  • Web based online real-time reliability integrated information system is asked rapidly for more efficiency and demand response in recent. As the utilization of renewable resources has been receiving considerable attention in recent years, the information system requirement is increased. Specially, the reliability information system is more important for implementing the smart grid. This paper describes architecture of the WORRIS(Web based Online Real-time Reliability Integrated Information System) Version 7.0 system that simulates the reliability indices in composite power system considering wind turbine generators(WTG) developed successfully in this paper. And we had simulated the case study using Jeju island power system data.

  • This paper describes a design scheme of a system that tests or polls from the students at online class. By online test, the teacher can test the pre-knowledge level of the students and know how much students understand the lecture of the class. As the number of test increases, the burden of the preparation of setting question, evaluation of the test, and management of the test results is increased. In this environments, an online test management system make it easy to test and evaluate, and thus it would be a good tool for maintaining and managing the total procedure of the test or poll of the students. For evaluating the design of the system, we made a test system prototype and performed evaluations of the online test system. The online test and evaluation system provides a good tool for testing and evaluation of student's knowledge at the class with easy and fast way.

  • In this paper, we propose a virtual action system based on information agents, We call the system the MultiHammer, MultiHammer can be used for studying and analyzing online actions. MuiltiHammer provides functions of implement-ing a meta online action site and an experiment environ-ment. We have been using MultiHammer as an experiment as an experiment environment for BiddinBot. BiddingBot aims at assisting users to bid simultaneously in multiple online auctions. In order to bid simultaneously in multiple online auctions. In order to analyze the behavior of BiddngBot, we need to pur-chase a lot of items. It is hard for us to prepare a lot of fund to show usability and advantage of BiddingBot. MultiHam-mer enables us to effectively analyze the behavior of BiddingBot. MultiHammer consists of three types of agents for information collecting data storing and auctioning. Agents for information wrappers. To make agent work as wrarp-pers, we heed to realize software modules for each online action site. Implementing these modules reguires a lot of time and patience. To address this problem, we designed a support mechanism for developing the modules. Agents for data storing record the data gathered by agents for informa-tion collecting. Agents for auctioning provide online services using data recorded by agents for data storing. By recording the activities in auction sites. MultiHammer can recreate any situation and trace auction for experimentation, Users can participate in virtual using the same information in real online auctions. Users also participate in real auc-tions via wrapper agents for information collecting

  • In this paper, we describe the approaches of shopping agents and directory services for online comparison shopping on the web, and propose an information indexing and retrieval system, named InfoEye, with a new method for automatic extraction of product information. The developed method is based on the knowledge about presentation of the product information on the Web. The method from the knowledge about presentation of the product information is derived from both the point that online stores display their products to customers in easy-to-browse ways and heuristics made of analyses of product information look-and-feel of domestic online stores. In indexing process, the method is applied to product information extraction from Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) documents collected by a mirroring robot from online stores. We have made InfoEye to a readily usable stage and transferred the technology to Webnara commercial shopping engine. The proposed system is a cutting-edge solution to help customers as a shopping expert by providing information about the reasonable price of a product from dozens of online stores, saving customers shopping time, giving information about new products, and comparing quality factors of products in a same category.

  • 서명을 이용한 개인 인증은 시스템 구현이 용이하고 비용이 저렴하기 때문에 보안을 위한 개인인증 시스템으로 은행거래, 신용카드 결제 등 여러 분야에서 널이 사용되고 있으며 그에 따라 온라인 서명 인증에 관한 연구도 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 온라인 서명이 보안의 측면에서 안전한 서명인지 아닌지에 대한 연구는 미미한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 서명의 여러 가지 정보들을 이용해 온라인 서명에 대한 평가 방법을 소개한다. 온라인 서명에서 스트로크 및 교차점의 수, 점의 밀도, 서명의 방향과 속도 가속도의 표준 편차, 서명의 길이, 서명을 둘러싸는 최소 사각형의 크기 등 2차원 정보의 차이에 따라 온라인 서명의 보안 등급이 어떻게 달라지는지 실험한다. 실험 결과를 통해 안전한 온라인 서명의 특징들을 제시한다.

전자상거래 분쟁해결을 위한 우리나라 온라인 조정제도의 발전방향 (The Directions for the Development of Korean Online Mediation System for e-Commerce Dispute Resolution)

  • The present study reviewed the meanings of mediation and the roles of mediators, and examined the necessities of online mediation system, prerequisites for the settlement of the system, foreign cases of promoting online mediation and the current state of online mediation in Korea. It also identified problems in the mediation system in Korea and, based on the analysis of problems, discussed directions for the development of Korean mediation system in broad perspective. Directions for the development of Korean online mediation system suggested in this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, the government must make an unsparing investment in order to activate online mediation system in Korea. Secondly, from the aspect of online mediation procedure, it is necessary to introduce online mediation system in combination with online seal system or certification marks. Thirdly, the judicial circle must take an amicable attitude toward ADR system and, furthermore, it is necessary for the court to be active in introducing various ADR systems. Fourthly, it is necessary to establish an integrated mediation system for the efficiency of mediation and cost saving. Fifthly, mediators must be provided with systematic and exhaustive periodical retraining programs. Lastly, it is necessary to help people to recognize that mediation system is a better service than other forms of dispute resolution procedure and particularly to enhance users' confidence in online mediation through advertising its advantages and safety. Moreover, in order to make e-commerce-related online dispute resolution available to everybody, it is necessary to overcome language barriers by establishing perfect service systems including automatic translation system in the governmental dimension.

  • Purpose - O2O (online to off-line) is a new economic concept being emerged in the 4th industrial age. Automobile distribution is also undergoing a change to the O2O system. In overseas, vehicles are already being sold through various online platforms. The purpose of this study is to analyze the domestic and foreign automobile distribution structure and intends to suggest the desirable direction of automobile sales in the 4th industrial age. Research design, data, and methodology - Through the investigation of previous studies and the actual cases, the advantages and disadvantages and trends of different types of automobile distribution structures. Result - It can be seen that domestic and foreign automobile brands have quite diverse distribution structures such as direct managed system, agency system, dealer system, direct sales system, online system and online/offline parallel system. Each type has its own characteristics. Conclusion - The distribution structure of automobiles is very diverse, and in particular, it is rapidly changing to an online sales system thanks to the development of information and communication technology and Internet technology and the popularization of smartphones.   • It is high time to prepare the online publication system of academic research paper. Online publications like digital research paper, e-Book, etc. are increased day by day as the information technology(IT) is developing continually. But, the legal aspect of publication system of academic research paper in Korea is not prepared yet. The purposes of this study are to examine the problems on the publication system of academic research paper in the context of digital goods and to frame a policy of legal proceedings in relation to the social science. The methodology used in this paper is theoretical analysis which is examining the case of academic research system and scientific journal in Korea. As a result of this study, following measures are suggested: (1) Legal provisions on the online publication system, that is, "Research Promotion Law of Korea" controlled by KRF(Korea Research Foundation) and MOE(Ministry of Education) should be revised. (2) Solution like software program and DB system proceeding the data on academic research paper should be prepared newly. (3) From the viewpoint of digital goods, both protecting the intellectual property right and settling the reliance upon online publication system should also be considered simultaneously.

Kano 모형과 Fuzzy-AHP를 이용한 온라인 P2P 금융 서비스 성공요인 도출 (Examining Success Factors of Online P2P Lending Service Using Kano Model and Fuzzy-AHP)

  • Recently, new financial services related to FinTech has gained attention more and more. Online P2P financial services transactions such as FinTech require careful examination of the constituents of information systems as an investment is made based on the information presented on the online platform without direct face-to-face contact. The purpose of this study is to find out the success factors of online P2P Lending service among FinTech. To serve the purpose, we build IS (information system) success model, and then use Kano model and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (Fuzzy-AHP) to find out factors for the success of online P2P Lending service. In particular, this study uses Kano model to classify information system satisfaction factors and to calculate the satisfaction coefficient. The Kano model, however, has a drawback of evaluating single criterion. Therefore, we use multi-criteria decision-making technique such as Fuzzy-AHP to derive the relative importance of the factors. The analysis results show different results depending on the analysis technique. In the Kano model, most of the information system factors are a one-dimensional quality attribute. The satisfaction coefficient is highest for personalized service, followed by the responsiveness of service, ease of using a system, understanding of information, usefulness of information' reliability. The service reliability is the highest in dissatisfaction coefficient, followed by system security, service responsiveness, system stability, and personalized service. The results of the Fuzzy-AHP analysis shows that the usefulness of information quality, the personalization of service quality, and the security of system quality are the significant factors and the stability of system quality was a secondary factor.
