전자 디스펜서용 단일 칩 제어기 설계 (Design of an One-Chip Controller for an Electronic Dispenser)

  • 본 논문에서는 전자 디스펜서(dispenser)용 제어기를 단일 칩으로 설계하였다. 전자 디스펜서는 전자부분과 기계부분으로 구성되며, 전자부분은 이력 키패드, 제어기, 디스플레이 모듈과 펌프모듈로 구성된다. 본 논문에서 설계한 제어기는 LCD 소자와 모터 펌프를 제어하며 VHDL을 이용하여 설계하였다. LCD 소자로서 WX12864AP1을 사용하였으며, 스테핑 모터로는 SPS20을 사용하였다. 이 제어기는 Altera사의 Quartus 툴을 사용하여 설계 후, Agent 2000 설계 키트와 APEX20K 소자를 사용하여 LCD 모듈과 모터모듈에 연결하여 동작 검증함으로, 동작이 원활히 이루어짐을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 전자 디스펜서의 제어기 설계를 통해 전자 디스펜서의 전용 칩을 ASIC으로 구현하여 바이오기술 분야의 기기에 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

시설원예에 있어서 물관리 지동화 시스템 개발 (Development of an Automatic Irrigation Control System in Protected Horticulture)

  • This study is performed to develop an automatic irrigation control of system for effective water management in greenhouse. The automatic irrigation control system is composed of an IR-RED optical sensor in tensiometer and an One-chip micro controller. The following results are obtained : 1. A practical IR-RED optical sensor in tensiometer, which shows the starting point of irrigation, was developed. 2. The automatic irrigation system with the optical sensor and One-chip micro controller was developed and also designed to be able to combine with the control system for temperature, curtain opening, etc. 3. A multiple irrigation control system for several greenhouses were suggested. 4. The results of the system test with the driving program for automatic water management were excellent.

  • By wireless transmission data, there is high possibility to get distortion and lose by noise and barrier on wireless. If the data check damaged and lost at receiver, can't make it clear and can't judge whether this data is right or not. Therefore, by wireless transmission data need the data error check algorithm in order to decrease the data's distortion and lose and to monitoring the transmission data as real time. This study consists of RF station for wireless transmission, Water Level Meter station for water level measurement and Error check algorithm for error check of transmission data. This study is also that investigation and search for error check algorithm in order to wireless digital data transmission in condition of the least data's damage and lose. Designed transmitter and receiver with one - chip micro process to protect to swell the volume of circuit. Had designed RF transmitter - receiver station simply by means of ATMEL one - chip micro process in the systems. Used 10mW of the best RF power and 448MHz-449MHz on frequency band which can get permission to use by Frequency Law made by Korean government

  • This paper presents the development or a keypad test system for the improvement or the working environment and productivity improvement using the microprocessor PIC16F877 Chip. In order to detect the fault of keypad products, the design of hardware and software is performed in this system. All controls of the system is implemented by the 8 bit one chip micro-controller PIC. This keypad test system can also recognizes the work process, the work result and the fault position of the keypad which is made by the method of a flexible printed circuit (FPC) and construct the database about test results using personal computer. The experimental results show the effective performance of the keypad test system.

  • RCCL(Robot Control C Library) is general purpose robot control language. It is programmed with C language and composed of C library. So it is well portable and supports sensor integration control and high level force control algorithms. We implemented RCCL on PUMA. We developed servo controller of DDC(Direct Digital Control). We used intel 8097BH one chip micro controller as CPU. One digital servo board controls three motors. Host computer is IBM PC 386DX-33 with RCCL.

  • We describe here a novel micro total analysis system for the purification and identification of the affinity-captured proteins. Also we demonstrated the mass analysis of the Carcinoembrionic antigen (CEA) and Alpha femtoprotein which were chosen as the target cancer marker. For MALDI-TOF analyses, the proteins should to be separated from a protein mixture and be concentrated when needed. This procedure usually takes a long time even before protease-digested samples are to be obtained from them. Here, we describe integrated and efficient micro chip for protein purification and digestion for MALDI-TOF analyses. At first, disease protein is purified by passing the micro chamber from a protein mixture or human whole serum and released from the micro affinity beads by thermal heating. Purified protein is then transfer to the hole for trypsin digestion. The final sample is analyzed by MALDI-TOF. All the processes could be finished successfully within one hour, which renders MALDI-TOF analyses of a target protein quite simple.

  • 스마트카드는 작은 크기의 마이크로 컴퓨터칩을 내장하고 있다. 이 칩은 프로세서, RAM, ROM, 클럭, 버스 그리고 암호전용 코프로세서 등을 포함하고 있다. 따라서 이 칩은 RFID 태그와 비교해서 가격이 비싸고, 복잡하지만 안전한 칩이다. 스마트카드의 주요 응용분야는 전자뱅킹이나 안전한 통신 관련 분야이다. 자바카드는 개방형 플랫폼 중 가장 널리 사용되는데 그 이유는 자바카드의 보안성, 플랫폼 독립성, 그리고 빠른 개발 싸이클 때문이다. 하지만 자바카드는 실행속도가 느리기 때문에 자바 카드의 성능개선은 중요한 연구 분야가 되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 효과적인 트랜잭션버퍼 관리 방법을 제안하여 자바카드의 성능을 개선시켰으며 실험을 통하여 그 성능을 입증하였다.

파종기용 파종 감시 장치 개발 (Development of a Seeder Monitoring System)

  • A seeder monitoring system was developed to solve the problems of mis-sowing and tube clogging in direct seeding machines, which have been one of the factors that reduce the performance of sowing operations. The system consisted of photo sensors, air nozzles, an air compressor, and a one-chip micro-computer based controller. The system was also equipped with the devices that perform the functions of self-checking and intermittent air injection for cleaning seed tubes. The performance of the system was tested in the laboratory and field. Using the well-cleaned rice seed, the average time for checking the mis-sowing was 1.37 seconds in the field and 1.2 seconds in the laboratory without any malfunction. Overall evaluation of the system indicated that the system can be utilized for seeding machines not only for paddies but beans and corns.

  • 기존의 전력 시스템 보호 장치는 아날로그 방식으로 고성능, 고기능화를 지향하는 전력 설비의 장치로는 동자의 신뢰도를 높일 수 없으며, 또한 배전용 전력 시스템의 중앙감시 및 제어 장치로 표준화시키지 못한 문제점이 있다. 수배전 보호장치와 비상용 발전 설비의 제어장치를 디지털 방식으로 전환시켜 집약적이고, 고성능의 전력 시스템 감시 및 제어 기능을 갖도록 한다. 전력 시스템의 동작 및 상태(전압, 전류, 전력, 위상 및 주파수)를 실시간 디지털 방식으로 계측하고 통신방식을 사용하여 감시하고 제어하는 통합 중앙 감시 및 제어장치 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 전력 감시 설비를 마이컴 방식[1,2]을 채택하여 디지털 제어가 가능하며 집약적이고 고성능의 감시 및 제어기능[3]을 갖도록 하였다.

  • This paper describes the design of ECG data preprocess module for the ECG signals. This module process the data obtained from two channels. It is composed of the AID converter, QRS detector, one chip micro-computer and memory. This module performs the following functions;digital filtering, R wave detection and determination of reference point for the ST segment. The measured points are transfered to the next data module by the interrupt process. This preprocessor data module is available to the basis for the parallel data processing for the real time automatic diagnosis.
