온라인 증권 서비스 품질에 대한 투자자 평가 측정도구 (A Measurement Scale for Investor Evaluations of Online Stock Exchange Services)

  • 최근 인터넷 사용인구의 폭발적인 증가에 발맞추어 인터넷을 이용한 온라인 증권의 시장규모 또한 빠른 속도로 커지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 시장의 팽창에도 불구하고 온라인 증권 서비스에 대한 평가기준이나 평가척도 개발은 아직 시장 성장속도에 휠씬 못 미치는 모습을 보이고 있다. 현재 많은 수의 온라인 증권 사이트들이 운영되고 있으며 정보통신의 발달과 더불어 온라인 증권시장은 향후에도 지속적인 증가세를 띨 것으로 예상된다. 온라인 증권사의 성공여부는 투자자들이 어떻게 이를 이용하고 평가를 내리느냐에 따라 판가름난다. 본 연구는 오프라인 서비스 제공업체에 대한 평가척도인 SERVQUAL과 그 외 기존의 온라인 서비스 평가기준들을 종합하는 한편, 이와 더불어 투자자들을 대상으로 한 실증연구를 통해 온라인 증권 서비스 품질에 대한 평가 측정도구를 개발 제시하고자 한다. 이 척도를 개발하는 과정에서 투자자들이 생각하는 온라인 증권 서비스의 중요 요소들을 밝히며, 나아가 이 척도가 인터넷 서비스, 특히 온라인 증권의 마케팅 전략수립에 어떻게 이용되어야 하는지 역시 논의한다.

레스토랑 품질이 브랜드 사랑과 증오, 그리고 온·오프라인 구전에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Restaurant Qualty on Brand Love and Hate, and Off-line and On-line Word-of-Mouth)

  • Purpose: During COVID-19, consumers prefer social distancing or contactless activities for safety, and hygienic condition has become one of the most important factors in evaluating restaurants. Therefore, this study aims to investigate whether offline/online word-of-mouth is affected by restaurant quality. Research design, data and methodology: The data were collected from 480 consumers who had experiences of visiting a restaurant in the past 90 days and analyzed with SPSS 28.0 and SmartPLS 4.0 programs. Results: Physical environment and menu had positively significant effects on brand love, while employee service and hygiene had no significance on brand love. Restaurant environment, menu, and hygiene had negatively significant effects on brand hate, but employee service had not significant impact on brand hate. Brand love had positively significant effects on offline and online word-of-mouth, and brand hate had negatively significant effects on offline and online word-of-mouth. Conclusions: First, restaurants need to develop a pleasant space where customers can have emotional experiences. Second, restaurants need to fulfill customers' desire for global food consumption. Third, restaurants should ensure hygiene and safety to prevent customers' brand hate. Lastly, restaurants need to establish offline/online word-of-mouth strategy to identify which restaurant quality attributes influence brand love/hate and offline/online word-of-mouth.

  • O2O 커머스(Online to Offline)는 최근 몇 년간 ICT 분야에서 가장 각광받고 있는 비즈니스 모델 중에 하나로 온라인 소비자를 오프라인 매장으로 유인하는 것이다. 중국의 경우 2010년 온라인 공동구매가 출현한 이래 사용자가 폭발적으로 증가 추세를 보이고 있으나, 중국 O2O 커머스에 대한 연구는 대부분 문헌적 연구로 실증적인 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 O2O 커머스의 특성과 목표지향적 행동모형에 근거한 소비자 특성이 O2O 이용자들의 신뢰, 욕구, 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 선행연구를 통해 구성변수들을 Online 특성, Offline 특성, O2O 신뢰, 소비자특성, 이용에 대한 욕구, 이용의도 등으로 구분하고, 구성변수들 간의 관계를 이론적 모형으로 구축하였다. 또한 이들 변수들 간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 중국 O2O 커머스의 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 SPSS와 AMOS를 이용하여 분석하였다. 세부가설을 포함한 총 10개의 가설 중 Online 특성의 이동성과 Offline 특성의 서비스품질은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 나타내지 않았으나 나머지 8개의 가설들은 모두 채택되었다.

  • Payment systems are evolving, and this study examines how blockchain and AI improve online transactional security and service quality. The study examines micro and macro payment systems, compares online, and offline methods all over the world. The study also examines how blockchain and AI affect payment system security, privacy, and efficiency globally and rapidly digitizing economy. Digital payment methods are growing all over the world with high literacy and digital engagement, but they face challenges. The research highlights cybersecurity threats and the need to balance user convenience and security. It suggests blockchain and AI improve online payment services, supporting the policies for different countries. In this extensive research survey, we compare and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of various payment systems, their practicality, and their robustness. This study also examines how technological innovations and payment systems interact to reveal how blockchain and AI could transform the financial sector. It seeks to understand how technology-enhancing service quality can boost customer satisfaction and financial stability in the digital age. The findings should help policymakers, financial institutions, and technology developers optimize online payment systems for a more secure and efficient digital economy.

A Study on the Mediating Effect of Customer Orientation between O2O Service Quality and Customers' Perceived Service Satisfaction

  • Purpose: O2O (Online to Offline) is an internet-based platform. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of service quality of O2O food delivery service on service satisfaction, and whether customer orientation mediates the relationship between service quality and service satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: This paper surveyed Chinese consumers using the O2O food delivery platform through a questionnaire technique. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to verify the hypothesis of this study. PLS is characterized by the advantage of minimizing measurement errors and maximizing the influence of each factor. Results: It was confirmed that O2O food delivery companies need to increase service quality (information quality, product quality, and social quality, system quality) in order to obtain customer satisfaction. Additionally, the perceived customer orientation was found to completely mediate the relationship between perceived service quality (information quality, product quality) and perceived service satisfaction. Conclusions: The service level of the O2O delivery company to the customer's request when a problem occurs in the customer's order must be raised to increase the customer's satisfaction. For example, timely response to customer inquiries and timely feedback of delivery information to customers during the delivery process should improve the quality of after-sales service.

외식 O2O 플랫폼의 지속사용의도 영향 요인 연구 : 정보시스템성공모델과 후기수용모델 (A Study on the Influence Factors of the Continuance Intention of Foodservice O2O Platform : IS Success Model and Post Acceptance Model)

  • Recently, as demand for delivery services has increased rapidly due to COVID-19, the food service O2O(Online to Offline) platform has also grown significantly. This study aimed to verify the influencing factors on continuance use intention of O2O platform using the Information Service Success Model and Post Acceptance Model. An online survey was conducted on 379 consumers who used the food service O2O platform in the past six months, and the collected survey was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0. As a result of the verification, in the influence relationship between the Information Service Success Model and Post Acceptance Model, system quality was found to have an effect on perceived usefulness, but information quality and service quality were rejected for perceived usefulness and were partially adopted, The rest were all found to have a significant effect. In the moderating effect according to the amount used, the intention to continue using was stronger when the group who spent more than 30,000 won was satisfied. These results support previous research on O2O platforms and provide academic implications as well as practical implications for practitioners in the food service industry.

Analysing the Impact of Service Quality on Brand Image and Brand Advocacy

  • Purpose: This study aims to enhance airport service quality by examining their impact on brand image, advocacy, and mediating brand trust in the aviation service distribution sector. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Using existing literature, we propose a structural model exploring the relationships between key components which are service quality, brand trust, brand Image and brand advocacy. An online survey, based on prior literature, was administered to 287 Koreans who have experienced using facilities or services at Incheon International Airport (IIA). Statistical analysis employed confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modelling (SEM). Results: Research findings show significant impacts of airport service quality on brand trust. Increased brand trust positively influences airport brand image and advocacy. Conclusion: The study emphasizes the aviation industry's potential to boost brand trust through improved airport service quality via users' interactions. Service quality is critical factors in building brand trust. The findings emphasize the critical role of service quality in fostering brand trust. It underscores the importance of user's satisfaction with service quality in fostering brand trust which can lead to brand image and brand advocacy. The aviation industry should formulate policies and strategies to enhance brand trust improved service quality, thereby improving brand image and brand advocacy.

패션 온라인 쇼핑몰에 따른 반품이유와 반품물류서비스 만족도 (Online Shopping: Satisfaction of Return Services and Return Reasons According to Types of Fashion Shopping Malls)

  • 최근 패션 e 커머스 시장이 팽창됨에 따라, 온라인쇼핑몰시장이 급격히 증가하고 있으며 경쟁이 치열한 상황이다. 많은 유통업자들은 온라인 쇼핑몰에 뛰어들어 물류서비스 품질에 대한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 패션온라인 쇼핑몰에 대하여 고객만족도와 재구매율에 영향을 주는 물류서비스 품질이 무엇인지, 또 성별에 따라서 차이가 있는지 조사하였다. 200명의 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용자를 대상을 표집하였으며 SPSS25 패키지를 이용, 분산분석, 요인분석, t-test, 상관분석 등 통계 분석하였다. 그 결과, 반품이유에 따라서 성별에 따른 차이를 나타내었는데, 품질에 차이를 보이거나 다른 제품이 배달되어도 남성은 여성보다 반품을 덜 하고 있었다. 또 패션온라인 쇼핑몰에서도 반품물류서비스는 일반적인 물류서비스 요소와 동일하게 정보성, 신뢰성, 신속성 등 3가지로 나눌 수 있었으며, 이에 대한 평가와 고객만족은 정적인 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 이는 재구매 의도에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셀렉 쇼핑몰이 반품이유, 재구매 의도와 만족도가 높은 반면에 전문쇼핑몰이나 일반 쇼핑몰은 비교적 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 반품물류 유통은 물류서비스의 품질과 구성요소 뿐만 아니라 잡지와 같은 정보를 제공하는 페이지 및 콘텐츠를 추가함으로써 고객의 만족도 및 재구매율이 높아질 것이다.

  • 최근 오픈 콘텐츠의 성격을 가지는 MOOC(Massive Open Online Course)가 여러 대학에서 서비스되면서 대학교육의 패러다임을 변화시키고 있으며, 이와 함께 MOOC 기반 이러닝 서비스도 다양한 유형으로 발전하고 있다. 지금까지 MOOC 기반 이러닝 서비스의 질 관리는 MOOC의 유형에 관계없이 MOOC가 제공하는 일반적인 요소들을 대상으로 연구되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 MOOC 유형별로 이러닝 서비스의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석을 통해 MOOC 기반 이러닝 서비스의 질 관리를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.

헬스케어 서비스 리뷰를 활용한 서비스 품질 차원 별 중요 단어 파악 방안 (Keyword identifications on dimensions for service quality of Healthcare providers)

  • Studies on online review have carried out analysis of the rating and topic as a whole. However, it is necessary to analyze opinions on various dimensions of service quality. This study classifies reviews of healthcare services into service quality dimensions, and proposes a method to identify words that are mainly referred to in each dimension. Service quality was based on the dimensions provided by SERVQUAL, and patient reviews have collected from NHSChoice. The 2,000 sentences sampled were classified into service quality dimension of SERVQUAL and a method of extracting important keywords from sentences by service quality dimension was suggested. The RAKE algorithm is used to extract key words from a single document and an index is considered to consider frequently used words in various documents. Since we need to identify key words in various reviews, we have considered frequency and discrimination (IDF) at the same time, rather than identifying key words based only on the RAKE score. In SERVQUAL dimension, we identified the words that patients mentioned mainly, and also identified the words that patients mainly refer to by review rating.
