The teaching and learning environment in medical schools is significantly different from that of other academic fields. An educational information system specifically designed for medical education could be an important solution for the unique context of medical education. In this study, the concept of the educational information system has been reviewed, and how such a system can be utilized effectively for medical education has also been explored. This paper also addresses how learning management systems for online learning could be made more effective through educational information systems. The application of flipped learning, which has been developing rapidly to improve teaching and learning, for medical education was also investigated. In conclusion, it was found that educational information systems could be a solution to various teaching and learning issues in medical schools. In particular, given that high performing students tend to enter medical schools, using educational information systems to improve the teaching and learning environment in medical school should be investigated further.

Spirituality is the dynamic and inherent dimension of humanity. This study aimsto evaluate the relationship between Spiritual Health, Mindfulness and Emotion Regulation among French Emerging Adults. An online cross-sectional survey design consisted of four hundred and twenty-one samples were recruited from different universities at Strasbourg, France. Participant's age ranged from 18 to 28 years with a mean age of 20.77 years (SD=2.22). The results, highlights that Spiritual Health Measure was significant and positive association with Mindfulness (r=.45, p < .01) and Reappraisal (r=.22, p < .01). Further, the significant negative correlation observed with Spiritual Dissonance (r=.44, p < .01) and Suppression (r=.24, p < .01). These findings support emerging literature on Spiritual Health. Future studies should evolve an intervention model to promote Spiritual Health and Positive Health.

In the past, the judicial circles in the Republic of Korea (ROK) were generous to the online copyright violations of computer software compared to other academic areas or offline violation. However, they started to reconsider such a practice since the FTA talks with some advanced countries began so that new laws had to be established, especially after the first round of negotiations with United States of America (USA) in 2006 during which they changed their views on the matter. Now it became possible to penalize digital copyright violations through lawsuits, and from March 1st, 2017, the court is expected to abolish the nonsuit system for teenagers. Thus, this paper has reviewed the ethical aspects involved in digital copyright protection and examined the possible alternatives, dividing them into three broad groups, before proposing a digital copyright protection curriculum for secondary education.

In today's online social structure, people with electronic devices or network have been closely related to whether any of the activities, work, school, etc., is related to electronic devices, intelligent robot, and network control. The best mobility and the first rich media of these products as smart phones, smart phones rise rapidly in recent years, high speed processing performance and high free way to install software, deeply loved by many business people. However, not only for smart phone business aspects of the use, but also can engage in education of the teachers or the students are learning a great help. This study construct OCR-assisted learning software written by the JAVA made, and the installation is provided by the Android mobile phone users.

The objectives of this empirical study were to examine the relationships between shopping motivations, Pine and Gilmore's four experience realms (4Es), the emotional components of pleasure and arousal, and patronage intention toward small apparel retailers. Data from 128 college students were collected through an online survey. Regression analysis results revealed the positive impact of shopping motivations on the hypothesized experiential realms and partial effects of the 4Es on pleasure and arousal. Pleasure and arousal were found to affect patronage intention. This research benefits small retailers by identifying the experiential marketing strategies that positively affect consumer emotional experiences, which are important to consequent patronage intention toward small apparel retailers.

인터넷의 발전과 PC의 빠른 보급, 초고속 통신망의 급속한 확산 등에 따라 산업과 마찬가지로 전통적인 교육산업도 큰 변화를 격고 있다. 새로운 개념의 학습 방법인 인터넷이나 매체를 통한 온라인 학습이 오프라인 교육으로 대변되는 기존의 전통적인 교육 매체를 대체할 가능성과 상호보완적인 역할 가능성을 살펴보기 위하여 기존의 전통적인 교육 매체 수용자의 특성과는 다른 양상을 나타낼 온라인 학습 매체 이용자의 만족도와 충족도에 관하여 설문 조사하였다. SPSS 통계 프로그램으로 조사 결과를 분석하였고, 전체적인 신뢰계수는 0.89로 설문 결과의 신뢰성은 높게 나타났다.

Among the many methods to make sustainable garments, convertible garments have the potential to change style and function that allow consumers to keep and use garments longer with the possibility of enhancing sustainability. This research analyzes consumer preferences in changeable design options for convertible dresses and the consumers' influence on environmentally responsible apparel consumption (ERC) behaviors on their preferences regarding changeable design options of dresses, which are popular items. An online survey collected data from a convenient sample of 321 female college students from four universities in the United States. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS through descriptive analysis, cluster analysis, and independent samples t-test. There were significant differences between high and low ERC groups in design preferences that considered important aspects of purchasing, using convertible dresses, and purchase intentions. Detailed differences among sub-groups were analyzed. Designers are encouraged to make tying/folding/wrapping dresses with changes of size/fit, dress length, or color/pattern. The results are beneficial for apparel designers when developing convertible dresses with the guidance of consumers' design preferences and differences according to ERC levels.

본 연구는 인터넷에서 이용할 수 있는 다양한 종류의 온라인 정보원마다 대학생들이 가지고 있는 인지적 권위가 과제정보 평가에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 선행연구를 기반으로 도출된 변인에 따라, 온라인 학술논문, 온라인 사전, 소셜 Q&A, 온라인 사전에 대해 대학생들이 가지고 있는 각각의 인지적 권위가 과제정보의 정확성, 포괄성, 객관성 평가에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 분석결과, 온라인 사전, 소셜 Q&A, 온라인 사전의 인지적 권위는 과제정보의 정확성, 포괄성, 객관성 평가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 온라인 학술논문의 인지적 권위는 과제정보의 정확성, 포괄성 평가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Social Networking Sites (SNS) provide people with unique online social interaction environments where users can disclose their thoughts, feelings, and opinions to their personal contacts. Although previous studies have suggested that such activities produce positive effects on SNS user well-being, this study considered potential negative effects by investigating the relationship between SNS use and depression. In particular, This stydy examined how specific activities are related to different types of social comparison (upward/downward/horizontal) and how these different types of social comparison influence depressed moods among college students. The analysis of a survey of 245 Instagram users found that (1) looking at other people's status updates and commenting on other people's photos influences upward social comparison, (2) frequency of Instagram use predicts upward/downward/horizontal social comparison, and (3) upward social comparison was postively associated with depression, while downward social comparison was negatively associated with depression. Furthermore, the path anlaysis show that social comparison mediates the effect of Instagram use on depression. It suggests that Instagram use does not directly increase depression but it can lead to depression when social comparison on Instagram triggers depression.

Despite its importance when it is employed in classrooms, scaffolding is limited in the classrooms. Many researchers have focused on contingent teaching, which is the first component of scaffolding. Given a lack of research on contingent teaching with prospective teachers (PSTs), this paper explores how PSTs intend to do contingent teaching in small groups when they engage in mathematics teaching. Building on research on contingent teaching, I analyzed 26 PSTs' written responses to scenarios in an online open-ended survey. The focus of the analysis was on how the PSTs would do contingent teaching that might support students to learn the subject matter. I present findings in relation to what the PSTs' responses showed in relation to contingent teaching with the subject matter. The findings will be discussed along with implications.
