조직구성원의 네트워크 위치가 지식공유에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Network Positions of Organizational Members on Knowledge Sharing)

  • Improving productivity of knowledge workers is an important issue in the 21st century referred as knowledge-based society. The core key word is knowledge sharing among constituents of an organization. The purpose of this study is to combine the social network position factors with attitude and behavior factors, and develop an integrated research model for the knowledge sharing among members of an organization. This study adopted the integrated theoretical framework based on social capital, self-efficacy, transactive memory, and knowledge sharing. Surveys were conducted to 42 organizational members from a department in a leading IT outsourcing company to empirically test the proposed research model. In order to validate the proposed research model, social network analysis tool, UCINET, a structural equation modeling tool, SmartPLS, were utilized. The empirical result showed that, first of all, organizational members' familiarity network position had significant influence on knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability. Second, knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability affected knowledge sharing intention. Third, knowledge sharing intention also had an impact on the job performance. However, organizational members' expertise network position had no significant influence on knowledge self-efficacy and transactive memory capability. This finding reveals the importance of the emotional approach rather than the rational approach in knowledge management. The theoretical and practical implications on the research findings were discussed along with limitations.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of self-leadership and self-efficacy on organizational performance, or more specifically, job satisfaction, organizational concentration and organizational citizenship behavior and then the effects of hospital organization members' job attitude on organizational performance, helping strengthen capability that individuals of the members have and ultimately improve that performance. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. First, self-leadership has statistically significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior. Second, self-leadership has statistically significant influences on self-effectiveness, especially job satisfaction and organizational concentration. Third, how self-efficacy influences organizational effectiveness was examined to find that self-efficacy has significant effects on organizational concentration, but not on job satisfaction. Fourth, self-efficacy has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Fifth, how organizational effectiveness influences organizational citizenship behavior was investigated to find that effectiveness has statistically significant effects on organizational concentration, but not on job satisfaction.

개인의 특성과 기업 역량이 스마트워크 만족도 및 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Individual Characteristics and Corporate Competency on Smartwork Satisfaction and Performance)

  • Recently, companies have adopted various types of smartwork. In this study, various factors were examined to identify the main factors that can increase smartwork satisfaction, individual performance, and organizational performance. As the main variables, individual adaptability, knowledge level for smartwork, IT infrastructure level, smartwork organizational culture, and investment level in IT were selected. As a result, first, it was found that individual adaptability did not affect smartwork satisfaction and corporate performance, unlike previous studies. Second, it was found that the knowledge level for smartwork affects individual performance and organizational performance mediating smartwork satisfaction. Third, the main path of 'investment level in IT → IT infrastructure level → smartwork organizational culture → organizational performance' was found. Therefore, companies need to raise the level of knowledge for smartwork among members of the organization and educate that smartwork contributes to improving the quality of life of members. In addition, efforts should be made to build an organizational culture suitable for smartwork through IT investment and establishment of IT infrastructure.

  • Behaviors of organizational members can be classified as two types. One is behavior required to perform formally given job. The other is a various kind of behavior taken voluntarily but not required directly and formally to perform job. The former can be called as in-job behavior while the latter can be called as extra-job behavior. Many organizational scientists so far, have focused on investigating in-job behavior. Yet, from a decade, organizational researchers have recognized that in-job behavior alone can not explain sufficiently job performance or organizational effectiveness Thus. they have paid attention to extra-job behavior, which is generally called as organizational citizenship behavior. Existing studies of organizational citizenship behavior have three types : First type is studying the concept and components of organizational citizenship behavior. Second tope is studying the determinants of organizational citizen-ship behavior and relationships with it. And third type is studying relatioships between organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. This study, therefore, have purposes as follows : Firstly, this study designs a comprehensive model in the below figure and generates inclusive hypotheses about relationships among antecedents, intermediate factors, and the components of organizational citizenship behavior. Secondly, this study investigating empirically such relationships and draws a picture of mediation roles of the intermediate variables. To design the model and generate the hypotheses, this study conducted a comprehensive literature survey on organizational citizenship behavior. To test the hypotheses, this study collected data from 847 employees at 12 large genral hospitals in Pusan area through a questionnaire survey and conducted the three step mediated regression analysis using the SAS-PC Package.

병원조직구성원들의 지식공유에 대한 협조적 조직문화에 영향을 주는 지식경영 요인 (Knowledge Management Factors Affecting Cooperative Organizational Culture Regarding Knowledge Sharing of Members in the Hospital Organization)

  • This study attempted to examine what effect knowledge management factors have on cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing depending on workplace types and occupations in order to seek for solution to increase efficiency and effects of knowledge management in the hospital organization. Key findings are as follows: For members of the hospital organization, the higher their recognition was in relation to 'concern and support of chief executive officer for knowledge management', and 'problem solution by specialists or superior in the organization and acquisition on the task knowledge', the more they worked as factors exerting positive effects on 'cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing'. And influence factors were different depending on workplace types and occupation.

  • The purpose of this study was to recognize the self - efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. For the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis was performed and the Cronbach's s value was calculated to determine the internal consistency of the questionnaire. The effect of organizational culture of self - efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior was as follows. First, it was analyzed that individual culture, collective culture, hierarchical culture, and rational culture had a significant effect on self - efficacy. Second, self-efficacy had an important effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, individual culture and rational culture had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, the collective culture and hierarchical culture, which put emphasis on family relations and teamwork, had no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior respectively. Therefore, it is found that the group culture which valuesfamily-friendly and feamwork of its members,or the hierarchical citure for adapting to the external environment has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior family-friendly and lay emphasis on the teamwork of the organization members, and it does not have an effect on the organizational citizenship behavior.

조직구성원의 웰빙이 조직이 혁신성 및 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Employee Well-being on Organizational Innovativeness and Performance)

  • 본 논문은 통제나 시스템, 제도의 개선 등 외재적 방법이 아닌 조직구성원의 마음을 얻는 근본적인 방안이 제고되어야 한다는 생각으로 조직구성원이 근로생활에서 느끼는 웰빙을 혁신성 제고의 주요 요인으로 보고 이에 대한 검증을 시도하였다. 국내 기업 조직구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사 한 것을 분석한 결과, 본 연구에서 웰빙의 구성요인으로 선택한 상사신뢰, 의사소통, 직무만족, 조직몰입은 모두 조직의 혁신성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이 영향력은 다시 신제품 개발능력으로 이어져 조직의 혁신성이 신제품 개발능력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 그동안 조직의 혁신성에 대한 선행연구들에서 영향요인으로 고려되지 않던 '구성원의 웰빙'을 중심으로 조직 혁신성에 대한 새로운 모델을 제시하고 검증하였다는 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

선박조직 구성원의 속성신뢰가 집단응집성 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Swift Trust on the Cohesiveness and Organizational Effectiveness of Ship Organization)

  • 본 연구는 해운기업 선박조직의 특수한 환경을 고려하여 선박조직의 구성원들의 속성신뢰가 집단 구성원간의 상호호의적인 태도인 집단응집성과 조직시민행동 및 선박조직의 유효성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석해 보고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과, 속성신뢰가 집단응집성에 통계적으로 유의적인 정의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 집단응집성은 조직시민행동과 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의적인 정의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 선박조직 구성원의 속성신뢰가 조직시민행동과 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 있어서 집단응집성이 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 선박조직의 개별 구성원 태도와 행동보다는 선박단위별로 속성신뢰, 집단응집성, 조직시민행동, 직무만족 및 조직몰입의 수준을 측정하고, 이들의 영향력 관계를 분석함으로써, 선박별 인력관리 및 인간관계 측면의 관리방안을 모색하도록 하였다.

수도권 일개 중소병원 구성원의 조직문화와 조직침묵이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organizational Culture and Organizational Silence on Turnover Intention of Members of A Small and Medium-sized Hospital in The Metropolitan Area)

  • Purposes: In this study, we examined the factors which silenced the organizing members and how the factors affects deprivation of employment about the organization culture, the organizational silence, and the turnover intention. Methodology: In order to research, we carry out a survey on 400 employees of small and medium hospitals. Among them, 321 questionnaires were used for actual analysis, excluding insincere respondents, non-responders or duplicate respondents. In order to verify the hypotheses in this study, we conduct the covariance Structural Equation Model(SEM). Finding: We obtained results using following hypotheses. First, ''The organization culture has an effect on the turnover intention.'' Second, ''The organization culture has an effect on the organizational silence'' Third, ''The organizational silence has a influence on the turnover intention.'' Finally, ''When the organization culture mediates the organizational silence, the adaptation relationship of the ornization effectiveness is different.'', as the key hypothesis, showed that the agreement culture, rational culture, and hierarchical culture of the organization culture type were statistically significant. The organizational silence as a parameter has the partial mediating effects(-) because it has direct and indirect effects. Practical Implications: The results of this study showed that the reason for the organizational silence of the organizing members is that the organization culture by a grade of rank is the largest and these the organizational silence affects the turnover intention.

조직구조 개편 시 변화관리활동 지각이 구성원의 정서적 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 변화수용의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Impact of Change Management Activities on Members' Emotional-Organizational Commitment During the Military Restructuring - Focused on the Mediating Effect of Change Acceptance -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 군 조직구조 개편 시 부대의 변화관리활동(인사공정성, 변혁적 리더십) 노력에 대한 구성원들의 지각이 구성원들의 정서적 직몰입에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 이들 관계에서 구성원의 변화수용의 정도에 따른 매개효과를 연구하는데 있다. 현재 군은 급변하는 안보상황과 병역자원의 감소에 능동적으로 대응하기 위하여 군 구조 개편을 추진하고 있다. 조직이 구조조정을 겪을 때 변화관리활동을 효과적으로 하지 못하면 구성원의 저항에 부딪히고 자칫 성공을 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구는 구성원의 인사공정성 및 변혁적 리더십 지각이 구성원의 정서적 조직몰입에 미치는 영향인 직접효과를 가설화 하였다. 또한 인사공정성 지각과 정서적 조직몰입 사이에서 변화수용의 매개효과와 마찬가지로 변혁적 리더십 지각과 정서적 조직몰입 사이에서 변화수용의 매개효과를 위한 가설을 설정하였다. 설문은 군 구조개혁의 변화를 경험한 부대의 간부들을 대상으로 실시하였으며 유효 설문응답자는 219명이었다. 분석 결과, 인사공정성과 변혁적 리더십이 구성원의 정서적 조직몰입에 긍정적 영향을 주었으며, 구성원의 변화수용이 이들 간의 관계를 부분적으로 매개함을 밝혔다. 이론적 시사점으로 변화수용의 매개효과를 제시함으로써 이론의 확대를 가져왔고, 실무적으로는 군 구조개편을 위한 변화관리활동 중 인사공정성과 변혁적 리더십의 중요성을 식별하였으며 구성원들의 변화수용 향상을 위한 노력이 중요함을 제시하였다.
