Background: There are many mechanisms in which stress can lead to weight gain thus high a BMI. The endocrine and inflammatory pathway can directly increase abdominal adiposity. Another way in which stress leads to weight gain is through changes in health behaviors. The study aimed to investigate the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among healthy students of Ahlia University, and to determine the relationship between the development of MSDs and academic stressors and body mass index. Methods: Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to 94 students aged 18-26 years who were enrolled at various Ahlia University colleges and met other inclusion criteria. The students responded to the standardized Nordic musculoskeletal questionnaire and the modified College Student Stress Inventory regarding musculoskeletal symptoms and academic stressors. Height and weight measurements were also obtained to determine body mass index. Results: A total of 77.66% reported MSDs in one or more body part, with the prevalence being higher among women than among men. The 7-day prevalence of MSDs severe enough to interfere with activities of daily living was 60.64%, and 44.68% by female and male students, respectively. There was a significant relationship between academic stress and MSDs in the neck, shoulders, lower back, and hips, while the relationship between MSDs, and body mass index, academic stress, and grade point average was not significant. Conclusions: The prevalence of MSDs among Ahlia University students was found to be high. Apart from the positive correlation between academic stress and MSDs in certain body parts, other correlations were not significant.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relations between spouse's self-disclosure and marital adjustment. A measurement tools used for this study are self-disclosure scale, which was adapted and reproducted from Jourard's Self-Disclosure! Questionnaire(JSDQ), and marital adjustment scale, which was modified and supplemented form Dyadic Adjustment Scale (D.A.S). developed by Spanier. The subjects were 154 married couples dwelling in Seoul and questionnaires are recorded separately by both spouses. Statistical methods such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA and pearson correlation were used for data analysis. The results of this study are as follows; 1) For husband, self-disclosure degree was significant difference according to level of education. That is, the more husband was higher level of education, the more husband tended to disclose to wife. 2) Among the variables to have influence on the marital adjustment, level of education and marriage pattern had influence on wive's martial adjustment and family income and marriage pattern had influence on husbands' marital adjustment. 3) Wives were higher disclosed than husbands and wives were more disclosed than perceived husbands' disclosure. 4) There were positive correlation between the self-disclosure of husbands and the marital adjustment of wives. (r+.3872, p<.005) And there were positive correlation between the self-disclosure of wives and the marital adjustment of husbands. (r=.4997, p<.005) 5) For wives, the perception of husbands' disclosure correlates with wives' marital adjustment. (r=.4592, p<.005) For husbands, the perception of wives' disclosure correlates with husbands' marital adjustment.(r=.5610, p<.005) From this results, full and honest self-disclosure is needed for high marital adjustment of a married couple. In the future, a study on the relationship between self-disclosure and marital adjustment is need to various measure of many subject.

'Sportainment' like Golfzon, which combines the elements of sports and entertainment have a lot of potential and development as new business items in the view of overcome many limitations such as time and place in real sports. For ultimately developing baseball simulation game as 'sportainment', this paper as the early stage suggests the system which can analyze pitching and swing. Unlike speed-gun measurement for moving ball, it uses sensor technology to take information of ball speed and movement and reproduces graphic screen based on the information collected from sensors with graphic technology. Hitter's swing and hit-ball can be measured in the similar way. This baseball simulation game is expected to develop as one of successful indoor spotainment businesses such as Golfzon.

In this paper, we propose basic materials for effective education of essential basic nursing skills and empirical base supporting the strengthening of essential basic nursing skills. An investigation was conducted with nursing college students ready for an employment on the relationship between the students' knowledge level of essential basic nursing skills and their satisfaction level against the clinical practice. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheffē test and Pearson's correlation coefficients. in SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The findings of this study were as follows. 1) The knowledge level of essential basic nursing skills received a score of 88.95. 'Admission management' item received the highest score of 4.96 point on a 5 point scale while 'Retention urinary catheterization' item received the lowest score of 3.06. The higher the difficulty level of essential basic nursing skills was, the lower the knowledge level of it was. 2) The satisfaction against the clinical practice received a score of 3.28. In the clinical practice area, the satisfaction against the curriculum received a score of 3.84, the satisfaction against clinical practice contents a score of 3.39, the satisfaction against clinical practice environment a score of 3.17, the satisfaction against clinical practice time a score of 3.15. There was a significant correlation between the knowledge level of essential basic nursing skills and clinical practice satisfaction. These findings indicate that a systematic education of essential basic nursing skills could improve nursing students' satisfaction against the clinical practice.
This study suggests the dynamic value chain model, that will be able to not only show changing processes to organization's significant capital by integrating an individual, implicit, and explicit knowledge which affect organizational decision making, but also distinguish the key driver for raising organizational competitive power because it makes possible to analyze sensitivity of performance along with decision making alternatives and policy changes from dynamic view by connecting knowledge management capability, knowledge management activity, and relations with organizational performance with specific strategic map. Recently, a lot of organizations show interest in measuring and evaluating their performance synthetically. In organizations taking knowledge management, they introduce effective value chain model like a dynamic balanced scorecard (DBSC), and therefore they can reflect their knowledge management condition as well as show their changes by checking performance of established vision and strategy periodically. Furthermore, they can ask for their inner members' understanding and participation by communicating with and inspiring their members with awareness that members are one of their group, present a base of benchmarking, and offer significant information for later decision making. The BSC has been a successful framework for measuring an organization's performance in various perspectives through translating an organization's vision and strategy into an interrelated set of key performance indicators and specific actions. The BSC, while having significant strengths over traditional performance measurement methods, however, has its own limitations, due to its static nature, such as overlooking two-way causation between performance indicators and neglecting the impact of delayed feedback flowing from the adoption of new strategies or policy changes. To overcome these limitations, this study employs SD, a methodology for understanding complex systems where dynamic feedback among the interrelated system components significantly impact on the system outcomes. The SD simulation model in the form of DBSC would serve as a useful strategic teaming tool for facilitating an organization's communication process through various scenario analyses as well as predicting the dynamic behavior pattern of their key performance measures over a future time frame. For the demonstration purpose, this study applied the DBSC model to Prototype of Korea manufacturing and service firm.

Purpose : The objective of this research is to explore the correlation between personality and degree of job-satisfaction among nursing profession in order to provide effective guide for HR management and nursing care. Method : The research has been conducted on hundred sixty four nurses working in C university hospital in Seoul, from February 23 to March 7 of 2002, through survey. For the experimental tools, I have used Young-Hwan Kim's MMPI(1988) personality test and Slavitt's job-satisfaction test(1978) which were improved by Eun-Seuk Lee(1988). The acquired data are analyzed through SPSS program using descriptive statistical method, t-test, One way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation coefficient analysis. Results : Most survey score were within normal range of personality measurement and Masculinity-Femininity scored high compare with the rest. Overall job-satisfaction score showed fairly high level of 3.01; in the order of high score, 3.43 for reciprocal action, 3.41 for job requirement, 3.20 for autonomy, 3.15 for professional status, 2.96 for doctor-nurse relationship, 2.54 for administration and 2.38 for compensation. Analysis based of social demographics showed that the degree of paranoia depends on the age, marriage, nursing experience, education, professional status and salary. Also, marriage had significant influence on the score of hysteria, psychopathic deviation, paranoia, psychasthenia, schizophrenia and masculinity-femininity. Test score showed that, based on the general characteristic of nursing profession, job-satisfaction depends on the age and professional status. The relationship between personality and job-satisfaction showed that depression score and social introversion score have statistically significant negative correlation with job-satisfaction. Conclusion : this research revealed that depression and social introversion are characteristics identified to have significant influence over job-satisfaction of nurses, among many characteristics.
The successful and sustainable growth of SMEs depends on their ability of strengthen their competitiveness in quality and cost and service more than anything else as a fundamental of operation. Among these key competitive factors of SMEs, quality is the most critical factor in manufacturing business fields. There are many different ways to improve the quality performance but it needs proper management decision to choose the best way what can maximize outputs with minimum inputs. And it needs effective measurement methods and some indicators to analysis the quality performance properly. The quality cost is one of the simplest key indicators to measure the quality performance and the effectiveness of quality related management decisions. In this study, through survey on local SMEs, we found that their average annual quality cost ratio versus turnover - total amount of annual quality cost divided by annual turnover - is around 3.69% excluded some SME's performances what have different quality control measures with others. And we found some results what corresponded with the early studies on the correlations between those categorized quality costs factors and some discrepancies between some of the literature model and the early case study results as follows. There were negative correlations between the Prevention costs and the External failure costs, and the Appraisal costs and the External failure costs, and there was positive correlation between the Appraisal costs and Internal failure costs same as early studies. But, we couldn't found any strong negative correlations between the Cost of control - Prevention costs & Appraisal costs - and the Cost of Failure of control - Internal & External failure costs -.

PURPOSE. To assess the marginal and internal gaps of the copings fabricated by computer-aided milling and direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) systems in comparison to casting method. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Ten metal copings were fabricated by casting, computer-aided milling, and DMLS. Seven mesiodistal and labiolingual positions were then measured, and each of these were divided into the categories; marginal gap (MG), cervical gap (CG), axial wall at internal gap (AG), and incisal edge at internal gap (IG). Evaluation was performed by a silicone replica technique. A digital microscope was used for measurement of silicone layer. Statistical analyses included one-way and repeated measure ANOVA to test the difference between the fabrication methods and categories of measured points (${\alpha}$=.05), respectively. RESULTS. The mean gap differed significantly with fabrication methods (P<.001). Casting produced the narrowest gap in each of the four measured positions, whereas CG, AG, and IG proved narrower in computer-aided milling than in DMLS. Thus, with the exception of MG, all positions exhibited a significant difference between computer-aided milling and DMLS (P<.05). CONCLUSION. Although the gap was found to vary with fabrication methods, the marginal and internal gaps of the copings fabricated by computer-aided milling and DMLS fell within the range of clinical acceptance (< $120{\mu}m$). However, the statistically significant difference to conventional casting indicates that the gaps in computer-aided milling and DMLS fabricated restorations still need to be further reduced.
Objectives: The community network is a foundation laid by the local community which has been formed historically and geographically to develop itself. This paper as a Korean way of healthy network survey for the community capacity building is an exploratory research to grasp the character of Korean society and then to organize an resident-governing partnership for that. Methods: Research objectives are CBOs(Community-Based Organizations) in S-district of Seoul. This region is a new town, however the solidarity and volunteerism of this resident is lively. The survey tool is Cho's CBOs Evaluation Questionnaire which was originated to measure the community capacity. The period of survey is from the January 2009 to the March 2009 and the study organizations which were collected by snowball sampling were 80. Results: The result shows two main networks: one is the civil society and craft union cluster, the other is welfare organization cluster. Groups of high centrality were organizations whose members are mainly women and craft organizations which were organized before 1990's. The group of high betweenness was the Association of Women's Organizations(0.188). Bi-components were six and they could be divided by organization's aim. In terms of the determinants of the participation to the health center enterprise, only the number of link(B=-0.60, p<0.04) was statistically significant. It means that when organization variables are controlled a tendency appears: the more the voluntary associations network, the less participation in the health enterprise. Conclusion: CBHOs(Community-Based Health Organizations) enhances residents' spontaneity and cohesion to increase the capability of the local community. If the surveyed healthy network, together the community health project, are used for various community development projects, the existing CBOs including CBHOs will be reorganized and furthered newly. For this it will be needed to construct an effective partnership of healthy network by restructuring the existing networks of voluntary associations.
