실리콘 정포제의 종류에 따른 폴리우레탄 폼 지수제의 내수성 특성에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Water Resistance Properties of the Polyurethane Foam Silicone Foal Control Agent according to the Type of Silicone Foam Stabilizer)

  • 본 연구는 실리콘계 정포제의 특성에 따른 폴리우레탄 폼 지수제의 cell 구조와 흡수량 변화를 알아보기 위하여 6종의 정포제를 사용하여 폴리우레탄 폼 지수제를 제조하여 FE-SEM으로 분석한 결과 실리콘 정포제의 실록산 주사슬 말단에 PO n개가 결합되어 있는 DC-193, DC-2585, DC-5125, DC-198의 cell 구조는 close cell로 확인이 되었고, 실리콘 정포제의 실록산 주사슬 말단에 EO n개가 결합 되어 있는 DC-5043과 DC-5598은 open cell 구조로 나타났다. 또한 cell 구조 변화에 따른 흡수량 에서는 close cell의 크기가 가장 세밀하고 균일한 DC-193의 흡수량이 가장 적게 나타나 내수성이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났으며 open cell의 크기가 가장 크게 형성된 DC-5043의 흡수량이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이들의 방수성능을 콘크리트 구조물을 모사하여 시험한 결과 누수가 없음을 확인하였다.

  • 동일한 데이터를 여러 곳에 보관하는 분산원장을 특징으로 갖는 블록체인은 보안성과 안정성을 비롯한 여러 가지 기술적 특징을 가지며, 이로 인해 블록체인의 활용처에 대한 연구가 다양하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공적장부의 하나인 부동산종합공부시스템에 블록체인을 적용하기 위해 고려할 사항들을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 블록체인 시스템 구성 방안과 합의 알고리즘 참조모형을 제시한다.

단일관절운동과 복합관절운동 시 슬관절 각도에 따른 대퇴사두근의 표면 근전도 비교 분석 (A SEMG analysis of knee joint angle during close kinetic chain exercise and open kinetic chain exercises in quadriceps muscle)

  • The surface electromyographic(sEMG) analyses were knee joint angle during open kinetic chain exercise (OKC) and close kinetic chain exercise (CKC) in vastus medialis (VM), vastus lateralis (VL), and rectus femoralis (RF). Ten subjects with normal , aged 20 to 30(X=27.4, SD=3.23), were randomized Statistical techniques for data analysis were applied paired t-test. The 0.05 level of significane was used as the critical level for rejection of the null hypotheses for the study. And the results were: 1) Both OKC and CKC improved the strength of quadriceps muscle as the knee joint flexion was increased. 2) In OKC, the strength of VM was improved the most at the 30 degree angle. 3) In CKC, the strength of VM was improved the most at the 30 degree angle. 4) The VM/VL ratio was the largest at the 10 and 20 degree angles in OKC and CKC. 5) The VM/VL ratio at 10, 20, and 30 degree angles was significantly different between OKC and CKC (P < 0.05). Base on the results, the OKCE is recommended for the knee joint patients, especially for the patellofemoral pain syndrome patients, during the early phase of rehabilitation. In order to improve strength of the quadriceps, muscle strength training at 30 degree angle is recommended. In order to improve VM/VL ratio, 10 and 20 degree angles are recommended during OKCE and CKCE, respectively. Future researches are warranted comparing electromyographic analysis between OKCE and CKCE in the quadriceps at a certain work lead, and muscle strength performance in the quadriceps at different positions of foot.

Dynamic Modelling of Planar Mechanisms Using Point Coordinates

  • In the present study, the dynamic modelling of planar mechanisms that consist of a system of rigid bodies is carried out using point coordiantes. The system of rigid bodies is replaced by a dynamically equivalent constrained system of particles. Then for the resulting equivalent system of particles, the concepts of linear and angular momentums are used to generate the equations of motion without either introducing any rotational coordinates or distributing the external forces and force couples over the particles. For the open loop case, the equations of motion are generated recursively along the open chains. For the closed loop case, the system is transformed to open loops by cutting suitable kinematic joints with the addition of cut-joints kinematic constraints. An example of a multi-branch closed-loop system is chosen to demonstrate the generality and simplicity of the proposed method.

  • The multiple cooperating robot system plays an important role in the research of modern manufacturing system as the emphasis of production automation is more on the side of flexibility than before. While the kinematic and dynamic analysis of a single robot is performed as an open-loop chain, the dynamic formulation of robot in a multiple cooperating robot system differs from that of a single robot when the multiple cooperating robots form a closed kinematic chain holding an object simultaneously. The object may be any type from a rigid body to a multi-joint linkage. The mobility of the system depends on the kinematic configuration of the closed kinematic chain formed by robots and object, which also decides the number of independent input parameters. Since the mobility is not the same as the number of robot joints, proper constraint condition is sought. The constraints may be such that : the number of active robot joints is kept the same as mobility, all robot joints are active and have interrelations between each joint forces/torques, two robots have master-slave relation, or so on. The dynamic formulation of system is obtained. The formulation is based on recursive dual-number screw-calculus Newton-Eulerian approach which has been used for single robot analysis. This new scheme is recursive and compact symbolically and may facilitate the consideration of the object in real time.

Molecular Cloning and Characterization of the Fibroin Light Chain Gene from the Silkworm Baekok-Jam (Bombyx mori)

  • We have cloned and characterized the complete fibroin light chain gene from the silkworm Baekok-Jam, Bombyx mori, a recommended variety in Korea. It consists of seven exons and six introns. It consists of 14,663 nucleotides long with an open reading frame of 786 nucleotides that encodes a protein of 262 amino acid residues with a molecular mass of approximately 26,000 dalton. The amino acid alignment revealed that the Baekok-Jam fibroin light chain had 98.5 % protein sequence identity to J139 strain: differed at four amino acid positions (11, 46, 80 and 123). The Northern hybridization analysis showed that the Baekok-Jam fibroin light chain gene was specifically expressed in the posterior silk gland.

Schizosaccharomyces pombe의 Kinesin 유전자의 클로닝과 염기서열분석 (Cloning and Sequence Analysis of the Kinesin Gene in Schizosaccharomyces pombe)

  • Kinesin은 Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Aspergillus nidulans, Drosophila melanogaster 등에서 발견 되었으며 dynein 과 더불어 세포분열 과정중 chromosome 의 이동과 spindle pole 의 분리에 관련된 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 발견된 kinesin 유사 유전자의 homology 가 많은 motor domain을 이용하여 primer를 합성한 후 이를 이용하여 Schizosaccharomyces pombe 로부터 kinesin heavy chain 의 유전자를 클론하였다. 염기서열을 결정한 결과 2496 bp의 해독틀을 가지고 있으며 832개의 아미노산으로 이루어진 분자량이 96 kd의 kinesin heavy chain을 암호화하는 것이 밝혀졌다. 기존에 밝혀진 다른 organism 의 kinesin 과 서열을 비교한 결과 새로이 클론된 S.pombe 의 kinesin 은 C-terminal motor subfamily 에 속함이 밝혀졌다.

Anti-Fraud in International Supply Chain Finance: Focusing on Moneual Case

  • Purpose - This study analyzes the scope of due diligence and risks of banks and K-Sure in trade finance covered by EFF focusing on Moneual case, one of the latest and biggest trade finance fraud cases in Korea. Also, we suggest anti-fraud measures in trade finance on the part of banks and K-Sure in order to give them a desirable way of due diligence and reasonable risk management of export insurance. Design/methodology - Based on Moneual case of trade finance fraud, this study employs the methodology of an extended literature review and analysis of court decisions. Findings - Seoul High Court of Korea failed to decide whether K-Sure was wholly obliged to pay the insurance against the banks' EFF claims, but issued a compulsory mediation order, judging that both the banks and K-Sure were responsible by 50:50. The court may have judged that both the parties had lacked their due diligence in the trade finance. It is quite difficult for trade finance providers to manually investigate whether the transaction is suspected of trade finance fraud, so digitalization of trade finance which can facilitate the prevention and detection of trade fraud needs to be realized quickly. Since there has been no international rule available for open account trade finance up till now, clearly stipulated EFF terms on the exporter's genuine export obligation might have protected K-Sure from the disaster. Originality/value - This study investigates the due diligence of the banks and K-Sure in Moneual case which few researchers have considered, to the best of our knowledge. This study also suggests several practical methods (including block chain) to prevent complicating trade finance fraud amid increasing use of an open account, and further offers reasonable risk management of EFF employing international factoring rule which is also related to problematic open account trade finance.

협조로보트 시스템의 동적 Decoupling과 안정도연구 (A Dynamic Decoupling of Two Cooperating Robot System and Stability Analysis)

  • This paper presents a new control scheme for decoupling the dynamics of two coordinating robot manipulators. A simple full-state feedback scheme with configuration dependent gains can be devised to decouple the system dynamics such that the dynamics of each arm and that of an object held by the two arms is independent of one another. A condition for stability is shown. The advantage of the proposed scheme is that the same control scheme can be applied both for the closed kinematic chain(object-grasping) case and open kinematic chain(no object-grasping) case.

  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) has drawn high attention and been discussed and under investigation for over two decades. However, how Hong Kong manufacturing firms carry out SCM is still unclear. In order to open the myth on what essentials are critical for SCM implementation, a large-scale questionnaire survey was conducted together with Expert Interviews in 2003. A SCM framework was then developed in which all the critical factors were summarized, categorized and prioritized to come up with a foundation for a self-assessment system for improving SCM performance.
