In contemporary times, there is an increasing demand for a dedicated healthcare environment, all over the world. The main motivation for this demand is the level of awareness manifested by the users and reflected on their expectations. Therefore new research strategies and design actions are investigated in order to answer to the users' needs and to provide objective design tools for the specialist. This study continues a series of previous developments of the Healthcare Environment Color Index that should be used for public facilities in Korea and abroad. The cross-cultural approach is a new opportunity for exchanging know-how and for testing and calibrating the perception of the users on the color index. The gathering of results was made based on the online survey provided in this phase in English version for the Romanian users. The survey was intended as an objective mean of research and an efficient way of disseminating information on the subject thus contributing to increasing the level of awareness of the users. A total of 86 Romanian and 89 Koreans with valid answers took part in the survey. Comparative visualizations of the results showed significant similarities concerning the patterns of color preferences but also cultural and emotional differences. As a result both categories of users proved to be aware of the relation between healthcare environment color and its effects on health. They also showed a common understanding on the potential of the color index. As a result the most appealing colors to be applied to the healthcare environment were the series G and B, and the most effective ones were proved to be the ranges of high lightness and low saturation but also the medium high lightness and medium saturation. Both the similarities and the differences of choice between Romanians and Koreans show that cultural and emotional differences of color recognition are important and that should be taken into consideration in design, in order to generate an inclusive and efficient healthcare environment.

In this paper proposes the latest network-assisted online telemedicine service to coincide with the point being discussed for health care providers to match patients, patients with personalized medical service support system. In order to design the system, to understand the requirements of the patient personalized medical support service system, the data were normalized and were designed architecture client server structure. Further, in order to implement the system that was designed to define the structure of server and client, ontology repository, we implement the system. In this paper, as a result of the test by creating a scenario and prerequisites for testing patient personalized medical service support system that is design and implementation, selecting a patient's condition, department of symptoms by the selected but it was confirmed that the inference is, inference medical institutions that fits department inferred one following upon the items medical patient has the required.
This study examines the differences in store service quality and relationship benefits according to clothing consumption values. This study has collected data from adult consumers in their 20s to 60s via offline and online surveys. A total of 459 survey responses were used for the final analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, clothing consumption values were composed of 4 factors: emotional, conspicuous, individuality, and practical value. In light of the tendency of consumers' clothing consumption values, consumers have been grouped into 3 consumption groups: hedonic, practical, and practical symbolic. Second, consumers considered price policy product quality, salesperson, product assortment promotion, and convenience of store service quality in the order of importance. Regarding the relationship benefit, consumers considered psychological benefit, economic benefit, informative benefit and social benefit in the order of importance. Third, regarding the importance in service quality for clothing consumption value group, practical symbolic consumption group and practical consumption group considered price policy quality service more important than hedonic consumption group, and practical symbolic consumption group considered product assortment quality, promotion service, salesperson service, convenience of store service more important than other groups. Fourth, regarding the importance of relationship benefits for the clothing consumption value groups, practical symbolic consumption group considered informative benefit and social benefit more important than other groups. The practical symbolic consumption group and practical consumption group considered psychological benefit more important than the hedonic consumption group.
The identification of delays and delay compensation are critical problems in real-time hybrid simulations (RTHS). Conventional delay compensation methods are mostly based on the assumption of a constant delay. However, the system delay may vary during tests owing to the nonlinearity of the loading system and/or the behavioral variations of the specimen. To address this issue, this study presents an adaptive delay compensation method based on a discrete model of the loading system. In particular, the parameters of this discrete model are identified and updated online with the least-squares method to represent a servo hydraulic loading system. Furthermore, based on this model, the system delays are compensated for by generating system commands using the desired displacements, achieved displacements, and previous displacement commands. This method is more general than the existing compensation methods because it can predict commands based on multiple displacement categories. Moreover, this method is straightforward and suitable for implementation on digital signal processing boards because it relies solely on the displacements rather than on velocity and/or acceleration data. The virtual and real RTHS results show that the studied method exhibits satisfactory estimation smoothness and compensation accuracy. Furthermore, considering the measurement noise, the low-order parameter models of this method are more favorable than that the high-order parameter models.

This study examines factors that influence consumer behavior regarding the usage intentions and repurchasing behavior of counterfeits. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior by Ajzen (1991), this study looks at the impact of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, as well as the moral norm of consumers about intentions to use and repurchase counterfeits. An online survey was conducted on males and females over the age of 20 with previous experiences of purchasing counterfeits; subsequently, 209 responses were collected and analyzed. The covariance structure model was used to analyze the data in order to measure the factors that influence the usage of counterfeits and repurchasing behavior. The results show that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control have significantly positive effects on usage intentions, while moral norm has a significantly negative effect on usage intentions. Usage intentions also have a significantly positive effect on repurchasing behavior and confirmed that usage intentions functions as the mediator. The variables that influence usage intentions are attitude, perceived behavioral control, moral norm, and subjective norm, in descending order. Consumer attitudes towards counterfeits is a major factor that influences usage intentions. Therefore, ethical problems should be emphasized to encourage a negative attitude towards counterfeits. This study identifies an important aspect to show that usage intentions toward counterfeits, and not purchasing intentions, influences repurchasing behavior. Findings are significant in that they reveal the role of the moral norm variable added to the TPB model.
The integrated environmental permit system is currently in operation online. It carries out various functions of postmanagement such as the submission of annual reports containing operations management data onto integrated management workplaces, the operation and management of emission facilities and prevention facilities, and the disclosure of information on the integrated permission. On the other hand, the integrated environmental permit system needs to perform various roles in order to stably manage and smoothly perform the permitting work. It is necessary to utilize this system to establish policies by using diverse operations management data onto integrated management workplaces collected in the integrated environmental permit system. This system can also play a role in improving the post-management system and user convenience after the permission review and approval processes. The integrated environmental permit system can be effectively used to set up the BAT-AEL because it collects all of the cross-media data and identifies the overall status of the workplace. In order to establish a post management system after the approval, it is necessary to provide performance management and performance evaluation functions as conditions of the permit after approval. In addition, a variety of support functions should be provided to enable the permission authority and the environmental expert examination agency to facilitate the review of permits. It will be necessary to provide an evaluation system and a proactive diagnostic function to determine whether permission conditions and permit emission standards will change in the future. Also, it is important to adopt an information exchange platform that can be used to collect the status data onto the workplaces; the platform can also be used as an information exchange site for technical working groups (TWG), and for collecting field experts' opinions.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job stress on job satisfaction according to interpersonal relationship type among school dieticians and nutrition teachers. The online survey was conducted from Oct. 26th to Nov. 7th, 2017 in 2,000 randomly selected dieticians and nutrition teachers in the capital area. A total of 453 collected questionnaires were used for analysis. SPSS v.21.0 Statistical Package Program was used for the statistical process. For the results regarding interpersonal relationship type of dieticians, open-type (73.3%) was the highest, followed by self-assertive-type (23.0%), isolated-type (2.6%), and careful-type (1.1%). Regarding overall job satisfaction, 'human relation' was the highest, followed by 'job itself', 'working environment', and 'personal rating & welfare system', in that order. According to interpersonal relationship type, in the case of 'open-type' or 'careful-type', job satisfaction was relatively high. Regarding overall job stress, 'job demand' was the highest, followed by 'lack of reward', 'organizational system', 'interpersonal conflict', 'occupational climate', 'job insecurity', and 'insufficient job control', in that order. In accordance with interpersonal relationship type, overall job stress index was high in terms of 'self-assertive-type' or 'careful-type'. For the results of analyzing the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress index, all areas showed statistically significant negative correlations. Multiple regression analysis was performed to study the effects of job stress on job satisfaction mediating interpersonal relationship type. Job stress had different effects on job satisfaction in terms of 'open-type' and 'self-assertive type'. In conclusion, different strategies are needed for dieticians with different interpersonal relationship types to improve job satisfaction and to reduce job stress.

The purpose of this study is to organize prior research related to e-commerce activation factors available to stakeholders in the online distribution industry, and to conduct FGI with e-commerce experts to calculate the importance of each factor in order based on the 3 Level Service Model of Kwon Hyeog-in (2010), the key factors derived through the preceding study and the FGI were structured and the weighting of each factor was derived using AHP methodology. In the higher factors, the private sector (0.542) > communes (0.237) > public (0.2222) appeared to be important. Sub-factories included 'search service development' (0.0970)', 'recommendation service development (0.0805)', 'consumer needs analysis (0.0534)', 'consumer consumption pattern analysis (0.0505)' and 'other platform-linked service development (0.0450)', in the order of weighting down, indicating each of the factors within the top 15 priority. The results of this study will be utilized throughout the e-commerce industry as well as e-commerce enterprises, providing an academic foundation for the rapidly growing e-commerce ecosystem.
This research aims to consider the participatory behaviors and the relationship building of the Hong Kong Korean Wave fans on YouTube and to explores the effect of the behaviors in order to spread the Korean Wave. Furthermore, this research seek ways of developing the Korean Wave contents based on fan participation on YouTube. The research conducted both Focus Group Interview and three rounds of email interviews with the Korean Wave fans in Hong Kong. They actively participated in expressing themselves, replying to other comments, and providing video contents as a fan. Also, the fans delivered the YouTube video contents to other Social Network Services(SNS), including facebook, and online fan pages in order to build ties with friends and other the Korean Wave global fans in daily lives. Their YouTube participation contributes to creating two-way communication between the Korean Wave and its global fans by spreading and re-creating the Korean Wave contents.
This paper investigates the Synergetics based Damage Detection Method (SDDM) for frame structures by using surface-bonded PZT (Lead Zirconate Titanate) patches. After analyzing the mechanism of pattern recognition from Synergetics, the operating framework with cooperation-competition-update process of SDDM was proposed. First, the dynamic identification equation of structural conditions was established and the adjoint vector (AV) set of original vector (OV) set was obtained by Generalized Inverse Matrix (GIM).Then, the order parameter equation and its evolution process were deduced through the strict mathematics ratiocination. Moreover, in order to complete online structural condition update feature, the iterative update algorithm was presented. Subsequently, the pathway in which SDDM was realized through the modified Synergetic Neural Network (SNN) was introduced and its assessment indices were confirmed. Finally, the experimental platform with a two-story frame structure was set up. The performances of the proposed methodology were tested for damage identifications by loosening various screw nuts group scenarios. The experiments were conducted in different damage degrees, the disturbance environment and the noisy environment, respectively. The results show the feasibility of SDDM using piezoceramic sensors and actuators, and demonstrate a strong ability of anti-disturbance and anti-noise in frame structure applications. This proposed approach can be extended to the similar structures for damage identification.
