식품첨가물의 리스크 커뮤니케이션 촉진을 위한 소비자단체의 인식조사 (A Survey on the Perceptions of Consumer Organizations to Promote Risk Communication for Food Additives)

  • 본 연구는 식품안전에 관심이 높은 소비자단체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 식품첨가물에 대한 인지도 분석과 함께 리스크 커뮤니케이션 촉진 가능성을 알아보았다. 응답자 111명의 설문지를 분석한 결과, 가공식품을 구입할 때에는 '안전성(91.0%)'을 가장 고려하며, '식품첨가물 24.3%(27명)'과 '환경오염물질 23.4%(26명)'이 식품의 안전을 가장 위협한다고 생각하였다. 식품첨가물에 대한 이해도는 활동 기간이 길수록 높게 나타났고(p<0.01), 응답자 모두는 식품첨가물이 위험하다고 생각하였고 식품첨가물을 섭취하는 양이 많다고 응답하였다. '식품첨가물에 관해 가장 알고 싶은 정보'는 '안전성 80.8%(84명)'이 대부분을 차지하였다. 식약청의 '식품첨가물' 안전성 평가 연구를 알고 있다고 답한 30.6%(33명) 중 72.7%(24명)가 식품첨가물에 대한 연구가 충분히 이루어지지 않고 있다고 하였고, 추가 연구와 관련해서는 다중섭취와 지속적이고 다각적인 접근이 필요하다고 답하였다. 또한 식품첨가물에 대한 교육 및 홍보 사업이 적절히 이루어지고 있다고 생각하는가에 대해 '그렇지 않다 75.0%(24명)', '전혀 그렇지 않다 15.6(5명)'로 충분하지 않다고 생각하였다. 소비자단체 구성원들이 정보를 얻는 경로는 '교육, 강연', '인터넷', '국내 기타 단체', 'TV' 순이고 가장 바람직하다고 생각하는 교육 및 정보 제공방식은 TV(4.65점)로 나타났다. 위 결과, 소비자단체는 식품첨가물을 식품안전을 위협하는 물질로 인식하고 있었고, 정부의 식품첨가물 안전 관리에 대해 일반 소비자들에 비해 매우 낮은 신뢰도를 보이고 있었다. 또한 소비자 대상 교육홍보도 불충분하다고 인식하고 있어, 소비자들의 인식을 주도하는 이들의 식품첨가물에 대한 인식과 정보요구 분석에 따라 지속적인 정보전달 노력을 기울이는 것이 식품첨가물에 대한 리스크 커뮤니케이션 촉진 방안이 될 것이다.

한국 의류산업의 QR Technology 도입과 효과에 대한 연구 (QR Technology Adoption and Effects in Korean Apparel Industry)

  • In order to settle down structural causes of the process of distribution and apparel production in domestic fashion industry, and to raise competitive power with changing market environment, we need to bulid up Quick Response(QR) system based on information technology such as EDI(Electronic Data Interchange), KAN(Korea Article Number), and POS(Point of Sales), POS is the most valuable information tool to promote QR system paractically. The purpose of this study was to investigate motivation of POS adoption, problems in operating the system, and satisfaction on POS effects. Data were collected by sending questionnaire to the managers in apparel firms which were using POS. Statistical devices were t-test, frequency with SAS program. The results fo the study were as follows: 1. The degree of satisfaction to POS effects was rather good. Especially, rapid evaluations on new products gave the greatest satisfaction to the users. 2. Satisfaction degree of POS effects according to introduces time and organization characteristic(number of employees) have no significant difference, but the firms which have higher annual sales volume showed higher satisfaction degree. Merchandise department showed higher satisfaction on POS effects. 3. The motivation of POS adoption was an effective logistics control with consumer information as a marketing strategy. The problems in operating the system were lack of investment, and professionals. They almost didn't have KAN code, instead, have their own code system.

소비자의 친환경농산물 구매확대 결정요인 분석 (Determination factors of Purchase Expansion for Environment friendly Agricultural Products on Consumers)

  • This study was designrd to determination factors of purchase expansion for environment-friendly agricultural products on consumers. The 310 subjects formatted questionnaires were analyzed to frequency, percentage, descriptives, T-test and logistic regression by SPSS WIN 10.0. The results were as follows : First, it is proved that degree of cognition, standard of information acquisition, basis of valuation were significant variables, Second, it is revealed that the producer and the direct deal, the consumer organization's co-op and the food floor of large-sized discount hoarded goods for purchase places of environment-friendly agricultural products were significant variables. Third, it is proved that reduction in a price the improvement matter for purchase expansion of environment-friendly agricultural products was determination factors. Forth, it is proved that age and income for purchase expansion of environment-friendly agricultural products was determination factors. Accordingly, we should find the positive factors of purchase and consumption that it will become an important subject for environment-friendly agricultural products on consumers.

  • Objectives : The research which sees collected information about dentistry infection management recognition of the patients and the infection management which the medical treatment consumer does in necessity is what, grasped and satisfaction and became the fundamental data which makes the hospital will be able to trust about dentistry image rise and dentistry environment of the medical treatment consumer who assists a dentistry character executed. Methods : From 2009 April 1st until May 28th 233 people common people who have the experience which visits a Gyeongsangnam-do area dentistry the object with the entry question law which sleeps did and the data analysis SPSS, 12.0 For Window under using produced each question item by frequency and a ratio, the analytical degree of infection management One - Way ANOVA stamps and executed t-test. Results : Information experience experienced about dentistry infection of the investigation object person to be, appeared with 74.7% and the after that dentistry assistance at the time of conduct change which experiences the answer back regarding of Former times attentively observes organization disinfecting' was most with 46.6%. The protective equipments wearing goal of the dentistry medical attendance appeared the dentistry medical attendance and patient protection 77.7%, dentistry medical attendance protection 12.9%, by patient protection 9.4% order. Is high there was a possibility of knowing the thing about the recording infection where the educational background will be high and considers statistically the difference which was visible Conclusions : The education which is active and continuous is necessary about infection management and sets the guides which are standardized to the patients and about infection management and about infection prevention and exposes from dentistry practices well to emboss the thing is thought that there is a necessity to plant a trust feeling about the dentistry where the patients assist.

  • 1. The Purpose of This study research: The focus of marketing until recently has simply been on sales which means the transfer of goods from the producer to the consumer and on profits therefrom. However, the excess supply of goods due to the expansion of the economy and the resulting fierce competition between companies have changed the nature of marketing. Maximizing consumers' satisfaction and establishing marketing mix strategies for market subdivision and penetration into the target market are now significant roles of the marketing manager. In addition, with regard to company management, information within the company which had been collected, managed and processed sporadically indegrated manner. The purpose of this research on marketing information systems in connection with the above will be to seek ways enabling us to create an efficient and integrated information system for an entire company. 2. The Method and Scop of This Stdudy: Marketing information systems, as a part of management information systems, shall be examined based on relevant theoretical literature. The research process shall be generally developed as follows: 1) The basic structure of the marketing information systems, including its fundamental purpose and necessity, shall be examined. 2) The method for a specific plan shall be presented through fundamental marketing strategy concepts and marketing decision-making. 3) A general model shall be presented based on examinations of various mod els used for marketing information systems and on research of the models' relationship with management information systems. 4) The direction of development shall be presented as the basis for gradual development following examination of the scope, pertinent issues, and means of improvement of the marketing information systems. 3. Summary and Conclusion: As the competition among the enterprises has become keen and thus the management of the contemporary enterprises shows the tendencies of uncertainty as well as complexity, all the managers must make the correct and prompt decision of their mind. Otherwise, the danger which will lead to and failure in the failure in the business may befall to the enterprise. Though computer system and information related techniques have the endless potentiality for the improvement of the enterprise, those are granted only to the enterprise which will be able to manage the computer system and information related techniques. In the contemporary industrial society, the need to a managerial information system has been increasing because all the complicated information can be stored, disposed and managed by the efficient method. And the marketing information system is also the integrated system which has been formed and developed through the efficient mixture of all the constituent elements including the definition of marketing research as the definition of the information system has been enlarged due to the reason shown above. The common point of the two systems is the man machine system functioning to help the efficient decision of the mind by introducing the computer system on the basis of user manager centered thought in order to provide informations to be useful in operation and management of the organization and the function of the mind decision. The purpose for the marketing information system lies in making the utmost use of marketing information available in the course of the mind decision. The reason why the contemporary enterprises necessitate the marketing information system are as follows: 1) The stages of the business operation are expanded wide to the world. 2) As the living standards of the consumers have been on the rise, the enter prise has to satisfy the consumer's "wants" than simple "needs".

  • Following is an idea to utilize the business ethics as one of business administration strategies. Firstly, conversion of perception is needed in the business administration. Neglecting the pursuit of profit, the conventional strategic goal, is not desirable, we need to, however, have a mind that the consumer and environment centered mind is indispensible to the survival and growing of a business ultimately in establishing a strategic goal of diversified environmental changes. Secondly, conversion of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)'s attitude in business administration is needed. It is necessary for the CEO to have a strong belief that the business ethics is indispensible to the survival and growing of a business by way of fair and logical management. Therefore the business ethics should be improved since the CEO's ethics can be the standard of his business. Thirdly, the business concerned parties should be considered. The realization of business ethics should be done in a certain way so as to protect the benefit of the all concerned parties such as stockholders. employees, consumers, suppliers, competitors, the local community, etc., since a business is an organization that can exists and grows only in the coexistence with its environment and concerned parties. Fourth, the business ethics should be transformed into a business culture through the enlargement of the general principles of and of employees' behavior as a management strategy. Lastly, business ethics should be improved through continuous evaluations to accommodate its environmental change.

공공도서관 이용자의 불평행동에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of Complaining Behavior of Public Library Users)

  • 이 연구는 비영리조직이용자 불평행동의 한 예로서 공공도서관 이용자의 불평행동에 대한 포괄적인 연구로 시도된 것이다. 이 연구에서는 불평에 대한 태도와 불평비용, 불평의 성공가능성, 서비스의 중요성, 외적귀인, 충성도 등의 불평행동의 선행요인이 이용중단, 항의, 부정적 구전, 제3자를 통한 불평 등의 각 불평행동 유형에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 특히 비영리조직의 특성과 관련하여 선행요인으로 "무료이용지각"이라는 새로운 변수를 검토하였다. 서비스에 불만족한 대구지역 공공도서관의 성인이용자 515명을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 바탕으로 결과를 분석하였다.

  • Merchandiser continue to play an important role in the exchange process by providing products for consumption. Merchandisers must still understand customer demands, analyze sale trends, select and present salable products. However, due to the competitive pressures in the apparel industry and the innovations required under QR business systems, the demands placed on merchandisers are changing. The purpose of this study is to present of the direction for fashion merchandising education. The direction for fashion merchandising are education summarized as follows; 1) Merchandising technology is the systematic application of information technology and Telecomunications to planning, developing, and presenting product lines in ways that reflect social and cultural value. Statistic Methods are developed and used to analyze data arising from a wide variety of applications. 2) Merchandising technology is to practise the technical and economic aspects of apparel production. Analysis of specific apparel manufacturing and management issues such as efficient manufacturing methods. 3) Merchandising technology is to forecast fashion trend according to consumer preference. Culture influences what people purchase and how those items are used forecasting fashion trend. 4) Merchandising technology is to practise communication skills used in formal and informal organization including interviews in particular language suited to their own business and professionnal careers. 5) Merchandising technology is to planning merchandise budgets and merchandise assortments based on more diverse forms of information. 6) Merchandising technology is to use techniques related hardware and software. 7) Merchandising technology is to learn participate in internship programs.

백화점 여성 의류브랜드의 비주얼 머천다이징 지각요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Visual Merchandising Perceptional Factors of Women's Fashion Brand in Department Stores)

  • In addition, an intense competition depending on the diversity of consumer demands women's clothing brands show changes in market organization such as diversification of the circulation market and general market depression in this rapidly changing fashion environment. Companies tend to use fashion VMD (a marketing-strategic approach) as a differentiation method to create a fashion brand shop image as brand differentiation becomes difficult due to generalization of techniques. This study analyzes forms and types of VMD recognized by consumers within this marketing communication environment and Q methodology was adapted to analyze the subjective internal order of individuals. First, a set of stimuli that presented the brand name and another without it were prepared (two sets in total) to examine the effects in the presentation of the brand name. Stimulants with the brand name were presented to the subjects by the same method after an experiment through stimuli without the brand name presented. As a result, VMD recognition factors were classified into 4 Q factors in cases of stimuli without brand names and 2 factors in cases of stimuli with brand names. This indicates that among brand functions, the role of simplifying information management and grasping the thoughts of consumers was applied. This study has a practical value of presenting VMD directions of each brand image based on the factors discovered.

모바일 콘텐츠 서비스의 신뢰구축을 위한 기술과 조직의 역할 (The Role of Technology and Organization in Building Trust in Mobile Content Services)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 콘텐츠 서비스에 대한 신뢰성 구축을 위하여 기술과 조직(공급자)의 역할에 대한 프래임웍을 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 관광은 지역관광객 유치를 통하여 지역의 경제활성화에 중요한 정책대상으로 빠르게 시장이 성장하고 있다. 또한 인턴넷 확산에 따른 다양한 관광콘텐츠 서비스가 개발되고 있고 최근 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한 관광콘텐츠 서비스가 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지방정부가 지역의 다양한 관광자원과 관광숙박시설, 음식점 등을 모바일 디바이스를 통해 서비스 추진시 지속적인 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 초기와 지속화 단계별로 기술과 운영조직간의 역할을 표적집단면접법(focus group interview)을 통해 변수를 도출하고 중요도를 분석하였다. 연구결과에서 모바일 콘텐츠 서비스의 지속적 신뢰성 구축을 위하여 초기단계에서는 기술 신뢰성에 대한 중요성이 높게 나타났으며, 지속적 신뢰를 위해서는 관광부문에 참여하고 있는 다양한 공급자들의 역할이 중요한 것으로 분석되었고, 이에 따른 모바일콘텐츠 서비스 신뢰성 유지를 위한 기술과 조직간에 역할의 변화가 필요한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 모바일 서비스 신뢰성 구축을 위하여 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한 콘텐츠 서비스 개발시 기술개발과 운영조직간의 역할 변화를 제시하였다.
