온라인 쇼핑몰 이용가치와 플로우 및 고객 충성도의 관계: 다양성 추구 성향을 중심으로 (Effects of Online Shopping Mall Using Value on User Attitude and Customer Loyalty: Focus on A Comparison Between A Variety Seeking)

  • 본 연구는 선행연구의 주장을 근거로 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용 가치에 대해 쾌락적, 실용적 가치로 분류한 다음 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용가치가 플로우, 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 또한 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용가치와 플로우의 관계는 다양성 추구 성향에 따라 어떠한 차이가 나는지 밝혀보고자 하였다. 연구의 주요결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용 가치 중 쾌락적 가치와 실용적 가치는 플로우에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 쇼핑몰의 플로우는 고객 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용가치(쾌락적, 실용적)가 플로우와 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향은 다양성 추구성향에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구를 통하여 소비자의 다양성 추구 성향에 따라 차별적 접근의 필요성을 마케팅 실무자에게 제안하였다. 이와 더불어 연구의 결론 부분에는 향후 연구 방향에 대해서도 기술하였다.

서포터즈의 온라인 리뷰 유형에 따른 패션 브랜드의 온라인 인상형성과 구전효과에 대한 연구 (A Study on Fashion Brand Online Impression Formation and its WOM Effect According to Online Review Types of Supporters)

  • Many brands are attempting to use consumers as a part of their marketing strategies, due to the fashion industry's sensitive response to consumers' reaction. In addition, due to the popularity of e-WOM(electronic Word-Of-Mouth), fashion brands are highly sensitive to their supporters' online reviews. Amid this background, the main objectives of this study are as follows: 1) to analyze the effect of online reviews' attributes and valences on forming an impression about a fashion brand; 2) to examine the online re-WOM(word-of-mouth) effect of online reviews by fashion brand supporters on brand attitude; and 3) to measure the moderating effect of fashion involvement in online re-WOM intention. In order to verify the research model and to test the proposed hypotheses, a 2 (utilitarian vs. hedonic review attributes) by 2 (positive vs. negative review valences) model is constructed and gathers 215 respondents. The results demonstrate that consumers form the highest reliable impression based on utilitarian and negative online reviews. However, there is no relationship between the types of online reviews and the formation of a favorable impression. Findings also reveal that the impression formed by online reviews has a positive effect on re-WOM intention, contributing to brand attitude. In addition, the hypothesis about the moderating effect produced by fashion involvement on re-WOM is supported. In conclusion, these results suggest that online reviews by fashion brand supporters have a powerful effect on forming a consumer's impression towards a fashion brand, affecting re-WOM intention and brand attitude.

Service Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention on Omnichannel-Based Pickup Service

  • Purpose: This study aims to present individual motivation and channel characteristics affecting omnichannel service use, as well as the effect relationship of the brand factor on consumption value, service satisfaction, and continuous usability based on convenience store pickup service, one of online shopping customers' omnichannel use services. Primarily, this study divided consumption value into emotional value and functional value and examined the consumption value characteristics of omnichannel-based pickup service customers. Research design, data and methodology: A questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 324 consumers having the omnichannel-based pickup service user experience in online shopping in Korea. A confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were carried out based on the structural equation to verify hypotheses. Results: According to the analysis result, individual motivation affected the emotional value, and the omnichannel characteristics affected functional value. The brand effect influenced both emotional and functional values. The emotional value affected continuous use intention, and the functional value affected service satisfaction. Conclusions: Therefore, consumers' emotional and functional values showed differences in consumption behavior. In online shopping companies' marketing strategy construction for omnichannel, it was confirmed that a differentiated approach is needed depending on the strategic goal of satisfaction improvement and continuous use intention consolidation.

  • Distribution of online media sharply accelerated in the modern society, leading to robust increase in the time where individuals spend their leisure time on the Internet. One of the most popular entertainments among this is the video game industry, which gradually came to possess the characteristics like violence, cruelty, gambling, and sexuality, in order to gain attention. This study aims to investigate the addiction characteristics of users of domestic online games and to verify the causal relationship of these factors on the factors that affect impulsive crimes through Self-control. For practical verification of this study, survey was conducted for students of W High School in Incheon. This study is meaningful in that it prepared a theoretical foundation in the process of inferring criminal intent for impulsive crimes based on the effects of online games on impulsiveness, aggression, and addiction. It is also significant in that it presented a new mechanism that ego control, which occurred in the process of presenting a new variable of negative effect of online game on the criminal intent of impulsive crime, affects impulsive crime.

빈티지 의류 소비에서의 소비자 가치구조 분석 -텍스트 마이닝 기법과 수단-목적 사슬 분석을 중심으로- (Analysis of Consumer Value Structure in Vintage Clothing Consumption -Based on Text Mining and Means-End Chain Analysis-)

  • This two-part study explores the changes in the types of perceived value and consumption channels for vintage clothing and the relationship between the two variables. In Study 1, we used text mining with the keyword "fashion+vintage." Emotional value was the most frequently mentioned, and environmental value increased the most. We also revealed an increasing trend in online channels for vintage clothing consumption. In Study 2, we analyzed 30 interviews with consumers who had purchased vintage clothing through online channels. We identified 7 attributes and 20 goals for vintage consumption online and pinpointed three strong connections. First, consumers reported high levels of service satisfaction due to the usefulness of algorithms. Second, the authenticity and heritage information available through online and mobile channels were associated with consumers' perceptions of value related to financial benefits. Third, consumers sought to find rare products through online channels, leading to a strong influence on their sense of achievement. Overall, this study proposed ways to increase the value of vintage clothing perceived by consumers through consumption online.

온라인 공동체 이용의도의 영향요인 - 대학생의 인식을 중심으로 - (The Factors Influencing Intention to Use Online Community - Based on Undergraduates' Perceptions -)

  • 본 연구는 20대 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 공동체 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 사회적 영향, 온라인 공동체 일체감, 온라인 공동체 이용에 대한 의견 그리고 유용성 인식 등을 중심으로 경험적 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 20대 대학생들이 주로 이용하는 온라인 공동체 웹사이트는 싸이월드를 가장 많이 이용하고 있으며 이밖에 카페, 블로그, 페이스북 등을 이용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개념적 제안모델에서 제시된 사회적 영향은 주관적 규범과 분류되었으며, 사회적 영향은 유용성 인식에 유의적인 변수로 확인되었고, 주관적 규범은 온라인 공동체 일체감과 유의적 관계를 맺는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구모형을 구성하는 변수간의 경로관계에 있어서 온라인 공동체 일체감과 유용성 인식은 온라인 공동체 이용의도에 대해 온라인 공동체 이용에 대한 의견을 매개한 간접효과로써 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 온라인 공동체 이용의도를 제고하기 위해서는 온라인 공동체 일체감을 강화하고, 유용성 인식 수준을 높이는 것 뿐만 아니라 긍정적인 온라인 공동체 이용태도를 가질 수 있도록 체계적인 교육과 사회적 분위기 조성이 필요하다고 판단된다.

현실과 가상 세계에서 상호 신뢰도에 기반한 개인화 정보의 식별 방법 (A Method on Retrieving Personalized Information Based on Mutual Trust in Real and Online World)

  • 최근 소셜 네트워크의 2가지 주목할 만한 특정은 바로 정보의 홍수와 정보 소비의 과부하 문제이다. 1990년대부터 상황 인지 기반의 개인화 기법들이나 추천 시스템을 통하여 이러한 문제들을 해결하고자 하였는데, 특히 커뮤니티 멤버간의 신뢰도나 친밀도를 기반으로 개인화 정보를 발견하기 위한 접근방법이 최근 소셜 네트워크가 거대화됨에 따라 그 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 대부분의 접근법들은 현실이 아닌 온라인 세계에서의 상호 신뢰도(또는 친밀도)만을 고려하는 경향이 있어 보다 더 높은 개인화 성능(적절성)을 가지기 위해서는 현실 세계까지 고려할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 높은 적절성을 가지는 개인화 정보를 식별하는 새로운 방법을 제시하며, 이러한 개인화 정보를 발견하기 위하여 현실 세계와 온라인 세계에서 정보 제공자와 수신자의 상호 신뢰도를 측정하고 이를 기반으로 정보의 중요도를 판단한다. 그리고 본 기법은 개인에게 신규로 제공되는 정보가 아닌 과거에 소비하지 못하고 놓친 정보들을 대상으로 적용한다.

문제중심학습 화상토론에서 사회적 실재감과 학습만족도의 연관성 (The Relationship Between Social Presence and Learning Satisfaction in Videoconferencing Problem-Based Learning)

  • Despite current regulations requiring social distancing due to coronavirus disease 2019, problem-based learning (PBL) requires student interaction to achieve common goals and enhance critical thinking and deep learning abilities. Social presence in the online education environment reduces both perceptions of physical distance and psychological distance in interactions. This study aimed to compare PBL activities between in-person and videoconferencing classes, and to investigate social presence and learning satisfaction in a videoconferencing PBL environment. The PBL consisted of six modules for both the first and second years of Chonnam National University Medical School. As social distancing was strengthened, the second class of the fifth module in both years was converted to an online format and the fifth module was excluded. The first four PBL modules were conducted as in-person classes, but the last PBL module was administered via videoconferencing. After the final PBL module, 100 (81.3%) first-year medical students and 90 (79.6%) second-year students were asked to complete a self-administered questionnaire on social presence and learning satisfaction. There were no significant differences in the small group activities of tutorial sessions between in-person and videoconferencing classes. In the online videoconferencing class, students who had favorable attitudes toward the tutors' social role and interactions with peers showed high satisfaction with their learning. In conclusion, online videoconferencing allows students to simultaneously perceive their interactions with others and social presence, even at a distance. Tutors can enhance a sense of online community and collaborative learning as facilitators of online PBL.

경쟁적 문제 해결 과정에서 피드백 순서와 문제 해결 경험 : 온라인 혁신 경진 대회의 실증 분석 (Feedback Order and Problem-Solving Experience in Competitive Problem-Solving : An Empirical Analysis of Online Innovation Contests)

  • This study suggests that as receiving feedback is moved back, the effectiveness of problem-solving increases. Utilizing data from innovation contests in which a number of problem solvers compete with each other, we answer questions such as whether the order of receiving first feedback affects problem-solving effectiveness and how problem-solving experience moderates the relationship between the first feedback order and problem-solving effectiveness. Empirical results based on data collected from Kaggle, an online platform for innovation contests, showed that the order that contest participants receive the first feedback increases problem-solving effectiveness. Furthermore, the more prior experience of contest participants accentuates the suggested relationship between the order of receiving the first feedback and problem-solving effectiveness.

항공기 기내 OTT 서비스 전략에 관한 연구: 연령에 따른 콘텐츠 몰아보기 시청유형 차이의 관점에서 (A Study on In-Flight OTT Service Strategies: From the Perspective of Age-Driven Variances in Binge-Watching Patterns)

  • The aim of this study is to propose strategies for in-flight OTT services by examining differences in binge-watching patterns through online video streaming services based on age. Additionally, it investigates how the moderating effects of need for cognition and critical media literacy influence the relationship between age and binge-watching. Data from the 2020 Korean Media Panel Survey conducted by the Korea Information Society Development Institute were utilized, with moderating effects analyzed using Process Macro Model 1. Results indicate that as age increases, the frequency of binge-watching content rises while the duration decreases. Moreover, moderating effects of need for cognition and critical media literacy in the age-binge-watching relationship were confirmed. This study analyzed binge-watching behaviors among online video streaming service users, confirming the influence of age, binge-watching habits, need for cognition, and critical media literacy. Theoretical and practical implications include insights for in-flight service providers, content marketers, and online video streaming service operators.
