The research which it sees will confront to the coating with paint material and a coating with paint public law application of the river bridge and it will present it will sleep and it will execute, it will reach and a comparison - an analysis from the research which it tries to respect middle of special environment the polyurethane system which is a method coating with paint system and fluorine resin system, against a ceramic system it executed more an objectivity and rational fundamental data. With research method against each coating with paint evening sunlight a research investigation material and structure, it separated with spatial-temporal characteristic and economic viewpoint it executed. When considering overview from material viewpoint, fluorine resin system ceramic system polyurethane system pure with it is judged with the fact that it is excellent. There is a possibility of saying that the coefficient of friction of the fluorine resin system which uses the weapon quality zinc end coating compound ever so hard and polyurethane system is excellent ceramic system than from structure viewpoint. That fluorine resin system = polyurethane system ceramic system pure with it is excellent, it is judged from spatial-temporal characteristic viewpoint. It measures but it considered an internal troubles year grudge in the standard which becomes disturbance the place where it executes the market the expectation life person of the general bridge against 100 years the result fluorine resin system polyurethane system ceramic system which compares a materials unit cost pure with it appeared.
In order to prepare the information needed to construct a reduction system for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) exhausted from ship-block paint-booths in a giant shipyard, VOCs in paint-shop airs were analyzed and compared to the components in paint thinners. Aromatic hydrocarbons containing eight and nine carbon atoms are known to be major VOC compounds found in shipyard paint-shops. The total hydrocarbon (THC(C7)) concentrations calibrated using toluene gas, were measured in block paint-shops with two photo-ionization detector (PID) meters, and the resulting THC(C7) data were converted to THC(C1) concentrations according to the Standard Methods for the Measurements of Air Pollution in South Korea. THC(C1) concentrations near the spray site ranged from 10 to 2,000 ppm, but they were less than 400 ppm near the walls of the paint-booth. The measurements of THC concentrations, based on the height of the monitoring sites, were related to the height of the target to which the spray paints were applied. The maximum concentrations occurred at almost the same height as the spray targets. When painted blocks had been dried-by warming with no spraying, the THC concentrations were 80~100 ppm.
To achieve the ideal performances of paint film, resins and hardeners have to be chosen and designed in a proper way depending on the exposure circumstance of substrate and the requested physical properties. Six different kinds of clear paints were made in this experiment using alkyd polyol, polyester polyol, polyester modified acrylic polyol and another 3 acrylic polyol resins whose $T_g$ and OH value were partially modified. Then the tests for chemical, physical, and mechanical properties were measured after forming the paint films using aliphatic and aromatic polyisocyanate. The viscosity and elasticity of paint film were then measured in terms of gel point and $tan{\delta}$ using Rheometer and DMA. Through this viscoelastic characteristic test of polyurethane resin, we were able to choose the adequate resins and hardeners which are the most important in the top and primer painting system of urethane paint and, as a result of observing the physical, mechanical, and chemical properties of paint film by urethane, we have finally reached the conclusion that we could apply the proper polyol to top and primer paint for developing the polyurethane paint system.

We have fabricated pressure sensitive paint films consisting of PtTFPP activators dispersed in fluorinated polymer matrix. This matrix material is unique in its composition and structure. We evaluated the oxygen quenching effects, and thus the pressure sensitivity, of the fabricated films in terms of various processing parameters. Based on the experimental results, we anticipate that a good but new pressure sensitive paint would be presented through further elaboration of the polymer compositions and optimization of the processing conditions.
In this study, three-dimensional transient numerical simulations were carried out for a paint drying system of vehicle. The vehicle on assembly line passes through the drying system consisting of hot and cool air blow region. For the moving motion of the vehicle, moving of inlet boundary condition and MRF technique are used. The transient distribution of temperature and velocity in the drying system were predicted numerically. In order to validate the numerical results, transient distribution of the vehicle surface temperature was compared with experimental data, showing a good agreement. As a result of present study, optimal operating condition of the drying system are to be suggested.
In the present study, a three-dimensional numerical simulation was performed in a paint drying system of vehicle assembly line. In the drying system hot air and cool air are blown in turn from the nozzles to dry the trim of vehicle. Inlet boundary condition using user subroutine code is adopted to consider the moving motion of the vehicle. The present paper aims to improve the performance of the drying system. The transient distribution of temperature and velocity at the surface of the vehicle were predicted numerically. From these results, optimal operating condition of the drying system are to be suggested.

Pressure Sensitive Paint(PSP) means a reacting paint in pressure. The calibration of PSP and the wind tunnel test of PSP painted model are required to measure pressure using by PSP. Therefore, the post processing from these results shows the information and image of the pressure distribution. PSP can show the information of total pressure from the wind tunnel test and the calibration. In this study, equipments of PSP are composed, and calibration is accomplished using by PSP. Results of design and manufacturing calibration chamber till ability of advance calibration system study.

The paint removal of fighter jets is just as important as the painting, because perfect paint removal ensures the quality of the exterior painting on the aircraft. However, the current conditions for paint removal work of the ROKAF's are poor. It is identified that the painting process currently implemented by the ROKAF is not only exposed to harmful compounds such as harmful dust and hexavalent chromium, but also consumes a lot of water. Thus, the introduction of advanced facility is considered. This study compares the fighter jets painting removal process currently applied by the Korean Air Force with the improved laser coating removal process of the US Air Force, and conducts an incremental analysis to perform economic analysis for the introduction of advanced facility. Four scenarios were envisioned on the premise of an increase in the number of fighters in the future, incremental analysis shows that laser coating removal method is advantageous in all scenarios. In addition, it is recommended that paint removal cycle keeps the current 12-year and the outsourcing amount to civilian depot is reduced.

Machine vision system plays an important role in factory automation. Its many applications are found in automobile manufacturing industries, as an eye for robotic automation system. In this paper, an automobile position measuring vision system(APMVS) applicable to manufacturing line for under body painting of a car is introduced. The APMVS measures position and orientation of the car body to be sealed or painted by the robots. The configuration of the overall robotic sealing/painting system, design and application procedure, and application examples are described.

This paper presents a novel impact sensor which can be fabricated with smart paint made of grapheme. This smart nano paint can be easily installed on structures using a spray-on technique and that can make the sensor low cost and practical. The graphene effectively improves the piezoresistivity of the smart paint and that is available to achieve sensitive impact sensor with high gauge factor. The nano smart-paint can detect sufficient impact to cover the damaged energy range of the composite around 1~3J. The voltage outputs from the sprayed paints show fairly linear responses after signal processing. The impact makes deformation of the structure and it brings change of piezoresistivity of the paint and those converts into voltage output consequently by means of a simple signal processing system. The nano smart paint is lightweight and easily applied to the structural surface, and there is no stress concentration. The nano smart paint is expected to be a cost effective and sensitive multi-functional sensor for composites and other damage monitoring applications in the field of structural health monitoring.
