모에 따라 가파르게 증가하는 반면, 민영전기사업자의 경우 상대적으로 자유로운 자본접근성을 바탕으로 전력산업에 존재하는 규모의 경제를 잘 활용하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 본 연구에서 소유권 형태가 기업의 수익성에 미치는 영향은 찾지 못하였으며, 발전효율성과 소유권형태의 상관관계 또한 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다.

철근콘크리트 보의 통기성 유리섬유판 보강에 따른 피로거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Fatigue Behaviors Strengthened by Ventilation-Glass Fiber Plate of Reinforced Concrete Beams)

  • 최근 건설 산업에서 FRP는 재료적 장점들 때문에 구조물의 보강 재료로서 많이 사용되어지고 있다. FRP 외부부착보강은 중량에 비하여 높은 강도 및 강성, 우수한 내구성과 시공성 등 여러 가지 장점을 가지는 공법이다. 그러나 외부부착보강은 구조물이 투수성이 낮은 보강재로 밀폐되고 수분이 외부로 배출되지 못함으로 인하여, 장기적인 구조물의 손상을 발생시키는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 인발성형으로 제작되었으며, 기존의 FRP와 재료역학적 성질은 동등하면서 투수성을 지녀 구조물의 내구성, 부착성능에 유리한 유리섬유패널(GP)에 대해서 정적실험을 통해 실험체의 반복하중 하에서의 하중-처짐 선도, 파괴형태, 하중-변형율 관계 등을 조사하였다. 실험결과 2,000,000회 피로실험 후에도 파괴에 도달하지 않았으며, 보의 처짐이나 콘크리트 압축변형률이 기준 콘크리트 시험체보다 현저히 낮은 것으로 측정되어 장기 부착력 및 장기 내구성능이 우수함을 알수 있었다.

A Novel High Precision Electromagnetic Suspension for Long-Stroke Movement and Its Performance Evaluation

  • A new type of high precision electromagnetic suspension (EMS) which can support heavy tray along long stroke rail is proposed in this paper. Compared with the conventional EMS, the suggested moving-core typed EMS has the levitation electromagnets (EMs) on the fixed rail. This scheme has high load capability caused by iron-core and enables simple tray structure. Also it does not have precision degradation caused by heat generation from EMs, which is a drawback of conventional EMS. With these merits, the proposed EMS can be an optimal contactless linear bearing in next generation flat panel display (FPD) manufacturing process if the ability of long stroke movement is proved. So a special Section Switching Algorithm (SSA) is derived from the resultant force and moment equations of the levitated tray which enables long stroke movement of the tray. In order to verify the feasibility of the suggested SSA, a simple test-setup of the EMS with 2 Section-changes is made up and servo-controlled in the simulation and experiment. The simulation shows the perfect changeover the EMs, and the experiment shows overall control performance of under ${\pm}40{\mu}m$ gap deviations. These results reveal that the newly suggested contactless linear bearing can simultaneously achieve high load capability and precision gap control as well as long stroke.

CO2 용접결함 감소를 위한 원격 제어 토치 성능 평가 연구 (Study on an Evaluation of Remote Control Torch Performance to reduce CO2 Welding Defects)

  • 본 논문은 용접 산업현장에서 많이 사용 되는 $CO_2$ 용접에서는 차량내부 및 탱크내부 용접에서 제어 패널을 볼 수 없는 곳, 작업장이 먼 곳 등에서 용접사가 용접을 하면서 용접조건에 맞는 전류와 전압을 조절할 수가 없고, 전류와 전압을 조절하기 위해 용접을 중단하고 잦은 이동으로 용접 구조물의 순간적인 냉각에 의해 용접결함이 발생된다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 $CO_2$ 용접기 3종류를 각각 사용하여 원격제어 토치의 용접에 대해 SS400 용접구조용 압연강재를 사용하여 원격제어 토치와 기존 $CO_2$ 용접 토치를 V형 맞대기 수직자세로 용접실험을 실시하고 용접 부의 표면비드 상태의 형상을 육안검사 관찰하고 또한 이를 침투탐상검사 및 굽힘 시험을 통해 용접부의 외관품질에 대하여 중점적으로 수행하여 용접결함 감소 및 기존 상용용접기에 교체사용에 대한 성능 및 호환성여부에 미치는 영향에 대해 평가하였다.
