The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of consumer evaluative criteria based on clothing quality perception of adult males and females. A demonstrative study was conducted using a questionnaire on adults over 20 years old who were considered to afford to purchase clothes. A total of 650 questionnaires were distributed, and among them, 380 were used for the demonstrative analysis. The study used SPSSWIN V.8.0 for the analysis. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were introduced as analysis methods using the varimax rotation to classify consumer evaluative criteria for clothing purchasing. In addition, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, 1-test, multiple regression analysis, and duncan test are executed. The study result is as follows. First. expectation, importance and performance are examined by customer quality perception. Four factors- practicability, care, aesthetics, and symbolism- are classified through the factor analysis of 19 evaluative attributes based on importance. Second, differences of quality perception f3r expectation, importance and performance were found partly in customers' demographic characteristics. Third, the influential relation of satisfaction and quality perception is examined. Aesthetics and practicability have significant influence on the general satisfaction of evaluative attributes by performance.

Without exception, diverse LULU(Locally Unwanted Land Use) facilities have been under the location conflict, especially between the public government units and local residents. In spite of repeated trials-and-errors, literally, the location conflict has shown no sign of improvement over time in Korea. As practical means to tackle these issues, this study focuses on divulging explicit and implicit relationships among key factors derived from the location conflict on the LULU facilities. Here, major research variables cover residents' agreement, residents' perception, compensation expectation, and public opinion. As the location conflict on the LULU facilities could be strengthened or resolved by the dynamic feedback system, it applies basic tools geared toward causal loop diagramming. After repeated experiments, the study highlights the fact that the residents' perception, compensation expectation, and public opinion, individually and collectively, exert significant impact on the residents' agreement ratio.

In this study, a new model for improving the settlement environment and revitalizing hilly and mountainous areas was presented. A case study was conducted in two rural villages of Nakatsu-Mura in Wakayama-Prefecture, Japan. The settlement environment was evaluated from the point of view of the local residents, and the expectation of the local residents about the regional revitalization of their village in the future was assessed. From the analysis, each factor used far the assessment displayed characteristics of the two rural villages well. The type of improvement in rural villages was classified by a combination of the degree of satisfaction over the current settlement environment and expectation about the regional revitalization of the villages in the future. A method for improving and revitalizing settlement environments was clarified.

Lifetesting problems have been the subject of investigations for over three decades. Most suggested approaches are markedly different from those used in the related but wider goodness of fit problems. In the current investigation, it is demonstrated that a goodness of fit approach is possible in many lifetesting problems and that It results in simpler procedures that are asymptotically equivalent or better than standard ones. They may also have superior finite sample behavior. Several perennial classes are addressed here. The class of increasing failure rate (IFR) and the class of new better than used (NBU) are addressed first. In addition, we provide testing for a newer and practical class of new better than used in convex ordering (NBUC) due to Cao and Wang (1991). Other classes can be developed similarly and this point is illustrated with the classes of new better than used in expectation (NBUE) and harmonic new better than used in expectation (HNBUE).

This paper investigates the use of the inverse-free sparse Bayesian learning (SBL) approach for peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) reduction in orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM)-based multiuser massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. The Bayesian inference method employs a truncated Gaussian mixture prior for the sought-after low-PAPR signal. To learn the prior signal, associated hyperparameters and underlying statistical parameters, we use the variational expectation-maximization (EM) iterative algorithm. The matrix inversion involved in the expectation step (E-step) is averted by invoking a relaxed evidence lower bound (relaxed-ELBO). The resulting inverse-free SBL algorithm has a much lower complexity than the standard SBL algorithm. Numerical experiments confirm the substantial improvement over existing methods in terms of PAPR reduction for different MIMO configurations.

This study was performed to examine the strategy method for the sustainable stability and effectiveness of small and medium hospital, where the relationship between perceptual satisfaction and expectation factors for special hospital was analyzed. The structural questionnaire was given to the residents of Busan and Gyungnam over the age of 20 and the square contingency and the logistical regression were employed for the analysis of the results. First, the respondent with 68.0% has realized the hospital claiming to be characterization as the special hospital and the Ministry of Health and Welfare designated hospital was identified to the respondent of 21.3%. Second, perceptual satisfaction with expectation level was satisfied to the most visitor in case of visiting special hospitals with subjective perception and was confirmed to the intention of revisiting consistently. Third, for the perceptual satisfaction of visiting with expectation level, the safety and the quality of treatment affected significantly the cause-and-effect. The result has provided the useful information with the establishment of a strategy for the long-term and continued effect through the perceptual satisfaction and the emotional attachment.

In 1992, the author introduced the definition and the properties of Wiener measure over paths in Wiener space and this measure was investigated extensively by some mathematicians. In 2002, the author and Dr. Im presented an article for analogue of Wiener measure and its applications which is the generalized theory of Wiener measure theory. In this note, we will derive the analogue of Wiener measure over paths in Wiener space and establish two integration formulae, one is similar to the Wiener integration formula and another is similar to simple formula for conditional Wiener integral. Furthermore, we will give some examples for our formulae.

Let $\varphi$ be a complete probability measure on $\mathbb{R}$, let $m_{\varphi}$ be the analogue of Wiener measure over paths on [0, T] and let f(t) be continuously differentiable on [0, T]. In this note, we give the analogue of Wiener measure $m_{\varphi}$ of {x in C[0, T]$\mid$x(0) < f(0) and $x(s_0){\geq}f(s_{0})$ for some $s_{0}$ in [0, T]} by use of integral equation techniques. This result is a generalization of Park and Paranjape's 1974 result[1].

The microstructure and magnetic properties of$ Fe_{87}Zr_7Si_4B_2$ nanocrystalline alloys were studied by magnetization measurements and M ssbauer spectrometry over a wide temperature range. Three well resolved spectral components have been found and attributed to bcc-Fe grains (with almost pure iron structure), residual amorphous matrix enriched with solute elements and interfaces formed at the grain-matrix boundaries. It has been shown that, contrary to the expectation, during crystallization the atomic segregation occurs leading to the formation of primary bcc-Fe grains and the partition of Si atoms into the residual amorphous matrix.
