In the era of the 4-th industrial revolution, the concept of smart factory is emerging. There are efforts to predict the occurrences of facility errors which have negative effects on the utilization and productivity by using data analysis. Data composed of the situation of a facility error and the type of the error, called the facility error log, is required for the prediction. However, in many manufacturing companies, the types of facility error are not precisely defined and categorized. The worker who operates the facilities writes the type of facility error in the form with unstructured text based on his or her empirical judgement. That makes it impossible to analyze data. Therefore, this paper proposes a framework for constructing a phrase network to support the identification and classification of facility error types by using facility error logs written by operators. Specifically, phrase indicating the types are extracted from text data by using dictionary which classifies terms by their usage. Then, a phrase network is constructed by calculating the similarity between the extracted phrase. The performance of the proposed method was evaluated by using real-world facility error logs. It is expected that the proposed method will contribute to the accurate identification of error types and to the prediction of facility errors.

Various types of robots running on power transmission lines have been developed for the purpose of line patrol monitoring. They usually have complex mechanism to run and avoid obstacles on the power line, but nevertheless did not show satisfactory performance for going over the obstacles. Moreover, they were so heavy that they could not be easily installed on the lines. To compensate these problems, flying robots have been developed and recently, multi-copter drones with flight stability have been used in the electric power industry. The drones could be remotely controlled by human operators to monitor power distribution lines. In the case of transmission line patrol, however, transmission towers are huge and their spans are very long, and thus, it is very difficult for the pilot to control the patrol drones with the naked eye from a long distance away. This means that the risk of a drone crash onto electric power facilities always resides. In addition, there exists another danger of electromagnetic interference with the drones on autopilot waypoint tracking under ultra-high voltage environments. This paper presents a patrol monitoring plan of autopilot drones for power transmission lines and its field tests. First, the magnetic field effect on an autopilot patrol drone is investigated. Then, how to build the flight path to avoid the magnetic interference is proposed and our autopilot drone system is introduced. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed patrol plan is confirmed through its field test results in the 154 kV, 345 kV and 765 kV transmission lines in Chungcheongnam-do.
Purpose. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effects of image matching experience of operators on the accuracy and working time of image registration between radiographic and optical scan images. Materials and methods. Computed tomography and optical scan of a dentate dental arch were obtained. Image matching between the computed tomography and the optical scan (IDC S1, Amann Girrbach, Koblah, Austria) was performed using the point-based automatic registration method in planning software programs (Implant Studio, 3Shape, Copenhagen, Denmark) using two different experience conditions on image registration: experienced group and inexperienced group (n = 15 per group, N = 30). The accuracy of image registration in each group was evaluated by measuring linear discrepancies between matched images, and working time was recorded. Independent t test was used to statistically analyze the result data (α = .05). Results. In the linear deviation, no statistically significant difference was found between the experienced and inexperienced groups. Meanwhile, the working time for image registration was significantly shorter in the experienced group than in the inexperienced group (P = .007). Conclusion. Difference in the image matching experience may not influence the accuracy of image registration of optical scan to computed tomography when the point-based automatic registration was used, but affect the working time for the image registration.
Issues have arisen over the monopoly of housing sales guarantees by the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation. If the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport appoints an additional guarantee institution, there is concern that the property protection between the two parties is insufficient due to excessive competition and the weakening of urban regeneration resources. It argues that housing supply policies for stabilization of the housing market can be smoothly implemented through monopoly projects. This is judged to be an abuse of market dominant position under the Fair Trade Act, and excessive restrictions on pre-sale guarantee requirements may cause delays in business and infringement of property rights of members. First, the establishment of a designation system for market dominant operators of the Fair Trade Commission enables new entry of private guarantee institutions. Second, it is necessary to improve regulations under Article 63 of the Fair Trade Act (consultation on the establishment of laws restricting competition, etc.). Third, through the establishment of the 「Rules on Housing Supply」 under Article 15 (2), the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport can additionally designate a guarantee institution, thereby guaranteeing the right to select a pre-sale guarantee for the business entity. In addition, it is expected that at least one of a number of guarantee insurance companies can be designated to improve the efficiency of the distribution of social benefits, thereby lowering the volatility of housing prices. Listen and suggest.

The purpose of this study is to provide an environment that can support the development of the virtual asset industry. The limiting factors and countermeasures currently possessed by the virtual asset industry were considered in terms of legal and institutional aspects, technical aspects, and market aspects.Small businesses classified as virtual asset operators have difficulty meeting the government's requirements.Accordingly, SMEs with insufficient funds and manpower are withdrawn from the market, creating an environment where only large-scale enterprises with capital power survive. It is difficult to develop desirable technologies and markets in the virtual asset technology industry. In addition, small and medium-sized companies may be expelled from the market, causing damage to current users. Therefore, in terms of legal and institutional aspects, there is a lack of an exact scope of virtual asset providers, and thus it is necessary to respond to the controversial elements of virtual asset providers. In terms of technology, it is necessary to cope with the slowdown of the P2P method, the difficulty in recovering errors, and the absence of operational experts. Therefore, technology standardization and stabilization are required, and efforts must be made to cultivate operational technical personnel who can support them.In terms of the market, it is necessary to prepare measures to protect users of virtual assets and to establish countermeasures for companies operating virtual assets against weak user protection, inadequate application of the AML method, and limitations of taxation. This study is expected to contribute to active utilization support or related policies in the virtual asset industry.
We introduce the application that automatically makes several images stored in user's device into one video by using the different climax patterns appearing for each film genre. For the classification of the genre characteristics of movies, a climax pattern model style was created by analyzing the genre of domestic movie drama, action, horror and foreign movie drama, action, and horror. The climax pattern was characterized by the change in shot size, the length of the shot, and the frequency of insert use in a specific scene part of the movie, and the result was visualized. The model visualized by genre developed as a template using Firebase DB. Images stored in the user's device were selected and matched with the climax pattern model developed as a template for each genre. Although it is a short video, it is a feature of the proposed application that it can create an emotional story video that reflects the characteristics of the genre. Recently, platform operators such as YouTube and Naver are upgrading applications that automatically generate video using a picture or video taken by the user directly with a smartphone. However, applications that have genre characteristics like movies or include video-generation technology to show stories are still insufficient. It is predicted that the proposed automatic video editing has the potential to develop into a video editing application capable of transmitting emotions.

This research proposes a methodology to evaluate the rationality of passengers' route choice who make trips within Seoul metropolitan subway based on smart card data. The rationality of user route choice is divided into the degree of determinacy and similarity concepts as basic principle. Determinacy is the degree to which the route selected by the passenger is identical to the system optimal path. Similarity indicates the degree to which the route is similar to the system optimal path. The K-path search method is used for path enumeration, which allows for measurement of determinacy. To assess determinacy within similarity, transfer tag data of private operators is used. Consequently, the concept of similarity applied to the model is such that the passenger's path choice is identical to the path taken using the tag reader. Results show that the determinacy of appearance of the shortest path (K=1) is 90.4%, while the similarity of appearance as K=(2-10) is 7.9%, summing to 98.3%. This indicates that trips on the metropolitan subway network are being rationally explained. 1.7% of irrational trips are attributed to the unexplainable error term that occurs due to the diversity of passengers.
Even in an era where 8-meter class telescopes are common, small telescopes are considered very valuable research facilities since they are available for rapid follow-up or long term monitoring observations. To maximize the usefulness of small telescopes in Korea, we established the SomangNet, a network of 0.4-1.0 m class optical telescopes operated by Korean institutions, in 2020. Here, we give an overview of the project, describing the current participating telescopes, its scientific scope and operation mode, and the prospects for future activities. SomangNet currently includes 10 telescopes that are located in Australia, USA, and Chile as well as in Korea. The operation of many of these telescopes currently relies on operators, and we plan to upgrade them for remote or robotic operation. The latest SomangNet science projects include monitoring and follow-up observational studies of galaxies, supernovae, active galactic nuclei, symbiotic stars, solar system objects, neutrino/gravitational-wave sources, and exoplanets.

The purpose of this study was to present a method for the application of drones through analysis after surveying Jeollanam-do firefighters regarding the recognition, operation, field of application, necessary field of work, and the need for education on fire drones. As a result of the survey, 80.29% of respondents were found to be willing to operate drones, and the fields of work for which drones were considered the most necessary were in the order of rescue, fire suppression, life safety, first aid, and others. Besides, 77.38% of respondents thought that drones could contribute to the prevention of safety accidents for firefighters, and 70.13% of respondents thought that it would be appropriate to recruit firefighting drone operators through changing positions, and respondents chose firefighters in their 40s as the most suitable age group for firefighting drone operation. Also, 82.84% of respondents said they would participate in drone training, and they recognized that the use of drones could contribute to solving the physical problems caused by the aging of firefighters, and that drone training would also help firefighters manage their retirement. The fields where firefighting drones are used were investigated in the order of searching for requestors, checking on-site information, and checking on-site prior risk. In this study, a difference analysis for each group was performed according to the drone operation experience. There was a statistically significant difference in the items of safety measures for requestors. The results of variance analysis by work experience confirmed that there were statistically significant differences in a total of eight items, including four items related to the field of use of drones, and the age group of the drone operating crew, and whether or not to help retirement management.
A Collective intelligence as a means of creation of new knowledge is a keyword in the internet era. However, all parts of the collective intelligence is not useful. This paper examined the process of scattered historical data restoration by use of collective intelligence. and conditions for effective restoration. A restoration of historical data is the basis of research and uncovering the historical facts. In the past, some passionate researchers restored the historical data. However, its progress was slow and the amount of the restored data was not much. Moreover, the restoration itself was not easy even to verify the results. The internet made a number of researchers and the general public collaborate for restoration of historical data. Due to the collective intelligence of the internet, a possibility of historical data restoration increased. This paper examined the restoration process of the military examination roster(武科及第者) in Korean Historical Figures DB(韓國歷代人物綜合情報). The passionate users took part in the restoration in such a way to donate the old documents and inform the location of originals and articles of military examination. The results of the restoration were reliable. And this paper confirmed that passionate participants, competent and professional operators, and reliable focal point(Internet Community) should be added in order to more accurately restore the data.
