스마트폰과 같은 가상 메모리 환경의 임베디드 시스템은 메인 메모리의 제약과 다양한 응용프로그램들이 동시에 수행되어지기 때문에, 스왑 인/아웃(swap in/out)이 빈번히 일어난다. 스왑 비용은 메인 메모리에서 데이터를 사용하는 것보다 많은 시간이 걸려 이를 줄이기 위해 고속스왑장치를 사용한다. 이 때 기존 페이징에서 고려되지 않았던 코드 페이지를 스왑대상에 포함한다면, 빈번히 재시작이 일어나는 프로그램의 재기동 시간을 단축할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 고속스왑장치를 사용하여 스왑비용을 낮추고, 자주 사용하는 코드를 동적으로 확인하여 코드페이지를 스왑대상에 포함시키는 방법을 제시한다. 이 기법의 효과를 확인하기 위해 멀티미디어 프로그램의 재기동 동작 시, 메모리 접근 정보를 트레이스(trace)하여 보조기억장치의 읽기 시간 감소를 확인하였다.

This paper introduces a search method based on conceptual graph. A hyperlink information is essential to construct conceptual graph in web. The information is very useful as it provides summary and further linkage to construct conceptual graph that has been provided by human. It also has a property which shows review, relation, hierarchy, generality, and visibility. Using this property, we extracted the keywords of web documents and made up of the conceptual graph among the keywords sampled from web pages. This paper extracts the keywords of web pages using anchor text one out of hyperlink information and makes hyperlink of web pages abstract as the link relation between keywords of each web page. 1 suggest this useful search method providing querying word extension or domain knowledge by conceptual graph of keywords. Domain knowledge was conceptualized knowledged as the conceptual graph. Then it is not listing web documents which is the defect of previous search system. And it gives the index of concept associating with querying word.

Polyclonal antibody of the boar sperminogen was used to characterize the boar sperm proteinase sperminogen. Boar sperminogen was purified from the acid extracts of the washed epididymal spermatozoa by gel filtration through a Sephadex G-100 column. followed by preparative SDS-PAGE. The sperminogen band was sliced out and was eluted from the gel matrix. The purified sperminogen was used to produce the polyclonal antibody of the boar sperminogen. When characterized on a Western blot, the final preparation of sperminogen appeared as a homogenous protein with a molecular weight of 32 kDa. The relative migration of sperminogen was distinctly different from the major components of the proacrosin-acrosin system as well as all the observable proacrosin activation by-products detected on the Western blot. The sperminogen antibody, however. cross-reacted with the proacrosin-acrosin system.

This study was performed to find out drying characteristics and develop drying model for the design of an efficient dryer or drying system of garlic. The basic model which describes drying phenomenon of garlic was first established. A series of drying test were conducted with two varieties of garlic(Uiseong, Namdo) at 9-different drying conditions (drying temperatures ; $40^{\circ}C$, $50^{\circ}C$, $60^{\circ}C$, relative humidities ; 20%, 35%, 50%) and statistical analysis was made to fit the data with exponential equation, approximated diffusion equation, page equation, thompson equation and wang equation, respectively. In this test, the effects of drying air temperature and relative humidity on the drying rate were undertaken. Finally, new drying model based on these experimental results was developed to describe the drying characteristics of garlic. Also, the volatile components of garlic extracts were investigated. For experiment both Uisoeng and Namdo garlic were dried by heated-air-drying, followed by ether extraction. The extracts were analysed by Gas chromatography/Mass spectrometer.

We propose a novel sensing circuit for 2T-2MTJ MRAM that can be used for high speed synchronous operation. Proposed bit-line sense amplifier detects small voltage difference in bit-lines and develops it into rail-to-rail swing while maintaining small voltage difference on TMR cells. It is small enough to fit into each column that the whole data array on selected word line are activated as in DRAMs for high-speed read-out by changing column addresses only. We designed a 256Kb read-only MRAM in a $0.35\mu\textrm{m}$ logic technology to verify the new sensing scheme. Simulation result shows a 25ns RAS access time and a cycle time shorter than 10 ns.

The 150 kDa protein of cyst fluid (CF) of Taenia solium metacestodes was purified by ammonium sulfate fractionation and Superose 6 HR gel filtration chromatography. The purified protein consisted of three subunits (15, 10 and 7 kDa proteins), which were analyzed with the use of a 7.5-15％ gradient sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SOS-PAGE). Immunofluorescence study was carried out by using immunize specific polyclonal antibody. Positive reactions were noticed at bladder walls, calcareous corpuscles, granules of cyst fluid and some host tissue surrounding the bladder wall of the metacestodes. These results suggest that the 150 kDa protein was secreted into host tissues, inducing immune responses in the host, and it may play important roles in the cellular physiology of the parasites.

The main function of adipocytes in various species is to store nutrient energy in the form of triglycerides, and this function may he closely related with hormonal signaling through the plasma membrane of adipocytes. Using SDS-PAGE, two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, and a membrane biotinylation technique, we have identified a 55KDa protein (55K protein) from the plasma membrane fraction of adipocytes, with an isoelectric point (pI) of 8.1-8.3. However, this 55K protein was not observed with a two-dimensional gel electrophoresis carried out on plasma membrane fractions prepared from the liver, heart, and kidney tissues. An analysis of the 12 amino acids sequence at the N-terminal of the 55K protein showed that it has a similar sequence to that of bovine serum albumin.

Korean entertainment companies like SM entertainment, YG and JYP contribute enormously to the recent K-pop fever. They expand their businesses aggressively to foreign markets which has been successful. This paper seeks to find out their precise strategies to succeed in the global market. Our study focus on SM entertainment which manages successively in the Asian market. As a result, one of their successful strategies on the global market is localization. They rearrange a group with in the members to suit into the local market : for instance, Super Junior, representative boy group, has rearranged and reformed to Super Junior M (mandarin), Super Junior happy (for Japan market), etc. Coopration with SNS (Social Network Service) is another successful strategies of SM Entertainment : page views of K-pop on Youtube achieved more than 0.8 billion in 2013. Furthermore, for marketing, many members play an advertizing model for global products.

This is the evaluation report of clinical competence of undergraduate medical students in Plastic Surgery field using OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Examination) executed in three years. OSCE comprises of assessment of subject, choice of clinical stations sampling, identification of components of clinical competence to be evaluated, the level of performance required, development of specification table, editing of OSCE presentation page and assessment of practicability and results exploitation. About fifty students were examined annually. Seven station stimuli with simulated patient participation were carried out. The mean OSCE score was $82.3{\pm}6.19$. The reliability of the total station was 0.72. The examination shows a positive response to the OSCE. Our experience shows OSCE's feasibility for Plastic Surgery during the initial course of education. Referring to our experiences, the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (KPRS) applied the OSCE test for Korean Plastic Surgery Board Certification

Virus-encoded HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (RTase) is one of the major targets for the development of drugs for HIV-1 since it is an essential enzyme-for the replication cycle of HIV-1. We cloned the entire reverse trancriptase gene into an inducible expression vector with tac promotor= RTase was stably overexpressed and induced by IPTG and the highly-expressed RTase was purified partially by use of DEAE cellulose and Mono Q column. The partially purified enzyme (663kDa, 51kDa) as exhibited by SDS-PAGE showed the high specific activity (16,570U/mg) when the assay for the RTase activity was carried out using $^3$H-dTTP and poly(rA): oligo(dT)12-18 as the substrate.
