This study is about job change hotel kitchen cook. addition, through case analysis, by choosing three hotels in Seoul, the relation job changes was found out, and through the interviews with cooking employees for more than three months, their opinions and reliabilities were collected and analyzed. The surveyed questionnaires were analyzed and studied through SPSS WIN Package, reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation, and distribution analysis and T-test were conducted to figure out the population statistical difference. According to the study results. those employees who thought kitchen environment, internal and external working conditions. the welfare for the employees are the most important factors in case of changing jobs scored over average 4 in the statistical analysis. For this reason, in order to reduce the rate of job changes the hotels efforts for and interests in appropriate compensation, improvement of working environment. continuous educational training, fair human resource management, and maintenance of good relation with co-workers are necessary.

The aim of this paper is to suggest basic guidelines for the urban park development policy in Taegu. This research is mainly based on university students' essay on ＜private inquiry of urban park in Taegu＞. Talsong Park, the most popular site for the students' essay, was selected for the purpose of the study. The research focused on the general images of the park, negative images of the park and aspirations and demands for the park in relation with Talsong Park redevelopment policy. The research of this result suggested that the renovation of Talsong Park from zoo-oriented park to the historic ＆ cultural park status. The other main suggestion was consideration of public participation from the planning stage for the betterment of park management. In addition, the importance of environmental education for the local people was stressed in order to enhance public awareness of environment for the solution of our common environmental problems in relation with Local Agenda 21.

In order to protect conductors from oscillations or vibrations due to winds, spacer dampers are installed on overhead transmission lines. Generally the spacer damper clamp can move slightly according to oscillation directions, namely in longitudinal, vertical & horizontal directions. This is for reducing fatigue phenomena of the conductor. But the high longitudinal- displacement of the clamp raises a doubt for its necessity. Then this paper carried out oscillation tests by using 4 bundle test lines, to know the relation between longitudinal displacement and oscillation. and suggests design necessity of the longitudinal articulation part for spacer damper clamps.

On any semigroup S, there is an equivalence relation ${\phi}^S$, called the locally equivalence relation, given by a ${\phi}^Sb{\Leftrightarrow}aSa=bSb$ for all $a$, $b{\in}S$. In Theorem 4 [4], Tiefenbach has shown that if ${\phi}^S$ is a band congruence, then $G_a$ := $[a]_{{\phi}^S}{\cap}(aSa)$ is a group. We show in this study that $G_a$ := $[a]_{{\phi}^S}{\cap}(aSa)$ is also a group whenever a is any idempotent element of S. Another main result of this study is to investigate the relationships between $[a]_{{\phi}^S}$ and $aSa$ in terms of semigroup theory, where ${\phi}^S$ may not be a band congruence.

Light-emitting diode(LEDs), diode arrays, and phosphor display panels are finding increased use in a variety of commercial applications. Present and anticipated application of these devices include solid state indicator(e.g., digital clocks, meter readout) and display systems(e.g., instrument panels, TV display), the application being determined by the light -output capability and size availability(cost) of the particular device. In this work, Phosphor based on ZnS:Cu are used. Relation by luminance with the thickness of insulating layer and phosphor layer are discussed. Increased thickness of insulating layer are stable on voltage to 300V. By considering thickness and voltage, optimal structure and thickness are investigated. Also in order to maximize even surface emission, various sieving process are introduced. Very similar phosphor particle size is selected. Luminance by various wave intensity is also investigated. 150cd/m$^2$ luminance are investigated in stable voltage and frequency.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relation between color change and residual compressive strength in concrete exposed to high temperature. In order to study the color image analysis, the specimens have been tested with variables of concrete strengths(20Mpa, 40Mpa, 60Mpa) in transient heating conditions($800^{\circ}C$ heating and 2 hour preservation). The results show that the residual strength of specimens are coincident with the full development of the pink/red color and the method may be used to define the distance from a heated surface where strength degradation has occurred.

In this paper, usefulness of marine radar for water waves measurement in coastal waters is presented. We installed a marine radar to acquire radar images of water wave around light beacon at Jujeon in Ulsan. Also, a series of analysis procedures for obtaining the wave information from the acquired image is described with a schematic diagram. We compared analysis results of radar images with measurement values using wave height gauge at light beacon. In order to improve accuracy of analysis results, detailed water depth information is essential. In conclusion, in case of the use of radar for water waves measurement, it is shown that it is very necessary to increase the accuracy of measurement by consideration of the water depth in the dispersion relation of water waves.

Extracting temporal information from documents is becoming more important, because it can be used to various applications such as Question-Answering (QA) systems, Recommendation systems, or Information Retrieval (IR) systems. Most previous studies only focus on English documents, and they are not applicable to the other languages due to the inherent characteristics of languages. In this paper, we propose a new system, named ExoTime, designed to extract temporal information from Korean documents. The ExoTime adopts an external Knowledge Base (KB) in order to achieve better prediction performance, and it also applies a bagging method to the temporal relation prediction. We show that the effectiveness of the proposed approaches by empirical results using Korean TimeBank. The ExoTime system works as a part of ExoBrain that is an artificial intelligent QA system.

In order to approach a reasonable method for the indirect estimation of the productivity in terrestrial plants, allometric method was studied with herbs, such as Boenmeria frutescens and Hibiscus mutabilis, and scrubs, such as Robinia pseud oacacia and Morus alba f. Hchiroe. Allometric relations between D230H, square of the stem(or shoot) diameter(D30) on 30cm height above ground multiplied by stem length(H), and the amount of the stem(Ws), orof the leaves per stem, were fitted to each material plant with linear regression. The allometric coefficient in relation of D230H to Ws was approximated between scrubs having different life form, and the allometric function in relation of DF2 to WL was common between herbs in spite of having different growth habitat. As the allometries between D230H and Ws or WL were changeable with the seasonal change it funciton should be calculated repeatedly whenever investigating the standing crop of such community. It is able to utilize an indirect value of D30 obtained from the allometry between D30 and H because direct measurement of D30 in the field is accompanied by troublesome and waste of much time.

The die for cold forging gets a ver high axial load and radial pressure during processing and hence deforms considerably in the radial direction. This radial deformation of die becomes a important factor influencing the dimensional accuracy of a product. In order to obtain a product with highly accurate dimension therefore it is essential to acquire some information on elastic deformation of the die and the product. The study has been performed for the relation of the deformation between a die and a product in backward extrusion. The strain of the die has been given by the simple experiment using the strain gauges attached to the outer surface of the die. Also the history of the deformation of the die and the product has been given by the experiment and Lames' formula. The results has been compared with the previous another method. The study has given useful results for the deformation history of the die and the product through the experiment and Lame's formula in backward extrusion which can be applied in the die design for the product with accurate dimension
