Carcinosarcoma is an unusual and rarest neoplasm in man, consisting of carcinomatous parenchyme and sarcomatous stroma. Two clinical types of carcinosarcoma were present. One type of tumor was centrally located [endobronchial type], infrequent metastasis, and better prognosis than parenchymal type. The other type was peripherally located [parenchymal type], frequent metastasis, and poor prognosis. The histogenesis of carcinosarcoma is many hypothesis, but controversial; 1] sarcomatous degeneration of stroma, 2] intermingling of simultaneously arising carcinoma & sarcoma, 3] multiple primary tumor, 4] blastomatous changes in hamartoma, 5] stromal reaction to squamous cell carcinoma, 6] true & collision carcinosarcoma. In this case, 52 year-old male patient was hospitalized due to intermittent hemoptysis & known pulmonary lesions. Since 1968, chest PA showed round haziness within cyst & multiple cyst on RUL & RLL. Radical pneumonectomy was performed and histopathology showed carcinosarcoma, surrounded by bronchial epithelium. The patient maintain general well-being without clinical evidence of recurrence till now.

The esophageal hiatal hernia is a rare disease entity in children, Especially, the paraesophageal hiatal hernia is an extremely rare. We had experienced a paraesophageal hiatal hernia in 6 month old male baby. He had postprandial vomiting for 4 months. The chest P-A and right lateral X-ray films were shown a round homogenous density in posterior mediastinum. On laparotomy, we couldn`t see the stomach in operative field. We reduced the stomach through the widened esophageal hiatus and repaired hiatal opening. His operative course was uneventful and discharged on the 9th postoperative day.

In order to investigate the effect of TiN coating on corrosion fatigue behavior of metal, the rotary bending corrosion fatigue tests were carried out in 3% NaCl solution by using the round bar specimens of high-speed steel, SKH-9, coated with TiN by PVD method. From the experimental results, fatigue strength of TiN coating steel in air was obvious improvement as compared with that of the substrate because of the restriction of dislocation movement in near surface of the substrate by hard thin film. In 3% NaCl solution, corrosion fatigue life of TiN coating specimen in high stress level was improvement same as in air. But in low stress level, corrosion fatigue life of TiN coating one was equivalent to that without coating, due to much crack initiated from corrosion pits formed at the substrate by failure of coating layer.

In the ubiquitous computing environment, a ubiquitous vehicle will be a communication node in the vehicular network as well as the means of ground transportation. It will make humans and vehicles seamlessly and remotely connected. Especially, one of the prominent services in the ubiquitous vehicle is the vehicle remote operation. However, mutual-collaboration with the in-vehicle communication network, the vehicle-to-vehicle communication network and the vehicle-to-roadside communication network is required to provide vehicle remote operation services. In this paper, an Internet-based human-vehicle interfaces and a network architecture is presented to provide remote vehicle control and diagnosis services. The performance of the proposed system is evaluated through a design and implementation in terms of the round trip time taken to get a vehicle remote operation service.

Extrathoracic metastases of thymomas are extremely rare, occurring in less than 2% of cases. We present a case of metastatic thymoma in the liver diagnosed by aspiration biopsy. A fine-needle aspirate from a hepatic mass of a 65-year old man who had a history of malignant thymoma locally invading pericardium was examined. Nests of epithelial cells with few scattered lymphocytes were present. The nuclei of the epithelial cells were round to oval and appeared relatively uniform and regular, with fine chromatin pattern. They had one or two, small but lather conspicuous nucleoli. Unlike previous reports on the findings of the aspiration cytology of thymomas, the characteristic biphasic pattern was not present in this case.

In this paper, I proposed a new WRR Cell Scheduling algorithm for improving the problem of existing smoothing scheme. in proposed algorithm, when queue of being service VC in present round is emptied, instead VC that difference between assigned weight and length of present buffer is biggest in all VC service. This result efficiency of bandwidth allocation is increased. And above all real-time traffic is serviced, non-real-time to allocate bandwidth of the remainder multimedia-service is possible. In one cycle, number of serviced average cell is increased. And for many eel serviced, length of total Duffer is decreased.

One of the most important tasks of ocean color observations is to determine the distribution of phytoplankton primary production. A variety of bio-optical algorithms have been developed estimate primary production from these parameters. In this communication, we investigated the possibility of using a novel universal approximator-support vector machines (SVMs)-as the nonlinear transfer function between oceanic primary production and the information that can be directly retrieved from satellite data. The VGPM (Vertically Generalized Production Model) dataset was used to evaluate the proposed approach. The PPARR2 (Primary Production Algorithm Round Robin 2) dataset was used to further compare the precision between the VGPM model and the SVM model. Using this SVM model to calculate the global ocean primary production, the result is 45.5 PgC $yr^{-1}$, which is a little higher than the VGPM result.

The mediastinal lipoma is an extremely rare tumor in children. Since the orininal description by Fothergill in 1781, about 120 cases have been reported in the world literature. Of these, less than 10 have been reported in children below the age of 12. We had experienced a posterior mediastinal lipoma in 3 year old boy. He did not complain of any subjective symptoms. Routine X-ray film revealed a huge round homogenous mass density in the posterior mediastinum. On posterior thoracotomy incision,bright yellow,well encapsulated, partly 1obular adipose mass was found in the posterior mediastinum. The tumor mass was removed easily,being proved to be lipoma on histopathologic examination. His postoperative course was uneventful and discharged on the 12th postoperative day.

Nursing diagnosis process is described as nurses assessing the patients' conditions by applying reasoning and looking for patterns, which fit the defining characteristics of one or more diagnoses. This process is similar to using a typical document retrieval system if we consider the patients' conditions as queries, nursing diagnoses as documents, and the defining characteristics as index terms of the documents. However, there is a small fixed number of nursing diagnoses and infinite number of patients' conditions in a typical hospital setting. This state is more suitable to applying document routing mode of information access, which is defined as a number of archived profiles, compared to individual documents. In this paper, we describe a ROUting-based Nursing Diagnosis (ROUND) system and its Natural Language Processing-based query processing component, which converts the defining characteristics of nursing diagnoses into query representations.

The ROK TRANSCOM and Army Logistics Command have established wartime overland transportation plans. They have to mobilize several wartime overland transportation troops in order to meet the wartime transportation requirement. But there are some uncertainties in the process of transportation such as the number of vehicles to mobilize, the vehicle utilization factor, and round trip time. Here, we established two models. One is the simulation model to evaluate the transportation capability considering uncertain factors. The simulation model is executed with two scenarios and then the results are analyzed through a sensitivity analysis. The other model is the regression model to analyze the effects of transportation factors toward capability.
