기존의 'Orthotropic' 근사모델의 개선된 형태인 ORW를 새로운 유동 자료를 이용하여 수치적으로 구하였다. 기존의 'Orthotropic' 근사모델인 ORF나 ORL은 특히 전단유동 하에서 상호작용상수 $C_1$<0.001인 경우 비물리적 진동특성을 나타낸다. 물론 center-gated disk와 같은 비균일 유동하에서도 비물리적 진동특성을 나타내고 'Distribution Function Calculation'과 비교하여 배향 상태를 낮게 예측한다. 이런 현상들은 바로 least-square 최적화 시 사용된 유동 자료에 기인한 것을 알 수 있었다. 작은 상호작용계수의 균일 유동 자료를 이용하여 최적화를 한 ORW의 경우 비물리적 진동특성도 나타나지 않았고 균일 및 비균일 유동하에서 모두 정성적으로 잘 일치함을 확인할 수 있었다. 최적화 시 사용된 함수의 선택은 근사모델을 발전시키는데 그다지 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 하지만, 모든 배향 텐서의 eigenvalue들을 고려하면 보다 정량적으로 발전시킬 수 있지만 이들의 함수모양 선택은 중요하고 어려운 문제다. 비교를 위하여 ORW와 다른 여러 가지 근사모델을 이용하여 Film-gated strip과 Center-gated disk에 대한 연계효과 및 평면속도구배를 포함한 사출성형 충전공정의 수치모사를 수행하였다. ORW가 'Distribution Function Calculation' 과 비교하여 정량적으로도 거의 비슷한 결과를 예측함을 보여주지만 실제 실험자료와 비교하였을 때 약간의 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 좀 더 정확히 섬유의 배향도를 예측하기 위해서는 섬유들의 상호작용을 나타내는 항의 모델링의 변화가 요구된다.

Purpose - This study analyzes the relationship between inter-function coordination variables, competitor, customer and innovation orientation that has been developed by Narver & Slater (1990), also known as Market Orientation Strategy on SME Sutera's marketing performance, through direct and indirect effect relationships. Research design, data, and methodology - This study uses a sample of 168 respondents who are silk SME entrepreneurs in eleven Silk Craftsman sub-districts in Wajo Regency - South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Data collection using a questionnaire with a period between January - June 2019. Data analysis use PLS. The stages of testing the results of analysis go through several stages: the first stage, analysis of variable descriptions, the goodness of fit model (AVE, CR, Cronbach Alpha, R²) and hypothesis test. Results and Findings - From the fifteen hypothesis by direct and indirect effect state six hypothesis are rejected and eleven hypothesis are accepted. Overall, the concepts of Resource Based View theory (RBV) and Structure-Conduct- Performance theory (SCP) also provide a strategic picture for businessmen related to product innovation and service innovation and the urgency of regeneration in order to maintain the continuity of superior products in the future.

In this study, we prepared ZnO/glass and ZnO/SiO$_2$/Si thin film by Facing Targets Sputtering (FTS) system for Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR). When the ZnO thin film applied to piezoelectric thin film, it requires good c-axis preferred orientation. And c-axis orientation has a remarkable difference with preparation conditions. Therefore, c-axis orientation must be significantly evaluated as a function of deposition conditions. Moreover, in order to prepare ZnO thin film with good crystallographic properties and progressive of efficiency of product process, the ZnO thin film should be prepared as low temperature as possible. In this work, we prepared ZnO thin films on slide glass and SiO$_2$/Si substrate. And the crystallographic characteristics of ZnO thin films on sputtering conditions were investigated by alpha-step and X-ray diffraction.

Background: Shoulder function is achieved by the coordinated movements of the scapula, humerus, and thoracic spine, and shoulder disorders can be associated with altered scapular kinematics. The trunk plays an important role as the kinematic chain during arm elevation. Objects: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of thoracic hyperkyphosis on scapular orientation and trunk motion. Methods: Thirty-one subjects (15 in the ideal thorax group and 16 in the thoracic hyperkyphosis group) performed right-arm abduction and adduction movements in an unconstrained plane. The scapular orientation and trunk motion were recorded using a motion analysis system. Results: Those subjects with thoracic hyperkyphosis displayed greater scapular posterior tilting at a $120^{\circ}$ shoulder elevation, greater scapular internal rotation throughout the arm raising phase, and greater trunk axial rotation at the upper ranges of the shoulder elevation, compared to those subjects with an ideal thorax (p<.05). Conclusion: Thoracic hyperkyphosis can cause scapular instability, greater trunk rotation and greater scapular posterior tilting, and may contribute to preventing the achievement of a full range of humeral abductions in an unconstrained plane.

The purpose of this study is to understand the trends of fashion mask designs as a fashion item with characteristics to protect individual health and safety from harmful environments. To this end, the concept, the trend analysis of the domestic and foreign mask markets, the type, characteristics of functional masks, and the design trend of fashion masks were analyzed. Research methods included case studies and literaturte on mask design, fashion magazines, fashion brand websites, fashion collections, and promotional material. First, masks for personal safety were classified as protective function masks from the natural environment, functional masks by industrial groups, masks for protective functions from biohazards, and masks for protective functions from various external activities. Through this analysis, the design trends of fashion masks were analyzed. The functional orientation of structure and functionality, the environmental orientation of sustainable eco-friendly methods, the fashion orientation of individual fashion styling, and the social functional orientation tend to transmit social messages. In the harmful environment of everyday life, items such as fashion masks with functionality and fashion characteristics should be continuously studied to integrate functional and design characteristics that can contribute to the future fashion industry and the fashion market as a sense of unity and responsibility.

인간이 인지하는 디스플레이 화질은 디스플레이 및 시각계의 시간적·공간적 특성에 의해 결정되어진다고 한다. 이때, 시각계의 공간 특성은 공간적 콘트라스트 감도 함수(Spatial Contrast Sensitivity Function, 공간적 CSF, 이하 CSF로 표기)로 나타낼 수 있다. 일반적으로 디스플레이를 이용한 휘도 격자의 CSF는 휘도 및 시청 거리(디스플레이와 피험자간 거리)에 의한 영향을 받는다. 본 논문의 목적은 이러한 CSF의 기본 특성에 대해 검토하고, 향후 이를 디스플레이의 화질평가 척도에 이용하는 것에 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중소 IT기업의 영업사원이 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 가치지향성, 리더십, 공정성이 조직시민행동과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 나아가 매개변수로써 적응적 판매행위의 역할을 탐구하는데 있다. 연구를 위해서 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 200여 개 회사의 종사자로부터 314명의 자료를 수집하였고 수집된 자료는 회귀분석방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 기업의 장기적인 지속경영을 위해 상도를 지키는 것이 중요함에도 단기적인 이익 생존을 위해 불공정한 방법의 영업전략이 선호되는 현상에서 'IT기업의 영업사원의 가치지향성, 리더십, 공정성이 조직 시민행동과 경영성과에 미치는 영향'을 연구하는 것을 바탕으로 연구모형을 수립하였다. 본 연구의 가설은 다음과 같이 설정하였다. 첫째, 가치지향성, 리더십, 공정성은 조직시민행동과 경영성과에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 적응적 판매행위는 독립변수와 종속변수 사이에서 매개역할을 할 것이다. 매개효과 검정을 포함한 본 연구모형 분석 결과는 가치지향성은 적응적 판매행위에, 적응적 판매행위는 조직시민행동과 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 적응적 판매행위는 가치지향성과 조직시민행동을 완전매개하고 가치지향성과 경영성과 사이를 부분매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 리더십은 적응적 판매행위에 정(+)의 영향을, 적응적 판매행위는 조직시민행동과 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 적응적 판매행위는 리더십과 조직시민행동에서는 부분매개로 리더십과 경영성과 사이에서 완전매개 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 각 기업에서는 지속가능경영을 위해 가치지향성, 공정성에 대한 중요성을 고려한 영업전략을 수립하는 것이 매우 중요하며 그에 따른 회사의 윤리경영 및 영업사원의 가치관을 올바르게 지속시켜 줄 수 있는 교육시스템에 대한 영업환경을 적극 고려해 볼 필요가 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 한 조직 성원으로서 도서관 사서가 지향하는 역할의 의식을 규명하는데 있다. 다시 말하면 본 연구는 도서관 사서의 역할지향에 관한 태도 신념 등 주관적 구조의 유형이 어떠한지를 밝히는데 초점을 두고 있다. Q 표본은 도서관 사서의 역할지향의 태도 신념 등 가치체계로 구성된 36개의 진술문으로 구성되었으며, P 표본은 23명의 도서관 사서로 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 조사는 2005년 4월 15일부터 22일까지 8일간 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 이용자지향형: 이들은 주로 이용자와의 관계에 관심을 둔 집단으로 도서관 이용자에게 좋은 서비스를 능동적으로 제공해주는 것에 초점을 두었다. (2) 조직지향형: 이들은 주로 도서관의 사회적 기능과 조직성원으로서의 사서의 역할을 강조하였다. 이들은 조직의 평가를 매우 중시하며 안정된 조직문화를 기대하였다. 이들 성향은 기혼자들에서 두드러진다. (3) 전문가지향형: 이들은 사서로서의 역할수행과 그것의 만족감에 초점을 둔 입장이다. 이들은 사서로서의 직업에 대하여 높은 자긍심을 가지고 있으며 전문인으로서의 역할수행에 최선을 다하는 형으로 주로 여성사서에서 두드러진다. 둘째, 제1유형은 이용자지향적인 측면(예, 이용자와 대화, 욕구충족, 자긍심 등)의 관심을 두고 있다. 제2형은 조직지향적인 측면(예, 조직의 경제적 안정 및 성장, 조직의 규범을 준수하고 조직성원들의 평가 등)에 관심을 두었다. 제 3형은 전문가지향적인 측면(창의력, 전문적 능력을 배양한 재투자 및 재교육의 중요성, 전문가로서의 만족된 역할수행과 자긍심 보유 등)에 초점을 두었다.

W(123) 표면위에 수소와 중소수가 흡착될 때 일함수의 변화를 장방출(Field Fmission) 방법으로 측정하였다. 78K에서 이 분자들이 흡착될 때 일함수의 변화는 처음에 는 증가하다가 최대치에 이른 후 감소하였고, 덮임율(coverage)이 증가함에 따라 포화되었 다. 텅스텐 tip의 온도를 200K까지 올렸을 경우에, 일함수의 변화가 최대가 되었을 때의 덮 임율은 78K일 때의 비해 낮은 덮임율 쪽으로 이동하였고, [011] 방향을 갖는 step 혹은 terrace에 의한 일함수의 효과도 동시에 관측되었다.

In this paper, we will show that the bounds for coefficients of harmonic, orientation-preserving, univalent mappings f defined on ${\Delta}$ = {z : |z| > 1} with $f({\Delta})={\Delta}$ are sharp by finding extremal functions.
