  • Objectives: This study was undertaken in order to examine how musculoskeletal disorder(MSD) symptoms were affected by particular factors and then to explore control strategies to prevent MSDs in general hospital nurses. Materials: This, as part of a large study, was conducted using a set of information on literature review, questionnaire survey and focus group interview. It obtained prevalence and factors of MSD symptoms and examined how MSD symptoms were distributed and affected by the factors in nurses working at 15 general hospitals across Korea. The factors were personal factors, work organization, nursing tasks, physical factors and psychosocial factors. Results: A total of 501 nurses were determined as subjects. The highest MSD symptom prevalence was 61% for the shoulder, among body parts, followed by leg/feet(55%), low back(51%), neck(42%), wrist(38%), and elbow(21%). Prevalence for the whole body was 80%. Odds ratios ranged from 0.4 to 22.4 in logistic regression analyses. The symptoms were significantly attributed to factor variables such as body mass index, current health status, daily work time, nursing task, pooled-physical factors, ergonomic factors, work load, interpersonal conflict, and job insecurity. Conclusions: Two or more factor variables were significant, depending on body part, for MSD systems in the general hospital nurses. It was noticeable that physical factors, such as pooled-physical factors, ergonomic factors or work load, were selectively significant for MSD symptoms in all body parts, indicating that such information should be used for prevention of MSDs in the hospital sector.

  • This study identified the level of task stress experienced by fire protection system management workers and analyzed the effects of task stress on job satisfaction and proposed future response. First, task stress according to background cause showed differences in relation to age, position, monthly salary, total career, license, and task, but there was no difference in relation to academic background. Second, of the sub-parameters of stress, physical environment, task demand, organizational system, lack of reward, and workplace culture have negative effects on job satisfaction as stress increases, while interpersonal relation conflict and job insecurity do not have any effect. In the future, it will be necessary to investigate the empirical causes of work overload and to study organization-level stress relief measures.

  • The mutual credit of Fisheries Cooperatives is reciprocal financing bring overs and shorts to settlement themselves by filling each other's needs among feeble fishermen economically. The spread of mutual credit through Fisheries Cooperatives reduces private loan dependence and private loan interest rate at fishery village, and that fills up policy financing being restricted by working scale. And seeing movement side of Fisheries Cooperatives, it has done an under board to settle self-supporting foundation of primary fisheries cooperatives early. The mutual credit deposit shows about 53 times increase past an interval of a ten years. This increase rate is an epoch-making record being unparalleled in other banking facilities except Fisheries Cooperatives. Then being unparalleled increase rate, time and savings deposits increase has been contributed a great deal than demand deposits. Thinking important function factors as mutual credit growth, we can classify interior and exterior factors. The exterior factor is income of fishery household in some measure, interior factors are the high deposits interest rate and the enlargement of facilities organization. As these, they have been in a better factors, also have been a restriction factors. The restriction factors are conflict cancellation between mutual credit and them bring into existence a village vault, mutual savings and finance companies, private finance. For the sake of continuance growth rate in mutual credit as past, we should eliminate restricted factors in growth. On the other hand the better factors in growth should be act upon affirmation side continually. Consequently under circumstances not to an amicable settlement bring the fisheries fund demand as policy financing, we should do continuous and sound development of fisheries financing by means of putting in good order of fisheries cooperatives mutual credit. Surveying a problem from these viewpoints, when we study more deep and a full into a subject about growth project of mutual credit, we think to expect continuous growth in mutual credit of Fisheries Cooperatives.

  • Purpose: This study is a descriptive research conducted for looking into the role awareness level. role conflicts, and job satisfaction among professional home care nurses in the field of hospital based home care nursing service. Method: 154 specialized home care nurses in 63 hospitals and clinics that are implementing home care programs were subject to the study. Result: 1. The level of role awareness among professional home care nurses was $4.47\pm0.41$ on average out of 5. 2. The average score for role conflicts was $3.87\pm0.61$ out of 5. 3. In terms of job satisfaction level. $3.33\pm0.71$ was scored out of 5. 4. It has been discovered that there are statistically significant positive correlations among role awareness level, role conflicts(r= .224, P= .005), and job satisfaction level(r= .166, P=.040), while a negative correlation was detected between role conflicts and job satisfaction level(r=-.210, P= .009). Conclusion: The level of role awareness among professional home care nurses in the field of hospital based home care nursing service was very high and job satisfaction level was high when the level of home care nursing antecedents was high and the organization structure of working place was independent. But the level of role conflicts coming out of the weakness of job-supporting system was high. So the realistic alternative such as the improvement of working environment by administrative, institutional support, is required to make up for this problem in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine an immoral effectiveness decrease by information access monitoring between ethical dilemma and unethical information-sharing behavior. Firms are raising the demand of confidential information management and are highlighting the ethical awareness of organizational members. The individuals in organization are concerned information sharing for future-oriented social networking. To prevent their immoral behavior, Firms should consider investing the information access monitoring. This system is aiming at log verification of movement, storage and deletion on information and will reduce an ethical conflict and unethical behavior on employees. I used the structural equation methodology for this empirical study. The research model constructs the voluntary and involuntary dilemma of information sharing on the two independent-variables, the unethical information behavior and the improper networking reinforcement on the two dependent-variables and the information access monitoring the one mediating-variables. This model tests the power effect of direct path, indirect path and total path. According to the study, the two ethical dilemma of information sharing provided a high influence to the unethical sharing action and to the inappropriate social networking strengthens. However, the mediating role of information access monitoring shows the effect weakens of independent and dependent variables. Thus, the mediating variables appeared to be important for the controlling role of an unethical behavior and improper social networking. Ultimately, The firms will need to invest the information access monitoring for a compulsory ethics behavior of organizational members. In addition, this can hinder networking enhancements for future opportunistic behaviors.

  • The purpose of this paper is to find the factors that affect on the job involvement of S/W developer in the small and medium IT companies. We suggested structural model with two mediating variables, role conflicts and attitude of workers. The model considered job competency(job knowledge, technological competences, and communication skill) as independent variables which affect on the mediating variables directly and final dependent variable indirectly. The hypotheses tests showed that the job knowledge affected negatively on the role conflicts as the hypothesis assumed, but technological competences affected positively(reserve direction) on the role conflicts. This finding means that the more he/she has good job skill and technologies, the more does he required to do many things in the organization. The results of path analysis showed that attitude of workers mediated between the role conflicts and job involvement significantly. We concluded that although the workers are suffered from the role conflicts, it could be mitigated by their job knowledge and the favorite attitude toward their job, and finally they could more involve in their job.

  • Recently, most of global enterprises have geographically distributed organization, thus have distributed information systems which have distributed database systems. So, it is difficult for these systems to provide common views for the application programs of end users. One of solutions to solve these difficulties is an MDBS(Multidatabase System) A method to effectively implement MDBS is a schema integration. This paper proposes a methodology for a schema integration through extraction of common similar subschemas Our methodology is consisted of 5 phases : affinity analysis, extraction of similar subschemas, decision of imtegration order, resolution of semantic conflict, and schema integration. To verify the usability of our methodology, a case study is implemented with an object of MDBS. At a result, our approach can effectively be applied to the extraction of common similar subschemas and schema integration.

A study on the historical trauma in Antonio Munoz Moliña's Beltenebros (안토니오 무뇨스 몰리나의 『어둠의 왕자』와 역사적 트라우마)

  • Beltenebros is Antonio Mu?oz Molina's third novel. Its plot originates in a criminal act. Darman, the main character, arrives in Madrid to kill a traitor of the undercover organization to which he himself belongs. Treason is paid with death and Darman is in charge of the executions. The intricate story of espionage and intrigue is absorbing. Unlike other novels of the genre, in Beltenebros we can witness a unique psychological development of the main character. In his fiftieth anniversary, Darman becomes conscious of the painful and devastating effects of his criminal acts on the lives of the people he has crossed paths with. Then, for the first time, he acts like a Romanesque heroe by killing Valdivia-Ugarte, a deceitful mole who has been manipulating the strings of the plot to his own benefit. The story unfolds along an almost uniform progression of chronological time, only interrupted by random memories of a past that twenty years ago destroyed Walter's life, and in which Darman and the rest of the characters are all implicated. Few references to the Spanish Civil War inserted in the discourse are, however, of paramount importance as the depiction of a historical trauma, as a triggering force for the episodes of the novel, or as justification to Darman'scrimes as well as those of the clandestine Comunist Party. Indeed they were the victims of the conflict and the winners inflicted upon them hatred, repression, treason and disloyalty. As in other Mu?oz Molina's novels, the literary space, in this case Madrid, propels the development of the plot, and plays a protagonist role only equal to that of the main characters. It is in Madrid where Darman lives until he becomes prisoner of the enemy army, or where the symmetrical deaths of Walter and Andrade take place. Other spaces inhabit Madrid: the Universal Cinema, symbolic territory of the secret and hidden, where the story, as well as the relationships of the characters start and end the warehouse; or the Bo?te Tab? the nightclub that frequents Valdivia-Ugarte through secret passages connected with the Universal Cinema.

  • There is an increasing need for complex and large projects to be carried out quickly. As the duration, size, and cost of the project increase, concerns about project failure are also rising. Finding factors that hinder the performance of an effective project and eliminating them in advance or controlling and managing them more effectively can be a more direct way to secure the success of the project. Previous studies have identified compositional dimensions that are classified according to attributes, covering the various obstacles that affect the success of the project through existing literature. It is a follow-up to previous research. Using DEMATEL techniques, we would like to propose to explore the appropriate measures that an entity and organization can take by identifying the causality between factors through cross-impact analysis of project disabilities and even presenting factors that may arise when they are identified. As a result of the analysis, according to the indicators to evaluate the importance, 8 factors were found to be relatively important factors, excluding the factors that Failure of project feasibility analysis and Technical environment change. In addition, 5 factors were found to be causative factors; Technical environment change, Unclarity project plan, Strategic consistency error, Inaccuracy of requirement definition, and Failure of project feasibility analysis. In contrast, the remaining 5 factors were found to be the result factors; Lack of benefits realization, Negative attitude of top management, Stakeholder conflict, Difficulty of process management, and Disturbance of communication.
