상판 조립식 교량 구조 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fabricated Concrete Deck Bridges)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a new structural system for precast deck plate bridge. In order to investigate load distribution and composite effects by connecting diaphragms and precast deck plate to main girder with shear keys, computer analysis with F.E.M S/W package program ADINA was carried out. As results of analysis, the following could be concluded : -The distance between diaphragms with6m is suficient for crossing load distribution effects. -The composite effects by connection deck plate to main girder with shear key is reasonable. -The gap between deck plate and main girder under given load is negligible.

배추벌레 5령유충의 식도하신경절에 분포하는 세로토닌 면역반응성 신경망의 구조 (Immunocvtochemical Localization of Serotonergic Neurons in Suboesophageal Ganglion of Cabbage Worm Pieris rapae (Insecta, Lepidoptera))

  • An immunocytochemical investigation has been carried out to localize serotoninimmunoreactive (5-HTi) neurons in suboesophageal ganglion of fifth instar lawn of cabbage worm Pieris rupae. The 285-HTi cell bodies were identified in the rind of suboesophaseal ganglion. The four 5-HTi cell bodies of them are 18rge in size (about 35 Um), while the remaining cell bodies are medium-sized (about 15 Uml. The 5-HTi nerve processes are abundantly located in central large neuropil, circumoesophageal connectives which join the suboesophaseal ganglion to the tritocerebrum of the brain, and connectives between the suboesophageal and the first thoracic ganglia. These results indicate that the 5-HTi nerve fibers, which constitute the central large neuropil, have structural connections with the above two connectives. Especially in central large neuropil, many 5-HTi nenre fibers form a large circular bundle, in which a 5-HTi nerve fiber bundle is crossing.

  • 우리나라에 제주도와 남부도서지방 등지에 자생하고 있는 새우란을 신품종으로 육성하기 위하여 우량계통을 1차 선발한 57개의 우수계통 중에서 화려한 꽃색과 강한 향기를 지니고 있어 원예적 가치가 인정되어 신품종으로 선발 육성한 ‘나래’의 품종특성을 보면 다음과 같다. 나래의 꽃받침색은 짙은 주황색이고 꽃잎은 노랑색으로 화려한 화색을 가졌으며, 순판색은 흰색으로 화색과 순판의 색깔이 뚜렷이 구분되었다. 또한 ‘나래’는 강한 방향성을 지니고 있었고 꽃피기는 평피기 형태를 가지고 있었다.

초등학교학생의 안전의식 실태분석 연구 - 6학년 학생들을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Safety Consciousness 6th year in Elementary school)

  • This study is to find out how much elementary school members have their consciousness against safety in their school. Simple questionnaire 1206 sheets have been distributed to the members and additional interview with teachers to take care of them. Statistically, frequency, and correlation analysis have been made and chi-test has also been made for data reliability. The results of these have been summarized as running on corridor with 53.4% in school safety, warming up exercise 45.2% in leisure safety, evacuation form classroom with 2.4% in fire safety, crossing around just in fromt or rear of vehicle with 61.2% in transportation safety. It is thought that safety training should be provided to more for man than for girl pupils and also, safety consciousness should be improved than all the other area.

The overall motion sickness incidence applied to catamarans

  • The Overall Motion Sickness Incidence is applied to the hull form optimization of a wave piercing high-speed catamaran vessel. Parametric hull modelling is applied to generate two families of derived hull forms, the former varying the prismatic coefficient and the position of longitudinal centre of buoyancy, the latter instead the demi-hull separation. Several heading angles are analysed in a seaway, considering all combinations of significant wave height and zero-crossing period under two operating scenarios. The optimum hull is generated and vertical accelerations at some critical points on main deck are compared with the parent ones. Finally a comparative analysis with the results obtained for a similarly sized monohull passenger ship is carried out, in order to quantify, by the OMSI, the relative goodness in terms of wellness onboard of monohulls and catamarans, as a function of sea states and operating scenarios.

  • This paper describes a new algorithm named as ray following algorithm which is applied for high-resolution satellite image simulation. The problems of the conventional ray tracing algorithm are pointed out especially when terrain elevations vary abruptly. The proposed algorithm follows the directional ray vector sequentially and thoroughly in order to determine the crossing point of the ray with the terrain surface. This way of sequential height comparison method is regarded as the only way to obtain accurate surface cross-section when a highly variant digital surface model is used. The experimental results show and compare the validities of the conventional and proposed algorithms.

  • A route control in railway is one of the very important system to operate a train. An efficient train route control assures to increase train operation performance with a same railway system. The erroneous route control can accompany serious accidents which occur train collision or derailment which provokes death. A Route control carries out exactly lest the accident should take place. An interlocking table is widely used for the exact route control. The table has the problem of its exactness proving because it has been established by experts. In this paper, We tried to formalize a route control using mathematical logic. A route consists of symbolized tracks, signals, switch and crossing. It represents as a set, respectively. We proposed route setting control logic, converted the elements to set logics and construct route logics with the set logics of the elements. Finally we proposed a model which presents a prototype routes and we proved the proposed logics using the proposed method.

  • The purpose of this research Is to inquire into the aspects of consumers' perception of age and their lifestyle and to reveal the effect of variability in spending behaviors themselves. A survey was carried out regarding the consumers of the new elderly generation aged 55 and above. 561 respondents were surveyed. residing in Seoul and Metropolitan areas. Factor analysis from the exploratory reconnaissance, Cronbach's $\alpha$, K-average community and multivariate analysis, multi-recurrence and crossing analysis($\chi^2$ verified), were used for statistics analysis. In conclusion, the cognitive age only shared a marginal relationship with lifestyle, most people in their forties stood out in this part of the research. The change of the cognitive age and lifestyle of the new elderly generation is expected to be a variable in the clothing purchasing behavior in the future. As the population of the new elderly generation increases, there is a need for changing views towards the new elderly generation and there is no doubt that it is a main target within marketing trends in the elderly generation industry.

다수성이고 발근력이 강한 뽕품종 ′밀성뽕′육성 (Breeding of High Yielding and Easily Rootable Mulberry Cultivar ′Milsungppong′(Morus bombycis KOIDZ))

  • New Mulberry Cultivar, Milsungppong, was selected from F1 seedlings obtained by crossing the female, 4X Keomseolppong, and the male, Kaeryangppong. Local adaptability test has been carried out at five places(Suwon, Chunchun, Cheongju, Kongju and Sangju) for four years since 1992. Leaf quality was tested by silkworm rearing for two silkworm rearing seasons(spring and autumn) at Suwon in 1995. From these tests, Milsungppong was found to be superior to control cultivar, cultivar, Kaeryangppong, in productivity, rootability and shoot cold injury. The new cultivar, Milsungppong, has following agronomic characteristics as compared with Kaeryangppong, the most prevailing cultivar, Milsungppong, has following agronomic characteristics as compared with Kaeryangppong, the most prevailing cultivar in Korea It is triploid cultivar belonging to Morus bombycis KOIDZ with the leaf shape of five lobes, sprouting in spring nearly the same to the Kaeryangppong (Morus alba L.), high leaf yielding of 25% compared to Kaeryangppong (Morus alba L.) and the medium degree of cold resistance. It is adaptable to every where in Korea except the area cold injury broken out habitually. Milsungppong is recommended to rear silkworms not only in spring but also in autumn besides for young silkworms.

대규모 단층대를 통과하는 교량설계를 위한 물리탐사의 활용 (Application of Geophysical Results to Designing Bridge over Large Fault)

  • During the core drilling for the design of a railway bridge crossing over the inferred fault system along the river, fracture zone, extends vertically more than the bottom of borehole, filled with fault gouge was found. The safety of bridge could be threatened by the excessive subsidence or the reduced bearing capacity of bedrock, if a fault would be developed under or around the pier foundation. Thus, a close examination of the fault was required to rearrange pier locations away from the fault or to select a reinforcement method if necessary. Geophysical methods, seismic reflection method and electrical resistivity survey over the water covered area, were applied to delineate the weak zone associated with the fault system. The results of geophysical survey clearly showed a number of faults extending vertically more than 50m. Reinforcement was not desirable because of the high cost and the water contamination, etc. The pier locations were thus rearranged based on the results of geophysical surveys to avoid the undesirable situations, and additional core drillings on the rearranged pier locations were carried out. The bedrock conditions at the additional drilling sites turned out to be acceptable for the construction of piers.
