Sn-Pb 솔더를 이용한 경연성 인쇄 회로 기판간의 열압착 본딩 (Thermo-compression Bonding of Electrodes between RPCB and FPCB using Sn-Pb Solder)

  • 본 연구에서는 Sn-Pb 솔더를 이용한 열압착법을 이용하여 경성 인쇄 회로 기판 (rigid printed circuit board, RPCB)과 연성 인쇄 회로 기판 (flexible printed circuit board, FPCB)간 접합 시의 접합 조건을 최적화하는 연구를 진행하였다. 접합의 주요 변수로는 접합 압력, 온도 및 시간이 있으며 이러한 변수의 변화로 인해 접합부의 접합 형태와 박리 강도에서 많은 차이가 발생하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 일정 접합 온도와 시간 조건 ($225^{\circ}C$, 7초)에서 22 N/cm의 최고 박리 강도를 보이며 이후로는 더 이상 박리 강도에서 큰 차이를 보이지 않게 되는데, 이를 박리 시험 시의 F-x (forcedisplacement) curve를 토대로 파괴 에너지를 산출하여 그 차이를 규명하였다. 최적의 접합 조건은 $225^{\circ}C$, 7초로 나타났다.

다양한 형상을 갖는 액화가스 기화기의 기화특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Gasification Characteristics of Liquefied Gas Vaporizer with Various Shape)

  • This paper was studied for optimum design of the used vaporizer at a satellite station. Generally, the cold air is created by temperature drop on the vaporizer surface. In addition, the frost creates ice deposit layer, therefore, heat transfer on vaporizer decreases into the adiabatic condition. By this reason, recent vaporizer system is installed as parallel type, and it takes three times of vaporizer capacity. But this vaporizer system requires much installation costs and restricted by some space. It is very important to solve this problem. This study paper is regarding $LN_2$ vaporizer where the utilization increases recently. There are three variable conditions which are used in this study research. First, fin lengths of 4000mm, 6000mm, 8000mm and 0, 4, 8 fin types were applied rut each vaporizer. Second, we applied four season condition which consist of humidity, temperature and air velocity to the experimental environment. Finally, pressure was applied to get flow rate during experiment. This paper objective is to propose vaporizer type and length data for best performance of vaporizer through experiment.

석분 및 벤토나이트 함유량에 따른 화강풍화토의 동적거동 특성 (Dynamic Behavior Properties of Decomposed Granite Soil varying Content of Stone Sludge and Bentonite)

  • 본 연구는 석산개발 및 석재가공으로 인해 발생되는 석분의 적절한 활용방안을 모색하기 위해 화강풍화토에 석분과 벤토나이트를 혼합한 시료에 대한 동적거동 특성을 연구하였다. 공시체 성형은 화강풍화토에 석분을 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%로 혼합하고 그 혼합토에 벤토나이트를 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%로 다시 혼합하여 만든 16개의 시료를 중량백분율로 배합한 뒤 표준다짐을 실시하고 공시체를 제작하여 각 구속압별로 공진주실험을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 화강풍화토가 가지고 있는 최대 전단탄성계수 및 최소감쇠비 조건을 만족하는 혼합비율은 화강풍화토에 석분과 벤토나이트의 함유량이 각각 5%에서 10%범위 정도인 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 이 범위 내에서 화강풍화토에 석분과 벤토나이트를 혼합한다면 이 혼합된 시료도 동적거동을 받는 지반재료로서의 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

익형 동체의 하강기류(Down-wash)가 공기역학적 특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 수치해석연구 (A NUMERICAL STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF DOWN-WASH OF A WING-BODY ON ITS AERODYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS)

  • Drag reduction of a running vehicle is very important issue for the energy savings and emission reduction of its power train. Especially for a solar powered electric vehicle, the drag reduction and weight lightening are two serious problems to be solved to extend its driving distance under the given energy condition. In this study, the ground effect of an airfoil shaped road vehicle was studied for an optimum body design of an ultra-light solar powered electric vehicle. Clark-Y airfoil type was adopted to the body shape of the model vehicle to reduce aerodynamic drag. From the study, it was found that the drag of the model vehicle was reduced as the height(h) between ground and the lower surface of the model vehicle was decreased. It is due to the reduction of the down-wash decreasing the induced drag of the vehicle. The lift was also decreased as the height decreased. It is due to the turbulent boundary layer developed beneath the vehicle body. The drag is classified into two types; the form and friction drag. The fraction of form drag to friction one is 76 to 24 on the model vehicle. As the height(h) of the model vehicle from the ground surface increases the form drag also increases but the friction drag is in reverse.

배플을 적용한 Cargo용 연료탱크 내부의 슬로싱 저감 연구 (A Study on the Sloshing Reduction of a Cargo Fuel Tank with Baffle)

  • 최근 자동차, 선박, 항공기의 운행시 외력에 의해 연료탱크 내의 유체가 출렁거리는 슬로싱 현상으로 인하여 구조물 내부가 손상되어 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 적재연료의 슬로싱 영향을 최소화하기 위해서 전산유체역학적으로 유체의 거동을 정확히 해석하는데 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 ADINA-CFD를 이용하여 Kia 프론티어 Cargo용 연료탱크에 수직배플과 수평배플의 길이 및 개수에 따른 유체유량 및 압력의 특성을 파악하고, 코너 및 언덕 주행시 슬로싱 감소를 위해 해석하였다. 그 결과로 슬로싱 감소효과를 위해 배플의 최적길이는 수직배플의 경우 0.19 m, 수평배플의 경우 0.08 m로 나타났다. 그리고 자동차주행 경우에 코너주행 시는 수직배플이 수평배플보다 슬로싱 감소효과를 보이는 반면에, 언덕주행 시는 수평배플이 효과적이며 안정성을 나타내었다.

자동차용 진공펌프 멀티 베인의 최적 설계를 위한 유동장 수치해석 (Numerical Analysis of Flow Fields for Optimum Design of Vehicle Vacuum Pump with Multivanes)

  • 진공 펌프의 최적설계를 위해 수치해석을 수행하였다. 진공 베인 펌프 설계인자인 베인 각도 변화, 입출구 파이프의 위치와 각도 변화, 베인 개수 변화와 회전속도에 따른 진공도의 영향을 평가하였다. 베인 각도 변화는 동일한 체적의 유지로 최대 진공도 값에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 토출부의 각도 변화는 유동흐름의 간섭을 줄일 수 있고 이것으로 인한 펌프의 손실을 줄일 수 있다. 회전속도가 증가할수록 질량유량은 증가하였으나 고속 회전속도에서 최대 진공도 값을 나타내지는 않았다. 또한 베인의 개수가 증가할수록 질량유량의 변화폭은 감소하였고, 압력강하는 완화됨을 확인하였다.

Reaction Flavoring에 의한 진주조개 (Pinctada fucata) 추출물의 풍미개선 (Enhancing the Flavor of Pearl Oyster (Pinctada fucata) Extract Using Reaction Flavoring)

  • The optimal substrates and reaction flavoring conditions were examined to develop pearl oyster extract (POE) flavor using the Maillard reaction under a model system. The sugar for the Maillard reaction was glucose, and the amino acid was cysteine, with glycine as the reaction substrate. A three-dimensional response surface method was used to monitor the dynamic changes of the substrates during the Maillard reaction. To enhance the flavor of POE, a two-step enzymatic hydrolysate (Brix $20^{\circ}$) was reacted with the precursors (1:1, v/v). A 2:1:1 mixture of 0.4 M glucose:0.4 M glycine:0.4 M cysteine (v/v) was selected as a suitable reaction system for the reappearance of baked potato odor and boiled meat odor, and masking the shellfish odor. The two-step enzymatic hydrolysate and selected precursors were reacted in a high-pressure reactor to optimize the reaction parameters. The optimum conditions were 150 minutes at $120\;^{\circ}C$ and pH 7.0. The pH was the most critical factor for the response of the baked potato odor and masking the shellfish odor, while the reaction time affected the reappearance of the boiled meat odor.

공기주입방식을 통한 쓰레기 안정화의 현장적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Stabilization of Landfill by Air Ventilation in Field)

  • 본 연구에서는 매립 폐기물 분해와 사전안정화를 위한 최적 산소 전달 방식을 평가하기 위하여 대상 매립지와 모형매립조 실험을 수행하였다. 매립년한이 오래된 매립지의 경우 낮은 유기물 함량으로 인해 저압/저유량의 연속 공기 주입방식이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 공기 주입 및 매립가스 추출은 유기물의 생분해 보다 매립지 내부의 공기 치환에 의한 SVE (Soil Vapor Extraction)효과가 보다 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 매립지의 공기주입 방식은 매립지의 조기안정화뿐만 아니라 매립지 굴착, 선별 및 이송시 발생될 수 있는 가스 문제를 사전에 저감할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Hydrogenated Lecithin 과 Co-emulsifier를 사용한 Nano-some의 제조 메커니즘과 Kojic Acid 및 Kojic Dipalmitate의 캡슐화 방법 (The Manufacturing Mechanism of Nano-some and Method of Capsulation of Kojic Acid and Kojic Dipalmitate with Hydrogenated Lecithin and Co-emulsifiers)

  • We investigated the property of formation of mono-vesicle(designated nano-some) with using of the combined co-emulsifiers and phospholipid. Nano-some was prepared with hydrogenated lecithin(HL) and diethanolamine cetyl phosphate(DEA-CP) by swelling reaction. Kojic acid and kojic dipalmitate could be made stabilization by nano-some system using microfluidizer(MF). Nano-some has a good affinity to skin by means of this system. The composition was compounded by 2% of hydrogenated lecithin (phosphatidyl choline contained with 75%, 0.5% of DEA-CP and 0.5% of diglyceryl dioleate (DGDO). To make nano-some, several conditions of MF have to be considered as follows. The optimum pH was 6.0. The pressure was 10,000psi and passage temperature was at $306^{\circ}C$. The nano-some base was passed to homogenize continually 3 times through MF. The Particle size distributions of the vesicles were with in $57{\sim}75.7nm$(mean 66nm) by measuring the Zetasizer-3000. Zeta potential of vesicles with 3 times passage through MF was -24.8mV. Formations for nano-some vesicle certificated photograph by scanning electric magnification (SEM). Stability of nano-some was very good for 6months. The turbidity was very good transparency compared nano-some with liposome. It was formed the mono vesicle in the opposite direction to be formed the multi-lamellar vesicle of liposome.

Influence of Milk Co-precipitates on the Quality of Restructured Buffalo Meat Blocks

  • Restructuring had made it possible to utilize lower value cuts and meat trimmings from spent animals by providing convenience in product preparation besides enhancing tenderness, palatability and value. Milk co-precipitates (MCP) have been reported to improve the nutritional and functional properties of certain meat products. This study was undertaken to evaluate the influence of incorporation of milk co-precipitates at four different levels viz. 0, 10, 15 and 20% on the quality of restructured buffalo meat blocks. Low-calcium milk co-precipitates were prepared from skim milk by heat and salt coagulation of milk proteins. Meat chunks were mixed with the curing ingredients and chilled water in a Hobart mixer for 5 minutes, followed by addition of milk co-precipitates along with condiments and spice mix and again mixed for 5 minutes. Treated chunks were stuffed in aluminium moulds and cooked in steam without pressure for 1.5 h. After cooking, treated meat blocks were compared for different physico-chemical and sensory attributes. Meat blocks incorporated with 10% MCP were significantly better (p<0.05) than those incorporated with 0, 15 and 20% MCP in cooking yield, percent shrinkage and moisture retention. Sensory scores were also marginally higher for meat blocks incorporated with 10% MCP than product incorporated with 15 and 20% MCP, besides being significantly higher than control. On the basis of above results 10% MCP was considered optimum for the preparation of restructured buffalo meat blocks. Instrumental texture profile analysis revealed that meat blocks incorporated with 10% MCP were significantly better (p<0.05) in hardness/ firmness than control although, no significant (p>0.05) differences were observed in cohesiveness, springiness, gumminess and chewiness of both type of samples.
