서울 도심 사무활동입지의 변화와 특성 (The Changing Characteristics of Office Location in Central Seoul)

  • 최근 서울 도심부는 많은 변화를 겪고 있다. 서울경제의 기반이 3차 산업과4차 산업으로 변모하면서 도시산업구조가 재편되고 있다. 사업서비스산업이 급속히 성장하고 그 수요에 발 맞추어 대규모 도심재개발사업이 진행되고 있다. 이제 도심의 사무활동은 서울경제 발전의 핵심적인 부문으로 등장했으며 도심 고층건물의 스카이라인은 서울의 경제변화를 주도하고 있다고 해도 과언은 아니다. 서울의 사무활동과 사무빌딩의 입지가 강남과 영등포 등의 신도심으로 분산되고 있는 경향이 보고되고 있기는 하나 주요 사무활동은 여전히 도심지역에 집중하고 있다 이 논문에서는 사무활동을 협의로 정의하고 사무빌딩도 상업, 교육활동 등을 제외한 본래적 의미의 업무빌딩만으로 한정하여, 그 입지변화상을 추적하고 특성을 파악한다. 서울의 사무활동은 공간분업적 집중과 분산이라는 유형을 보이고 있으며, 전반적인 분산화경향에도 불구하고 핵심적인 조정 .통제기능은 여전히 도심지역에 집중하고 있다. 이사적.기능적 통합을 통해 새로운 제조-유통-사무활동의 집적지를 형성하고 집적의 이익을 향유하기 때문에 계속된다. 특히 도심이라는 장소적 특성이 오랜 세월의 축적과 함께 도시의 문화경제를 형성하여 서울의 도시경쟁력 향상과 도시의 지역적 전문화를 촉진하고 있다. 도시공간정책은 이러한 도심지역의 특성화를 촉진하는 방향으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

공기정화기 가동에 따른 사무실 재실자들의 행동성과 입자상 오염물질의 농도 분포 관계에 관한 연구 (Relationship between Office Residents' Activities and Concentration Distribution of Particulate Contaminants Distribution by Operation of Air Cleaner)

  • The reduction efficiency of air cleaner on particulate contaminants such as dust, airborne bacteria and fungi distributed in the office was relatively higher in case of office with workers than office without workers. This result would be attributed to workers' activities and physical characteristics of particulate contaminants. The air cleaner decreased a concentration of airborne bacteria more than airborne fungi, which implicates that difference of dust adsorption between airborne bacteria and fungi would affect an operation efficiency of air cleaner.

사무직 근로자를 위한 사회인지이론 기반 걷기 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of Walking Program based on Social Cognitive Theory for Office Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a walking program for office workers in terms of social cognitive theory, walking activities and physiological indexes. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The sample consisted of 50 office workers who were identified as having low levels of physical activity according to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ Research Committee, 2005). The participants were recruited from two companies in Seoul. Of the 50 participants, 26 were assigned to the non-equivalent experimental group and 24 to the control group. The walking program consisted of six didactic sessions via e-mail, two individual telecoaching sessions and three support group meetings over ten weeks. Data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 program. Results: The non-equivalent experimental group reported significantly higher posttest scores in walking activities and adhering to the walking protocol than the control group. There were no differences in reported self-efficacy, outcome expectations, body mass index and blood pressure between the two groups. Conclusion: These findings indicate that a walking program based on social cognitive theory is effective in increasing physical activities for office workers.

  • Cyber office is a personalized enterprise portal model for knowledge workers. The key services of cyber office are both personalization and emergent collaboration. Personalization service is provided by choosing service from service repository and then dropping it in the cyber office. Service repository contains various kinds of services supporting business activities. Cyber office provides blog service and profile service for knowledge workers to participate in knowledge based collaboration voluntarily.

  • This study is to find a way that improves the pedestrian environment in the main street in rural areas. The main streets of five local governments in Jeollanam-do, general towns and bases seat of a myeon office, were studied. The research results are as follows. First, all three groups under investigation required multi-purpose activities on main street. This is thought to be due to the maintenance of the main street with vehicle-centered maintenance, thereby revising the walking space around essential activities. Second, the simple size of the sidewalk width is not closely related to the safety of pedestrians, and it is judged that the pedestrian space should be maintained considering the size of the floating population, acceptable activities, and proper sidewalk width. Third, the center where pedestrian space and streetscape are maintained has spatial constraints on sidewalks and lanes, so there should be spatial flexibility. Also, it is necessary to find a way to minimize the occupancy of pedestrian roads due to ground parking lots in relation to pedestrian continuity. Fourth, improvement of walking environment should involve community activities other than physical improvement.

화학사고 예방을 위한 사업장 화학안전캠페인 활동 사례 (A Regional Safety Campaign to Prevent Chemical Accidents in the Workplace)

  • This case report aims to introduce the safety campaign activities for preventing chemical accidents that were cooperatively conducted by an environmental office and chemical-handling workplaces located in the Ulsan area. A chemical safety campaign was initiated to examine and manage chemical-handling facilities at high risk for chemical accidents, specifically valves, flanges, and switches (VFS) from October 2020 to December 2022. The VFS safety check campaign was conducted to raise workers' safety consciousness based on a campaign of advertisements in the workplace from October 2020 to December 2021. In addition, a VFS plus [+] campaign was initiated to encourage actual management activities for chemical-handling facilities at high risk of chemical accidents in 2022. A total of 49 corporations participated in the VFS plus [+] campaign. In contrast to the VFS safety check campaign, which simply focused on publicity and resulted in changes in worker awareness, practicable safety management activities focusing on the handling facilities were carried out. Although notable short-term impacts have yet to be discerned from the campaigns, it is expected that they will eventually serve as a starting point for developing a proper safety culture and environment.

  • This Paper analyzed activities of the average time use survey in 1999 and 2004 by Korea National Statistical Office. The survey of National Statistical Office considered general analysis for activities like that personal care(eating), employment and study, leisure, travel by purpose. Change of time of living causes a lot of effects on society whole economy, culture etc., and is used basic data in policy proposal of the country and enterprise's marketing operation establishment. Analysis for average time could look at change in a role of gender, holiday of saturday's enforcement and increasing of temporary post. Using this analysis we can do more developed and analytical sociological study.

현대 국내 업무공간의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Domestic Contemporary Office Space)

  • The development of digital culture has brought radical change in the fundamental concept of what workspace is defined by and has also switched the cognition of workspace originally being a place to spend time and do activities regarding tasks into space more than just that. If we take a look at the cases overseas firms have announced after the year 2000, we can find distinguishing facts different from the existing workspace composition, like creative workspace, amusement workspace, workspace for communities, etc. Thereupon, the goal of this research is to look into the domestic characteristics of workspace by investigating and analyzing case by case targeting domestic firms. This research is to first comprehend the theoretical study of workspace, the changing environment, and the characteristics of domestic workspace, going on to utilizing the information achieved above to analyze 8 appointed domestic firms as examples. Contemporary domestic workspace is defined not a place only for activities regarding work tasks but rather a place comfortable and friendly in the concept of a second residence, community node for sharing knowledge and information, mobile space for the digital nomads, and space for coincidental encountering and communication. Based on this the analyzed characteristics of contemporary domestic work places are metaphor, convergence, beyond boundary, and emergence. The characteristics mentioned above are considered elements that increase corporate profits by managing efficient smart-work and producing creative ideas. Therefore, I believe continuous research and development related to this subject is necessary.

  • In the construction industry, due to the nature of the job, the need for job training to maximize the performance of the job and to improve the organization's qualifications is needed to acquire professional knowledge that is practiced according to the training needs of the members of the organization. In the form of education, the government or the government or the government provides systematic and planned professional job training that is implemented to improve qualifications and instill pride in the profession by helping the employees of the design office acquire new knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for professional performance. Although it is recommended at the organizational level, as a result of examining the implementation, it was found that most workers did not receive job training activities. Therefore, follow-up studies that can maximize work efficiency at the individual and organizational level of design office workers should be continuously performed.
