사회복지조직의 특성과 네트워크 수준이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 -여성복지조직의 자원확보능력을 중심으로- (The effects of the organizational characteristics and interorganizational network level on social welfare organizations' effectiveness -Focused on resource capability of women's welfare organization-)

  • 본 연구에서는 사회복지조직의 특성과 네트워크 수준이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식 모형으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 체계자원접근법에 따라 조직효과성을 재정, 인적, 물적 자원확보능력으로 정의하고, 조직 특성과 네트워크 수준이 각각에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 조직 특성에는 전문인력수, 자원의존도, 정부보조금비율, 활동지향점, 설립기간, 최고관리자 개방의지, 비공식적 인맥이 포함되었고, 네트워크 수준은 외향연결중심성과 내향연결중심성으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 서울 지역 여성복지조직을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 재정자원확보능력에는 전문인력수와 정부보조금비율, 내향연결중심성이, 인적자원확보능력에는 내향연결중심성이, 물적자원확보능력에는 전문인력수, 최고관리자 개방의지, 비공식적 인맥이 유의미한 요인으로 확인되었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로, 각 유형별 자원확보능력을 증진하는 방안과 내향연결중심성 향상을 통해 사회복지조직의 조직효과성을 고취하는 방안이 논의되었다.

IT거버넌스 실행요인과 정보시스템(IS) 효과성, 그리고 전략적 연계의 조절효과 (The Influence of IT Governance Implementation Factor on Information Systems Effectiveness and the Moderating Effect of Strategic Alignment)

  • IT governance is an integral part of enterprise governance and consists of the leadership, organizational structures, and processes that ensure organization's IT decision making for achieving organizational goal. Most firms have failed to resolve the balance in building IT governance. The challenge is to align IT strategy with business strategy in establishing and implementing effective IT governance. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness, and the moderating effect of strategic alignment of IS strategy with business strategy on IS effectiveness. IT governance implementation factors consist of IT vendor management, IT human resource management, and IT infrastructure. Strategic alignment was measured as the alignment between business strategic orientation and IS strategic orientation that used in the research of Chan et al.(1997). In the relationship between three IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness, the results of multiple regression analyses showed that IT human resource management is an important determinant to influence IS effectiveness. The additional analysis using multiple regression showed that strategic alignment of IS strategy with business strategy has moderated the relationship between IT governance implementation factors and IS effectiveness.

  • IS audit has been regarded as contributing to the improvement of the quality of information Systems, recently, it has been argued that it is not possible to expect a effectiveness, because it can offset the schedule burden due to the preparation of additional documents for Audit and it affect to the project schedule. The effectiveness and quality criteria of IS audit are different between groups, because IS audit is responsible for checking the results and process of the developer company. In this study, we modeled between IS effectiveness and auditor competence, audit firm competence, IS audit standards. As a result, it was concluded that auditor competence, audit firm competence, IS audit standards have a positive effect on IS audit effectiveness. However, according to the result of comparing between interest groups, audit firm competence and audit standards were significant in auditor group, but audit standard was significant in requesting organization and developing company thought that auditor was a important factor to audit effectiveness.

병원 간호조직의 조직유효성 평가지표 및 결정요인에 관한 문헌 분석 (A Review of Research on Evaluation Indexes and Determinants of Organizational Effectiveness of Hospital Nursing Organizations)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review journal articles, master's theses, and doctoral dissertations on organizational effectiveness in hospital nursing organizations in order to identify evaluation indexes, determinants, and overall trends and to suggest strategies for improvements. Methods: A total of forty-one papers on organizational effectiveness in hospital nursing organizations were reviewed. Results: These papers were journal articles, master's theses and doctoral dissertations regarding nurses who worked in general hospitals and university hospitals, excluding special hospitals (ie. armed forces hospitals, mental hospitals). The review of literature identified 18 operational definitions (evaluation indexes) and 36 significant determinants of organizational effectiveness in hospital nursing organizations. The operational definitions were measured by using 46 instruments. Conclusion: The study findings provide data on recent trends in organizational effectiveness; it also serves as basic evidence for the need to improve organizational effectiveness in hospital nursing organizations as well as indicates directions for future research.

대학도서관의 조직유효성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Organizational Effectiveness of University Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 한국의 대학도서관 조직유효성을 구성개념으로 인식하여 다차원적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구자료의 수집은 사서 수와 장서 수에 따라 37개 대학도서관을 선정하여 도서관장을 제외한 295명의 주임급 이상의 관리집단에게 설문지를 배포하였으며, 회수되어 결과 분석에 이용한 설문지 수는 229부(회수율 $78.6\%$)였다. 분석방법은 요인분석, 군집분석, 일원분산분석, 1-검증 등의 통계방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 대학도서관 조직유효성에 관한 문항들을 요인분석 한 결과 우리나라 대학도서관 조직유효성은 IS개 차원으로 구성된다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 대학도서관 조직유효성 차원을 기준으로 높은 유효성을 보이는 도서관과 낮은 유효성을 보이는 도서관들이 구분되었다. 셋째, 대학도서관의 배경적 특성에 따라 조직유효성의 차이를 분석한 결과 봉사대상자 수, 전임직원 수, 대학의 설립주체, 소속 부서, 직위에 따른 조직유효성에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 장서 수와 자료구입 비는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다.

병원종사자들의 조직유효성 (Organizational Effectiveness of Hospital Workers)

  • It is necessary to access managing human resources of hospitals with diversity in order to operate hospital organization successfully and efficiently. The research tries to analyze affecting factors of organizational effectiveness of hospital workers according to their positions. The research has been performed on the 836 hospital workers of 8 different positions in the Busan & Gyeong-nam area, utilizing SPSS version 19.0 for processing and analyzing the data. The major results of the research are as following. First, among such factors of organizational effectiveness as sense of belonging to work, pride, work settlement, wage satisfaction, job satisfaction, colleague perception, and unstable consciousness of their job, there is a meaningful difference according to the kinds of working institution and positions. Second, there was higher organizational effectiveness(a sense of belonging and pride) as to higher work settlement and wage satisfaction within all kinds of positions. In addition, there was higher organizational effectiveness(a sense of belonging and pride) as to higher job satisfaction and colleague perception within all kinds of positions except for physical therapist, general adminstration, facilities, nutrition, and etc. There was higher organizational effectiveness(a sense of belonging and pride) within all kinds of positions except for general adminstration, facilities, nutrition, and etc, as to lower job or work complaint.

크라우드소싱 커뮤니티 내 고객 선호와 조직 수용 아이디어 간 비교 연구 (A Comparative Analysis between Organization-Adoptable and User-Favorable Ideas in a Crowdsourcing Community)

  • Open innovation concept is advocating the importance of the customer roles in firm's innovation. As a result, crowdsourcing community is drawing attention as a strategic asset for open innovation across diverse industries. Considering that the goal of crowdsourcing community is harnessing innovative ideas, understanding the characteristics of user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of idea crowdsourcing. In our approach, we extracted idea content-based characteristics such as subjectivity, negativity, prosocialness, and depth of idea to examine what are the factors that affect user preference and organizational adoption. An analysis of 71,134 ideas from MyStarbucksIdea.com shows that there are significant differences between user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas in terms of idea characteristics. Lastly, both theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

  • 현대를 살아가는 인간은 조직 속에서 태어나고 조직 속에서 생활하고 조직 속에서 죽음을 맞이한다 해도 과언은 아니다. 특히 자신의 경제생활을 영위하게 만들어주는 가장 기본적인 조직은 회사라 할 수 있다. 그러한 회사에 대한 개인적인 만족도에 따라 개인의 능력을 표출하는 정도 또한 달라지며 회사의 발전도 달라질 수 있을 것이다. 본 고에서는 이러한 회사와 개인과의 관계에 대해 고찰해 보고 직무만족도를 측정하는 방법에 대한 이론들을 연구해 보았다.

  • Managing quality is nothing new, but it increasingly become more challenging. Demands form customers, flatter organizations, measuring and assessing outcomes, stiffer competition for resources, technology, environmental concerns and others, all have created changes in the workplace for which enhanced leadership is needed. TQM, CQI, TQL, (managing quality), other acronyms can be summarized as a means of moving an organization into the new millennium with a keen focus on people, service, efficiencies, effectiveness and excellence. It is not an accident. It is the result of a clear, well-directed strategically focused thinking. Attention to quality encourages individuals and teams throughout organizations to continually learn, think and contribute ideas on how to explore processes that affect them. The organization must change into a learning organization that seeks to continually improve its processes and services. This learning attitude requires a cultural shift from autocratic to more participatory leadership. This presentation will examine the principles and lessons learned form implementation of quality initiatives from different organizations. Many of the themes shared are independent of the source and, as such, may be helpful in validating what you are doing or give you ideas on leading and implementing change within your organizations.

세무공무원의 셀프리더십이 임파워먼트와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Tax Officials' Self-leadership on their Empowerment and Organization Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 세무공무원들의 셀프리더십이 임파워먼트와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향관계를 규명함으로써 인적자원관리의 유효성을 증진시키고 효율적인 조직관리를 위한 시사점을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 분석결과, 세무공무원들의 셀프리더십(행동지향 전략, 자연보상전략, 건설적사고전략)이 증가될수록 임파워먼트에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 임파워먼트가 높을수록 조직몰입도가 높아져 조직성과를 높일 수 있고 업무수행의 효율성을 높일 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 구성원들이 과세실적향상을 위해 자신의 과세업무활동에 대해 스스로 활동목표를 설정하고 목표를 달성하기 위해 행동하고 남들보다 열심히 하겠다는 낙천적이고 건설적인 사고를 가지고 업무에 임하는 결과로서, 조직성과를 극대화시키기 위해서는 세무공무원자신이 업무의 가치와 의미 및 중요성을 스스로 찾아 인식하고 업무수행에 필요한 지식과 능력을 충분히 갖추어 조직의 목표달성과 업무영역에서 영향력과 통제를 발휘하고 스스로 결정하는 자기결정력을 키워야 조직몰입의 수준을 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
