Purpose: Recently, the operating unit remodeling compititon has been increasing rapidly in Korea, but there are no design infomation for spatial planning of sterile supply storage. Therefore, the propose of this study is to present area composition of the operating unit after remodeling. Methods: For literature review, the 6 studies and guidelines of operating unit(guidelines in the U.S, Australia, UK and Korea and 2 studies in Korea) conducted surveys and analysis. Room and space composition and zone of operating unit are redefined for this study. For obtaining area, to conduct masuring and calcuating of document of operating unit before and after remodeling in 3 cases. There are some patterns of plan in operaing unit by sterile supply storage. This study derived data for attributes of area composition of sterile supply storage. Results: The results of this study are as follows: First, Reviewing previous studies and Guidelines, for this study the suggested model was 5 zones(Operating zone, Support zone, Patient zone, Staff zone, Circulation zone) and redefined each room and space. Second, For infection control, sterile supply storage was provided to directly accessible to the operating room. Third, According to ralation of operting room and sterile supply storage, there are two types : 'double loaded type' and 'single loded type'. Sterile supply storage shall increase area of ciculation zone. Implications: This study can be used as primary data on remodeling of operating unit. In addition, it suggests that for infect control sterile supply storage is functional area.

본 연구는 공공도서관의 메이커스페이스 조성 및 운영의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있는 가이드라인 개발에 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 사전 조사로 수행된 '국내 공공도서관 메이커스페이스 운영 현황 조사' 결과를 바탕으로 국내외 공공도서관 메이커스페이스 8개 기관의 운영사례를 분석하였다. 즉 공간, 인력, 장비, 프로그램 및 지원 주체 등 5개 요소를 중심으로 운영을 분석하였다. 조사 결과 공공도서관 메이커스페이스는 도서관의 규모, 예산, 사명과 역할에 따라 필요 요소의 조건이 상이할 수 있으므로 유형별 구분과 이에 따른 지속가능한 운영 방안의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이를 통해 기초적 수준인 '메이커 공방형', 중간 수준의 '메이커 스튜디오형', 권역 거점 수준의 '메이커 거점형(플랫폼)'의 유형별 가이드라인을 제안하였다.

In the daily multi-reservoir operating problem, monthly storage targets can be used as principal operational guidelines. In this study, we tested the use of a simple back-propagation Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model to derive monthly storage guideline for daily Coordinated Multi-reservoir Operating Model (CoMOM) of the Han-River basin. This approach is based on the belief that the optimum solution of the daily CoMOM has a good performance, and the ANN model trained with the results of daily CoMOM would produce effective monthly operating guidelines. The optimum results of daily CoMOM is used as the training set for the back-propagation ANN model, which is designed to derive monthly reservoir storage targets in the basin. For the input patterns of the ANN model, we adopted the ratios of initial storage of each dam to the storage of Paldang dam, ratios of monthly expected inflow of each dam to the total inflow of the whole basin, ratios of monthly demand at each dam to the total demand of the whole basin, ratio of total storage of the whole basin to the active storage of Paldang dam, and the ratio of total inflow of the whole basin to the active storage of the whole basin. And the output pattern of ANN model is the optimal final storages that are generated by the daily CoMOM. Then, we analyzed the performance of the ANN model by using a real-time simulation procedure for the multi-reservoir system of the Han-river basin, assuming that historical inflows from October 1st, 2004 to June 30th, 2007 (except July, August, September) were occurred. The simulation results showed that by utilizing the monthly storage target provided by the ANN model, we could reduce the spillages, increase hydropower generation, and secure more water at the end of the planning horizon compared to the historical records.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine factors influencing for the compliance of guidelines of preventing bloodborne infection for operating room nurses. Method: Data was collected through questionnaires from March 16 to April 12, 2005. The subjects of this study were consisted of 208 operating room nurses, who had been working at 4 university hospitals and 10 general hospitals in Busan. The Instrument for the compliance of guidelines for preventing bloodborne infection was 24-item questionnaire. It was revised based on the Standard Precaution of CDC and Bloodborne Pathogen Standards of OSHA. In addition, to find out the knowledge level of AIDS, hepatitis B and hepatitis C, 15-item questionnaire was used, which had been made by researcher based on Kim(1999) et, al. Results: The affecting factors of compliance for preventing bloodborne infection were work skill(${\beta}=.27$), operating room education on infection prevention(${\beta}=.25$), knowledge on infection(${\beta}=.19$), readiness of using personal protective equipment(${\beta}=.18$), and posting a notice of infected surgery patients(${\beta}=.16$). Theses 5 factors account for 28.5% on the compliance of guidelines for preventing bloodborne infection for operating room nurses. Conclusion: According to the results, to increase the compliance level of operating room nurses, personal efforts should be made to improve work skills and infection knowledge. In addition to organizational efforts on practical education and management of environment were required.

Even if Korea has established various legal guidelines as well as plans for the purpose of systematic management of urban citycapes, various problems have been pointed out, such as a decrease in operational efficiency because the legal framework is not clearly defined and the guidelines do not fully reflect regional characteristics. In the midst of this, Singapore is being mentioned as a representative example of enhancing international competitiveness by forming an outstanding urban cityscape through successful urban planning and operating system. Therefore, this study aims to suggest a direction for the improvement of Korea's urban planning and design guidelines by investigating and analyzing the characteristics of Singapore's urban planning system and design guidelines. As a result of the research and analysis, it was concluded that Singapore's urban planning system was based on the unified planning and management system. In particular, the Singapore Urban Design Guidelines provide differentiated guidelines to maintain and strengthen regional characteristics based on linkage with higher-level plans as detailed practical guidelines, and were operated as flexible guidelines reflecting the changes of the times and the needs of members of society. It also provides a direction for the improvement of the Korean urban design system, such as to increase the executionablity of the plan and the efficiency of operation by utilizing various guidance and support policies, rational and simplified deliberation procedures, and allow a platform that enhances the accessibility and convenience of related information.

Gori-I nuclear power plant has been examining the effectiveness and efficiency of the current emergency operation procedures from human factors viewpoint. Previous study showed that some mistakes that the procedures did not comply with the writers' guidelines. Reviewing the current writers' guidelines for emergency operating procedures revealed that they lack of some important human factors rules such as enumeration of switching conditions and detailed action requirements, definite expression for setup points, description for anticipated results, and recommendation for use of present tense, affirmative sentence and active voice. This study suggested a new classification system for the writers' guideline contents supplementing the deficiencies of the current emergency operation procedure text.

This study provide the planning guidelines for the existing and the new alternative. On the bases of survey and analysis, the basic data for OP-Unit have been proposed in consideration of the development of medical science and hygiene, economic conditions during the last twenty years in Germany. The results of the study were firstly, genera1 basic data, secondly, guidelines of the architectural design for OP-Unit und rooms, thirdly, new alternative OP-Unit with 2 and 3 operation rooms.

This paper is the hospital planning and design considerations for the hospital expansion, renovation and new construction by the development of medical science during the last ten years, considering the operation policies, architectural provisions and economic conditions of operating department, by the interviews and questionaires for sanitary and medical personnels in hospitals. This study suggest new operation method and its planning guidelines.

컴퓨터 사용의 역사를 보면 인터페이스 메타포는 사람들이 컴퓨터를 더 사용하기 쉽게 만드는데 쓰여왔다. 심지어 초기의 command line 인터페이스에서도 메타포를 사용해 왔었다. 사용자 인터페이스에 있어서 메타포는 사용자들을 시스템에 접근하기 쉽게 만드는 것을 도울 뿐 아니라 사용자들과 시스템과의 연결 통로라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 사용자 인터페이스에 있어서 성공적인 메타포 구축을 위해 conceptual model을 고려하여 Gestalt 원리를 활용한 지침을 제시함으로써 도움을 주고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to get the design guidelines of the operating department in army hospital. New A.F.M.H. is now under construction but army hospital's characteristics are not reflected. This research is accomplished through an understanding of the characteristics of operating department in army hospitals by analyzing the plans and behavior survey of some A.F.M.H. This study attempts to examine the current status of domestic army medical center and to establish the design guideline of the operating department of the army hospitals.
