우리나라 MICE 뷰로의 글로벌 활성화 방안 연구 (A study on Global facilitation of the Korea's MICE bureau)

  • Korea is leading in G20 summit beginning in 2011 and the 19th United Nations World Tourism Organization(UNWTO) to attract international conferences and meetings. The interests on MICE have been increasing. The MICE, from the mid-l990s, was launched in Singapore in terms of the convention industry leader in Asia, stands for corporate a generic term of Meeting, tourism award Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition. The MICE has been showing many good results as a golden industry such that no pollution has occurred and the effect is very large invisible value can be created because most of the participants in international conference are opinion leaders in each country and they can be Korea brand promoters in their home country after attending the conference and returning to. Korea has been ranked at the world's 11th most-popular destination for international business meetings, confirming its world-class reputation for business events. Korea cities also featured highly on the list. Seoul was ranked seventh globally, while Busan jumped to sixth in Asia and Jeju came in at number eight. Changwon, Daegu, Daejeon, Gyeongju and Gwangju also made their debuts on the Asian list. Consequently, the economic & political effects of MICE industry were investigated and accordingly the revitalization of the global MICE bureau was discussed.

치과의료기관 내원환자의 부정적 입소문 전파에 관한 연구 (A study on the effect of negative word-of-mouth of dental clinic patients)

  • This study was done to investigate the negative word-of-mouth style and effect of communication with negative word-of-mouth from dental clinic patients. Data were collected from 223 dental clinic patients living in Seoul and GyeongGi-Do. The study was collected from October 15th to October 29th, 2007 with self-recording questionnaires. The results of this study were as follows. First of all, in the characteristic of relationships category, subject who were negative word-of-mouth was more 'persuader person' than others. The results showed that the general characteristics of subjects was effective factor of word-of-mouth. Secondly, the behavior scale which was based of negative word-of-mouth was not suitable of the satisfaction of dental clinic service. This results meant the low satisfaction of dental services haven't relation with negative word-of-mouth. Thirdly, 33% of people who have complaints spread negative word-of-mouth. Finally, the main reason of dissatisfaction was long-waiting time for dental clinic service. The results showed the adjustment of dental clinic system and staffs service will prevent negative word-of-mouth spread.

남당 한원진의 김창협 지각론 비판 (Han Wonjin's Criticism of Kim Changhyup's Theory of Jigak)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 18세기 호학(湖學)의 종장이었던 남당 한원진의 김창협 지각론에 대한 비판을 구체적으로 분석해 보는 것이다. 당시 호락논쟁에서 지각과 관련된 논쟁을 주도했던 인물은 김창협이었고, 따라서 당시의 지각 담론은 대체로 그에 대한 찬반 논의로 전개되는 양상이었다. 낙학(洛學)와 대립한 한원진에게 농암설을 성공적으로 반박하는 것은 호학(湖學)의 학파적 입장을 정립함에 있어 주요한 사안이었다. 쟁점은 주로 지각의 연원에 관한 문제, 혹은 지(智)와 지각(知覺)의 관계에 관한 문제였다. 김창협은 지(智)와 지각(知覺)가 본질상 별개의 범주에 속하며 양자 간에 체용(體用)의 관계가 성립하지 않는다고 본다. 그는 지(智)와 지각(知覺)의 관계를 실현되어야 할 '도(道)'와 그것을 실현해야 할 '기(器)'의 관계, 또는 객체(所)와 주체(能)의 관계로만 보는 입장을 정식화한다. 나아가 김창협은 심(心)의 지각활동이 본성과 직결된 것이 아니며 그로부터 비롯되는 것도 아니라고 주장하여 심(心)의 독자성을 강조한다. 한원진은 그러한 김창협의 구도가 성(性)과 심(心)을 분리하며 궁극적으로 본성이 아니라 마음을 본체로 삼는 오류에 빠질 수 있음을 경계한다. 그는 심(心)의 지각활동이 본성이라는 절대적 근거가 없이 이루어진다면, 결국 지각은 자의적으로 대상과 관계맺는 맹목적인 인지활동에 지나지 않게 된다고 본다. 만약 본성에 근거하지 않더라도 지각이 도덕적 성격을 띠게 된다고 가정할 경우, 이는 본성이 아니라 마음 자체에 도덕의 근거가 내재한다는 얘기가 되므로 결국 본체를 성(性)과 심(心) 둘로 나누는 셈이 되고 만다. 한원진에 따르면 인간의 지각이란 도덕본성에 근거하여 이루어지는 활동이어야 한다. 그렇게 볼 때 김창협이 도덕실현의 주체로서 지각의 역할을 강조하는 입장이라면, 한원진의 경우 도덕실현을 가능케 하는 본원으로서 지(智)의 위상을 중시하는 입장에 선다.

  • 인터넷을 중심으로 한 정보기술의 급격한 발전은 정보화 사회로의 패러다임 전환을 가져오면서 사회적 여론을 형성하는 과정에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 따라 디지털 매체를 활용하여 온라인에서 정보를 생성하고 유통하며 사회적 합의에 이르는 정보처리 매커니즘의 변화에 대한 연구의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 정보처리 과정의 고찰을 통하여 사회적 합의도출 및 제도화의 프로세스 모델을 도출하고 인터넷 매체에서의 정보처리 특성을 분석하였다. 정보처리 매커니즘의 변화를 분석하기 위하여 사회적 맥락 속에서 집단적 행동을 분석하는 질적 연구방법인 인류학적 접근법(ethnographic approach)을 적용하여 2가지 사례를 관찰 분석하였다. 사회적 컨센서스 형성과정은 사회적 의제의 제기, 여론 활동에서의 선택적 반영, 의제의 수용과 확산, 공론화와 사회적 합의, 제도화와 피드백이라는 5가지 단계로 구성되어진다. 인터넷 매체에서의 정보처리 특성은 사건에의 능동적 반응, 오피니언 리더의 역할 전이, 발의와 분석의 탄력성, 높은 확장성, 합의도출에의 적합성, 제도화와 상호작용 등 6가지로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 사회구성원의 정보를 공유하고 사회적 여론을 이끄는 과정을 설명하는 모텔을 제시함으로써 정보처리 구조를 사회적 네트워크 관점에서 고찰할 수 있는 이론적 기반을 마련하였다. 또한 그리고 인터넷 매체의 사회적 효용을 사회적 정보처리라는 새로운 기준으로 분석하여 정치, 커뮤니케이션 경영분야에서의 미디어 활용 및 의사결정의 합리성 제고에 기여할 것으로 보인다.

마켓메이븐이 신제품의 구전의도에 미치는 조절효과에 관한 연구 (The Moderate Effect of Market Maven to Intention of Word of Mouth on New Product)

  • 본 연구는 신제품의 출시가 범람하는 시장환경 속에서 기존의 전통적인 대중매체를 이용한 마케팅 커뮤니케이션과 다르게 진화하는 구전커뮤니케이션을 설명하기 위한 것이다. 디지털디바이스를 이용한 인터넷 사용이 일반화되면서 블로그, 인터넷카페 등에서 다양한 커뮤니케이션이 활성화되고 있다. 동시에 마켓메이븐을 커뮤니케이션의 촉진자로 활용하는 현상이 증대하고 있다. 기업은 불확실성이 높은 신제품 확산을 촉진하기 위해 새로운 시각에서 커뮤니케이터를 고려할 필요가 있고, 커뮤니케이터로써 마켓메이븐은 마케팅활동에 좀 더 의미가 있을 것으로 보인다. 이에 따라 마켓메이븐이 혁신적인 제품의 구전과정에 영향을 미치는지 조절효과를 통해 살펴보고자한다. 실증연구 결과 제품의 지각된 혁신성과 제품에 대한 지각된 호기심은 제품의 구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이러한 과정에서 마켓메이븐이 미치는 조절효과가 나타났다.

농촌마을개발사업의 전개와 주민참여에 관한 연구 -산청 남사 젼통테마마을을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Residents' Participation in the Development Process of Rural Village - Focused on the Namsa Traditional Theme Village -)

  • After the 2000's, the rural village development projects are designated as participatory rural village development programs and projects. The purpose of this study is to draw a scheme to facilitate resident's participation in rural village development project by exploring the factors influencing resident's participation. For this, in Namsa rural theme village in Dansung-myon, Sanchung-gun, Kyongnam Province, the data were collected through field surveys and interviews residents residing in this village. In addition, observations studies and an opinion survey of the persons concerned in the presentation meetings were also conducted. I investigated and analysed the activation factors and the characteristics of residents' participation, and amenity resources which were essential for community planning including the planning-establishment, theme-searching and development of experience program. Through this study, I drew findings as follows; 1) The leader's leadership and residents' positive participation are very important activation factors in the first stage of rural viability. 2) And then, the external support and concern, the establishment of short-and long-term community planning, and the rural-income increase through the development of amenity resources play important roles as activation factors in the successive stage of rural viability. Based on the results of this study, the following recommendations were made. In order to improve the level of resident's participation in rural village development programs and projects, it is necessary to evaluate their successes, failure, barriers and the positive correlation between their success more delicately. In addition to this, it must be suggested the better model for participatory rural village development programs for the further enhancement and improvement of rural village development projects.

지역마케팅 콘텐츠의 사용자 반응패턴과 품질특성에 관한 탐색적 분석: 지방자치단체가 운영하는 SNS를 중심으로 (An Exploratory Analysis on the User Response Pattern and Quality Characteristics of Marketing Contents in the SNS of Regional Government)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to explore the pattern of user response and it's duration time through social media content response analysis. We also analyze the characteristics of content quality factors which are associate with the user response pattern. The analysis results will provide some implications to develop strategies and schematic plans for the operator of regional marketing on the SNS. Design/methodology/approach This study used mixed methods to verify the effects and responses of social media contents on the users who have concerns about regional events such as local festival, cultural events, and city tours etc. Big data analysis was conducted with the quantitative data from regional government SNSs. The data was collected through web crawling in order to analyze the social media contents. We especially analyzed the contents duration time and peak level time. This study also analyzed the characteristics of contents quality factors using expert evaluation data on the social media contents. Finally, we verify the relationship between the contents quality factors and user response types by cross correlation analysis. Findings According to the big data analysis, we could find some content life cycle which can be explained through empirical distribution with peak time pattern and left skewed long tail. The user response patterns are dependent on time and contents quality. In addition, this study confirms that the level of quality of social media content is closely relate to user interaction and response pattern. As a result of the contents response pattern analysis, it is necessary to develop high quality contents design strategy and content posting and propagation tactics. The SNS operators need to develop high quality contents using rich-media technology and active response contents that induce opinion leader on the SNS.

주거복지 전달체계에서 커뮤니티의 역할에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Role of Community in Supply System of Housing Welfare Service)

  • 주택정책의 패러다임이 주택공급에서 주거복지로 빠르게 전화됨에 따라 주택물량 확대 정책에서 맞춤형 주거복지정책으로 개편이 필요하여 '주거기본법'이 새로이 제정되었다. 법에서는 주거복지 전달체계에서 주거복지센터의 역할을 규정하였으나, 현재의 주거복지센터로는 숫자나 인력 면에서 그 역할을 담당하기 어렵다. 따라서 주거복지 전달체계의 바람직한 모델은 지역에서 주거복지 수요를 발굴하여 지자체나 인근 주거복지센터 및 관련된 지역 민간기관 등으로 연계하여 주거복지 서비스를 제공받도록 하는 방안이 효율적인 모델로 보인다. 이렇게 하기 위해서는 지역별 커뮤니티를 구축하여 지역 공동체 활성화를 추구함과 동시에 주거복지 서비스 수요를 발굴하는 방안으로 나가는 방향이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 한계는 있지만 이론 및 기존의 연구에 근거하여 주거복지 전달체계에서 커뮤니티의 역할에 대하여 제안한 탐색적 연구이며, 기존에는 없던 연구의 시도라는데 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

일개 도농 복합지역의 건강한 도시계획 개발 사례 (A Development Case on the Healthy Urban Planning in a Urbanrural Complex Area)

  • Purpose: In spite of many Healthy Cities projects in Korea, there are few research about healthy urban planning. So we tried to use available recent models to a Healthy Cities project in a medium sized city in Gyeongnam province. Methods: Using mainly European Healthy Urban Planning Model and opinion leader survey, SWOT analysis, forum and discussion have been done to a city. Secondary city health indicator obtained from Ministry of Statistics. Results: There are strong need to develop health industry, green traffic and healthy living from survey using Healthy Cities policy direction of Korean Health Promotion Fund. Among the Healthy Urban Planning objectives, improvements of physical environments, prevention of accidents and crime, improvements of healthy esthetics rated highly. Although environmental pollution was problem local government push forward to the pilot healthy urban project as active healthy water-front development. Considering secondary healthy city indicators, change of external forces and internal capacity final task for healthy urban planning for Yangsan city were development of riverside physical education park and active living and anti-ageing environments etc. Conclusions: Comprehensive assessment and plan was possible through MAPP Model using European Healthy Urban Planning objectives to draw the direction of future urban planning for Healthy Cities Projects. Further research and formal introduction would be needed.

영화예술에 나타난 의상이 유행에 미친영향 - Edith Head의 영화 의상을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Cinema Costumes on Fashion -Based onEdith Head's Work-)

  • Cinema costume can stimulate the public to synchronize with and replicate what they see in the movies. Especially when the public thinks the stars in the movies . Especially when the public thinks the stars in the movies are beautiful or dramatic the styles of cinema costumes powerfully affect them. Thus cinema costume designers quickey become fashion designers. Edith Head who strongly believed cinema costumes to be an effective means of portraying the Character's personality and psychological make-up was an innovative designer whose costumes manifested this belief. She enhanced the character's individual image and distinction for the public through her artistic design in costumes. She adapted a realistic approach but her costumes invariably produced aesthetic ef-fects. Since the Academy Awards added the category of costume design she led the field with 35 nominations and eight oscars during 33 years of her productive work. Edith head was a dominant figure in costume design; her creations were highly renowned as an art form while they gained popularity. The purpose of this study was to reveal the ef-fects of Edith Head's cinema costume designs on fashion. This study was also to emphasize the powerful influence on ashion of cinema costume and cinema costume designers in general. The study was done through literature movies for which she created costumes fashion magazines and Edith Head's original sketches. The influence of Edith Head's costume de-sign on fashion is as follows: 1. She introduced and lead the casual fashion in the 1950's combining simplicity and sophistication. 2. She altered uniforms and reconstructed public clothing for multiple functions. 3. She rearranged high school prom dresses through the movie 'A Place in the Sun" to en-hance characteristic of each gender and the Dandy Look of the 1930's into men's apparel in the 1970's through the movie "The Sting" 4. She expanded the traditional style in the 1940's and became a leader in ecological style. 5. She adapted glitter from astronaut's ap-parel into public clothing. 6. She resturctured Sabrina Pants in the 1960's to accentuate the individuals strength by overcoming one's weakness without minimi-zing it's aesthetic appeal and reintroduced the pants in the 1990's. 7. She introduced elegant negligees to gen-eral public and maintained it in the public do-main. As it is revealed Edith Head's costume de-sign not only impacted the field of fashion dur-ing her time but also is presently influencing modern fashion throughout the world as it is witnessed by repeated reintroduction of her fashion styles. Reviewing her cinema costumes it is concluded that cinema costumes it is concluded that cinema costumes powerfully af-fect the public through a visual channel more than any other routes. Cinema costumes can become the origin of fashion by stimulating the public to synchronize with and replicate what they see in the movies. Since cinema costumes can launch fashion trend it requires further research. Based on what is revealed in this study. it would be beneficial to examine how cinema costumes affect people socially and culturally and how they could provide resources for re-search in fashion trends. It is also the writers opinion that there should be more designers such as Edith head who could lead the field of costume design into the twenty-first century.
