  • This study was narrative research study to find out the effect of adolescents' social media addiction tendencies on interpersonal relationships. This research data was collected from 250 middle high school students in G city, Gyeongnam and collected data was analyzed with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, Multiple regression coefficient using SPSS 23.0 program. SNS addiction tendency scores according to general characteristics of adolescents were gender (t= -2.25, p = .011), duration of SNS use (F= 3.15, p= .015), average usage time (F= 15.87, p=. 001), SNS media (F= 3.12, p= .027), and SNS media usage time (F= 6.58, p= .001) were statistically significant. As a result of verifying the correlation of main variables, addiction tendency of SNS had statistically significant static correlation with interpersonal relationships. Influencing factors of interpersonal relations were Addiction tendency of SNS(${\beta}=-.64$, p=.<001) Interpersonal relationship explained 37% of the total variability.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify suicidal ideation and related factors of elderly people with diabetes mellitus living alone in rural area. A descriptive study design was used. The participants were 466 elderly people, aged 65 years and over, and diagnosed with diabetes mellitus living at O province in South Korea. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, χ2-test, and logistic regression analysis with SPSS statistics 26.0 program. The results of the analysis showed that the suicidal ideation rate of the subjects was 27.3%, and the subjects showed significant differences in suicidal ideation as Cognitive function was lower (t=-4.23, p<.001), Depression(t=9.56, p<.001) and Loneliness (t=4.88, p<.001) were higher. Related Factors of suicidal ideation were Cognitive function (OR=0.86, p<.001), Depression (OR=1.18, p<.001) and Loneliness (OR=1.17, p=.001). These variables explained 32.2% of suicidal ideation. Therefore, in order to reduce suicide ideation of the elderly with diabetes mellitus living alone in rural areas, intervention that can improve Cognitive function, Depression, and Loneliness is needed.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of patient safety competencies and ethical climate in long-term care hospital nurses and to provide the basic data. Data were collected from 120 in D city and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 25.0. The degree of Patient Safety Competencies in long-term care hospital nurses was 3.45± .41. There were not significant differences in Patient Safety. There was positive correlation between patient safety competencies and peer(r=.123, p<.001), manager(r=.241, p<.001), and hospital(r=.241, p<.001). The factors affecting the patient safety competencies confidence of the study subjects were peer(β=.23, p=.003), manager(β=.55, p=.004), hospital(β=.43, p=.031), with an explanatory power of 33.5%. Through this research requires the fellow study to determine the factors affecting patient safety competencies confidence of long-term care hospital nurses.

  • This study was conducted to identify the effects of mental health problems on stress coping, social support and life satisfaction of nursing students. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, sheffe post hoc verification and Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS program. Anxiety (β=-.33, p=.038) and carelessness(β=-.30, p=.003) had a significant negative effect on the problem-focused stress coping(R2=.248). Sensitivity(β=-.33, p=.016) had a negative effect on perception of social support(R2=.083). Depression(β=-.41, p=.003), somatization(β=-.23, p=.047), and alcoholism(β=-.20, p=.029) had significant negative effects on life satisfaction(R2=.355). Considering the results of this study, in order to improve stress coping, social support, and life satisfaction of nursing students, it is necessary to identify mental health problems and take individual approaches accordingly.

  • In this paper, we propose subregion-based area of interest management techniques for MMORPG(massively multiplayer online role playing games) integrating P2P(peer-to-peer) networking and cloud computing. For the crowded region, the proposed techniques partition it into several subregions and assign a player to manage each subregion as a coordinator. These techniques include a load balancing mechanism which regulates communication and computation overhead of such player below the specified threshold. We also provide a mechanism for satisfying the criterion, where subregions overlapped with each player's view must be switched quickly and seamlessly as the view moves around in the game world. In the proposed techniques where an efficient provisioning of resources is realized, they relieve a lot of computational power and network traffic, the load on the servers in the cloud by exploiting the capacity of the players effectively. Simulation results show that the MMORPG based on cloud and P2P architecture can reduce the considerable bandwidth at the server compared to the client server architecture as the available resources grow with the number of players in crowding or hotspots.

  • In this paper, we introduce the concept of w¡compatibility and weakly commutativity for hybrid pair of mappings $F:X{\times}X{\times}X{\rightarrow}2^X$ and $g:X{\rightarrow}X$ and establish a common tripled fixed point theorem under generalized nonlinear contraction. An example is also given to validate our result. We improve, extend and generalize various known results.

  • Pulse pressure is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease. The aim of the present study was to assess the association between pulse pressure and metabolic syndrome in Korean men. The study subjects were 8,439 adults aged 40 to 64 years, who underwent health screening examination from January 2012 to December 2014 at the Health Promotion Center of one hospital in Gyeonggi-do for general health check-up. They include the metabolic syndrome absent group (Absent, n=3,078), the pre-metabolic syndrome group (Pre-MetS, n=4,242) and the metabolic syndrome group (MetS, n=1,119). Progressive increase in pulse pressure was demonstrated for increasing components of the metabolic syndrome (P<0.001). The pulse pressure according to the degree of the metabolic syndrome was higher in the pre-MetS and MetS groups compared to the Absent group (P<0.001). Systolic and diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting glucose, and abdominal obesity positively correlated with pulse pressure (P<0.001).

  • A new solvent polymeric membrane sensor based on tetra(p-chlorophenyl)porphyrinato manganese (III) acetate is described which demonstrates excellent selectivity toward the triiodide ion. The electrode has a linear dynamic range between 1.0 ${\times}$ $10^{-2}$ M and 7.0 ${\times}$$10^{-6}$M with a Nernstian slope of $-59.6{\pm}1$ mV per decade and a detection limit of 5.0 ${\times}$$10^{-6}$M. The proposed sensor revealed good selectivities for triiodide over a wide variety of other anions and could be used in a pH range 2-9. The electrode can be used for at least two months without any considerable divergence in potential. It was applied as indicator electrode in potentiometric titration of the triiodide and As(III) ions.

  • We establish coincidence point theorem for g-nondecreasing mappings satisfying generalized nonlinear contraction on partially ordered metric spaces. We also obtain the coupled coincidence point theorem for generalized compatible pair of mappings F, G : X2 → X by using obtained coincidence point results. Furthermore, an example is also given to demonstrate the degree of validity of our hypothesis. Our results generalize, modify, improve and sharpen several well-known results.

  • For the fabrication of nano patterned products manufacturing a nano patterned mold is needed in advance. The nano patterned stamper was fabricated by electroforming the AAO master with nickel. The surface of nickel-plated stamper had nano-patterned holes with the diameter of 73 nm and the depth of 83 nm. Hot embossing was used for forming P3HT sheet and the process factors of hot embossing were closer as pressure, temperature and time. In the present paper hot embossing experiments were performed to find the main process conditions to affect the replication ratio of nano patterns on surface of P3HT sheet. As a result, main contributing factors for the replication ratio of hot embossed pattern could be sequentially enumerated as pressure, temperature and time.
