The importance of nano gold particles has been increased in the field of bio physics and medicine, recently. In this regard, the study aims to analyze how the harmless nano gold particles can be transformed by respective variables. In this study, electrospun PU nano-webs were impregnated with aqueous $HAuCl_4$ solution and UV light was irradiated on the webs. Au-ions were reduced to nano particles by photocatalytic reduction and these nano gold particles were characterized by SEM, UV-vis, Zetasizer, Spectrophotometer, EDS. $HAuCl_4$ solution concentration and UV irradiation time have heen examined to change the amount of absorption. Nano gold particles size and UV-Vis absorbances were increased with $HAuCl_4$ solution concentration and UV irradiation time.
Herein, we describe the effect of the cooling-off condition of a solution-processed 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl)-pentacene (TIPS-pentacene) film on its molecular distribution and the resultant electrical properties. Since the solvent in a TIPS-pentacene droplet gradually evaporates from the rim to the center exhibiting a radial form of solute, for a quenched case, domains of the TIPS-pentacene film are aboriginally spread showing original features of radial shape due to suppressed molecular rearrangement during the momentary cooling period. For the slowly cooled case, however, TIPS-pentacene molecules are randomly rearranged during the long cooling period. As a result, in the lopsided electrodes structure proposed in this work, the charge transport generates more effectively under the case for radial distribution induced by the quenching technique. It was found that the molecular redistribution during the cooling-period plays an important role on the magnitude of the mobility in a solution-processed organic transistor. This work provides at least a scientific basis between the molecular distribution and electrical properties in solution-processed organic devices.
Hazardous substances produced from industrial sectors have caused serious contamination of soils and groundwater. The hydrophobic organic compounds in the subsurface are hard to be decomposed, and as they soil on the soil or last as a NAPL they might contaminate the groundwater for a long time. Although we recognize the danger of contaminated subsurface, very little was known about the effective remediation technique. This paper focuses on the remediation of the p-Cresol which contaminated subsurface by applying the surfactant-enhanced description technique. Sorption characteristics of soils and organic compounds are studied, and the applications of surfactant solution are studied for effective rededication. The results from this study could be used as some data for surfactant-enhanced rededication. The flexible-wall permeameter tests are performed in which in-situ remediation is simulated. Results show that triton X-100 at 2% solution disrobes p-Cresol 1.7 times as much as water description in the flexible-wall permeameter tests.
In order to eluciate the effect of humidity and organic solvent on the decomposition of carbamide peroxide, the kinetic study was carried out. The carbamide peroxide was prepared from urea and 30%-hydrogen peroxide. The accelerated stability analysis for carbamide peroxide crystal in various relative humidity, and for 10%-carbamide peroxide solution of organic solvents were investigated. Both humidity and temperature were important factors influencing the decomposition rate of carbamide peroxide crystal. The higher the humidity and temperature, the greater was the reaction rate. The breakdown rate of crystal was observed as an apparent zero-order, and was faster than the rate of decomposition in dilute propylene glycol, glycerine or sorbitol solutioos which were measured as an apparent first-order reaction. The more dilute to 10% the organic solvents of 10%-carbamide peroxide, the slower was breakdown rate. It is, therefore, useful in the aspects of stability and economics to substitute solvent of carbamide peroxide topical solution (USP XXI) with 10%-propylene glycol or glycerine instead of anhydrous glycerine.
The membrane technology is more convenient and economical way in the separation field than conventional technology such as distillation, extration, crystallization, and so on. Therefore, membrane are used as efficient tools for the separation and concentration of molecular mixture in many industrial area. Although the polymeric membrane have various advantage, they have disadvantages as well. One of them is a poor resistance to organic solvent. Therefore, organic solvent resistant membranes were prepared by soluble polyimide. prepared by phase inversion method. The membranes were The homogeneous polymer solutions were obtained by the two different method ; the one is that the polymer sythesized was completely dissolved in a solvent to prepare a membrane casting solution, the other is that a membrane casting solution was prepared by the unit process from the viscose solution of polymerization.

The effect of solution acidity and organic additives, polyethylene glycol (PEG), on the trivalent chromium electroplating was systematically investigated in the view point of electroreduction of trivalent chromium ions and solution stability. It was found that solution acidity controlled at pH 2.5 showed the widest current range for bright electrodeposits in the presence of PEG additives, which reduced the local current intensification at high current densities. Through complex interaction between PEG additives and hydrogen ion, that is, solution acidity, electrode potential was moved in the negative direction in the bulk solution, while it shifted in the positive when electric potential was scanned. In conjunction with electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM), it was found that PEG additives had a role in promoting the electron transfer to trivalent chromium ion complexes in bulk solution and their adsorption at the electrode surface as well as interfering with hydrogen ion reduction process below pH 2.5. The PEG additives developed the nodular morphology during electroreduction of trivalent chromium ions with the increase of solution acidity and enhanced its current efficiency by maintaining the consumption of complexant, formic acid, at low speed.
In order to investigate the growth response of grasses to chitosan solution amended soil were studied from the standpoint of estimating the growth stimulating adequate concentrations of chitosan solution amended soil in each grass. Three species in this experiment used were orchardgrass, tall fescue and reed canarygrass. Six different concentrations of chitosan solution amended soil were 0%(control), 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.5% and 1.0%, respectively. The resulte obtained were as follows ; 1. Leaf area(LA), dry weight of leaf(LW), dry weight of shoot(SHW), biological yield(BY), C/f ratio and T/R ratio were significantly different between species. 2. Growth stimulating effect by chitosan solution amended soil were found in plant length(PL) and T/R ratios of grasses. 3. Adequate concentrations of chitosan solution amended soil were different between species. The highest values of yield components and dry weight of plant parts were obtained at 0.01% in orchardgrass, 0,05% in reed canarygrass and 1.0% in tall fescue, respectively. 4. The growth response of grasses to chitosan solution amended soil were different between species. Thus, an increase in leaf area(LA) and dry weight of leaf(LW) by chitosan solution amended soil was mainly contributed to increase in dry weight of shoot(SHW) and biological yield(BY) in orchardgrass. Chitosan solution amended soil also stimulated growth of shoot and increased in biological yield(BY) in tall fescue. In reed canarygrass contributed to increase in C/F ratios. 5. Adequate concentrations of chitosan solution amended soil for an economical benefit of cultivation and dry matter production of grasses were ranged from 0.01% to 0.05% levels.

In past few years, the use of bacterial calcium carbonate precipitation (biocementation) has become popular as a ground improvement technique for sandy soil. However, this technique was not applied to organic soil. This study focused on bacterial calcium carbonate precipitation and its effect on permeability in organic soil. A special injection system was prepared for inducing bacterial solution to the samples. The bacterial solution supplied to the samples by gravity for 4 days in specific molds designed for this work. Calcite precipitation was observed by monitoring pH value and measuring amount of calcium carbonate. Change in the permeability was measured before and after biocementation. The test results showed that the pH values indicates that the treatment medium is appropriate for calcite precipitation, and amount of precipitated calcium carbonate in organic soil increased about 20% from untreated one. It was also found that the biocementation can be considered as an effective method for reducing permeability of organic soil. The results were supported by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis and energy-dispersive x-ray (EDX) analysis.
This experiment was carried out to broadcating effect of chitosan solution levels on dry matter production in Ladino clover(Trifolium repens). Chitosan solution was applie at 6 levels, 0%, 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.5% and 1.0%, respectively. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. The dry matter yields of chitosan treatment plot were about 30%~63% more than the dry matter yield of control plot in all cuts. 2. Total dry matter yield was produced by 659.7kg/10a at levels of 0.05%, it was significantly higher than other chitosan solution levels. 3. The predictable highest yield and economic yield of Ladino clover could be obtained at 0.05% and 0.01% solution levels, respectively. 4. The relative dry matter yields for total dry matter yield were 66.7%, 18.3% and 15.0% at 1st, 2nd and 3rd cut, respectively. Chitosan application at early spring was affected to increasing the dry matter yield of 1st cut.
