Skeleton 정보와 LSTM을 이용한 작업자 동작인식 (Motion Recognition of Workers using Skeleton and LSTM)

  • In the manufacturing environment, research to minimize robot collisions with human beings have been widespread, but in order to interact with robots, it is important to precisely recognize and predict human actions. In this research, after enhancing performance by applying group normalization to the Hourglass model to detect the operator motion, the skeleton was estimated and data were created using this model. And then, three types of operator's movements were recognized using LSTM. As results of the experiment, the accuracy was enhanced by 1% using group normalization, and the recognition accuracy was 99.6%.

한국공군 운영 항공기 부품 검사/교환주기 변경 - 예방정비 대책 품질개선의 일환으로 - (The Change of Inspection&Replacement Period for ROKAF's Operating Aircraft Parts)

  • This paper deals with a procedure of changing the current inspection & replacement periods for ROKAF aircraft parts. ROKAF is mostly operating aircraft of foreign makes, and takes maintenance actions according to Technical Orders(TO.) published by foreign aircraft manufacturers. Therefore ROKAF inspects and replaces specific parts at the time noticed from T.O.. These inspection and replacement periods are determined by manufacturers according to the standard operating environment and parts' durability. But the standard operating environment Is different from operator's environment. Because of this difference, the inspection and replacement periods have to be changed according to operators' operation environment. It is resonable that the manufacturer, having design materials and life test data of parts, changes those periods together with materials of operators' operation environment. But we have many difficulties in obtaining the design materials and life test data. Then this paper proposes a procedure of changing the periods of aircraft's parts with life data obtained during operating aircraft. For the reliability analysis, a software of RELEST (Reliability Estimation Version 1.0) is used.

모바일 작업을 위한 수정된 GOMS-model에 대한 연구 (Modified GOMS-Model for Mobile Computing)

  • GOMS model is a cognitive modeling method of human performance based on Goal, Operators, Methods, Selection rules. GOMS model was originally designed for desktop environment so that it is difficult for GOMS model to be implemented into the mobile environment. In addition, GOMS model would be inaccurate because the original GOMS model was based on serial processing, excluding one of most important human information processing characteristics, parallel processing. Therefore this study was designed to propose a modified GOMS model including mobile computing and parallel processing. In order to encompass mobile environment, an operator of 'look for' was divided into 'visual move to' and 'recognize' whereas 'point to' and 'click' were combined into 'tab.' The results showed that newly introduced operators were necessary to estimate more accurate mobile computing behaviors. In conclusion, modified-GOMS model could predict human performance more accurately than the original GOMS model in the mobile computing environment.

뇌혈관 중재적 시술에서 차폐체를 이용한 시술자의 피폭선량과 화질에 관한 연구 (Study on Exposure Dose and Image Quality of Operator Using Shielding Material in Neuro Interventional Radiology)

  • 중재적 시술은 매우 낮은 관전류를 사용함에도 불구하고 장시간 방사선 피폭으로 인해 시술자뿐만 아니라 환자의 방사선 노출에 의한 위험도가 크다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 뇌혈관 중재적 시술 시 시술자가 받는 선량을 측정하고 의료 방사선으로부터의 노출을 효율적으로 차단할 수 있는 차폐물질과 차폐방식을 찾아 시술자가 받는 피폭선량을 화질에 영향을 미치지 않는 범위 내에서 최소화 할 수 있는 방법을 찾는 것이다. 결과적으로, Nano Tungsten 물질로 새롭게 고안한 차폐방식을 사용하였을 때 시술자 측에서 평균 7.95% 선량이 감소되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 본 연구에서 고안한 차폐체를 사용하였을 때 PSNR의 결과는 38.44 dB로 측정되었으며 이는 Nano Tungsten이 영상의 화질에 큰 영향을 끼치지 않는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로, Nano Tungsten 차폐물질은 화질에 영향을 미치지 않는 범위 내에서 시술자뿐만 아니라 환자의 선량을 상당히 줄일 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 위의 물질을 사용할 경우 최근 차폐물질의 이슈로 부각되고 있는 인체 및 환경의 유해성 및 경제성에 관련한 문제점들을 해결할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Noise map is drawn up under launch environment through analyzing jet noise of guided weapon in this research. This has an important significance in terms of having an opportunity to look at influence of noise which is caused by guided weapon in the surrounding environment. In this paper, the magnitude of jet noise that was measured by using microphone and the result of numerical analysis that was gained by using ENPro which is environment noise prediction program are shown. At this point estimation of noise source was based on ISO 9613. Finally noise map derived from results mentioned above will become useful material when setting safety guide for protecting hearing loss of operator of weapon system in the future.

선박교통관제에 관한 법률에 대한 비판적 고찰 (A Critical Review of the Act on Vessel Traffic Services)

  • 선박교통관제는 선박의 안전 및 사고 예방을 위한 제도이다. 국제해사기구, 국제항로표지협회는 일찍부터 선박교통관제와 관련된 규정을 제정해 오고 있었다. 우리나라는 2019년 12월 03일에 선박교통관제에 관하여 「선박교통관제에 관한 법률」이라는 단행법을 제정하였고, 2020년 6월 4일부터 시행될 예정이다. 본 논문에서는 「선박교통관제에 법률」의 제정배경을 살펴보고, 해당 법률 조항들을 비판적으로 검토하였다. 특히 선박관제사의 면책규정이 삭제된 연유를 집중적으로 검토하여 타당성 측면에서 동 법률의 개선방향을 제시하였다. 선박교통관제에 관한 단행법이 없는 대부분의 국가에서 우리나라의 법률을 참고할 수도 있다. 그러므로 「선박교통관제에 관한 법률」의 구성과 정의 부분 등에 대한 보완이 필요하다. 더불어 최초 법안 발의 시에 포함되었다가 입법과정에서 삭제된 선박관제사의 면책규정은 향후 법률 개정에서 재 반영되어야 한다.

전산화된 작업환경에서 인간의 오류성향에 관한 기초연구 (A basic study on human error proneness in computerized work environment)

  • This study was performed to investigate some characteristics on human error proneness in the computerized work environment. Our concerning theme was on human error likelihood according to personal temperament. Two experiments were performed. The first experiment was to study the effect of field- independence/dependence on error likelihood. The second experiment was on error proneness. These experiments were performed in information search task. which was most frequent task in computerized work environment such as the control room of nuclear power plant. Ten subjects were participated in this study. Analyzed results are as follows. Field-independence/dependence had a significant effect in both information search time and error frequency. Error proneness had a significant effect in both factors, too. And, a positive correlation was found between error frequency and information search time. These results will be utilized as a basis to study operator's error proneness in the computerized control room of nuclear power plant. later on.

  • This paper presents a haptic rendering algorithm in the case that the virtual environment elastically deforms in response to the force applied by a user with a virtual tool. Considering friction, elasticity, multiple contacts and dynamics of the virtual object, this algorithm lets the operator have the feel of interactions in the virtual environment as close as to the reality. Based on the proposed algorithm several experiments are conducted and its effectiveness is confirmed.

  • A correctly designed bridge offers improved operational safety in terms of increased vigilance, flexibility of operation, precision of control and operator's situational awareness. According1y to design human centered bridge, the consideration shall be given to the man-machine interface, location and interrelation of workstation, configuration of console, windows. field of vision and bridge working environment. The state-of-the-art suits for one-man operation by integration of conning information and central information presentation. Further, it is desirable to enable two man ship operation for emergency operations, training purposes and redundancy. In this point of view, this thesis would like to design a conceptual bridge.

다중작업 환경에서 좌절감의 정량적 측정방법 (Quantitative Measurement of Frustration for Multitasking Environment)

  • In recent years, studies about multitasking becomes more important. During multitasking, operators can feel frustration when they are interrupted during the task and frustration can affect operator's emotional state and performance. However there is no research on measuring the frustration quantitatively in multitasking environment. In this paper, we suggested quantitative measurement of frustration during multitasking. In order to measure the frustration, we made a mathematical representation with emotional decay model and the initial intensity of frustration based on cognitive closure theory. The amount of initial intensity could be represented as the ratio of actual remaining time to expected remaining time. By the experiment, we measured the frustration during the experiment and compared this values with values of frustration dimension of NASA-TLX. Finally we got the linear regression model with a good accuracy ($R^2=0.986$). This study contributes to measuring the emotion quantitatively by the relation of expected and actual remaining time in multitasking environment.
