냉각탑을 이용한 축열식 히트펌프시스템의 성능측정에 관한 연구 (A study on performance test of water heat storage type heat-pump system using cooling tower heat source)

  • Recent year, mean energy consumptions of a people are higher than other country. And international oil price became over 120 dollar. This energy environment as well as energy war. Maybe, the Meteorological Administration is going to enforce scorching heatwave special report system from that come summer. Besides, 2008 summer, maximum demand power is expected by 64,240,000kW. The electric power equipment reserve rate appeared in to keep 12.5% level. Chilled water storage system witch is one of electric load administration system. Heat pump system used cooling tower heat recovery is advantage that use is possible to summer in small a public bath building. In this paper, we suggest that heat pump system by heat recovery using cooling tower when it is heating operation of ambient air temperature. To apply cooling tower heat recovery heat pump to chilled water heat storage type and achieved performance evaluation about operation. As a result, performance of heat pump system that about 121% in cooling mode, 138% in heating mode higher than KEPCO standard. And heating operation possible to ambient air temperature about $23^{\circ}C$, which of appear cooling tower outlet temperature about $13^{\circ}C$.

열 사이클에 따른 고체산화물 연료전지의 기계적 및 전기적 특성 (Mechanical and Electrical Performance of Anode-Supported Solid Oxide Fuel Cells during Thermal Cyclic Operation)

  • Mechanical and electrical performance of anode-supported SOFC single cells were analyzed after thermal cyclic operation. The experiments of thermal cyclic cell-operation were carried out four times and performance of each cell was measured at different temperatures of 650, 700, and $750^{\circ}C$, respectively. As increasing the number of thermal cycle test, single cells showed poor I-V characteristics and lower 4-point bending strength. The anode polarization was also measured by AC-impedance analysis. The observation of the microstructure of the anodes in single cells proved that the average particle size of Ni decreased and the porosity of anode increased. It is thought that the thermal cycle caused the degradation of performance of single cells by reducing the density of three-phase boundary region.

  • The acceleration of neural networks has become an important topic in the field of computer vision. An accelerator is absolutely necessary for accelerating the lightweight model. Most accelerator-supported operators focused on direct convolution operations. If the accelerator does not provide GEMM operation, it is mostly replaced by CPU operation. In this paper, we proposed an optimization technique for 2-stage tiling-based GEMM routines on VTA. We improved performance of the matrix multiplication routine by maximizing the reusability of the input matrix and optimizing the operation pipelining. In addition, we applied the proposed technique to the DarkNet framework to check the performance improvement of the matrix multiplication routine. The proposed GEMM method showed a performance improvement of more than 2.4 times compared to the non-optimized GEMM method. The inference performance of our DarkNet framework has also improved by at least 2.3 times.

해군 고속상륙정(LSF-II)에 대한 성과기반군수지원(PBL) 적용 효과 분석 (An Analysis on the Effect of PBL(Performance Based Logistics) Application for ROK Navy Landing Ship Fast(LSF-II))

  • ROK Navy Landing Ship Fast(LSF-II) is equipped with special equipment that is not compatible with other combat ships due to special missions. So there are almost no maintenance capabilities except for simple repair parts replacement and maintenance parts. The researcher determined that the way to solve these problems was to apply Performance Based Logistics (PBL), and reviewed the cases of PBL applications abroad and domestically. To confirm the current maintenance capability, we visited LSF-II operation unit to identify maintenance capabilities for each mounted equipment, and interviews with operators and maintenance practitioners confirmed the limitations of outsourcing maintenance and the need to apply PBL. In order to analyze the effect of PBL application, the measure of effectiveness and measure of performance were selected based on the opinions of LSF-II operation/maintenance practitioners and PBL experts and the practical experience of this researcher. A survey was conducted on operation/maintenance practitioners and professional personnel. Based on the survey results, the effect of applying PBL was analyzed using the AHP technique, and an efficient PBL application plan was proposed for LSF-II.

플래시 저장장치 컨트롤러 시스템을 위한 동적 낸드 오퍼레이션 스케줄링 (Dynamic NAND Operation Scheduling for Flash Storage Controller Systems)

  • 낸드 플래시 메모리 기반 저장장치는 성능을 높이기 위하여 내부에 다수의 플래시 메모리가 공유하는 데이터 버스들을 구성하고, 이 구조를 이용하여 다수의 플래시 메모리 오퍼레이션을 동시에 수행하는 병렬 기법을 사용한다. 저장장치의 성능은 개별 데이터 버스의 성능에 의하여 많은 영향을 받기 때문에, 저장장치 컨트롤러가 오퍼레이션을 효과적으로 스케줄링 함으로써 버스의 성능을 높이는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 오퍼레이션 별로 상이한 동작시간과 버스사용 특성으로 인하여 시시각각 변화하는 버스의 상황은 스케줄링을 어렵게 만든다. 또한 단순히 버스 사용효율을 높이기 위한 스케줄링 기법은 예상하지 못한 오퍼레이션의 지연과 저장장치의 자원 낭비를 초래할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 버스의 성능과 저장장치의 자원 효율을 고려한 동적인 오퍼레이션 스케줄링 기법들을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법들은 오퍼레이션을 세 단계로 구분한 후 오퍼레이션의 특성과 데이터 버스의 상황에 따라 이들을 스케줄링 한다. 제안된 기법들을 컨트롤러에 적용하여 FPGA 플랫폼에서 검증한 결과, 제안된 기법을 적용한 컨트롤러는 정적인 스케줄링 기법을 사용하는 컨트롤러에 비하여 쓰기 오퍼레이션의 수가 1.9% 줄어들었으며 4-7% 높은 버스 사용효율과 4-19% 높은 처리량을 보였다.

  • Purpose of the 765kV trial operation conducted for the first time in our country are performance verification of domestic developed equipment(765kV M.Tr, GIS,etc) and extraction of problem in advance to commercial operation and cultivation of operation ability. The trial operation of 765kV substation was finished successfully under the positive supports of institutes. manufactures. and constructers. It is expected that extraction of problems in advance and accumulation of operation techniques through the trial operation of 765kV substation will be contributed largly to the realization of the without a hitch operation of 765kV system.

안경원을 대상으로 한 경영관리 특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Business Performance according to Management Characteristics at an Optical Store)

  • 목적: 안경원을 운영하는데 있어 경영전략, 정보관리, 마케팅, 운영관리, 자금관리 등의 경영관리 특성이 안경원의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 각 요인 중 중요요인과 경영관리 특성에 따른 비교분석을 통해 안경원 관리 및 운영에 필요한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 방법: 2011년 8월부터 10월까지 약 2개월 동안 안경원 관리자(경영자 포함)를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 SPSS v 14.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 안경원의 경영관리 특성에 따라 재무성과 및 만족성과가 다르게 나타났으며 특히 안경원의 재무성과 향상에는 경영전략, 마케팅 특성이, 만족성과 향상에는 경영전략, 마케팅, 운영관리 특성이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 결론: 이 결과에 따르면 안경원 경영성과 향상을 위해서는 경영관리 특성 중 하위요인 중 경영전략, 마케팅 특성을 특히 고취시키기 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.

Portfolio Decision Model based on the Strategic Adjustment Capacity: A Bionic Perspective on Bird Predation and Firm Competition

  • Purpose - This study integrates a corporate competition system with a bird predation system to examine how organizational strategic adjustment capacity influences firm performance. By proving the prominent effects on performance, a financial vector is constructed to represent corporate strategic adjustment results, and an operation capacity vector is constructed, which can be categorized as a parameter for locating birds. All these works help us to propose a new method of investment, the portfolio decision model based on the strategic adjustment capacity. Research design, data, and methodology - Strategic adjustment capacity can be decomposed into three aspects: the organizational learning capacity from the top firms, the extent to which firms maintainor rely on the best operational capacity vector in history, and the ability to eliminate the disadvantages or retain the advantages of the operation capacity vector from the previous year. The method of solving cyclic equations is designed to evaluate strategic adjustment. Firms manufacturing specialized equipment are chosen to test the effects of the strategic adjustment capacity on three aspects of firm performance. Results - There is a positive correlation between the capacity to learn from the best firms and performance improvement. The relationship between the dependence or maintenance of a firm's advantages and performance improvement is a U-shape curve, and there is no significant effect of inertial control on performance improvement. Conclusions - A firm's competition system is a sophisticated adaptation, and competitive advantage and performance can be investigated based on the principles of competition in nature.

  • Boiler design should be desinged to maximize thermal efficiency of the system under imposed load requirement and a boiler should be validated for transient operation. If a proper prediction is possible on the transient behavior and transient characteristics of a boiler, one may asses the performance of boiler component, control logics and operation procedures. In this work, dynamic modeling method of boiler is presented and dynamic simulation of load runback scenario was carried out on suprecritical oil-firing boiler.
